I love this shop. I’ve been coming here for around four years now and they made quitting cigarettes easier than I thought possible. The owner is always friendly and remembers my wife and I every time we come in.

Tonight was my first time stopping in. I’m new to the area and have been going to dark horse in crystal and the ecig market in Brooklyn center for the last two years.As far as selection goes they are quite limited for what I am used to. Not a lot of selections for tanks and mods. But LOTS of pod styles if that’s your jam.There was a limited selection of juices (again from what I am used to- the ecig market has 100’s of flavors)What got this store a 4 and not a 3 was that the guy working the store tonight was quite helpful. Not only after all my questions did he remind me to grab my charger of the counter (I was gonna leave without the item I purchased while there) but when I started talking to him about being new in the area and the store not having what I needed he took notes and wrote things down and actually cared.As a small business owner myself, customer service is EVERYTHING, and this guy nailed it.Hopefully they eventually carry more variety, at least in coils so I don’t have to go out of my way to grab some. But if not, it’s still a decent little shop for beginning vapersStore itself: 4 very clean organized and well keptSelection: 3 fair to poor. Felt like they had more CBD than vape selectionCustomer service: 5 excellent customer service

I would give it five stars but I’m giving it three because I have tried calling the store but no one ever picks the phone up and when I go by there it never looks like it’s open anymore I’ve been trying to get juice for almost 4 months this is sad I might have to find a new place to go I really liked this store and the people were really nice and since I don’t drive it was a closer location for me but I guess I’ll be looking somewhere else if I don’t get an answer at some point

I have been going to the Forest Lake store for almost 4 years and the Hastings location for about 1 year, and I love, love, love these peeps! They are by far the best ecig store in MN. Jamie, and his crew are knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful. There ejuice is by far the most flavorful and superior. Ive gone other places and tried other products and they do not compare. If youve decided you want to quit smoking and try vaping, (and live) please bypass all the convenience store offshoot crap and go talk to them. Theyll work with you till your absolutely satisfied. Even if you want to eventually quit vaping theyll help you with the process. Start off right and give yourself the best chance possible to quit the nasty smokes!!!

Love this place, very knowledgeable, very helpful and decent prices....only wish they had more product more often, usually have to wait a bit for more product to come in.other than that they are way better than the tobacco store in Hastings. That tobacco store isnt very good.

Everyone that works there is very knowledgeable. Willing to take the time to help you. The store has a large variety of products to choose from. Makes it pleasurable to stop there.

This place has a killer selection of e juice as well as VERY knowledgeable staff. People say that they are higher priced. But Ill gladly pay higher prices for knowledgeable people helping me out.
