I bought a TFV 12 baby prince. Took it home and it was leaking. Went back and the gentleman working put a new coil in it. It kept leaking. Went back and the owner was there and he gave me a whole new rig. Apologized profusely and gave me a bottle of juice for my troubles. They made it right for me and will have my business from now on!

Hastings Vapor is a vape shop of-course but the people there make you feel at home and really comfortable with no high pressure sales and most of all they are honest and to me thats most important as a customer than anything and by the way , their prices are very very fair and they compete with other shops on price , I will not go anywhere else .and Hastings Vapors , SAVE ME A 120 BOTTLE!! :)

Went in and was given the wrong pods for my device and later called and was promised an exchange. Returned to the store and proceeded to be called a liar and yelled at and wasn’t given an exchange. Will not return
