Vapor Maven

Just went in this morning to see about getting a disposable vape. I knew nothing about them but thankfully Haven did. She was Super friendly and always kept a smile on while talking and answering all my idiotic questions. She showed me how to use it and explained all its features. This is now my new vape store thanks to Haven. Management if you see this and I hope you do you need to give Haven props, if not a raise.Thank you Haven for being super nice and not making me feel like an idiot like some other stores would.👍😊

Always very helpful and polite, seem like good folks, my only complaint is that they have problem keeping inventory, which from what I understand is out of their control. Still Id give it a 👍

Every time I come to this store the employees greet you politely, but are dismissive, Unknowledgeable, and unprofessional.They’d rather be on their phones than answer your questions.They’ve sold me the wrong item so MANY times because they don’t listen when you tell them what you need. They also display the colorful items but then only have black or stupid gray in stock and refuse to sell you the display models! False advertising.I always feel like I’m in there disrupting their day.They just wish you’d go away.What has happened to customer service in America?

The young lady knew her stuff and was a true sweetheart. The variety was good for some things. They had what someone else didnt.

Rudest employees and to burp in a customers face as your handing items purchased ! Learn some manners please I’ll never go back! I would drive to anywhere before I go there again

My mom went in to buy vape juice and the lady that was working the register her name was Alyssa and my mom was the only one in the store and the lady looked at her and asked Do you know what you want yet when the juices are placed to where she couldnt not read them. I wouldnt recommend this store.

I love the staff! The manager is always so helpful and knowledgeable. By far the best vape store in Harrison.

Went there twice. I bought a vape pin and it snowed so bad the next day that we couldnt get out. Pin did not even work. Came up there and they told me they wont replace it! Really?!? Second time we had to come back because the cart wasnt working and clogged up. Lady said she wont do anything. Really?! Will Not let me try it before I leave with it. DO NOT come here. Horrible place to get vapes.

I recently visited Vapor Maven in Harrison, Arkansas on January 6th, 2024. I went there to get a tank for my vapor pen. The lady gave me a box, which I purchased and opened it in my car. However, the tank didnt fit, so I went back inside and told her. She said she would exchange it and brought out a different box with a pack of tanks. I opened one and tried it, but it was too big. Then she told me I would have to pay for it. I was shocked and asked if she was joking. She handed it to me to check if it would fit and claimed that she didnt think I wanted to open it. How could I tell if it would fit while it was still in the hard package? I ended up paying for it and then she asked me to leave the store. So, I left without the $20 worth of products that I purchased and didnt fit. My recommendation is to avoid this place at all costs!

Occasionally theyre out of my usual but they do everything they can to help me out. Staff is super friendly!

Hard time getting pods to mods I got from them and employee actually said they wouldnt recommend any of the vape juices and said I should go somewhere else

As soon as you walk in you are rudely greeted and treated with no respect. I would not recommend going here

Unprofessional & dishonest management, will accuse you of shoplifting & run your name down in town. Dont shop at this location. If you do, make sure you record your whole visit as proof you did not steal.

Very poor management, unkind, unprofessional, youre better off taking your money to the next closest shop for a good experience. Dont waste your time with this place.

If I could give it a 0 star I would. Terrible service walked in and they have music so loud it would wake the dead. The guy behind the counter wouldnt even help me. He was to busy talking about getting high and eating pizza. I ended up leaving and going to tobacco world lady there was super nice and helpful. Definitely will not be returning to vapor maven of harrison Arkansas. P.S out of everything

Like a lot of businesses in Harrison there are no employees here just one person on the clock. So every transaction takes about 20 minutes you cannot walk in and walk out of this place with anything in a reasonable amount of time.

Whatever you need. Seriously, if you are 420 kind, this IS the place to go. Plus, they have many other products for your smoking experiences.

Amazing selection and amazing employees!

Absolutely horrible service provided by Josalyn at the Harrison Vapor Maven, she gave nothing but attitude and when I tried to address how uncomfortable she made me by modeling her own behavior she got defensive and kicked me out for asking her to be more polite. Wow, mind blowing how ignorant she was in customer service and I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE. I prefer to drive the extra hour to Mt Home for my supplies or a different store all together.

If youre looking for a good vape shop with good employees that are knowledgeable and helpful, definitely dont go here. The employees will quickly recommend devices that they themselves have no experience with. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Extremely friendly and professional sales person, clean store, and a huge selection of products. Im glad I stopped in here on my way through town. My dog loved the cbd treats, and hes the pickiest dog Ive ever known.

It was a really nice experience I hadnt been in that store in over a year or two and the manager a mister White was was very very knowledgeable and helpful and stuck with us until we probably really wanted he is a very patient man thank you we appreciate it

First of all, I go in an its all over priced junk! the employee there does know the resistance of the coils that fit my tank. She ended up selling me the wrong pack to which I tried an return them. she said theres nothing they can do so I ended up walking out an went to Ohmies. there i was greeted by Shea who exchanged the rpm2 for some normal rpms free of charge! highly recommend Ohmies

Very bad service the girl who is in the place working really does not know what she is doing she is just a saleswoman with no real knowledge of the product they sell and always calls another person who does not know anything about the subject either, they sold me a disposable vape and I tried to return it since I tried it before leaving the place and was upset because I told him that I did not want the product anymore and she told me that all sales were final I will never visit that store again it is disgusting also that they say that one leave good reviews in the place in exchange for product which they never do either

Extremely tolerant and helpful staff! They were very patient with my numerous questions and quite informative! Their prices are much lower than their competition in Harrison. Go to Vapor Mavens for any vaping needs- they are THE BEST!

Absolutely the worst vape store Ive ever been to. The employees dont know their products and theyre consistently out of stock. Youd be better off driving to Branson then dealing with these incompetent sociopaths.

We’ve only had a few problems in the past, but last time my husband and I went in the guy working was extremely rude. Had an attitude the whole time and talked to me like I was dumb when I said the wrong mg of nicotine. Only reason why I gave it 2 stars is because they had my coils in stock (surprisingly). I probably will just start driving to Branson to get my vape products.

I went here and explained my issues with pervious vapes I have purchased over the years and the young lady recommended the perfect vape for me. I walked out a happy customer and shall return again.

The clerk wanted to tell me how bad the juice is for me and chemicals in it... ( this is YOUR sales person) 🤔🤔 He berated me for getting a high nicotine, telling me the juice flavoring is a carcinogen, and he knows because he is college educated (scary) .... Then told me how he loves He loves Bernie Sanders.... How he hates Corporate America. I informed him he works for a Corp. Needless to say I will not be back. I believe his name is David. Sad because I actually like your product

I went in and asked for a high quality vape that they sell coils for regularly, bought one that the salesman said to me “this is the best quality and we ALWAYS have these coils in stock”The VERY next day I went in to get some of said coils and a different salesman told me “we aren’t getting those anymore, you should probably buy a new vape”

This place is the ultimatum of Vape Supply Shops. Vapor Maven is my Vapor Haven. Unlimited Vaping possibilities. Thank you for coming to Harrison, Ar. Ive visited the Store in Springdale befor this opened and often thought it would be nice to have one here I hope it booms in this small town of ours

Ive been trying for a long time to quit smoking, buying all sorts or mods, pods, juices and so on without much success. Until I went in and talked to David at the Harrison location, I couldnt recommend this store enough to someone trying to switch from smoking to vaping. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and he helped me choose what was right for me. Thank you David!
