Every interaction here, has been super great. Patrick is the most helpful employee I’ve ever met at a store like this, always super friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. Everyone else has also been helpful, I’ve just talked with Patrick the most. Thanks so much for all your guys’ help! I will DEFINITELY continue shopping here!

I really enjoy their house brand Neon Butter and their prices are less than half of the other vapes stores on Delta 8 products! I recommend them to anyone whos looking for their favorite vape store!

Smells like weed walking in the store and Im 62 y/o and they required my ID to put in their machine to tell me that they dont have the pods for my common smok-propod vape!! Never shop here!!

First time actually going into here & wasn’t disappointed! Didn’t catch the girls name who helped me today (the girl w/some piercings & super friendly) but she was very helpful & informative. She got me hooked up with some great D8 items & prices were pretty well spot on if not cheaper than other places. Customer service was much better than I’ve gotten at other places (Kearney for example) and she was more than willing to explain which products she would personally recommend based off my interest. Will definitely return!

Went in to get something for a friend. I know that most of the time these sales are final and the two employees working 11/1/22 were able to swap it after going out of their way to calI who I am assuming is their boss/manager over the phone. They did not have to swap for my airhead mistake, but did me a solid.

I am 100% satisfied with their customer service and care that was shown with an issue I had. I want everyone to know that these employees are well trained and are willing to see sure you know everything there is about your new product. I would recommend everyone taking the time even five minutes to walk in and check it out. Thank you to the male employee that was working on Dec. 27th around 5:30pm I appreciate everything you did to turn my day around to the better. Thank you and Happy New Year!

My absolute favorite vape shop. If I have questions, I dont get belittled or made to feel stupid. The clerks are always friendly. I never feel like a consumer to them, but rather someone they truly value as a returning customer. 10/10 my go-to vape store.

I went in yesterday 3 employees where there I was the only customer they all three proceeded to stare at me while I was trying to decide what vape to get I’ve never felt so rushed and so unwelcome before I’m fairly picky about my vapes I was so rushed I ended up leaving the store with a vape that I really really do not like and i ended up getting one of the recommended vapes that was a little more expensive then I normally choose which is fine but I absolutely hate the flavor which sucks i don’t ever want to experience that again specially since I already have very high amounts of anxiety I left that store with my anxiety threw the roof so l think im gunna go back to the other vape shops I’ve never had anyone there treat me like that! I will say the other night dude working the night shift was cool but the 3 the there yesterday very unwelcoming folks

It’s very hit or miss on the experience you have there based on who’s working. Which shouldn’t be the case. My biggest gripe is that I HAVE TO ASK the lady there who drives the equinox to put in my number for rewards. Last time I worked in customer service, it was my job as a cashier to ask if they are signed up/want to use their rewards.There’s a gentleman who I think is the manager with glasses and a beard and he’s been very nice whenever I’ve come in.Products:Lately on disposables I’ve been glad I’ve tested before walking out because two torch brand cbd vapes have been duds immediately. I appreciate that they exchange them.

I’m a decently regular customer and to not be very welcomed by the two managers while a man was helping one customer when we are the only two customers in the store was disheartening. They were all up on each other doing something but I felt very awkward while I was there. Really wish the girl with the piercing was there she is always attentive to the business I give and is pretty knowledgeable about what chasing clouds have to offer.

$7 for a box of 6 paper cones

Have been there twice for products and has always been a great stop. The workers are very helpful and have great attitudes. Will continue to stop there for our needs

Best shop around for sure! I was taken away by the juice options, I could literally find any flavor I wanted. The CBD they offer is by far the best I’ve had to date. I’ve had a hard time falling asleep sense I moved and the CBD did the trick! They have earned a few brownie points from me, definitely will be a regular! 10 out of 10 recommend checking it out!!

Super glad i stopped here! I needed coils, she (forgot to get her name) helped me get the right ones, when she rang them up, it came to $21 bucks, seriously, the same exact coils at another shop was $35 bucks! (3coils) But the icing on the cake........they carry Kratom! At a very reasonable price. Just became my go to vape shop. Great experience

Ok...but they didnt have battery packs for the juice cylinder...but very helpful...a tad bit more pricey then some other vape grottos up the street...but still a great experience

Holy cow. I never thought Hastings would get a vape shop like this. By far the cheapest prices in town plus they’re open everyday of the week. The nicest staff that helps you understand product instead of making you feel stupid. It’s a very welcoming environment.••They even have CBD.For sure my go-to shop from now on.

They have so much more stuff in the store than they had the last time we were in there but way less vaping options. We went in just to get a new tank for my husbands mod because his busted but they only had one, not very appealing, tank available.

They are so informative and knowledgeable. I’m new to vaping and they walked me through everything and explained everything so well. My first experience in a vape shop was eons better than my husbands (the shop he went to told him prices and that was about it his first time in). I would highly recommend making this your go to shop.

Was not happy with my experience the first time I went in and the manager went out of his way to find me on Facebook and reach out to me to make things right. Thank you for caring about your customers and not just making us another number. Only downside is the prices compared to online prices.

I got a disposable vape 1 time before these last two times and they DONT WORK. The first time I went in the disposable vape didn’t work and now these last two times I’ve went in they haven’t worked and one of them I opened the package and the juice from the disposable vape was everywhere. Ive even gone back into the store without even leaving the parking lot yet and told them my disposable vape isn’t working and they won’t even give you a refund or exchange. Absolutely will not go here again. Super disappointing.

The staff is really nice, the prices are competitive. Theyre open everyday and later than all the others. They have good deals and a decent reward system. They have a large selection of premium juice. They do not have house juice, which I personally dont mind. They have many different mods and kits cheaper than other places Ive gone. But what really topped it off for me and my girlfriend specifically is she uses her Juul most of the time, and she doesnt like having to order to get good flavors, but they have two different brands of pods that are not only slightly bigger, but taste great and are compatible with a Juul. Im putting 5 star for my preference but I could see how someone may deduct for no house juice. Go in try a juice that sounds good talk to the managers and get to see where they come from and how they got here while enjoying an array of different juices!
