OmG!!! This is my 1st time coming here complements of my Valentine Gift. I must admit I was a bit intimidated being that it was in a busy area of the shopping district. Once I arrived, the facility was clean well sanitized, very easy and fast check-in, my massus Chris was prompt and on time. The rooms was tranquil and clean. I was given time to undress to MY comfort level and then the relaxation began. My massage from Chris was Amazing he focuses on all my troubled spots and allowed me to relax afterwards for a moment then I got dressed. At Checkout I was asked to become a member and told about what all the membership holds I liked it so I decided to join. The membership is only$65/monthly for 1hr session and the 1hr does roll over WOW! 👍🏽(but)They really should be a lil more transparent, its really 50 minutes not 1 full hour (bummer) but i still love that because you can really mix &match the services if you do roll over til the next month 🙋🏽‍♀️lol. Massage and facial if you let it roll over, Ijs Ladies. Since it was my 1st time I did ask Chris if he didnt mind seeing me as a regular on Saturdays. So now I am a customer. I recommend This Place Ladies/Guys the front Desk Ladies Holly/Emily are Awesome minus the minor hiccups with my card on file. You Ladies still kept it Profesional and owned up to the mistake that was made.

Went today for a first time microdermabrasion and they told me over the phone 130$ when I got there there said it was 160$ and I said um I thought you told me 130$ their response was Im sorry, those were old prices. Okay, I go into the room at 2:05 and Im out by 2:25! 20 minutes and one swipe on my face. Overall, Ill stick to rejuvenation house in Schererville

I have chronic pain from two separate illnesses. It’s with me on the daily, but when I walked out of there today, my pain was gone for the first time in months. Molly is magic! And everyone else from the front desk, to her, really listen to what concerns you have and help you so much with correcting them.

Courtney and Ed are the BEST! Since I have been going to Courtney for facials my skin feels and looks better than it ever has! I highly recommend her!Ed is fantastic for massage! They are the reason I continue to keep my membership year over year! Great service!

Joseph at the front desk is kind, considerate, genuinely caring and well spoken. He is an absolute pleasure to talk to and as personable as they come.

Courtney D. gave me the most relaxing facial I have ever had! She has been quite knowledgeable on which skincare & treatments are best for me. I’ve seen a huge change in my skin already with her recommendations, and I am looking forward to seeing her again and again!

I am a cancer patient. Went to this place for a massage. I am sorry to say that I was very disappointed. I was not able to relax and the massage was not good at all. I hate that I wasted my monthly treat going here. I was really bummed out afterwards….

Came in for a very needed massage after having my baby. I seen Edward and he was amazing! Very professional and focused on the areas I told him needed the most work. He is deep pressure and It was the prefect amount. I was always intimidated by deep pressure but It was worth It. Definitely going to be coming back again to see him! Front desk was also very nice and lobby was super clean.

Overpriced, over marketed, numerous technicians just going through the motions, poor management, limited availability.Had a good masseuse for the first year or so and after he left, it all went downhill. Future appointments with a number of different people were subpar... from poor technique to long nails - most left me feeling frustrated instead of rejuvenated. To top it off staff interaction / courteousness declined... and then there was the day I got home and received a new notification that my credit card had just been charged $20. I called only to encounter a defensive receptionist who insisted I requested the transaction and was incredibly rude. The amount of time it took to reverse an unapproved charge was completely unacceptable.They rarely had availability after a typical 8-5 work day, even when trying to book 4-6 weeks out. This amassed credits to the point they couldnt be used before my cancellation date, and ultimately my money went down the drain.

This place is a scam. Their services are based on how to get your money only! They miss giving you complete information and are rude at times. I tried different locations they are all the same. Dont listen to them and do not believe them.

Upon arrival I was checked in promptly and was told to have a seat in the waiting area. Moments later a young lady came with a questionnaire to find out what areas they need to focus on the most. After a 20 minute wait I was called. The therapist was very nice however the massage felt more like a rub down than a massage. My areas of concern were focus on very little

Worst customer service ever! My husband bought me a gift card when the had a promotion going on of massage and facial for $110. It had been a while and so I went IN PERSON to ask if they would honor the promotion. The front desk girl said yes, they would honor it and I booked my services. I got there and the person at the front desk (different girl) said they couldnt honor it. I explained I had explicitly and specifically asked if they would honor that, she asked her manager and they said they would not. They just said the other girl should not have said that to you. Will never come back. Be careful and dont get scammed.

My massage therapist, Jamica, was great! Very professional and the pressure was amazing! I also did a facial after and my tech Laura, was great. My skin felt great afterward and looked so much better. They both were awesome!😊

This was my home location before I moved and I loved everyone and everything there! I trust any masseuse and both the workers and the manager are kind, helpful, and listen well! They are very helpful with booking out appointments and helped with all admin work! I never got a facial there but like I said I trust any of the people giving massages! Thank you! Membership is so worth it!

It was my first time going to massage envy, Yolanda was very delightful and professional. I really needed a self care day, I purchased a 1hr massage and it was amazing! So amazing, I signed up for a membership. So needless to say, I will be back!

I had to update my review from 2yrs ago. Today has been by far the best massage I’ve had in this location! Brandon is fairly new but he actually listened to what I needed. Most of the time I go in and and the therapist ask me what I’d like to focus on the most. “They do the opposite or not enough.” The technic Brandon used on my today was different. I walked out without and head or neck pain I was having.

My husband and I went in for a massage yesterday and it was absolutely fantastic. John and Justinea were amazing and extremely knowledgeable as well as professional. We signed up to become members and will definitely make Massage Envy Highland our go to for Self Care. We feel so much better this morning as our minor aches and pains are completely diminished. *Masks were also worn the whole time and it was very clean as well. Overall it was an excellent experience.

This business is predatory on its subscription. My wife and I have attempted to cancel services on three separate occasions since 2020. Twice my wife has showed up to the store in person to cancel. Somehow, they continue to find a way to begin billing us again after a period. Our credit card number has changed several times, yet somehow they are able to reinstate billing. We have already paid over $1,000 in monthly charges since 2020 that apparently is non-refundable. This practice is shameful. Ive just begun looking into this online if others are having similar problems and apparently short of recording yourself canceling and insisting that you will not leave the store without some document stating exactly when all services will be cancelled they could continue to do this under the guise that your membership was on hold and not cancelled. I am literally loosing sleep as I am so upset that we are dealing with this again.

I purchased my wife a massage for our date night. She got a massage while I waited in the lobby with a great book, Star trek discovery. She says that the massage was amazing, I ordered the $65 introductory 60-minute massage. The women who were up front were very pleasant and friendly. The atmosphere in the office it was coming and even had aromatherapy. Next time Im going to get a massage too

It is so pretty an clean in there. I have received well over a hundred massages and I know the benefits of massage therapy thats why I didnt hesitate to do the program where I go every month because their pricing is a LOT better for a customized massage verses a lot of other spas Ive been to. They best fit me with a few experienced massage therapists because I am experienced in massage therapy and I love the techniques and flow of the massages. Also I have never received a facial but after did my facial I felt like I was in heaven. It is definitely worth a try if you want to take care of yourself and stay healthy.

I received a gift certificate to visit ME, I decided to try a facial. From the moment I entered this spa I was treated to kindness, professionalism and expertise- the ladies at the front desk made me feel very welcomed and helped me with initial paperwork. Courtney came to greet me and I was again impressed by the cheerful and positive attitude and friendliness. I’ve been to spas in every city I’ve visited and this facial absolutely ranked among the best. Courtney was very skilled, knowledgeable and I left feeling amazing. I will skip a trip to Chicago when I go for my next facial and I will book 90!min with Courtney!

I would absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone & everyone! They make you feel comfortable and they are very professional. The girls at the front desk are friendly & knowledgeable. Ive had Stacy & Elizabeth as massage therapists and both were wonderful. I cant wait to go back and have bought gift cards for family members as well.

I liked this location, but it is hard to get in to as they are always booked. A few times I had to reschedule due to there being no aesthetician for facials. I even purchased their expensive skin cream that was referred to me. That was over 200+dollars, when I told them it irritated my skin they told me they could not refund or exchange the product since it was over 30 days and I would need to see the aesthetician and pay for that...Ok. Fine. I recently canceled my membership on June 15th. I had 2.5 hours in my account. At the time of cancelation I was not told that I had 60 days to use the hours or they would expire. I am very disappointed. They charged me 75.00 per month. Beware.

I don’t feel it was worth $115, and it was more like 45 to 50 minutes. I’ve had way better massages, in different places for less money. I believe it’s over priced for what you get. The whole thing about being a member is not convincing me either, its also very pricey with $75 a month membership fee. I’ve been ther twice and I’m just not happy with the price and or the massage for that price.

First time customer. Had a birthday gift card. Facial with Courtney and it was excellent. Very nice she included the neck and decolletage area. Neck, arm massage included too. Front desk receptionists were very pleasant and knowledgeable also. Overall very good experience.

I only wish they use the whole hour to complete the massage!For instance , my massage was scheduled for 12pm, my massage therapist came to the front at 12:07.Went into the back talked about the type of massage and pressure points to be addressed. the massage started at exactly 1215, and ended at 12:45.

I love this place. Everyone is always very sweet and Ive never had a bad service. (Courtney & Sam, you are angels!) Unfortunately, they have a new computer system that seems to make things more difficult for the employees view and book appointments. Even so, its still a great place with a convenient location and awesome employees.

Super helpful in getting my order set up. Purchased a large number of gift cards for a company holiday gift and they were so well wrapped and put together. The ladies let me run to Target while they put the order together, and by the time I came back I was able to quickly pay without hassle!! Made the experience so easy!

I took my wife here for a couple massage as a little get away/relaxation time. The place was clean and the employees where nice and professional. However I personally would not recommended getting a massage here. The massage was basic, it was like someone fresh out of school did it. I and my wife give each other better massages at home. Also the lady burped in my face when she was massaging my neck. The other lady was very rough with my wife and she had to ask her several times to ease up. We brought the hour massages and it was not an hour. First the ladies came to get us almost 5 minutes after our start time. Then we got in the room and they talk for about 3 minutes took us 2 minutes to get undressed. Then they stopped five minutes before the time was up in order to give us time to get redressed. If you like mediocre massages then GO! I guess we got our money’s worth since we didn’t have to pay full price due to the grand opening special.

Signed up for monthly membership. I had several different therapists and I didnt like any of them. So, I cancelled my membership but had 2 visits pre paid for already when I cancelled. Told them I just wanted a refund for the last 2 visits I already paid for. They still havent refunded me. Corporate office told me there was nothing they could do and this individual location still hasnt refunded me the money for 2 sessions I never received. More negative reviews will be coming until I receive my refund.

I cant provide a rating on getting a massage but I will say that I scheduled an appointment for a massage over the phone and when I went to check in they said they didnt have me listed on their schedule. Since I have a gift card I will be scheduling another appointment, but if that werent the case this would be the reason I would never go to massage envy.

The Facial I received with Sandi was amazing from start to finish. But my massage was ok not really what I expected. Full body means all parts of your body should be touched at some point right? Well my upper legs or gluteus were never massaged neither were my feet. You pay for a 60 minute massage and 10 minutes is subtracted for you getting undressed/ redressed. Which is not the client fault. I was open to giving them another chance but once I got home and noticed that the parts that wasn’t touched is the parts that still ache, I feel like I wasted my money. Definitely will continue facials but I think I’m going to try another place for massages.

My wife called to made an appointment about 1:30. She was told that they had an opening a 2 it would be cutting it close but we can make it. After booking then she was told that she had to show 15 mins early to full out some forms. Knowing she couldnt make the time ask to book for a later time. She was told that there was a 3 oclock opening but was advised to keep her 2 oclock and that they will do the forms as she got there, starting the massage when she was finish with them. Mentioning now that she asked for a hour massage. She got there at 2 as promised and they started with the paperwork. Once completed they started her massage but only did it for half an hour, telling her that she only booked for 2 till 3. They still charged her for a full hour saying cause she booked an hour. When she told them that they told her she would still get her full hour on the phone they said they didnt know what she was talking about its policy only to do the time she booked for. Even after she explained that she asked for a later time only reason she keeped the 2 oclock was cause of what they promised. She said the therapist was nice,but the staff was rude. Even after all this happened and she was upset the staff still asked if she wanted to start a membership. My wife she will not be going back and will not recommend this place to anyone

Massage was decent but I have had better. Also was a little disappointed because your website and other advertisements say you charge an introductory rate of 39.95 and I was charged 49.95. When I asked about it someone at the desk she said that promotion ended in October. Ok thats fine but you shouldnt advertise a price and then trick people and charge more. Your billboards, websites and every other advertisement I have seen shows 39.95 not a very good business practice I will probably not come back.

I always enjoy my massage sessions. Lately, my sessions have been with Reid and Sharon, and theyre both phenomenal!

Love this place! They ask you about your trouble areas and ask how much pressure is good for you. The lady I had seemed very knowledgeable. I had more tension in one side of my butt and she asked if I had ever broken a leg. I hadn’t, but I did fracture a bone in my foot and had to wear a boot for awhile. That cleared up the reason for the odd tension. I felt so relaxed afterwards and could feel that the tension was gone.

I cancelled my membership 4 months ago and they are still trying to charge my card every month. Its gotten ridiculous The massages are not even that good youre better off going somewhere else that charges less for the same quality of massage.

Holding out hope that everything will work out. Have emailed corporate with no response.My husband attempted to purchase me a membership only to be told there is one currently open in Miami, Fl. I have never even visited Miami. Could not be resolved since he purchased me a gift certificate.My daughter purchased me a gift card to be delivered electronically. I have not received it.I purchased her a gift card to be delivered electronically. She has not received it. We have the receipts so Im hoping it will be fine.Just a shame that we cannot get some help and as a result, they missed out on a membership. Fingers crossed the massage will trump the customer service

I tried contacting Massage Envy through the 922 number for the Highland location however its taking me to an automated where I cant get ahold of anyone. So Im not too happy about that. Im in the massage itself was pretty decent. I have had better. I dont know I dont really think its worth the membership. But hopefully i get someone else who changes my mind

I booked a prenatal massage online as a gift to myself for my birthday. I even spoke to a representatitve and made sure i told her it was prenatal and the day of my massage they had me down for a regular massage. This same exact thing happened to my best friend who was also pregnant at the time and we were getting our massages done together that day. They didnt have any prenatal massage therapist there so they told us they would comp us the hour. Well my friend got her hour comped but when i called to get mine they claim i didnt even book it as a prenatal and they gave me a different offer from what i was originally told. The lady i spoke with was rude and hung up in my face. Terrible customer service and I would never refer anyone to this establishment again nor will I ever go there again.

Machele is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had. She is very friendly and dedicated to her clients. Machele will educate you about your areas of tension and provide you with the BEST deep pressure massage. She leaves me sore every time! I used to hop around from therapist to therapist trying to find the one and Machele is it!

The monthly massage packages they offer are very productive if u work hard and need that relaxation regularly to unwind. The 90 min is a little extra but well with it . We all need relaxation and to unwind that tension in our lives❤

I absolutely needed the massage. I tried to wait as long as I could. Staff was masked, large jugs of hand sanitizer meets you at the checking. You keep your mask on during your massage. They maintain covid precautions.

I recived my first massage from Massage envy. My husband insisted that I needed a treat. I was nervous of the thought of being massaged. It turned out to be very therapeutic. Marisa was great she got the knots and kinks out of my back.

DO NOT GO TO MESSAGE ENVY IN HIGHLAND!!!It was my wifes 30th birthday and i decided to end the night off with a nice relaxing couples massage. when I got there they said that the message was going to be in seperate rooms, so i said that I booked a couples message, the supervisor said that she would look into and let me know... she came back and said that the person that took my reservation over the phone was new and that she apologized but the room is now already booked with someone else. i did not want to ruin a perfectly good night for my wife so i decided to still get both of us a message even though it was in separate rooms. The person that did my message looked like he was 16 years old and the message was very soft... my 5 year old daughter could have given me a harder message. when i woke up after the hour was complete...yes i fell asleep it was so soft.. i left. 3 weeks later i get an automatic charge on my credit card that i used from Message Envy. when i called to see why they charged my card they said that my wife signed up as a member, so i asked my wife about the membership and she laughed and said absolutely not did i sign up to be a member. so i called back up and said to send me the signed paperwork that my wife signed and they said they charged my card by mistake and that they did not have a signed agreement for a membership. the supervisor apopolgized and said that they would credit my account and i should see a credit on my credit card within 5 business days...... 2 weeks go by and i do NOT see any credit , so i called again and the erson that i spoke to apologized and said that they did not credit the account yet, and that she would do it right now while im on the phone with her. she said that it was her last day there....hmmm wonder why.. i told her that this is a white color crime and they are charging people without any authorization to do so..... Unless you enjoy getting your credit card charged on a monthly basis without knowing about it and you like getting softly touched by a 16 year old then Message Envy in Highland is the place for you!

Scott was amazing. Im visiting from Vegas and walked in with pain and tightness around in my neck and shoulders, I walked out feeling like a new person. Scott talked to me explaining what he is doing and why. Gave me suggestions on how to keep the results and what to ask for when I returned to Vegas. Thank you so much!

Massage service was good. I just felt it was rushed and I couldnt relax. I also asked for help with making online appointment and no one ever called me back to assist as stated they would.

I will never ever again go to this location terrible service. Manager was rude had a emergency couldnt make my appointment all she cared was about my money. Then I canceled my account and they sill took 5 payments out of my account and I havent been back to there location since June Very unprofessional. Bad buisness

This was the most disappointing experience for $75. A Full body massage and the foot scrub + tip and got a full body application of lotion for the money. Horrible experience and my kids worked hard for their money to buy me this gift card and it was a total waste!

Massage Envy is a great place to stop and get a massage or any type of treatment if youre in pain or work too hard the people here are very nice kind income overall is very clean quiet relaxing place and I was just anybody go here if you have the money I think basic massage is like $40 but you can always come Groupon and get cheaper

Member for last 5 yrs recently canceled due to unprofesionalism and quality of services not being up to par anymore.
