My wife went to have her roots done and some highlights , also brought a picture of what she wanted done as far as color etc. Paid $175.00 And got home and discovered gray roots still on hairline and temples and the color highlights were nothing like she wanted. She called salon and was told she could make another appointment to fix it or get her money back via a company check. She chose the check. 5 days go by and nothing, so she calls salon and was told the accountant has been out of the office but they would give her the message. 2 more days go by and she calls again, was told the same thing. Another 2 days go by and she calls and asks to speak to the accountant or the owner, after being on hold several minutes the owner “Robert” gets on the phone and informs her that he spoke to the hairdresser and the manager and was told that my wife was satisfied with her hair and that if she gives negative feedback on Facebook he will sue her! Then he tells her it’s people like you that try to rip him off. He become even more rude and eventually hung up on her! This is Not Acceptable and “Robert” might want to think twice about threatening my wife . We Do Not recommend this salon at all !

The quality of the services Ive had at Roberts are great, including fashion hair color and facial. The building could stand to be updated and cleaned up a bit. I have one big complaint - you cannot add a tip to your credit card payment. This is not explained when you book appointments, and when I asked if its a no-tipping salon I was told that stylists can accept tips, but the response felt intentionally vague. This is just annoying and confusing. Its also an inconvenience to clients if you dont carry cash or use a payment app.

This is the best place to relax an get pampered!! The staff is amazing, clean friendly an they have pretty good packages to choose from. All of their products are made in house !!! Which I love. Robert an his team really know what they are doing. They have a hair mask , that I absolutely love!! Smells like blueberries an you can tell a big difference in ur hair after one use!!! You should definitely try this place out !!

I have been going here for years and have even recommended several ladies who have used their services. I normally have a amazing gal here who does my hair but I couldnt get an appointment with her. Ashley is who I had an appointment with, she was so RUDE, and I have never felt so uncomfortable at a salon. My FULL highlights were not done correctly and my hair wasnt washed out properly...I found small pieces of foil in my hairafterwards. My daughter also had her hair done and was not happy with her hair. Typically I wouldnt complain but I feel that a high end salon should have better quality people who work there.

First of all, Customer service goes a long way with me! After yesterdays service I will never come back to Debi Arnold again. Everytime I make an appointment online I get stuck with Debi Arnold. Her customer service is bad for Roberts Salon. She is rude and seems inconvienced to take care of the clients needs. Ive had other stylists there and none of them are as rude as her. I scheduled an appointment for a cut and lightening of my hair. When I got there and told her what I wanted, her response was, Thats not happening!. Then proceeded to say...Why do you wanna go lighter if you hair is dark.. I told her Im starting to go gray and I want it lightened to blend in the gray. Her response, Why dont we do a touch up on your gray and then later go lighter? Her first response made me wanna get up out of her chair and walk out, and I shouldve! But for fear of being charged for cancelling my appointment at that time, I proceeded to let her touch up my gray, LIKE SHE WANTED and not what I wanted!! I was very unhappy with my service! I will never go back there and let Debi, service me again! Put clients needs first! Not what fits your time frame so you can home early, or because its inconviences you to do what I am paying you to do. Yes! Im paying for you to service me!

I had been to Roberts before and had the best haircut I’ve ever had; however my experience yesterday left much to be desired. I made an appointment online for a balayage and ended up with Colin, which was no problem - he was a very nice man. I am a patient person so while I was a little frustrated that the appointment was 2.5 hours long and he would be gone for 20 minutes at a time, I was able to let that go. When he mixed the color for my balayage, he came back with a medium sized bowl just about full of color. As I watched him put the color on my hair, I only saw him dip the brush maybe once or twice and when completed, the bowl looked as if it had the same amount of color in it as it started. I’m not a hairdresser but 1. It seems like a waste of product 2. Am I paying for that wasted product and 3. When dry, my hair didn’t look different at all. While Colin was very nice, I think he is needing some additional training maybe….there were countless times he pulled my hair pretty hard enough to jerk my head and I’m not tender headed at all. I had to ask for my hair to be dried and he was very rough with grabbing and throwing my hair around. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of service I received. Then they only accept tip via check or cash which is not communicated prior to your visit, so I had to use their atm as I still did not want to stiff the nice guy. The atm actually “rebooted” mid transaction, took the money from my account but never gave the money to me from the machine. Thankfully there was a nice woman working up front who provided me with $40 FROM HER OWN PURSE after I showed her my bank account deduction. I hope the owners make it right and reimburse her! She is the only reason I gave a 2 star review!

I got a facial and a sugar scrub. For $100 for each service I was very underwhelmed. I felt like my service provider didn’t know exactly what they were doing. The fluorescent facial light was kept on my face for the entire two hours I was there. Procedures were poorly explained and a lot of the bathroom facilities were outdated.

I went there today for my haircut with collin. I am not saying he was bad or judging him. Its just they dont understand what customer need and i showed him the picture what hair cut i want. He even said yes but didnt nothing. My hairs look same no difference in the hairs before and after. I paid 45 dollar for doing nothing to my hairs.. i would not recommend going there. And front office girls they are in there own. They dont even ask how was their service. Poor customer service and unprofessional hair dresser.

Decided to treat myself to a cut/color for my birthday. Deanna had an opening and booked me right in.She was an absolute dream stylist. I was unsure of what I wanted. After many questions and suggestions with pictures, we settled on a new cut and revamp of my outgrown highlights. This involved 3 different applications of colors and foil highlights, a delicious scalp massage and a yummy sunflower conditioning treatment. Cut followed and a beachy wave style that I loved! Deanna was very sweet and easy to chat with, offering treats and fetching me a drink. Next time Ill try the sweet tea!I left with a complementary sunflower treatment and styling product she recommended.Pricing is higher at Roberts than I usually pay, but the service was very high quality, so you get what you pay for. My hair is soft and shiny, and has such lovely color.I have already booked my next appointment and would highly recommend Deanna!

Amanda F. Is my stylist. My hair is difficult to cut and she gets it right every time. I am extremely careful about not catching the virus. Amanda uses a washbowl that no other stylist uses, she has two chairs back in a corner where you are socially distanced from other customers and stylists. Amanda wipes every surface down before the next customer. I feel very safe going to Roberts during this pandemic. Not to mention the wonderful personality Amanda has! It’s always a pleasure to spend time talking with her. You’ll leave a happy customer.Another way this business keeps you safe is when you arrive, you call from your car. They send a text when it’s time for you to come in the building. Everything is very clean, you can tell it’s disinfected often.

Jeni Cloud listened to what I wanted and delivered the best cut and style Ive had in years. I love the keratin and argon oil product. I lost a lot of hair last year when I was sick. Great stylists and great service! But management needs to understand customer needs as they only allow cash tips (no credit card tip option). I dont always have a debit card with me to get cash and in todays world few people carry much, if any, cash. Always makes my visit stressful if I forget to get/bring cash as I dont want my stylist to go without a tip.

My husband has purchased 2 gift cards for this place, which I used. The second visit, you couldnt tell I got a hair cut or color. I feel we paid a lot of money for nothing. I asked my husband to not buy anymore gifts for me here because I have been so disappointed. Now looking for another place . Kinda snooty as well. Did not like my 2 experiences here!!

My massage was good. The lady who did it was kind and always asking permission. Made me feel comfortable. Just not what I was expecting. Not in a bad way. Ive never had a massage before and I didnt enjoy it very much but my lower back felt a little better until I sat in that horribly uncomfortable stone seats they have for pedis. That sucked. Add some cushions guys. Now the girl who did my toes was awesome. She is a Rockstar. Down to earth. I like her. Would def book her again. Overall. I really enjoyed my time there. :) and would recommend.

They solicited a review of their services via text message, after providing this response it was silence.I was grateful to find a same day appointment as I was having some pain in my back. I arrived a few minutes early was greeted, checked in and was told to help my self to something to drink. That Sandra (I believe was her name) would be out shortly. I passed on the beverages used the facilities and had a seat on the salon side. Sandra came out of door introduced herself and led the way back to a little room that was past another seating/waiting area I learned about at that moment, looked a bit more comfortable than the chairs on the salon side. Once in the room my massage therapist asked what brought me in that da. I spoke of an issue that had occured with my back and the plates and screws in my hand. I was aksed if I had had a professional massage before. I shared my other massage experinces had been at the tulip foot spa. I shared i was looking for somthing a little more targeted, and with some more pressure, I spoke about my thought of booking a deep tissue but having not actually expereinced the deep tissue I was concerned about booking so I booked a theraputic. There was no extra focus on the problem side of my back or my problematic hand. There was no education of the differences in the the of theraputic vs deep tissue. The front and back of my thighs were not touched (maybe my underwear were too long) I would have happily pulled the legs up had the professional in the room advised they were in the way. The little 6 dollar amazon rattling desktop fan on the shelf was awful to listen to. I have to say at the price point I was disappointed. Maybe my expectations were higher than they should have been my only comparison is the tulip foot spa there in greenwood considering the price difference I was expecting a bit more.

My stylist is excellent and my facial and massage is always great however your manager is RUDE! I have been in your Club Roberts for some time. I spend more than the club everytime I come and I always tip well. Ive earned a whopping .96 to top things offI had a coupon dated April 3rd. That gives NO EXPIRATION DATE for $25 of free product when booking a massage or facial ($70 procedure). By the way I booked a $120 massage, facial and $47 cut and your manager with pure attitude says its expiredThe sweet gal checking people in says to me I am not the first one to ask. She apologized for the managers behavior.As a manager myself I know how important customers are perhaps Roberts salon has forgotten the art of customer service from management.I

Amazing people and service. I treated my daughter to a facial and mysellf a pedicure. We brought my 2 yr old granddaughter with us. They were not put off at all. They engaged her in conversation and included her on my visit. Painted her nails and made her feel like ine of the girls. Will visit again and give it as gifts.

I went in for a root touch up/highlight. My roots were still about an inch long after my appointment, my hair was also turned orange. I’ve gotten my hair highlighted since I was 15 and never had any issues with breakage, after getting my hair highlighted here once it’s breaking off!!! So upset!

This place has gone down hill. The massage both me and my daughter received was terrible. The bathroom toilet rocks back and forth when youbsit down on it with the toilet paper dispenser broken. Just looked run down and unkept. The facial however was great.

Stopped by for a walk in and asked how much for a standard haircut. It took the manager over 5 minutes to come up with a cost. I just wanted a ballpark or an educated guess. Wow. I dont know if she didnt want to serve me or if she was making up a price. Either way I was not impressed. I was looking for a hair salon near me because the one I used is 45 away. I have been coming to Roberts Salon for a couple of years now and the service is usually decent BUT unfortunately today I had a appointment scheduled for 11:45am and I’ve had this appointment booked for over a week now and I’m having a engagement dinner Wednesday that I needed my hair done for. I live about 40mins away from the salon but I make the drive because I’m use to coming here it’s where I’ve been comfortable in the past. Today was different I received my reminder for my 11:45am appointment that says text when you arrive and they will message me back to say when It’s okay to enter, at 11:55 I still had not received a message saying to come inside but it says after 10mins of waiting to enter yourself so I did that and to find out the lady at the desk says I have to reschedule because of “time management” which I’m not sure what that meant and the earliest they could get me in was a week later which seemed very unprofessional seeing as they canceled on me last minute. I’m a very understanding person but to drive 40mins and get canceled on when a phone call could have been made or text message. It was a huge waste of time to drive 40mins and sit in the parking lot for 15mins waiting for them to text me and never receiving anything and getting canceled as soon as I walked in. 4 ladies standing at the computers and I couldn’t get a phone call or text telling me earlier they needed to reschedule. I will not be returning due to lack of communication between client and salon.

Since I’ve had several people ask me what happened at Roberts Salon and Day Spa I am now going to give the entire story. I was in need of a haircut and was recommended this salon by a friend. Since this was my birthday present, I decided I would treat myself to a salon experience. You can’t go wrong with $35 haircuts, right? Wrong. Initially my stylist hardly trimmed my hair. What I asked for was for it to be thinned out so it would lie better (it’s thick and gets poufy around the crown). Not much was done aside from my ends being trimmed and a balayage. After a day or so I decide that it’s still too poufy for my liking and desired a correction. I scheduled to come in Saturday. We talked about making my hair a bit more even. I told my stylist if it meant taking a little length off of the bottom to make it appear more even I wouldn’t be totally opposed to doing that. I didn’t realize that what my stylist was doing was giving me what she even called a “scene mullet” (if you don’t know what it is think about the kids you saw hanging at your local mall around 2005). The front length and bottom remained relatively the same, so I didn’t notice the massive discrepancy between the back of my hair length (not even 1 ½ inches at the longest) to the bottom and side layers (around 5 inches in length). Mullet. A flipping mullet. Not to mention she cut off quite a bit of the balayage I had just spent $70 on. I can/will provide pictures of my before, what I asked for, and after. So a few more days go by and I decide that I absolutely loathe my hair. After a few unsolicited opinions and a few I asked for, I decided I wanted to get my money back. I couldn’t get my hair, but the money I spent to acquire this atrocious haircut for my birthday (and months before my WEDDING) back in my bank account would make me feel better while I licked my wounds. I called the salon and was never contacted back by management, so I made an appearance in the salon in person. I was set up with one of the head stylists Michelle. She confirmed that my haircut was a disaster and vowed to help me fix the mistake to the best of her ability. She gave me her personal cell number. I contacted her within a few days to bounce some ideas off her about styles and colors. She told me to text her on or after Wednesday May 25th, which I did. I received no reply. Saturday June 4th I sent another text to which I received no response. I again called the salon to let them know what I was told and what was going on. Wednesday June 8th I received a text asking me if I could come in the day OF at 3:30 (mind you I work a full time job and my daughters father was at Army annual training). This was after I had called Roberts complaining. I simply told Michelle management can contact me. I left a bad review on the page to which Julie Beckham reached out to me. I went to make another comment several days later and she BLOCKED ME on Facebook AND the comments on my Facebook review were deleted (?!?!?). She was very condescending to me over the phone as well. I would overall never suggest this salon to ANYONE. Bless your heart if you took your time to read all of this post. I have more specific times and dates but they’re not on me as of right now. I was finally sent a refund check in the mail. Julie told me over the phone that they *usually* don’t do this, but since I pressed so hard they refunded me a whopping $45.

Poor poor color service and results. I paid 185 for orange hair and when I tried to have it fixed I was told no one could do it except the one who destroyed it. Nope. The owner of the salon only offers anytime in the next 2weeks!!!! 2 weeks with orange hair I think not. No refund no correction just a “sorry about that”. Don’t go here for color and don’t see hailey she has no idea what she’s doing. She even said “now it’s gonna be a bit brassy but that’s just how it goes”. I’ve been a blonde for 12 years...if you’re good it’s never brassy.....still waiting for my refund. I had to go somewhere else and pay another $150 to fix it. Awful awful. I use one of the stylists whos worked there the longest, which increases my cost (Cost raises expedentially w legnth of stylists experience). To me its worth it bc Ive never walked out unhappy! I started going there bc yrs ago I had been having someone just dye my hair. Some jerk had taken dyes from different pkgs switching them. My blonde hair had black dye all over it the day B4 I was going on vaca! A former stylist took me in & salvaged my hair. Big cut & light brunette for cpl months but saved me! When she left I was switched to my current lady who does a great job highlighting & cutting ea time.

So i wanted to go get my hair dyed a nice ombré from brown to a nice blonde. it seemed to be going well until after my hairdresser added the toner, my hair came out platinum and 50+ colors. not even close to what i wanted. i have been crying for over an hour now because of how much i hate it. it’s a nice salon for getting it cut but please don’t got there to get it colored. i’m on my way now to target to get some box hair dye because i’m so upset with my hair color. thankyou.

I have been visiting this salon for years! Its the only salon I will visit to get a cut and color because they always do a great job! Their new stylists must go through an apprentice period in the salon before they are allowed to work alone with a client! It is pricey, but I think its worth every penny

My friend and I went here for a relaxing girls day to get our hair colored we booked ahead of time we came in and my stylist was great my friends not so much they refused to do 2 balayage and then refused to to do a base color....stylist said I dont have time for that....then we were booked for an hour only saw my friends stylist for 10mins then her stylist actually asked her to blow dry her own hair... like thats what we paid for...then the manager told my friend it was her fault that someone booked us wrong time frame....the 2 stylist that took it upon themselves to pay for her bill because the manager wouldnt budge at all about even giving her base color....this trip was a cluster f*** if u understand but Katy and Alexis would be the only 2 stylist I would recommend after I finish my gift card there we will not be returning....
