I came in looking for a new box mod as mine wouldnt turn on anymore. Randy asked to see it and fixed it, rather than just selling me a new one. All staff is very knowledgeable and I only shop there now.

This is the only shop that sells my coils that has them in stock. Luckily, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They were happy to entertain my too many questions and were able to make some suggestions for me. Will definitely return.

My husband and I went in today and Jennifer helped us. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind and efficient. She got both of us set up with a new device and all of the accessories. She truly went above and beyond today. We definitely appreciate it and won’t go anywhere else.

They have a discount when you buy two or more carts. I really dug the hempsi, but whatevers good.Also, the people there are always very kind. Thanks guys!

I previously left a 2 star review due to some internal miscommunication. Jordan and Justin were extremely helpful and really worked hard to educate me on the mod that I bought and ended up ensuring my satisfaction. Would highly recommend this chain of vape shops to anyone looking for a reliable, educational experience with their vapes. Especially if you are new to the world of mods. Thanks so much you guys. Great experience ! Great location in Hillsboro / PDX metro area. Quitting smoking is not easy but the friendly amazing staff here make it hard to go anywhere else! Definitely coming back again and again !

Im conflicted about this little vape shop.The staff have always been extremely polite and willing to help. On the other hand, there have been issues with inconvenient outcomes...First of all, I would not recommend buying mods or really any other hardware from them (unless youre in desperate need) as their prices are about twice as much as what you can find online, and the only ones they seem to have available are the floor models. Their attention to detail and QA isnt the best either. Yesterday, I went in and bought a pack of coils (desperate need situation), and when I got home and opened said coils, one was missing already. Not happy about that.All-in-all, if you dont mind paying more for your vape products, the customer service is great. Selection is decent, and theyre always having sales on liquid (still about 30% – 50% higher cost than pricing you can find online). However, if you want a great customer service experience, this is a good place to get it.

I came in the other day and had some questions about what sourin to get and juice, Dominique helped me decide between an air or drop and what the differences between them where. The gal knows her stuff! Great looking lounge as well, very welcoming!!

Dominique is amazing took care of me and answered questions I didn’t even knew I had, she helped me out and even set up my rig for me. Give this gal a raise! Will come back to serenity as long as she is there

Ive been going here regularly for a long time. Huge inventory of products that suit my needs and those of almost anyone who vapes. Prices are a tad high but they make up for it by sending me frequent 20-30% off rewards.

Asked for a pure menthol flavor and I got home to taste it to find its spearment. Tasted like 5 hour old piece of gum.Also the day after I entered my phone number for their rewards Ive gotten 15+ spam calls some at the exact same time. Im angry.Dont give them your number.

Great knowledge and staff in all of their stores are great. I have a hard time going anywhere else if I have too. I would recommend them to anyone.

Worst vape shop in town no customer service at all. Bought a pack of coil and they gave me the wrong one when i tried to exchange it they wont take it back.
