Just left the store the young man was very respectful and knowledgeable the prices are very reasonable

Ive just been there at the door for almost an hour and no one is there, its not the first time its happened. Also I tried to call but the phone number doesn’t work

This must be the worst place in Florida I was here today. Had to leave not educated on any of there products so sad

Best Smoke Shop in South Florida! Buy one get one free deals on many products. They even have baskets and windows full of vapes for $5! Customer service is superb. Ask to speak with Madison. She is super friendly, and very knowledgeable about different brands of vapes and flavors. Im very glad I found this spot, and will be a regular customer. Thanks Again!

The attendant with the short, brown hair was very rude and she wasn’t knowledgeable on the products within the shop. This doesn’t make the consumer(me) feel confident on future purchases. She Also denied my receipt I had to ask her for it and she couldn’t keep eye contact. I felt like my money was no good there and like I was bothering her with my inquires.

I went there and got a novo ,the novo was new but it was not charging well ,i went back and the girl and young man gived me a new novo 3 and let me keep the pods that comes with the deffective novo ,i started to buy my vaping stuff from this store after that day ,they are very nice people in my own opinion

Very attentive cashier very knowledgeable and friendly and great customer service me and my wife just walked in there to get a grinder and a torch and we walked out with a bunch more other merchandise got discount on most things and a few free items they took care of us very well I am happy with my experience this place is very good and I recommend it to everyone

I rock with this spot. The girl (Carry) is on point and very knowledgeable in all things head shop related. Always keeps it ¹⁰⁰ 💯! But really everuone seems cool enough there and theyve definitly always have any/and everything that Ive went in there looking for information about or to buy. Thanks yall....smoke one fool 🤗😁😎

All items excessively overpriced. I found the same atomizer online for 1/3 the price. I purchased a battery and explicitly asked if I could return it unopened. I was told that I could. I return a week later after receiving a battery as a gift, I go to return the unopened device to find that I had been swindled. They would not accept the device after telling me to my face that they would. Buyer beware.

Uneducated , mean, Unprofessional and Rude woman, I was waiting for someone to meet me at this place,after a few minutes, I said I would come back in a minute since my friend was lost and I needed to come outside to guide her, I asked at what time they close and this woman told me that I cant just be there to hang out even though I told her before that I was waiting for someone. This only shows how disrespectful and rude this woman is. I feel sorry, she is just uneducated and low class.

Nah the white fool at da front be trying to finesse any1 n every1. They try n sell me broken split wack blunt wraps. Then da fool try n say that it wuz my fault. Told me dat cause I pick up the wrap dat I broke it. Dont trust dis place dey will try n finesse u. Terrible people n it all overprice.

Dont know anything about the product they are selling, most important thing is to sell and no returns are allowed and it doesnt matter the consequences of the product! Claiming to sell real CBD oil..but its not and they dont know shirt about it #calaglios white fool

Bad bad experience , they sell items very overpriced and they don’t accept any returns . The same vape they sold me for $90 you can find for $40 , and it didn’t work , but when I went to return it they didn’t take it back . Not a good store , not good customer service . Waste of money , go to other smoke shop!

They give you bad customer service, I wanted a filter for my tank and the girl sold me a different one and it didnt work because it spilled liquid and then she tells me she cant do anything. Bad service without a doubt
