Wild Bills Tobacco

I bought a vape today and it was malfunctioning. It’s leaking juice into my mouth and not working properly. I was told if there are any issues I could bring in the receipt and the vape within 48 hours and switch it out for a functioning vape. Mindy, the store manager told me I have to hit it in front of her face and if it doesn’t leak juice into my mouth, then she can’t take it back and I can’t get my money back for a vape that works. She was very rude and disrespectful.I’ll take my business and go somewhere that values customer service.

Ive been waiting posting this review but Im so happy to do it now. I moved here from outside Buffalo NY where I went through dv, brain surgery, & incrued fibromyalgia, chronic pain & fatigue syndrome, & ptsd. I dont take any pain medication. These people who work here are genuinely so kind. Mindy is one of the kindest people Ive ever met. There have been times I had my son and couldnt come inside. She didnt miss a beat. She was so thoughtful and considerate and had no problem taking my order from outside. Everytime I walk into this store, I feel amazing. Times are weird and people are hurting. For a few minutes that I come here for pain relief, I forget all about it. I cant say enough good things about Mindy & all of the employees here. Id go here before any other store! 10/10

Awful location! Do not shop here! They do not honor their own policies. I’ve shopped at many Wild Bills locations. This one misses the mark. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I always have a great experience when I shop here. Always a friendly vibe, and the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Heather helped me find a new water pipe and she was the best!

I was originally a big fan of the store. Today i went in to buy a tank of nos and apparently theyre carding for it now? I wasnt carded and bought tanks at the Hastings location for months. They lost that business, i wasnt driving 20 minutes home to get my id to drive 20 minutes back to appease some 19 year old on a power trip. Also, you can buy nos on amazon all day, no id needed. Ill be buying my stuff there in the future.

Dont go in this store if you have a baby face they will bother you....Management wasnt very friendly.

The young lady that helped me was super nice. The young man had an attitude cause the card machine wasnt working. Otherwise, a very nice store has lots of glass to choose from. Found a beautiful piece to add to my collection

They carry a variety of vapes, cigarettes, cigars, smoking bowls, bongs and lots more. One thing I dont love is they change prices frequently. One week you can purchase a vape for $10 and the next week the same vape is $20! That is a big difference in $$

The younger guys that work there are all really friendly and helpful.The single experience I had with one of the women on staff was not nearly as pleasant. Had her back turned to me when I was asking questions, never even looked at me. Oh well, still the best selection and luckily I’ve only had to have her one time.

Some workers are just plain lucky attitude adjustment dont come around like ol days. The worse wild bills I ever been to.

The staff that work there are great people, they have a amazing selection of products. The staff is funny and make you feel welcome at anytime of the day/week. The store is always clean and organized whenever I go in. Absolutely love this store and staff.

I would give a zero stars if I could but cant.I have brought a tank for my Mod an it started leaking within matter of minutes an yet I was told it would work with my Salt E-Liquid an now Im being told it doesnt. Well I think you should get tanks an Mods that dose Salt as well your a Tobacco store an you should have everything not just Bongs & Normal Tanks for none Salt E-Liquid. I have wasted money for the last time.

**EDITI have changed my rating for this specific location from 1 to 4 as the staff are friendly and did everything in their power to accommodate me for the below issue. The inconvenience is on a corporate level and not the fault of the employees.The vape juice they sell has a 50/50 chance of being heavily oxidized right out of the box. ASK TO SEE THE JUICE OUT OF THE BOX BEFORE BUYING, or you will be stuck with disgusting juice as their return policy doesnt allow refunds or exchanges on juice.

Tannis, one of the managers was extremely helpful in helping me decide whether or not I want to get into rolling my own cigarettes. He was very knowledgeable and patient answering all my questions. Wild bills has a price match guarantee. I found my new tobacco store. Very clean and very spacious.

Shop here frequently for disposable vapes. Today I had a defective one that didnt work right out the box. I thought no big deal they can exchange it. Nope apparently you have to keep the receipt. Who keeps a receipt for a throw away vape? Especially when you buy 2 for 20. They literally lost a customer over 12 dollars. Not a smart move for being in a small town. Worse customer service I have ever seen.

Staff is always helpful with picking flavors. Never had a bad exp in the almost year ive been going here

They sell knock off products. So far its only the Hastings location doing it.

Most floor space of any Wild Bills Ive visited. Large walk-in humidor with plenty of options. Staffed appropriately. It feels weird being inside a location where everything isnt crammed together. Nice touch.

They locked the door 3 minutes early so I couldnt make a purchase then came to the door at 6 and unlocked the door and said the computer said 6:00 and still wouldnt let me make a purchase I wont be back poor customer service

Gage was very helpful in showing me all of the glassware. He examined the deals abd just overall was extremely helpful!
