WOW... I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage from The talented Renise yesterday.Best Ive had. Great even pressure and addressed all areas, focusing on hips, back, neck. So cordial and polite.Slept all through night instead of waking 3 times night.I really recommend Serenity Lounge. A++

KeSean was welcoming from the start. The massage was wonderful, I fell asleep 3 times! The table was heated, the music and lighting relaxing. Dont let the cover keep you from reading and enjoying.

I had Renise for my 1st experience, and she left me feeling amazing. I wasnt able to discern what kind of massage and pressure would actually work for me since I havent had a massage since a few back surgeries. I still experience nerve pain that can be triggered very easily. Renise performed multiple modalities as well as varying pressures, and it all seemed to provide a great deal of relief and relaxation. I will be returning in the future.

My best friend and I were in need of some “girl time” so we decided to have dinner and get massages. Sure, we could have went to Chicago but because of our schedules and families we decided to go somewhere locally. Upon our search we came across Serenity Lounge. Scheduling our appointment was very easy and the rates were great! For our 60 minute session we had Renise & Ke’Sean. They immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable but most importantly, they were professional. The atmosphere was relaxing, the music during the session was great and the massage…AMAZING!!!! It was definitely one of the best I’ve ever had. That evening Serenity Lounge gained two new clients. My best friend and I plan on scheduling our massages for next month very soon!

Wow, where do I begin?! I was referred to this massage lounge from a coworker and instantly got booked as a birthday gift. I wish I would have gone sooner because MAN OH MAN was this the most HEAVENLY massage Ive ever received in my entire existence! Highly professional, clean warm and welcoming. The dim lights,music, and soft spoken voice during the massage created a holy ambiance that I will forever cherish. It has now been 3 days since my first visit and I am still stuck on this experience. I felt so much care and passion behind the massage. I just love when someone LOVES their job. What a talent! I was surprised by a friend to an hour of deep massage. I had never had a professional massage. Renise is very professional and friendly. Her place is business is very clean! The music and ambiance of lights are so relaxing!!! Renise is awesome! I felt like I was floating when she was done. I highly recommend and will return for myself and daughter!

I highly recommend getting a massage here!!!! I will admit i was not expecting this place to be as small of a setup. But the intimate setting was ON POINT! My BFF and i did a couples massage for my bday. The male did hers and the female did mine. The were so professional. She asked what my key body points were. She listened and focused on those areas. When i say this was thee best massage i have had i my life mean that ( I typically get a at least 6 massages a year due to my sciatica and back issues) !! Had my first professional massage by Renise and it was wonderful!! She’s very nice and professional, makes you feel comfortable. And if your an introvert like me, she doesn’t make you engage in conversation if you don’t want to. I felt very relaxed and definitely will be coming back. As far as covid precautions she sanitizes the area and wears a mask the entire time. If your reading this review just go book, you will not regret it.

So glad I found this place. Renise is excellent and her massages are amazing. She switches it up giving you something different like hot stones which I love. The atmosphere is so inviting, I am always so relaxed once she is done, love love it.

I just had a massage today by the owner and it was great!!! My body feels less tense than before I went. She was very professional and she kept checking with me about the pressure she was using. The atmosphere was very calm and pleasant. I loved it and I will be returning at least once a month going forward.

I came upon Serentiy by chance and I wont lie, I was leary (due to location.) I should have read the reviews! Let me tell you - each one - is accurate! The owner is a beautiful soul. The inside of her establishment is very nice, makes you feel extremely comfortable, and the decor is peaceful. Her table is plush - I didnt expect it to be sooo comfortable! Her hands are amazing... I dont know what else to say, shes kind, she didnt talk my ear off, her vibes and aura alone with guarentee my future business. I Recommend.

Highly recommend.You can get a message that feels good and you can also get some real therapy to the muscles but those dont often come as a package deal.Renise has skilled hands in healing and finding those spots that need extra work while also focusing on the relaxation of the overall massage.The space is relaxing as soon as you walk in the door and the massage table is a special kind of comfortable. Renise was super attentive to my needs on temperature and pressure and communicated with me throughout as I needed.Im a huge fan and will be going back. I also booked an appointment for my husband. I went here and got a massage from Renise. My massage was amazing! The atmosphere is very clean and relaxing. Renise is very professional and was able to work around my hetic schedule. I enjoy the massage so much that I go on a regular now. These massages are great especially if you had plastic surgery, play sports, exercise or you just need ease buillt up tension. My GOSH... Renise was just so awesome ! She started out with Sweedish to get me to relax and then worked deeper as per my request.She worked out all my knots.I suggest to get 90 minutes deep tissue.I will be running back to have another.One thing, and not her fault.Kennedy Avenue is tore up.

The place was clean with a welcoming atmosphere. The massage was a throughly relaxing experience. The Owner was friendly and accommodating to requests. Just be very specific about the amount of pressure you like.

Renise (Owner) has been giving me massages for years now! I come to her when Im overwhelmed & stressed; after my massage I be so relaxed & have a clear head!

Only called to see pricing never actually booked an appointment and I got a text a couple days later at 5:17am on 12/9/23 saying “R u up” that is very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend anybody booking here.

Friendly, professional therapist and the pressure was good. One of the few massage therapists who also incorporates stretches in massage.
