Kat did a very good job on my stiff back muscles. I carry a lot of stress in my back from working on a computer all day and I really needed that. The environment was comfortable and relaxing to me, and all the staff I saw were professional and pleasant. I would recommend Elements and Kat to anyone looking for a good deep tissue massage. It was tremendously easy to schedule a convenient time for a massage at Elements Massage. Whenever needed Elements got in touch with me, both with phone calls and texts. The atmosphere of the location is great, calming, and peaceful. Finally, everyone with whom I interacted was thoughtful, kind, and respectful.

Liam is an extremely good massage therapist. My neck was killing me for months, and I walked out feeling almost as limber as I was 40 years ago! My neck still doesnt hurt 3 days later ☺️

When I am able to get a massage it’s always been very nice. My complaint is the difficulty getting an appointment. I’ve scheduled an appointment online through their website multiple times only to receive a call later telling me that the appointment I booked for 60 minutes is only available for 90 minutes. Of course they give me the choice to extend my massage longer to fit the 90 minutes (more $) or switch to another therapist (an elite one that also costs more). If clients can’t book online you should remove the option. Or waive the extra cost for the elite therapist as it’s your websites error. Unfortunately I have received several gift cards here so I’ll have to continue to TRY to make an appointment.

Ive been to a couple different Elements Massage (Lake Oswego, Tanasbourne) for MEDICAL MASSAGE, with focus on both legs and feet for lower peripheral neuropathy along with some lower back pain and muscle tension and cramping issues from a laminectomy at L3 as well. Out of every treatment option under the sun, massage therapy is the most useful. No drugs, PT or surgery even come close toward relief and recovery after over six years of dealing with my conditions. Sadly most insurance doesnt cover massage or has very limited visits per year so it gets expensive fast, even though my doctors would prescribe it perpetually for the medical benefits if I requested it. My latest visit at Tanasbourne in late April of 2024 was 90 minutes with Kat, she did a fantastic job, dug in deep with hard pressure as I prefer, light massage does nothing for severe neuropathy and preventing debilitating muscle cramping. Deep tissue is the way to go, on scale of 4-5 with 5 being hard pressure pain in a good way, she put in a solid 3-4.PROS:- Have always had great DEEP TISSUE massages every visit by a man or woman, therapists have been well qualified.- Every visit the massage therapist listened and focused on the areas requested (after years of severe neuropathy I know where to focus).- ALWAYS feel better after a deep, and sometimes painful massage, the kind where it hurts so good.- All professional, no feeling of being uncomfortable or pressured to tip.- Clean and modern facilities.- Mellow typical massage music.- Tables that raise and lower and are heated.- Can usually accommodate a quick same day schedule.- Most locations are easily accessible and disabled friendly.CONS:- No direct billing to insurance (some locations used to do this, but stopped), but can provide you with an invoice.- Does not provide a hot moist towel at end like many places do to wipe off any lingering lotion or oil, even though they have them and sometimes use them during your massage. Even less fancy places provide a dry towel. Nothing here, I guess you could use the massage table sheets.- Massage oil or lotion had a slight scent, nothing unpleasant or too strong, but noticeable.- Encourages tipping, even for medical massage (which shouldnt be required).... While I dont mind tipping a little for Medical Massage, it is often deemed as necessary by medical professionals, just like Physical Therapy. Some massage therapist charge a higher rate for Medical Massage and therefore make note that gratuity is not necessary as its basically included in the rate. The benefits towards positive health with massage is far greater than the world, insurance or science might document, sort of like chiropractors, even though many insurance are starting to accept them now as legitimate practice. I mean, we dont tip chiropractors, PT, primary care doctors or surgeons?!? Some chiropractors have onsite massage, but my luck with finding a good deep tissue massage therapist through a chiropractor has yet to happen, probably because its a lot of work and requires a lot of strength and stamina to dig in deep. Solution — establishments need to pay their massage therapist a far better base rate, then tipping wouldnt be even be a question. My guess is that most chiropractors and massage studios dont pay their therapist a higher rate for Medical Massage grade therapy, when they should ... The industry needs to change their mindset.SUMMARY:Elements seems to hire qualified massage therapists, no complaints there. Rates are on the higher side. Biggest downside is on the corporation as a whole being too lazy and cheap to bill insurance directly and not paying extra to their therapist for Medical Massage, and of course no towels for cleaning yourself up before exiting.

Lora was gentle enough to relieve my level 6.5 pain. After the massage, I felt more relax and slept like a baby.

So I went online to book an hour massage for my birthday and the day before the massage they CALL ME to tell me I can’t do the one hour that I booked and it has to be 90 minutes and I have to pay more $$. I said I’m not interested in that and I wanted to keep my 1 hour appointment, and they told me I would have to cancel or schedule at one of their other locations or pay more for the 90 mins. They said to CALL not do it online because their system doesn’t book correctly online. Maybe don’t offer an online booking IF IT DOESNT WORK. WHAT A SCAM. I’ve never been treated so rudely.

Is place Id fantastic! The massage was completely relaxing, and while it did nothing for my sciatica, it left me feeling calm and relaxed. I highly recommend this place highly!

Great experience. This was my first massage experience and I dont think it could have gone better! My therapist was so personable, patient, kind, and professional. I had booked myself a massage as I was starting a new job and wanted to de-stress and start on a good note. My therapist listened to my pain points and where I wanted to focus, as well as where I did not want to be touched. both were respected!I left the massage feeling so light, and I was just floating the rest of the day. the pain in my shoulder hasnt returned, so I think she did a wonderful job. it was such a nice experience that I ended up signing up for their monthly membership because now I see the importance of massage for stress management.Thanks Elements, ill see you next month!

Been to this location twice. The first time my experience was amazing, and I got even more benefit than I was expecting. My visit today on the other hand, the person decided where my issues were rather than fixing the thing I asked to have addressed. If you go, ask for Brodie, if you get Frederic, maybe reschedule.

Sometimes I hear people referring to massages as doing their nails. To me it is completely different, it is like going to a physical therapy appointment, but much better. It does hurt the same but that is how I know it will work. I went there a few times for massage therapy, trigger point. Last time it was very similar to what my PT was doing to help with my neck. They know what they are doing. It makes me feel a lot better, less pain, and more relaxed.

Crystal was amazing - super strong and very intuitive. The only therapist I’ve ever had that I needed less pressure from - it’s usually difficult to find someone who can go deep enough. My body feels readjusted - as it desperately needed to be! I recommend Crystal without hesitation.

I have back pain due to frequent driving. I made an appointment for the service here. The massage technique is very good. I like it very much. I will come again.

Went here for a prenatal massage. They were fantastic about asking for consent to massage each area and amount of pressure beforehand! The massage therapist was super nice and friendly. The bed had a heater and I was so relaxed I think I fell asleep.

Tried out this location after moving locally. Everyone was pretty nice. Still need to wear masks which is fairly uncomfortable during a massage experience. Himalayan salt massage was not good, not bad, but just okay. Felt like someone was just rubbing a rock on me rather it being supplementary to an actual massage. Going back to Pearl location and seeing my old massage therapist. Probably could’ve hopped around and tried a different therapist but just decided not to fix something that’s not broken.

Absolutely love this place! I have had nothing but a fantastic experience each and every time Ive been here. I started going when I was pregnant and my body hurt from the extra weight and fluid. Their massage therapist biographies let you know what style and types of massages they are able to do including if they are licensed in prenatal which is so helpful and there is no extra charge for the service!I had my kiddo 2 years ago and I keep going back, the member ship is is so worth it. I get charged every month, But if Im not able to go I can let the session roll over until I am able.My most recent session was with Zak and they were amazing! Not only did I feel light and on air when I left but Zak showed me some exercises at help loosen my muscle so Im not so miserable between appointments since my toddler is a big boy at 33 pounds. Zak didnt need to help me in this way. But that is the kind of quality client driven care and you can expect from these amazing people.Go for a session, you wont regret it!

My masseuse, Kat, is a deep tissue Queen. She gave me the best massage ive ever had. She also speaks clearly and precisely . My first time with her, but definitely not my last. She knows all the little pain spots associated with sciatica. If you need a good hard rub down, then shes the one!

I loved the ease of booking an appointment online. The staff were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was at ease in the clean and tranquil environment. My massage therapist was divine. Usually I feel like Ive been beaten up the day after deep tissue, but she melted away the knots and tension like magic. My shoulder hasnt felt this good in years!

The customer service is top notch. I felt welcomed and taken care of the minute I walked through the door. My therapist was thorough and detailed. He listened intently to all my concerns and the massage reflected his care. It was one of the best massages Ive ever received! I will definitely be going back and highly recommend others see Jeremy at this studio.

This location is very well organized and the staff is great. I am a monthly member after being gifted a gift certificate a few years ago. Then I joined! I love my therapist Anna. She is knowledgeable and has worked on some muscular issues from time to time. Overall, it is a great therapy and I consider it a part of my healthcare.

After confirming my appt a day later received a message they needed to reschedule from the location but they suggested other therapist that was similar and I had been waiting all month to get in I said ok - turns out that was a HUGE mistake, I told the therapist where my issues were, started off ok and then it went TERRIBLE. No tightness issues were getting worked out, I asked if they could massage the muscles, vs just press on them and he must of taken offence, he quickly ended the massage early at less than hour and I had booked an hour and 1/2...They made me pay for the hour and have been asking to talk to management , which no response yet. Terrible experience!

Apart from a great massage I really appreciated how informed and experienced the therapists were. My therapist took time to understand my specific issues and goals and tailored my massage to suit those. She also recommended 3 other therapists from the same location who would be better for my needs. Havent seen that before. I am definitely going back!

First massage and I was nervous! Got into the massage room and met with James ( pretty sure that was his name). He made me feel really comfortable by his professionalism but also by being a little funny/laid back. He was very knowledgeable and knew without me saying what my tension spots were. Very good experience, professional front desk who doesnt pressure any services onto you. Plus, he was cute to ladies! Good experience!

When i went in for 1 hour session, the lady said it was only for 50 mins. I thought it was going to be an hour massage with consultation time. You need to book for 90 mins or it’s bit rushy and pricy. Also there’s few massage therapist that can do proper pressure/massage. The place is pretty clean but music get loud at times. The Hillsboro location, i had unsatisfied massage experience as well and never went back. Anyways, element massage should give full hour massage even with the consultation time because it only takes couple minutes. Even undressing takes less than 2 mins! Also giving tips is totally should be up to clients, so them asking if you want to give tips is bit uncomfortable.

Gloria was very good with excellent attention to detail. She made she was using the appropriate amount of pressue throughout the service. I would highly recommend her and the business.

What a wonderful experience. It started with a lovely scheduler who asked questions to get me scheduled with the right massage therapist. The environment is relaxing which contributes to the overall experience. Jeremy the massage therapist was polite, respectful and overall a wonderful therapist. I am so happy I joined so I can indulge monthly. Highly recommend Elements!

The warm and friendly nature of the staff at the front desk always makes me feel so welcome. I always feel like I’m visiting good friends when I come in. Andrew is a very gifted therapist. He is so knowledgeable and intuitive about musculature, and knows how to explain it so I understand his process. He knows exactly how to alleviate the pain of my migraines and I am so appreciative of his wisdom and skill!

COVID protocols in place, nice ambiance with background music and temperature and lighting, super massage therapist -- Anna checked in regularly with me to ask about the pressure and she really worked on the areas that I requested. Very professional and competent and probably one of the best massages Ive had. I also like the warm and dry towels available after the massage to wipe down the massage oils off my skin. First time trying out this place and they won me over with their service, COVID precautions, atmosphere and of course the great massage.

I had a great visit. The check-in and -out processes are straightforward, and the massage with Selena was superb. Im excited about the membership program, and look forward to my body feeling better.

I had a great massage. Jesse listened to what I wanted and focused on my problem areas. I was able to get in the same day thank God so I’m super happy about that. The front desk girls are super accommodating and sweet. Perfect atmosphere for a massage and a great place to go. Will be back !

The entire staff is beyond nice & friendly anytime I come in for an appointment. They are also extremely understanding & accommodating to any special requests you might have. There is no doubt they that they truly focus on their customers first & foremost. I love this place and strongly recommend it with zero hesitation. Friendly front staff. Able to schedule by text was wonderful. Alexandra gives an amazing massage. She’s friendly and gave helpful advice. She wrote her suggestions down for me when we were done. I felt like she really cared and went above expectations.

Selena was really kind and attentive while I described my acute upper back pain. She targeted this pain during my session and gave me home health tips to further improve my pain as well as help with avoiding future flares. The front desk associate was very nice and helped me with settling in as a new patron to Elements Massage. I will 100% recommend them to family and friends!

Everyone was so cordial and kind in personal as well as on the phone. Booking was amazingly easy as well, so many people dont let you book on line and with my busy schedule that was a big plus. I love all the little extras you can add on, makes me feel like the experience can always be a little different/exciting. Its also such a huge thing for me when companies dont act like a corporation and push up-selling or memberships. It was mentioned and dropped when I said I wasnt sure if I would want it, which is refreshing. Overall I was sold on the experience even before the massage started. My masseuse was amazingly sweet, checked in with me throughout and really made my neck/shoulders feel 100x better than they did when I came in. I love this spot and would highly recommend it to family/friends!

I started coming here following my massage therapist Fredrick. I have always felt welcomed and been pleased with the level of customer service by the front desk workers everyone is always really nice and professional.I have been going to Fredrick for a few years now and I love him, he gives a deeper massage and always is really good at making sure I am comfortable while on his table. I always recommend this place to my own clients and friends/family trying to convert anyone to get a massage that will listen to me.

I have been dealing with pain for almost a year and Ive tried the doctors, chiropractor, acupuncture, epidural shots. I decided a massage therapist would be a good choice as Im trying to figure out my issue. My massage therapist heard my request and did a brilliant job with the massage. Gave me some great tips and will be returning for sure.

They have some of the best therapists in town. I have been to many massage centers but this one stands out in terms of helpful and knowledgeable staff. I have been here 2 times for 90 minutes deep tissue and both the therapists, Kelly and Cooper were very good and were able to relax my sore and tender muscles.

Got me in same day and it was the best massage Ive ever had. Bruce was great, listened to my pain points, and adjusted pressure accordingly. This might be the first time ever that I can roll my shoulders without a bunch of crunching. I left feeling light and springy. Will definitely be back!

My monthly massages here are definitely the highlight of the month. I am always on my feet for my job and being to alleviate my usual lower back and leg pain has been such a blessing! Bruce is definitely my go to massage therapist, he is a sweet guy who always makes sure to ask what I wanted to address during the massage and also offers advice on how to address tension in my usual spots during the rest of the month. The front desk has also been so friendly and kind. I highly recommend this studio!

Desperate measures drew me to this place. I have an appointment scheduled with my usual massage therapist Monday but needed something right away as I was suffering from tight muscles. Well bad decision. I requested a deep tissue massage I received a rubbing massage (that’s what it felt like). I requested for her to go harder but she said she didn’t want to injure anything. I have to say this is the worst massage I have ever received. I walked out with the same kink in my neck I walked in with. The customer service was good and is the only reason I am leaving 2 stars. Definitely won’t be returning. Maybe there are better massage therapist there but I am not willing to blow more money in order to find that out. Good luck if you go here.

After dealing with excruciating back pain from a pinched nerve, I sought out a massage therapist in the Hillsboro area on a Saturday. Elements was the only place I could find with an opening. I was greeted by Becca at the front desk and filled out a couple forms. It was my first ever professional massage so I was not sure what to expect. My therapist was Elizabeth and I quickly explained what was going on. My session was directed at the problem area and I spent an hour with her. She wasted no time getting to work and I felt SOOO much better afterward. Although she only worked on my upper body - it felt like a total body experience. Amazing to say the least. I will be back for sure.As I understand it, this business is under new management and the attitude of everyone I spoke with reflect that very thing. They speak very highly of the new owner and it shows. So, whatever terrible experience you may have had in the past - give them another go

I really like that they actually do the massage for a full hour unlike some other places. I never feel rushed to leave either. The therapists listen to your needs and adjust the massage accordingly. Very happy with the customer service. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing rooms. Scheduling online is easy which is an added bonus.

Elements Massage is a very professional and friendly environment. The staff call you by name and remember you, your preferences and if you talk about family they ask about them later. They make a point to remember you and what you talk about. You aren’t just another client. You are part of the family. My boyfriend and I came in Tuesday April 10 and had a great experience. Neil and Thomas made sure we were comfortable and did the perfect amount of pressure to loosen up certain muscles that were bothering us. My boyfriend stated “that was one of the best massages I’ve had! Neil was awesome!” Thomas did my massage and he really worked on the muscles that were so tense from work, school and carrying my daughter, I feel amazing! Thank you for an amazing experience!

I love my massage therapist selena highly recommend here I’ve been seeing her for a year now! She is great so sweet and does great deep tissue massages with hot stone! Highly recommend front desk staff are very sweet as well!

I had an appointment and the therapist called in sick the morning of my appointment, didnt get to even try their services yet. Now I understand sick employees but I do wish I had more notice and that they had OnCall therapists to fill in.

The massage I received was excellent but the treatment I received when I called to set up the appointment was extremely rude. I was even speaking to the owner. As a massage therapist myself, it disheartens me to see people in this business who only care about money.Edit: now that they are under new ownership, I must change my rating from 2 to 5 stars. Much better than it used to be.

Elements has it down. They have the service the paperwork. It seems to be a chain but not a very big one. So they have great offerings that can help spruce up the massage. They have CBD, scents, hot stones (2kinds). I chose Himalayan salt stones. Selena did a great job on me for the 90 minute session. Asked me several times if the pressure was right and even used the stone on my arms and legs. I chose energize for the scent. It was calming and refreshing to use it. The room was clean warm, music playing and relaxing. They do have a membership I did not sign up for but looks good for other people.

I am a full time mom and a student and was really looking to have a massage during my break, so I booked a session with Element 10 days ahead, and on the same day they cancelled the appointment and moved it to the following week. Later I had to reschedule it because of an urgent matter, there was no flexibility to have a morning session again during the same week, suggesting I should move it for another week. Unfortunately I couldn’t because my break will be over. Such a waist of my time and energy. Was very disappointed. However I received a phone call few days later trying to understand what has happened and suggesting a suitable alternative (and a compensation package) which I really appreciated.

Customer service was right on. Jeremy was great for my 90 minute deep tissue massage. I have injured shoulders and Jeremy spent time targeting the problem and releasing the muscles involved. I made an appointment to return in two weeks. Thank you for the attention to detail

Cory was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and did a great job in getting much more range of motion in my neck and arms. I highly recommend him. The folks at the reception area didnt push hard on membership and were very pleasant and not stuffy which is awesome.

My Girlfriend wanted a couples massage, we scheduled an evening massage at 8pm. about 2hrs before the appointment they called to move the appointment up an hour which was not possible for us to make. Then they told us they were going to charge us the $35 cancellation fee. when we said the cancellation fee is not fair the employee talked to her manager and the manager called us back to offer a free couples massages due to the mix up and we setup an appointment for 3/1/2016 at 8pm. When we came in for the free massages offered they said they had only written down 1 free massage, we told them we were offered 2 and they said it was their mix up and both will be free. After the massage I came out and was told I had to pay $60 for my massage. I reluctantly paid after stating that is not what I was told, it was suppose to be free. I want this rectified! Do not go to this place, they reschedule and are showing signs of being quite the scam. Furthermore this was not a couples massage as we requested, it was 2 massages scheduled at the same time in separate rooms. Nothing was as advertised.

This place is a joke. I signed up for the Wellness Program to avoid paying their over inflated prices. The wellness program price is the standard price you pay at most other places, its not really a discount. They just set their regular prices high to make it look like the Wellness Program is a good deal. I went in for a monthly massage three times and then decided to cancel the program. I followed the signed agreement about cancellation taking affect 30 days from the date of cancellation. I cancelled the program in June, therefore the last charge on my credit card should have been July. They charged my card in August as well and of course I had to be the one to catch it and call on it. They said the owner went on vacation and forgot to cancel a group of people who cancelled in June. They refunded my card six days later and I received a phone call from a man who said he was calling on behalf of Elements to let me know my card had been refunded. He was very unprofessional and joked around saying he was calling on behalf of Massage Envy. The day after my card was refunded, I received a phone call from Elements that they were running behind and to arrive to my appointment 15 minutes later. I told them I did not have an appointment with them and was put on hold. They then told me they made a mistake and accidentally put me on their schedule instead of someone else. This place really does not have it together. Worse place ever.

Got introduced to this place by a gift card for Mother’s Day last year, and now I’m a member in their wellness program! I mainly see Sonia, and she is wonderful! She finds all the tight spots and does a great job at working them out. I won’t see anyone else because I get relief that lasts for weeks. She knows what she’s doing.

My first massage in years. Kelly was fabulous. Exactly the right amount of pressure. Very accommodating staff. Did their best to give us an amazing experience. Will definitely go back!

Great massage! Reasonable prices. My only negative is the appt reminders. Although Ive asked not to have multiple notifications they continue to send emails and call. But this is a minor issue. I go every 2 weeks if possible.

Got in quickly for a deep tissue massage. Alexandra provided great adjustments to my back and respected my level of comfort.Blanca is great for soft touch, gave lots of advice as to how I could improve the flow of my body.Going to try Bruce next, he is the location trainer.

Im so thankful that this place suggested that I come back for a do-over after I was dissatisfied with my first visit for a full body 2 days ago. Today my session was with Rebecca and she was AMAZING!!! It was a stark contrast to the supposed full body that I received initially. Every touch was firm yet soothing. She didnt miss a beat or a spot! She kneaded many places that were totally ignored during my other visit.I soooo appreciated her attentiveness and thoroughness. I felt the exact opposite on Monday with the other employee. I left feeling like I had been robbed of money. By the time I reached the front desk, I already could hardly tell that I had just gotten a massage. I didnt realize until my session today how very dissatisfied I was previously. The first ten minutes was more satisfying than my entire first session which was a minimal effort at best. Today, I loved the gentle pulling, tugging, pushing and even a little stretching and it was pure heaven!Rebecca gave attention to my entire body and made so much effort. She even totally massaged the areas that she could on my injured leg. It was terrific! The other female employee jumped at the chance to entirely skip my whole leg when she learned of my knee injury. However, I left feeling satisfied that Rebecca actually cared about doing a good job on me versus feeling just like I was a number in a factory like my first visit. My next session with her cant come soon enough. I can only hope that she never does any less than she did on me today!

I got a massage from Anna--she was FANTASTIC. She had the strength to give me as much pressure as I wanted, and she also had the sensitivity to feel in gently and specifically into tight muscles. She was both professional and warm. I highly recommend her!!

They offer a great price for first time guests and the studio is always clean and quiet.Their online appointment request feature makes booking my weekly appointments a lot simpler and I can request a time/therapist when they arent even open!There are great additional services such as Himalayan Salt Stones, Hot Stones, or Aroma Therapy. I add these to my session when I am feeling extra stressed and they really enhance my experience.BONUS, I can use my sessions at any location (close to 240) in the NATION. So, when I visit my family in Indiana I can still get a massage close by.Cant say enough positive words about this studio!

This place has a very relaxing atmosphere, a friendly staff, and no pressure to buy packages. I felt that they really wanted to make my visit comfortable and pleasant. I think they try to customize the experience, as much as possible, to the clients needs. I will definitely be back.

Everyone is friendly and personable and professional. Out of the many places ive tried in the area this us the only place i would return to and reccomend. Its even better than places on other states ive been to. I just wish it wasnt so expensive for single sessions and i cant afford to be a monthly member. The 2 massage therapist i have seen were amazing and i want Anna and Crystal to be recognized for their amazing massages and wonderful personality.

I appreciate how knowledgeable James was about managing my back pain and making it go away. He really opened my eyes to the problem muscles and how the pain likely comes about. The additional stretches he told me to continue doing after to mitigate further chances of issues gave me the opportunity to help myself.

My prenatal massage was the best massage experience ever. My therapist relieved me of all my aches and pains. I feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend this prenatal massage to any pregnant mama with sore legs and back.

I love the convenience, the regularity, and the smorgasbord of differing styles. I forget to take care of myself so having the monthly reminders to do so is helpful. Sometimes you just want to relax, sometimes you want serious deep tissue work done.... or, in my case, my husband wants one amd me another. Scheduling is easy and the staff is great.

Online scheduling constantly broken. You book online and then they try to change it and charge you. Dont sign up for their membership, you cant ever get in and again scheduling lies when you do try. Good massage, but not reliable enough for membership

Went with my friend for a massage almost a week ago. It was not the best massage. Our mahe was 60 minutes long and they saluted us to be the 15 minutes early. However after the bn paperwork, waiting for at least 10 minutes, while massage session was like 40 minutes.

Super friendly and relaxing. They were really understanding when I could not make it in when I get into an accident 30 minutes before my appointment. Not to mention that the massage was great when I made it in.

My review is specifically for Deandra. She and her skillful, delicate, deceptively strong hands are amazing.Things I love about Deandra:1) She is QUIET. Her voice is calm and quiet and best of all, she doesn’t annoy you with unprompted conversation. If you don’t talk to her, she will do your entire massage in blissful silence. If you want to talk, she will converse with you, but again, she won’t instigate conversation unless it is pertinent to your massage. It makes for a relaxing atmosphere and there is no pressure to carry on a conversation.2) She is a great patient advocate. She will ask you about anything she is concerned about and cares about more aspects of your health than your muscles.3) She pays attention and is responsive to non-verbal cues. She caught on that I was doing deep breathing during the more intense parts of my back work and would pause her movements to let me inhale. If I flinched or tensed, she relaxed her pressure and checked in with me. She offered me a tissue for my sniffles before I noticed I was sniffling.4) She did some kind of magic with her elbow in my neck. When I came in, I could barely lean my head left or right. When she was done, I could touch my ears to my shoulders on both sides. I haven’t had someone work on my neck like that and it made a huge difference.I’ve had lots of massages and lots of massages at this specific location and Deandra was by my favorite. Yay Deandra!!!

I called to book a couples massage and the receptionist was rather rude and unprofessional over the phone. She said they had no such thing as a couples room, and when I asked her to clarify what she meant, she very abruptly said that we would be in separate rooms and then she hung up on me. Luckily I found a much more accommodating spa with friendlier staff nearby.

I had a massage from Cory at Elements and I highly recommend him. My goal was an afternoon of relaxation and Elements totally did that for me. Very friendly place. When I get ready for another massage Ill definitely go back there.
