Just witnessed one of the workers by the name of Abe allow a customer to try out a vape pen and then she wanted a different vape pen and instead of him discarding the one that a customer put her mouth on before paying for put it right back on the shelf be aware of their vape pens being used before purchase and place back on the shelf !!!!!!!

I have been going to Tobacco King since they opened and I have always been more than pleased with the experience.The owner is so friendly and knowledgeable. If you have any questions pertaining to anything Kratom, hes your guy. He can help you determine which strain/blend will provide you with the benefits you are looking to receive.Every employee I have had the pleasure of meeting in this shop is so kind and helpful. They take that extra step to make you feel like a friend, not just a customer. I dont recall a single visit where I wasnt asked how is your day going so far in a genuine, caring manner. This is such a breath of fresh air after visiting so many retail establishments where, at best, the employee is on auto-pilot, Hi. How are you? Good. Okay, your total is...Have a nice day...(repeat, repeat, repeat), and, at worse, you are made to feel like a bother or an inconvenience to them (even for the simplest of requests/needs, like paying for your merchandise).The shop is clean, brightly lit, and always has the pleasing, earthy aroma of burning incense in the air....and they have an INCREDIBLE, vast selection of vape juice, devices, accessories, etc., and are fairly priced on par with other shops in the area(AND IF YOU VISIT WHILE THEIR STILL IN THEIR GRAND OPENING PHASE, THEY ARE RUNNING A 20% DISCOUNT ON PURCHASES-STILL IN EFFECT AS OF 10/27/22).The only downside is parking is extremely limited and tight, which isnt the fault of the shop or any individual (its just its location), and backing out while being unable to see cars turning offJonestown Rd (and moving quickly!) is a little scary, but Ive yet to have any close calls. Just use caution!HIGHLY RECOMMEND & HOPE THIS SHOP STICKS AROUND FOR A LONG TIME TO COME!

This is the best place for quality kratom in the area. The employees are all cool and knowledgeable about kratom and everything else they have. If you want really good CBD, Delta-8, Delta-9, and pretty much anything else you ever heard of and more, this is the place. Seriously, this is probably the best store like this around. Ive stopped at stores like in Missouri, Indiana, Colorado, and Pennsylvania; but none of them could check as many positive boxes as Tobacco King. 👍

Great selection of stuff there, especially if youre looking for vape stuff.
