I have been going here for years with my bestie and I cant believe I havent left a review. I love going here every 2 weeks - Vivian and Kim take care of us and they are lovely every time, and very accommodating in scheduling, but everyone there is very friendly. Vivian does a custom Pac-man nail design for me and it turns out fabulous every time. Highly recommend this place! They also just updated their pedicure chairs and they are super comfy. I normally get a Dip set and spa pedicure, and bestie gets gel mani/pedi and its very worth it.See the Pic of my pacman nails (pictured with earrings I made to match).

The photos speak for themselves. Nails were done Sunday evening, and the first 3 pics were taken less than 12 hours later. Last two pics taken this evening. She didn’t clip or file my natural nails, didn’t push back my cuticles. The the acrylic goes past nail-beds onto my skin. This is bothering my skin. She also never cleaned up the excess that dripped under the tips as she was applying, which hardened into beads.

Sue is very talented. Prices are reasonable (I got a fill with gel polish, 2 different colors and a design on 2 nails, one nail repair and it cost $71). Ambiance is relaxing and salon is well maintained, no strong odors, and its very spacious!! Staff are extremely nice and caring (Multiple people offered me something to drink.) I will definitely be coming back!

Weve been going to this salon consistently since we found it. Sue and Nicki are seriously amazing. We love them so much. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in or around hillsboro.

I have always been coming back into this salon and Marisol, Nikki and Hannah always take care of me. They have been nothing but caring and accomodating everyone in the salon has exceptional guests service thats why I keep coming back and they make sure I am a priority!!!! This is the best place to get your nails done.. I’ve been coming for a while but met my forever nail tech Sue a few months back. Sue is such a perfectionist and follows every single detail perfectly.. you can show her a picture and expect to see exactly that on your nails! She takes the time and it clearly shows her excellence. For the price point you literally can’t find better in Hillsboro/Portland area. My friend really like Marisol as well so it’s always fun to do trips together. The front desk staff is always super sweet and friendly. The male that works the front always makes sure your needs are met and is very attentive. I recommend this salon to EVERY one of my friends. 10/10 experience, I’ll always be back 💗

Nicki is the best. She did a wonderful pedicure and my nails. We live in Arizona and travel a lot during the summer. I have been coming to this salon for 3 years during my Hillsboro visits. Strongly recommend

This is one of the best nail salons Ive visited across the country. Very clean, chairs are so comfy and nice (brand new! Though they were nice before). Ive always had a good service

Sue is the best nail artist! Anything I ask for she executes to perfection! I’m glad I found this hidden gem of a salon!💕On top of that, the entire staff at Isse is amazing, even the receptionists. The offer exceptional customer service, which I always appreciate very much. I will not be going back anywhere else🤩Edit: i had been very happy with the service provided. Sue is amazing at her work, however the owner’s chose to be greedy instead of keeping a long time customer. I am a customer that has been coming here every 2 weeks for the past year. The owner’s wife decided to charge 114$ for a dip manicure (refer to last picture added), and behaved extremely unprofessional, and rude when questioned about the charges.Over the time i have been coming here, i have gotten more way complicated designs than this, on fake nails, and never has it been over 100$! (Refer to the rest of the pics, it doesn’t include every visit)She definitely knew what she was doing, and hoped i wouldn’t notice, as when i was paying, she never showed/told me the total, like every other time I’ve been there. I tried to reason with her, but she got more and more annoyed as I questioned it in a very respectful and calm manner.I drove 30mins from/to Beaverton, twice a month to go to this salon, i just loved it that much. I decided to simply not return; this is how disappointed i am. I will always agree to pay good money for quality services, this is not about it being too expensive. I’m not interested on a refund, free services, or any compensation at all, however, i want to be charged a fair price, and not have someone try to take advantage of me.Sue is still amazing, she is, honestly and without any doubts, the best nail tech in that salon.

I go to this nail salon often and always get a great experience. I usually do a gel nail and it lasts so long. They get you in quick and work hard to make it just what you want. My only complaint is price but honestly if i could do a 4.75 stars I would.

I’m completely in love with the people who work here, they are not only super nice but always up for a challenge;I bring them ideas and they do some amazing work on my nails. Not only that but the atmosphere is always so comfortable, the area and the tools are always clean and they always make sure you have a drink if you need one. Completely worth the price for the the amazing service I receive!

Went for the first time today and definitely coming back! Great ambience, friendly staff. Helen is so sweet and took great care to make my first experience a good one. They offer beverages (21+ bevs and also options for all ages), and their massage chairs are new and work nicely. My new favorite spot.

Omg!! ❤️ This place did such an amazing job with my nails! I normally do not leave reviews but the experience was so amazing I just had to leave a review!!! They were kind, provide drinks, and let you just relax. 🥰 They also did an AMAZING job with their design work! It has been so hard to find a place that does really good nail art designs around the area. They also made my birthday even more special today. ❤️❤️❤️ I absolutely love them and will definitely be coming back here again!

Been coming here for a while. They have been great overall, excellent service.The last service I had was shellac on natural nails & several nails chipped and lifted the next day. They worked me in & fixed the nails at no cost, but I had to travel to the salon once more. It’s been 5 days since the touch up and have chipped again. Not worth the traveling hassle bad quality.

I dont think the person who cut my hair has an actual license to cut hair. I might be wrong, but they didnt show any good technique or skill. I asked for a middle part and I had to correct her part before she began cutting- it was way off and not straight. $40 for a dry hair cut and no wash😒 I might as well have gone to the Great Clips next door and paid half the price. Disappointed ☹️Edit: lowered rating bc after showering I realized how badly messed up it is. Completely disconnected and uneven. I had to spend another $50 to get it fixed somewhere else.

I have been a customer for 10’years. Quality has gone downhill drastically over the past year. Products are cheap and skills are lacking. They spend more time trying to upsell you than listening to what you actually want.

Service was excellent, timely and friendly. I went in with a picture from the internet and Sue replicated it perfectly, just a bit shorter cause I prefer shorter nails working in an elementary school. Sue at Isse is probably the best nail tech ever! She did my nails for my wedding and they exceeded what I asked for.Not only does Sue do an amazing job, the customer service as Isse is amazing. I recently scheduled an appointment online with Sue. Sadly she was booked and the online booking didnt update, so I got my fill by another tech (nothing against anyone, I’m just use to Sue) but I was not satisfied with the nails for the amount I paid. I called but I didn’t want to offend anyone or be rude and just expressed my disappointment. They immediately said to come back the next day to have Sue fix them.Thank you for the wonderful customer service and thank you Sue for always making sure my nails are on point!

If I could do negative stars I wouldI had the worst experience, the worst nails, she cut me open multiple times, was the most unsanitary and rude then she took cuticle oil, DEFINITELY touched my blood and put it back in the jar.Do not go hereI posted photos in the photo section too

I have never been to a more amazingClean well organized and professional nail salon before. The owner Nikki is so understanding, Amazing and treats you like family at the second you walk in the door. I will never take my business elsewhere. I go there once a month for my usual Wax and fill in an occasional pedicure which makes me feel like a superstar. I highly recommend this place to anybody for anything. They are all around amazing :-)

I use to go to a salon by the Hillsboro Costco and had been disappointed there for a long time! Before school started my 8 year old needed a haircut, Isse salon stayed open to do his haircut and he asked her to do her nails, she totally did! And they have been doing my nails ever since. My 8 year old loves them and so do I! Lee does my nails and she puts so much time and care into it, she is soo Talented! Thank you 😊 you are all appreciated 🙏

Thank you Isse Salon and Nikki! I do not usually write reviews but was not pleased with my initial service. I am updating my review because I am amazed at the customer service Isse provided. They called and asked what they could do to make me happy. Nikki fixed my nails and did an incredible job, communicating with me the entire time to make sure it was what I wanted. Businesses giving this level of service these days is rare, and I appreciate how they listened to feedback and then made a change. Nikki was gracious and will listen to what you want and make it happen!

I love this place. Its never steered me wrong. I get all kinds of designs and regardless who does it. Its done well. Highly recommend. They have comparable prices to any other establishment but have the best and most consistent work.

***revised review***I made appointment with VIVIAN. On the appointment day, she texted me if I could come in 30 min earlier and I said okay. I was on time for the new appointment time, and when I was about to park, she texted me again that she took another guest.. Now I have to WAIT for her. This is terrible to treat your customer or anyone like this, not to mention that Vivian was the one who asked customer to come earlier.***revised review***Very clean and friendly staff! I took my 2 year old for her first pedicure, I was worried how she would be with someone touching her feet, but Heather was so amazing and made her feel comfortable and relaxed. My 2 year old enjoyed it so much.If you don’t have a nail kit (file, brush etc) you will have to buy one, but it’s only $2 and you get to keep it so you have it next time!Overall loved my experience and how great the staff was with my daughter!

This place is fantastic, Nikki is so fun and cuts my hair exactly how I wanted. They dont rush you even when closing. I highly recommend checking them out. ♡

I would give 0 stars if I could. My mom came here to get her nails removed. The guy that removed her nails just used a nail to pop them all off. So unprofessional.

I’ve given this place multiple chances (close to my house) but I’ve had it. Appointments are entirely useless there. People came in after me and I verbally heard them say “I don’t have an appointment” and they were serviced first. I always tip at least $20 on my pedicures… Every single time I make an appointment I wait at least 15-20 minutes past appointment time. I walked out after 20 minutes, it’s the last chance they get to waste my time.Additionally only one or two of the techs are actually trained and good at nails. They will almost always cause injury to your feet/toes, just beware. Wouldn’t recommend at all, plenty of other amazing salons that value your hard earned money and time. I’d recommend Nails Forever on Imbrie, they will value your loyalty and never make you wait if you have an appointment. I suppose they don’t overbook like Isse clearly does. Good luck! :)

Took my husband here for Father’s Day for a relaxing, pedicure and manicure. He loved it!

Love Lynn! Shes so friendly and caring! She become a friend more than just my nail tech at the point. Shes always done a great job on my nails. I go in every three weeks and my shellac hasnt budged. Shes good! Lynn added design for me this time too. I LOVE them! 9 days post appt.

It’s a little pricey for a full set I paid $87 they charged for the length and the ombré I was a little confused overall the ombré came out nice but the length wasn’t long enough she didn’t really ask how long ☹️The nail shape is suppose to be coffin ⚰️ and it doesn’t look like it 🤦‍♀️ Gave her a good tip anyway because that’s just how I am. Nikki is sweet, but it was my second time coming there and the nails weren’t so great. I had another girl before her and I wasn’t satisfied either. I don’t think I’ll b back ☹️ Nice place tho but the nails need to b just as nice, especially if it’s expensive 🤷‍♀️ Also my appointment was at 330 and she didn’t get me in till 4:00. Hmmm why make an appointment?

Wow! What a hidden gem this place is. The owner Thuy has the right idea with pulling shades down that lets light in and keeps eyes out, helping provide a relaxed and relaxing private atmosphere. Its beautifully and tastefully decorated down to the smallest detail. The music is perfect, the pedi services beautiful, and I can confidently say my daughter and I have found our new spot. Id be shocked if this place doesnt blow up soon! Its a diamond in the rough.

Great salon! The atmosphere is relaxing. You are always offered a drink as soon as you arrive. The wait time is very short even when you don’t have an appointment. The staff are friendly. I recently had my nails done by Van. She did exactly what I wanted.

I had a wonderful experience at Isse. The salon is professional, clean and friendly. My manicurist was knowledgeable and very talented. The entire salon is focused on customer service and the ambience is inviting and relaxing. I will definitely be back!

For such a fancy salon, it was by far the worst salon I’ve ever been to. And ridiculously expensive. I paid for the most expensive pedicure they offer and they didn’t even do everything that was supposed to be included in the cost. Also, they didn’t remove any calluses. I had to get a callus remover and do it myself when I got home. I also came in for a new set and instead if soaking them off, they ripped them off and it hurt really bad. Using that method left my nail bed so thin that I wasn’t able to get a new set at all. I’m not usually a complainer but this was the second time I’d been in and both times I’ve been very disappointed. Will not be returning.

Our favorite place to get the family feet taken care of. Relaxing, professional and very clean. A great way to spend a relaxing time together.

I saw Nikki today for a simple pedicure. She was able to squeeze me in this morning shortly after opening! While doing my pedi she asked if I wanted the melted wax treatment and informed me that it would be an extra charge, which was totally fine! I just appreciated being told! She gave an amazing massage and was just wonderful to talk to. I fully recommend Isse and Nikki!

I dont think a shellac fill should cost 60 bucks . These nails are nothing special.

I have been using this salon for a few years. They always give a great pedicure and are friendly.

Not your typical salon. You walk in to a very relaxing and classy atmosphere with welcoming staff. Maybe it was the masks, but I couldn’t smell the odor from acrylic nails and nail polish, which was a relief. Very clean, tidy and organized. We had an appointment and didn’t have to wait long. We we both got a signature pedicure. $60, worth every dollar. We’ll definitely go again.. next time I’ll try the eyebrow wax and tinting.

Excellent experience and Nikki was awesome! I needed about 10 or so cut off to get a cute short style and she did exactly what I wanted. Thank you for your expertise! Lovely atmosphere too.

They consistently provide beautiful and pristine manicures and pedicures. Nikki and the rest of the staff are always warm and welcoming. Ambience is serene and relaxing especially coming from for the harsh winter weve had. Highly recommend trying Isse Salon.

Atmosphere is very nice. Nails are usually done well. However their prices are very expensive, and they nickel and dime you for every little thing. For example if you pay for the deluxe pedicure/most expensive pedicure, you STILL have to pay extra for the wax for your feet—which is crazy as I’ve never seen a salon charge extra for was. Plus, they don’t tell you this until after services are rendered. I recommend to ask them every single visit what the cost will be at the end of services or else they add extra charges to your bill. I loved going here, but now I will only go for special occasions.

I love Isse salon! Ive been going there for a couple years now and even after moving further away I still go back. Jessie is my go to girl. She takes great care when providing her services and always goes above and beyond to make sure Im relaxed and comfortable. I look forward to every visit!

It has been quite some time since I’ve treated myself to a pedicure and naturally had some reservations about going in to get one during all this craziness but am so glad I came here. I came with my best friend and daughters and we all had such a wonderful experience. Everyone was nice, very professional, and attentive. The salon was clean and they did a wonderful job with their screening process. Kim was my technician and did a great job. Lynn was great with my youngest daughter too! What I loved witnessing was how every employee there went out of their way to help one another, grabbing supplies etc for one another. Great team work! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back again!

My tech is out on medical leave and the other one left. Ive seen this gal that did my nails for as long as Ive been going here (3 years or so) such a horrible job, tip not colored, extra thick, design was meh.

I am very happy with the services I have had at Isse. My favorite two people there are Mary for my pedicure and Heather for the dipping powder.I also had Nikki cut and color my hair, fabulous cut and color. Just trust her she really knows what she is doing. She also did my nails for the holidays and shaped them different which I was amazed at her skills.Everyone is nice there and it is a relaxing place to get pampered. So nice and clean and has a assortment of drinks to help you while you are being worked on. It is a busy place so call ahead and make an appointment with your favorite person.

This place hands down is the only nail salon I will go to!! I have been to several nail salons to get my nails done and they seriously break in a few days ! This salon isnt like that they give good quilty nails and the staff is a delight of course SUE is my favorite I tell her what color I like and she can do what she wants to my nails and Im always in LOVE ❤️ with them !!! ❤️

A relaxing & upscale nail salon. The ladies are very sweet, and the pedicures on pointe.Child client friendly, but not recommended to bring your child if you are receiving services. Easy accessibility if you have mobility challenges.

Today was my first time visiting this salon. Had a pedicure and waxing services provided by Kitty. Very lovely experience and very happy with the entire process & results. Kitty was so sweet and easy to talk to and she did an excellent job. I highly recommended her and I will absolutely return to her. Thank you, Kitty, for a wonderful first impression of Isse Salon and helping me prepare & relax for my upcoming vacation trip. ❤!P.s. my only wish is that the nail polish display walls had a bit more lighting so I could properly see the colors when selecting; I needed to bring bottles out back & forth to the middle of the salon under the ceiling lights so I could see them better. Otherwise everything else was great and the receptionist was also very happy and nice😊

Issue Salon is always fantastic. Me and my family love going here, this was my grandmas go to salon before she passed. The employees are always super friendly, engaging and genuinely keep my laughing the entire time. This is a great place to decompress and have a relaxing time. Not mention, they are pretty quick while still making your feet look and feel amazing.

Great experience! I’ve been to many nail salons, And none had done my nails this good. I received many compliments, My full set lasted over two weeks.Great nail techs, Very nice and super clean spa. I have had a good experience here multiple times with both hair and nails, so recently I took my mom in for a haircut. She has arthritis in her shoulders and has trouble reaching her hair to do something with it. She decided she wanted it cut short like Jamie Lee Curtis. The first person I took her to cut her hair into a bob almost to her shoulders, nothing like the cut she wanted. I called back and rescheduled a fix. The next person was much closer to what she wanted but still wouldnt shorten it enough saying that it would look like a man, wouldnt be pretty, or might stick up. That is not her decision, and my mom was not doing this for vanity. We ended up going to great clips and they did it.

Best Nail Salon in Hillsboro! Tons of great Nail Techs but Sue is my favorite. They are a little more expensive but you get what you pay for. It’s a clean Salon that uses quality products and has a relaxing feel. The online booking is also a huge time saver.

They always take care of me and make me feel cared for. Also they have no qualms about caring for my transgender kid. They always make us feel important and respected.

My cousin has disabilities and i bring her every other month to get a Mani while I get a Pedi. We are always treated very well and I appreciate all of the staff at Isse Salon.

I called and made an appointment for a mani/pedi and a soak off. Pedicure service was great but for the soak off and mani, the nail tech didn’t want to remove my acrylic and ended up giving me a fill instead and for both services I spent 200, 70+15 for the pedi, 100+15 for a fill. I will never go back again. I was super disappointed. I was left with deep filing rings on my nail bed

I have been coming to this salon for close to a decade now and I love all of the girls who work here. They are so professional and sweet every single time I come in. I have enjoyed seeing how much they have grown since I have started coming here. They take their time and make sure that everything is exactly how you want it. They are a very clean establishment and make sure that they are especially COVID friendly. This is one of the only salons I have been to where they follow the Oregon law and give you a new nail kit every time you go in, which is a huge bonus for me. I have gotten all of their services here and they truly are perfection. I will be coming back for years to come.

I have been going to Isse for about a year (maybe more) and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I get a full set and fill regularly as well as the deluxe pedicure and the price never changes, there are never any “hidden fees” or anything else that would veer me away from the salon. They’re always so great about fixing things like when I don’t like a nail shape or bubbles. I would recommend the salon to everyone I know. The atmosphere is wonderful and peaceful so that is a huge bonus as well!

Isse salon is beautiful and tranquil. All of the staff members are very accommodating and kind. Jessi is my very favorite and she did a wonderful job with my pedicure. I always look forward to going to the salon.

Unfortunately I have to provide an update.In the last 6 or so months my experience has been disappointing. I’ve had 3 instances of appointments being being messed up resulting in cancellations. The first time they called to confirm my appointment, when I got there they had moved my appointment without informing me and I had to cancel. The second time my appointment was confirmed and when I got there it was not on the books. The last time my appointment was confirmed, I showed up and again my appointment had been moved without me being made aware. Then my stylist canceled 5 minutes before my original appointment time. Due to these experiences I will not be returning and I could not recommend due to the poor customer service and inconvenience.Nikki was amazing as always. I wanted to change things up and get a new hair style. I showed Nikki a few photos and she was spot on with her work. Great head massage during the shampoo too! Thank you!

I’ve been here twice; my first time I came and got exactly what I wanted. My second time, I came with nails I got done at another place that turned out horrible, true horror story. I came back to Isse Salon and they fixed my nails to perfection! They look so beautiful and pretty afterwards! Like brand new nails! I’m always super satisfied here. Even the pedicures are amazing! The staff are kind and easy to talk with. If you want great nails and an even better experience, I recommend Isse Salon ONLY! I love it!

I live 3.5 hrs away now but I have never found another salon as good as this one. I always get my nails done when I visit friends and family in Hillsboro. Mary is the BEST. Really loved how mine and my daughters nails came out. First time here and they were very sweet, attentive, listened to what we wanted, and fairly priced. We dont usually get our nails done but now we have a go-to place for sure.

I have been to this salon a hand full of times, I’ve had so/so experiences as far as leaving with nails I love… today Vivian did my nails.. IM OBSESSED, she’s amazing. Will be booking with her indefinitely!!! As far as the salon, it’s clean & very nice, staff is helpful + friendly.

Sue is AMAZING!!! She is so good, that even after I moved to the other end of Portland, I drove 1 hour to go to her salon! The cost for a fill is double what I’ve paid anywhere else, but it’s also the best fill with design I’ve ever had, and the excellent work is consistent every time! I went in for a fill with french tips and my total came up to $85.i asked the owner why it was so much after i called beforehand and they said it would be $45 plus a lil bit more for french.85 is the price for a full set. i was a regular at this place but i will never go again because their lack of transparency of their prices. no need to lie!! this was not including tip.

My wife took me here a couple years ago to try a pedicure. I was reluctant, but figured it couldnt hurt if it made her happy. Glad I went. I love pedicures now and I also get my hair cut there by the owner Nikki. Everyone that works there is wonderful and makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. Its very clean and the atmosphere is so serene. DO yourself a favor and try them out. Even you guys.

First time going in was a little rough. Was passed between three people for a gel manicure. They were out of the red glitter color for the festive look I was going for. Was a little disappointed. Also a few of the nails were messed up which resulted in the top layer peeling after 4 days. Also was never offered a beverage.However the manager asked to see my nails on my way out and made everything right. She gave me a gift certificate and offered to re do them. So I went in to get those nails fixed today but they offered a total redo. Very sweet. Was also offered a mimosa this time! And my nails look beautiful for the new engagement ring I believe I will be receiving on christmas!The place is beautiful and clean inside with a relaxing vibe. Kim did my nails this time and I will be back to see her. The gals are very friendly. Thanks for making things right Isse!

Was so impressed from the moment we walked in the door… The ambience was inviting and relaxing… We were greeted with a smile and sat immediately at the pedicure station. All of the equipment was in great condition and the staff was very friendly. Most everybody had been there a long time which means They must take good care of their employees. They critiqued one another and spent a great amount of time on detail and making sure we were happy. Plus! Got a discount being my birthday!!!

Wonderful experience . Van, Lynn, Kim, Nickie ( I think is her name) and the girl at the front desk ( I’m sorry I did not get your name ) all very sweet! These girls did not hurt me and were very thorough . I like the way they kept conversation to a minimum and tasteful. I got the amazing Deluxe pedicure and a full set with dip powder in color C6, am awesome brownish Marion color. The dip powder is amazing and so gentle!! It was not painful like acyrylic application can be. My 10 yr old daughter also received a standard pedicure and dip powder over her natural nails which seems like it will help keep them a bit harder and less likely to break and peel. All around great atmosphere in the salon !!!

My daughters and I decided we needed a girls day. One of them found Isse Salon online and was able to get us a same day appt for all 3 of us. Isse Salon and Spa is BEAUTIFUL! And all the employees are super sweet. We enjoyed our mimosas while have our nails manicured. Well definitely be back.

I have went to Isse Salon many times. The owner, Nikki, is amazing at everything she does. Hair. Nails. Waxing. I love it all. I would 100% recommend this salon to anybody. Professional. Kind. Friendly. She has a customer for life!

The technicians were nice however, unfortunately, they cut both mine and my sister in law’s toes and charged more than discussed. My toe is infected to the point I’ll need to see the Dr. They asked us which pedicure we wanted and even though my sister in law asked for the deluxe for $45, they offered her a scent without telling her it would cost more and proceeded to charge her $70!!!

Nice place, looked clean. I got a gel full set manicure. Its definitely a simple nail design place. Dont expect to get fancy nail art done. I got a simple sparkle ombre and it was her first time doing that. Granted, she did a very good job. Just be aware of that if you like getting crazy designs like I do :) Other than that, it was clean, nice people, professional, Id go again.

I’ve gotten 2 pedicures so far, and I really enjoy them! The hot wax especially!! Took my boyfriends 2 sisters (so far) to get mani and pedis, they LOVED them. The employees worked very well and were patient with them while they took their time choosing colors and being picky . LOL. I’ve gotten my nails done twice so far and I have LOVED them. I’ve had the same lady each time, her names Micki, and I really enjoy her doing my nails, she does an AMAZING job. Takes her time and I really appreciate it:) will be back for my next set and to bring my boyfriends oldest sister and mom! :)

So I want to start off by saying that the customer service was lovely, plac was gorgeous and clean. But unfortunately, when it came to the actual wax I was a little disappointed. Even though I did point out big patches of hair left, and they were waxed, I got home and noticed multiple spots of hair and patches despite the use of a blue light, as well as leftover pieces of wax. Again, the customer service and waxer were lovely. But it doesnt help that I was charged 70 instead of the online advertised 60. Id probably return here for a mani or pedi, but not a wax unfortunately. Though, I am worried Id be charged more than advertised online.

This by far is the worst nail salon I have been to. First, the lady rushed my mani and pedi by doing my manicure while I was sitting in the massage chair, nicked my finger and blamed me for having the massage feature on. I asked for a clean towel and she started wiping the blood with a dusty manicure towel. 5 minutes after I left the nail salon, I had to return as all the nail polish started cracking. The lady who did my nails said she would charge $25 to fix the issue ( I have already paid $100) and kept on saying “ do you have money to pay?”, to top it all off, she said, “I will give you 10% off your next visit”. I don’t think I will ever go back here ever!! I am not one to post negative comments as I understand that small businesses thrive on positive reviews, but this was the most horrible experience I have had. There are many other quality, clean and friendly nail salons out there, don’t come here!!!

I been going to Isse Salon for 4 years now. And 2 years ago we moved to different home so I tried other salon close to my new home but I still prepare Isse Salon service. Staff are nice and the ambiance is relaxing. I’ve tried hair cut, hair color and nail services. All good experience!

Lee was amazing. She really took her time and did a fantastic job on my pedicure. She did some stress-relieving muscle work that completely relaxed my legs and feet. Definitely recommend. And the gel on my toes looks super cute.

I been here 3x love the technique Vivian does on my hair. But last time I went I got the 85 pedicure no wax. The cheaper pedicures was worth the money. But the last time I was there, the girl in front came whisper in Vivian ear and then Vivian startred rushing had to rush thru rest of my pedicure and hair. Everytime i call or come in the young attendant are who ever answer not friendly when I have called and have gotten hung up on without a thank you or or no words. Not professional if you want business. I will give them one more chance because I like the technique of Vivian doing my hair. I dont want to pay especially pedicure for a hurry rush service.

As usual i had an excellent visit at Isse salon today! Vicki is AMAZING and always does a beautiful job on my nails, shes super sweet too. I have reccomended her to my mom and coworker and they love her too! Highly recommended!

I am amazed at how clean, elegant, and professional this establishment and their staff are. Brought my mom here to get a deluxe pedicure for Mothers day and were greeted by everyone that we walked by, even those who were not working on us. Our two ladies were relatable and very nice. They even gave us gift certificates for a discount off our next visit. We will definitely be coming back here!

Not as impressed as I have been in the past. I feel that the additional charge for shellac is too much. With a full set costing $50. It makes a fill $40. I also feel like there shouldn’t be a charge for coffin shaped nails. I used to do acrylic nails and now Isse doesn’t offer acrylic, they only do solar. I feel it isn’t as nice or as smooth as acrylic. My nails seem a little lumpy in some areas. Not sure we will continue coming at this cost. The quality is good , my nails are very nice but the Cost is too high. Shellac should not be a upcharge in the price of a fill. 4 full sets at $200...maintenance here would be too steep for myself and my daughters ($120)

It is a hole in the wall from the outside and once you walk in, you are blown away with how beautiful it is inside! They offer beverages with any of the services you get! I went in for a pedicure and I absolutely loved the experience! She did an exceptional job as well as massaging my legs and the hot wax on my feet was a cherry on top!!! Will be back soon!!!!

My first pedicure in years by Catherine who was so considerate and did a cute black set on my toes. Xuan was a wiz when it came to my first acrylic set in a month and was extremely friendly when it came to conversation about my nail style. I recently moved to the area and I’m happy to have found such an excellent salon/ nail technician!

Always 5 star service, overall an extremely well ventilated salon and the signature pedicure is absolutely amazing. You get your own nail kit (one time $2 charge) to take home and bring back next time which is great for touch ups in between visits! Relax with a glass of wine or other beverage and get pampered.Busy mom without a sitter? They offer kids services and have 2 special pedicure chairs for kiddos, enjoy a mommy/daughter day and treat yourselves! I was able to get pedicures here all the way through my pregnancy because of the wonderful ventilation, so relaxing!

I have gone there for years and would highly recommend this salon! They schedule appointments and don’t take a “walk in” right before you arrive making you wait for them to finish, like a lot of other nail salons do. It’s always a nice relaxing experience there instead of being rushed in/out. The cost is a little higher then some places, but I believe you get what you pay for.

Wow wow wow . . . I had no idea from the outside what a beautiful salon this was until I walked in. It actually took my breath away. This had been one of the most difficult weeks of my entire life & its been a long time since Ive treated myself . . . so deciding to get a manicure today was going to be special anyway. But this place was the very best experience Ive ever had at a nail salon & Ive lived in 6 different states & 1 foreign country . . . Beautiful artwork graced the walls, beautiful relaxing music was playing, & there was a complimentary nail file & buffer & even complimentary drinks to include wine . . . My nail tech Han (Vickie) was kind & gracious even though I did a few things that messed up the manicure a bit along the way. I cant recommend this place enough . . .

WOW~~~ I went into Isse a couple years ago, and it was...okay...Today was a total difference! What an experience! Great staff, super friendly, great pricing, atmosphere was superb! I was really empressed. I am a horrible nail bitter, Nikki did a full set on me, and she did my waxing. My friend got her pedi done. We were in and out in a great amount of time!!! I will be headed there again...and this time I cant wait to run off to my personal retreat!!!

Finally found a salon in Hillsboro that I love! The staff is really welcoming, the salon is impeccably cleaned and maintained, beautiful atmosphere. I also got a text offering 10% off my next service a couple weeks after my first pedicure. Will be coming back!

Got a full set/gel thursday morning by friday evening almost all nails were lifting. By saturday 2 popped off, I called salon, they offered to fix the set. I agreed. Went back into salon monday, today, wonderful work as first time I thought. Redid the two nails that came off, and treated rest as a fill. Okay sometimes that can work. Folding towels what do you know another nail popped right off. No point on calling to fix this time around. Unsure what product or nail techs are using but HORRIBLE! I paid over 100 for decent nails to least last a week let alone a few days, and not even hard work being done. Ill take my money back to the cheap salons with better product I suppose. Very unfortunate as I was looking forward to this salon.

Really enjoyed my first experience at ISSE. I was treated to a deluxe spa pedicure and manicure, and was so impressed. Ive been to many salons across the greater Portland area - some very upscale, and some not so much. I would not consider this to be like a spa experience; but it was very close, and in fact I appreciated the price point and type of service here. The women were friendly and accommodating; and space was very clean and organized and I liked the fact that the salon staff were dressed nicely instead of in matching smocks.

I feel bad for saying this but I think this was the worst manicure I have had. My service didnt start til almost 25 minutes after my appointment time. The nail technician didnt use a base coat or lotion my hands. I wont be back. Everyone was very nice though only reason not giving 1 star.I also dont like they dont list their prices anywhere.

Love the whole atmosphere. It is very relaxing and the staff is amazing. My 9 year old daughter loves it their as well. I have had a few different ladies do my nails and have always left happy. I will not go anywhere else.

Well where do I start? To begin Id like to say I had amazing service every time I came here. They always took me in as a walk in and never hesitate. Until a week ago I came in for a solar French set and the gal Faith (if that was even her real name) completely messed up my nails. She was extremely sloppy and left all of my nails uneven and with a ton of residue on them. I wasnt satisfied but was running on a tight schedule and couldnt have someone else fix them on the spot. I came back and they had me make an appointment even though I had called to make sure they had room for me. I said okay thats fair. Come the day of my appointment and they were too busy. So I say Ill come back another day. I come back a 3rd time and again theyre now too busy. All of a sudden I became an inconvenience to them and couldnt find room for me on the schedule.If I could give them zero stars I would. Nikki the completely rude and unprofessional manager refused to take me in or give me another appointment. At this point I was furious and I had already kept my cool throughout. I told her you know what just give me my money back ($40) and Ill go elsewhere for better service and get them done since Im an inconvenience to you guys. She insisted they didnt do cash back or gave refunds. I asked her to show me where it says they dont give money back or a policy or on the receipt. She said I dont know what you are talking about we dont do that here. I refused to leave and asked her again. She then walked away and started doing some other customers nails and began to tell her about what was going on. I was like WOW are you kidding me?!NEVER AGAIN will I EVER come back to this place again! Do not recommend and also they take the liberty to take your cash or debit card out of your wallet if youre nails arent dry yet without your permission! Watch out! UNPROFFESIONALS!!!Next Day: I got a call by the gal at the front desk. I declined the bribe they offered (free service) in order for me to take down my review. Then they proceeded to harass me on the phone...

This place is so relaxing, clean and everyone is professional and service oriented. I have had Marisol give me a shellac pedicure twice. She is fantastic- a true perfectionist. Will keep going back! Thank you for the great experience!! 💜

Isse is my favorite Salon! I have been going every 2-3 weeks for several years. The environment is so pretty, relaxing, clean and friendly. I am never concerned if my favorite isnt available because they all do a wonderful job.

I finally decided to get Solar nails and went to the place near Costco and they did a horrible job. I saw Van at Isse Nails yesterday and she made my nails look so much better that i wanted to cry in relief! Thank you so much! Besides having a wonderful artist like Van, the salon was beautiful and inviting

Got my nails done here earlier today and I am in LOVE!! The service was wonderful. Staff sweet and friendly. She took her time to make sure they looked nice and this is now my go to salon for nails!!!!

The first time I went for acrylics they did really well and they lasted three weeks.I went in again to get another full set and the lady this time did not know what she was doing. The people next to us tried to fix my nails and she undid that.My nails broke in less than 2 weeks and I was at home re polishing them because the paint job she did looked so bad and that lady charged me $65.On their website it says its only $30 for a full set but they charge extra for every little thing.

I went to Isse for a manicure, pedicure, and brow wax. Ill start by saying that the pedicure was very good! My nail tech was very thorough, and the final look was great. She didnt speak great English, but still communicated fairly well and did a good job.But, after my pedicure, the manicure was horrible. The girl was talking to everyone else in the salon *except for me*, and even answered her cell PHONE twice! If it had been for an appointment or a customer I might have understood, but it was apparently her boyfriend asking if he can eat from the fridge. -_-She did a fairly good job of painting my nails, but the oil used for moisturizing was left on my hands after the massage. Gross. I have to say that the eyebrow wax did turn out well, but I was already pretty annoyed with her for being completely unprofessional the rest of the time.So, my advice? Go for a pedicure or maybe a wax, but skip hair or fingernails.

Took my 88 year old grandmother here for a haircut and pedicure, and she thoroughly enjoyed herself and we WILL be coming back soon. The atmosphere is VERY relaxing, the customer service is VERY accommodating, the prices are affordable and I can definitely recommend coming here for anyone unsure about looking for a good place to get a haircut/pedicure.

I am very pleased with my experience and nails from the salon. Catherine has been taking care of my nails the past three visits and she will capture what I want every time & not to mention she is quick! She is amazing.

I called 5 days ahead to get an appointment to get acrylic nails. I got there 10 minutes early and they had only one person doing nails for 3 people including me. One costumer was over at her own station getting her nails dried the other costumer had just started to get her acrylic nails done. So I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour for the ONE lady to finish with the both of them before she could help me. They were very under staffed.

Got a manicure, pedicure, hair cut, hair color, and waxing done. Very happy with the work they did, the excellent customer service, and the relaxing environment (and the option to book appointments online!) They provide other services. Happy that it is a one stop shop for beauty needs. This will be my go to place.

I’ve gone there a couple times and the service is ok. Their pricing is VERY steep and honestly not worth it especially when they can’t do that many “designs” on nails and when they do they mess them up. I went for a fill and it was almost the same exact price to get the nails put on. They already looked like they needed to be filled again and one of my nail beds was bleeding. And my friend came with and her nails were really thick and looked pretty messy and the flower painted on her nail was messed up and she paid almost 70$. I don’t think this place is that good and I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend it. I think that there are better places in Hillsboro that are cheaper and better quality than this place.

First time here as the nail salon weve frequented more than 5 years accepted a walk in client & wanted us to wait 30-40m although we had an appointment.This salon feels & looks more like a spa than a traditional nail salon. From the decor to the music piped throughout, its a very calming experience. Well certainly be returning.

After more than two months I ventured back to my GoTo Salon. Isse was absolutely prepared for their customers safety while delivering their professional services. They have all the required covid-19 safety protocols in place plus more. Distancing, masks, cleaning and checking all in place. However while they provided all this their calm, restful and peaceful atmosphere was in place too. What a stress reliever my appointment was, and Mary was there providing her always top notch service! Such a treat!Connie

It is a very serene environment. The music, lighting, and interior design is so relaxing.The woman are very professional yet laid back. I cant remember the name of who did my nails but she was sweet and focused on details communicating well the style Im interested in.

Van is the best. Even though I only come in about every other month to get my nails done, I have gotten reliably great service. Everyone is very kind, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Also, it is so incredibly well ventilated. No smell of chemicals.

Do not go here for hair services. My wife is traumatized and still in pain a week in a half later from Vivian over processing her hair and then ripping it out aggressively in clumps. My wife spent 3 years growing her hair back out from losing it all from child birth. Just finally getting her confidence back and feeling herself again, to have Vivian destroy her confidence. She cried for days and had a panic attack from how much pain she was in. I complained and they don’t respond. This place is a scam and rip off. They have matrix products displayed but pulled out cvs brand hair products on my wife.

On February 7th I went in for a simple color deposit to cover some gray hairs at my roots. Worst experience of my life. Not only did they ruin my hair, they actually tried to convince me it looked good. Then the owner gave me her card and said if I didnt like it, to come back and she would fix it. Needless to say I went elsewhere because I actually wanted to go into public and not cry. I had to pay more money to do a reverse balayage for color correction. She basically bleached out the top of my hair , which was dark brown when I went in. Nails are good, DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE. My friend called for a reimbursement. The front desk lady was so rude. They only did partial refund after arguing over prices .

Ok, here it goes. I had been going to this salon when it was much smaller, and a different owner over 20 years ago. I love how it grew and the new owner is sweet. However, after years of loyalty we keep getting ripped off 1) Im getting charged for new kits because of COVID - WRONG, Im a licensed nail tech and that makes zero sense at all. 2) The prices quoted and listed are base prices before they charge you 10% for tax increases (it is on your receipt) then another 10% for additioanl COVID costs, and not explained to you until when you are checking out. 3) They pressure you to pay cash and have been told they wouldnt accpet me paying with my card and would wait for me to go to the grocery store next door to get cash. 4) My final straw was getting my hair done the last time there. I worked hair to go from red to blond, then wanted to go balayage with blond tips. The lady that did my hair left tiger stripes in my hair to the point where I have to wear it up, I cannot wear it down now or I have blond and ash striping everywhere. I called the owner and she said it would be $120 for the work to be corrected. Serioously? Your employee screwed up my hair, charged me $160 for it, then you want another $120 to correct your mistake. That is not industry standard or even what they teach you in cosmetology school.Quality has gone down hill, relationships dont exist anymore and the place has turned into a money grab. Because of COVID I havent been able to find a new place to get my hair done, but have found a lovely place for my nails.

I have come there several times and they are a clean affordable experience with genuinely kind and thoughtful staff. I have always been pleased with their attention to detail and quality of service. I have had pedicures many other places in the past and have not been close to the level of service and beauty of the job they do every time I come here.

Clean Covid safe pedicure done with a highly experienced pedicurist! Very happy with pedicure in a very relaxing environment. Temp was taken then asked to wash my hands before even picking out nail color.

I love Catherine! She does an awesome job of cutting my hair. I have difficult to cut hair because I have a lot of it, but the shaft is super fine and has a natural wave in it. Not everyone knows how to cut that. But she does! :-) Im also fussy with my hair cuts.I like my hair to be wash and go. A good hair cut, you can do that. But a poor one will show when you do that. She got it right on the first try! Believe me, Ive had many others try and fail. Shes awesome! Thanks so much Catherine!

I first called and asked how much it would be for my nails and they said 35 when I checked out ended up paying 50 +10 for a tip and it was definately not worth 60 for a overlay and gel polish. With that being said I will go back and try to again. Its a beautiful spa, receptionists not to friendly but they were young kids staff kinda friendly but kinda weird atmosphereMy nails were ok to thick and my polish chipped the next day.

Always excellent service. Had my hair cut and styled for a work party and received endless compliments. Everyone there is amazing. Ive been going here for 3 years now and love their pedicures.

Very friendly, detailed about what was done, seemed to care about you and your needs. We take our elderly mother to have her toes done, I am diabetic and have to pay attention to my feet.Will definitely recommend them and will be back.

Went to get my eyebrows waxed and the atmosphere was so welcoming and I was greeted immediately when I walked in! I wasn’t sure how thin or thick I wanted my eyebrows but the lady waxing for me new what would work with my face. Overall the service was awesome! Would recommend!

Place was clean. People were nice, but the gal that did my nails was in a hurry and cut me. After i said ouch she continued to trim the cutical area. The hand massage was about 1 min per hand and that was all i got. Not worth $30.00. I will not go back.

This not the first time I used this salon, they are always amazing at making sure you are happy with the results. I leave feeling relaxed and happy with my nails and feet looking good!

I regularly go here and always have good experiences except for today. I wanted my fake nails off but to keep my real nails underneath, and get a shellac polish which is usually no problem. When I went in, the lady refused to save my real nails and insisted on doing it her way, I even asked to soak them and she had said it takes to long. She gave me such attitude, and a fuss about it that I suggested I can go home and take them off myself and then come get a shellac polish, and her reaction to that was slamming her tools on her desk, turning her light off and walking away. After that, I do not want to go back there.

Came back to this salon because I had a great experience the first time when I came in for a haircut. A gentleman cut/styled my hair for me. Second time not so great. I made an apt on a Sunday evening and arrived on time. I was told to wait... waited about 10 min. When I was called the lady who cut my hair said “oh I had to come in to work today just for your hair cut” I didn’t know what to say... except ahh sorry you have to get paid? Like what the hell. I wasn’t so happy with my hair cut so I called during the week to see if she could fix it up for me. When I called to make an apt front desk said that lady is only available during 4pm and her next apt will be 5:15pm... so I took the 4pm one. I was running late from work so I called to let them know and they said no problem. When I arrived she looked very pissed off and as I sat down she said I have to hurry cause she had apt at 4:30pm. Yup that’s right, they scheduled in a 4:30 meaning when I called two days in advanced they told me there is only a 4pm and a 5:15pm. They told me the 5:15 was booked but they never said anything about a 4:30!When I asked her about it she told me she doesn’t have a 5:15pm... maybe get a better front desk person or improve your scheduling system. Rude service and made me feel like shit. Left unhappy.

My wife and her mom got their hair done here, and hand absolutely the worst experience. They cut her hair too short, got the hair color on the skin, and was real rough at removing it. Not to mention, the completely unprofessional way they talked. My wife at the brink of tears when she came back home and narrated the experience.

I personally love coming to Isse, been going to these lovely ladies for over a decade. They pride themselves in their work, they always fix anything free of charge. They have a fantastic atmosphere, clean environment always!

Dont recommend this location for waxing.Recently had my lip area waxed. I told the woman to be careful to not get the wax on my lips as the skin will tear off as had happened at another place i went to. When she waxed at Both Corners! of my mouth, she tore the skin off my lips! One side so badly it bled and bled after pulling tape off and said nothing. No sorry, nothing. Since then, has been painfully sore for days! I should have at least been dicounted part of what due. Wont go back to this location again as pre warned her and wasnt careful not to get wax on my lips.

Bad all around. Took my son to get his har colored (I called ahead & advised exactly what he was wanting), arrived there, hairstylist did not have the color, I went & purchased the Professional dye & brought it back, my son was there for over 5 hours, ultimately they basically turned his hair a color he did not want & to top it off, they over processed his hair & my son had chemical burns on his scalp for over a week. The 1 great employee there (was 2 days into the job) they tried to degrade her in front of me, NOT GOOD, UNPROFESSIONAL!Save your money & go to a salon that knows what they are doing.

I always enjoy my visit to Isse salon. My nails look great and the selection of nail color and type of products are awesome. They have retained their amazing staff for years, that says a lot about the management and the happiness and fulfillment of their employees. ❤️❤️❤️

I always love going to Isse. Their prices are fair. The staff are professional, friendly and follow health protocols. The chairs for pedicure have massage controls. Good back massage.

All the employees were very kind & professional. I had a very relaxing pedicure & I definitely will come back to this salon. Lynn did my toes & she was wonderful! I will ask for her again.

My technician is Vivian. She is a high achiever in her profession. Been a client for several years. Very impressed with Vivian’s pedicures, manicures and haircuts. Highly recommend her services.

I love this salon. I see Vicki every 2 weeks for nails and pedi. Get the deluxe pedi with hot rocks. Soo relaxing. The environment is enjoyable, everyone is very friendly, and Vicki is the best. I have followed her through a couple of salons and will always as long as we are in the same area.

Scheduled an appt to get a full set of solar nails french. This place is dimly lit. When I got out into the light I could see dirty old product was used on my nails as it was full of dirt spects and yellowish. The gal also made two of my nails bleed when filing along the side of my nails. My nails lifted so much in the first week, I had to get them redone at a salon recommended by a friend after only 1 week. I would not recommend this business.

I’m always satisfied with the way my nails look. I appreciate Heather for her work. She has enough experience to assist you with making your nails look the way you want them to . She is the sweetest !

I broke a nail 1/3 of the way down from the tip. I went in and asked for a tip to be glued halfway back and then coated with gel while the break grows out. Ive done this many times before as I am a manicurist but only doing hair these days and didnt want to go to the supply house for new supplies when having it done would be more cost effective. The nail artist said it could not be done that way that she could use a special polish and powder. The next day it cracked and 3 days since repair it ripped 3/4 of the way. I returned and again asked for what I wanted the first time. This time told they dont glue tips back that far. She didnt understand what I was requesting even though I tried to explain it to 2 different people. They never fixed it. Money well wasted. Caution dirty file was used on my natural nail. She did not put a new file on her electric file.

They tried to convince me I didnt want a full set as I got a pedicure. They were nice, but did not do a good job. I wanted a place to go to from now on, but I am never going back. The pictures looked great and there were good reviews, but I was extremely disappointed. Im off to find a place that deserves my business.

*** update*** Sophia the head receptionist days later called to make it right. The owner agreed to refund me some of what I was charged****STILLHad the most painful pedicure Ive had EVER... they rubbed the skin around my nails raw, fixed and in grown nail ( that I didnt know I had-- it would be painful prior if I had one) made me bleed. Then proceeded to spray alcohol to clean my skin and use acetone for touch ups which stung to high heaven and they did it on more than one occasion. I also got the paraffin wax ( and Upsell which they never mentioned it wasnt included-- Ive been to enough to know it was) and that was so hot it burned my skin which was already tender from the work finally the woman proceeded to give me my massage in a half ass way. Using one hand while perusing her text messages... horribleTo add insult they charged me $45...I had called before (on Monday-- went for the pedicure Wednesday)and had been told $30 and when I brought it to the business owners attention. She said her receptionist was new and made a mistake who I told her I didnt talk to. I spoke with a nail technician with and accent...she had her receptionist take my name and number and then had the receptionist call me back. Break down the services, offering no reconciliation. Bad business practice.Theres a bunch of nail salons to choose from and Id tell you to steer clear of ISSE. They leave you in pain and then ask you to pay for it.

Nikki is great been coming to the salon for many different things from nails, waxing hair coloring and cutting! Always great service and always enjoy my time there. Staff is great and Nikki does a great job

Love this salon! Clean, courteous, and the nail technicians are skilled and gentle. Isse has been my go-to for several years and I always leave relaxed with lovely nails.

I recently had my lash extensions filled. I should of known it was going to be a nightmare experience when she used scotch tape to hold down my lower lashes. The fumes from the glue was so strong my eyes were burning throughout. I heard her drop the tweezers she was using on the floor. She just picked them up and continued to use them! My bad for not saying something! I went to pay and it $30 more than I paid at a salon in downtown Portland!! When I got home to look at them since I couldnt see anything in the dark salon ( and she left me to go do someone elses nails while I was laying on her table) I realized how stiff they were & they actually hurt! Im thinking she must of used super glue or something. I have had them filled before at other salons and they have always been soft & flutterly. Ive already in 3 days had 3 of the outer edge ones literally break off of my natural lashes!! So upset that Im so uncomfortable with these on & what damage is possibly being done to what little natural lashes I have left!! They will never get my business again!!

Kitty is one of the best nail techs. Does a wonderful job making sure you are as comfortable as can be. She is prompt with her time too. She also makes sure she reserves enough time for each client.

I have known the owner for more than 10 years, and been doing my hair there. Great place to style your hair. Both Nikki and Katherine are great hair stylists.

Isse Salon in Hillsboro is the best Ive been to in the area. The facilities are squeaky clean and you feel you are among professions. Nikki and her whole staff are awesome! I love going to Kitty for mani/pedi and facials. She is so good and really cares about her customers. Really, you should go in and ask for Kitty and youll thank me for recommending her. Youll never want to go to anyone else again. Everyone is great and Nikki and Kitty are really special. Highly recommended

My nails look like a child did them! Im so embarrassed I want to remove them all!! And, the cost was way above what it should have been, for just a fill. The seats are uncomfortable with no leg room. Needless to say I will not be back!!.

Been having problems with recent nail salons overbooking clients and pushing back appointments which was one of the first things we noticed and loved here. They are respectful with your scheduled time and make sure to not compromise quality to quantity. Sue spent detailed time on my shape, thickness and overall perfection of my nails. It’s been a WHILE since I have been IN LOVE with a nail salon. The location is clean, spacious and relaxing. Staff is friendly and professional. Definitely becoming a regular here.

I’ve always had a wonderful experience, get exactly what I asked for, I don’t feel pressured to up-charge anything, get a complimentary drink, and a great conversation with the nail techs.

Worst hair dye job Ive ever had. She even said you can cover it up like this and then hid my hair under another piece. She also said she cut it but there was no hair on the floor to sweep up.Dont go here!They may be ok for nails but have no idea what they are doing with hair.

Customer service is supposed to be a collective effort made by staff and almost all were fantastic. The woman doing my pedi was a grump. She also offered me a complimentary drink. I only asked for water and it never came. It just slipped her mind, I guess. Oh well.

The best nail salon in all of Hillsboro, my wife goes here and she loves it. My wife used to do nails so she is super picky about the way her nails have to be done and Isse Salon went above and beyond all her exceptions. Very friendly and professional staff!!! Great place for hair cuts as well!!!

I went there for waxing and left very unhappy. They told me one price on the phone and then when i was done the price was 40 more then what they told me. Then when i asked about it they showed me the price list that had the amount they told me on the phone but next to it said and up so basiclly they can charge you what ever they want. Also did not seem like the technician was taught the proper techniques, as she had me in some very almost humiliating positions...Then today i am noticing all these spots that are missed so now i have to go in agien(no here tho) to get all the spots they missed even after they overcharged me. Will defiantly NEVER be going here agien. To bad there isnt a zero star option

Great salon, peaceful, and friendly service. Nails turned out great! Highly recommend. The nail tech Nikki is also AWESOMMEEE!!! They all seem very nice and personable though.

I go to a nail salon on two things...one is the quality of service two is the price point. We just moved here so I needed to find somewhere to relax and get pampered. I went in for a shellac mani pedi. It was $71 which is higher than what I was paying in San Diego but if its great than its worth it. The messageon both hands and feet was a quick rub of lotion. I also get Pedicures in the winter to try and keep my feet soft. The paraffin wax was a nice touch but because the tech didnt hardly buff them my feet were rough when I left. The shellac was also on my feet cuticles so I know when it grows out im going to have a large ridge and possuble lifting. The manicure water was super cold...probably should have said something but I have never had to at any salon in the past. The pros are the message chairs were comfy, the technician was really nice, they have cute kid chairs, salon is well kept and has a great atmosphere. I used to get shellac acrylics back home but Im afraid it will too much to get them here.

I have been going to this salon for 12 yearsI treated my friend to Pedicure and was quoted a special price for the newest service of $50 and when it was time to pay, I was charged $55.While I like the way Lynn, Vicki & Mary do my nails I feel very disappointed that I was treated this way after being a loyal customer.

I had an appt. to get my hair cut and colored. I went in for my appt. and waited 45min. Before someone even acknowledged me being in the building. Then once I got into the chair and told them what I wanted (which was 2 shades lighter blonde) and a trim, she told me it would be $250.00!!!! YES, I SAID $250.00!!! I am not sure if they think I just fell off of the turnip truck, but I have had my hair done many times in my 47 years of life, and I have never and WILL NEVER will pay $250.00 for a color at a salon where I had to wait 45 minutes just to be spoken to. SHAME ON YOU, ISSE!!! Horrible customer service!!! I will never go back, and I will tell everyone I know and meet how terrible the service is.

Really excellent service! I have had Solar nails done for a year, and Catherine is consistently careful with my hands and an artist with shaping. Great color choices, too!

This was a very nice experience. And they did a great job. This was my first visit.My second visit was equally nice, they fit me in as I didnt have an appt and they were very busy. But they did my mani and pedi. I must say this is a very relaxing environment, a great escape from a hectic lifestyle.

I got a pedicure and the provider was very rough and actually made my toes bleed. It was not relaxing or refreshing, it was painful. Ive been here once before and it was a different experience.

My friend had made an appointment here for three pedicures and when we arrived the next day, they had made the appointment for only one customer. They apologized and quickly accommodated for all three of us. We all had a relaxing time.

Isse Salon is the one and only nail salon that Ive been to over the years that is extremely clean.First and foremost, Isse Salon is so darn clean!!! Between each client the staff clean the area, no dusty stations. They not only wipe it clean of dust they disinfect! I know, I know covid but how many nail salons are this freaking clean? They even mop after their pedicures.Secondly each of their technicians are wonderful and well experienced. Ive had Nikki, Li, Nancy and Sue. All are amazing. Even with designs they are all so lovely not just with their work but their customer service.Thirdly, the Salon its self besides being clean is beautifully done. I mean everything was designed for this space. You want to relax and not feel like a number being pushed through? Come here. Its so relaxing. Everything makes sense here.And oh did I mention the mimosas? Wine? Soft drinks? Ladies... make an appointment you wont regret it!!!

I love that you make an appointment for your service. That way the girls can give you the treatment you pay for, which is worth every dime.Even if theyre rushed, its still better than any (competition) shop in the area.

I’m not from Oregon and I’ve tried 3 nail salons in the Beaverton and was highly disappointed. This place has great vibes. Kitty and Heather are 2 wonderful stylist. Definitely worth the money

The deluxe pedicure felt GREAT today (as usual)...now that Im home, and looking at my toes, it is apparent that she only did one coat of polish on my left foot (vs. 2 on the right one). First time that has ever happened, and Ive been coming here for years.

I have been seeing Vivian for the past year and not only is she an AMAZING technician but also a great friend! She is incredible at what she does and I look forward to many more years ahead of us.

We made an appointment on line for 5:30 and received a call back that the time slot was not available, then we rescheduled on the phone for 5. We showed up, we could see our names on the schedule and yet the staff was confused as to what to do or what happened because they had nobody available to help us. They do not appear to honor appointments over walk ins. 2nd time. Beautiful salon but not reliable.

I really like the decor of this salon and the employees are very nice. Heather does my nails so well and will go beyond if not completely satisfied until you are.

I have been coming here for over 10 years and have had great service and the prices are very reasonable. Kitty is always professional and I am treated like family. Nikki and crew always take care of us.

Nikki is an awesome hairstylist. She is one of the few people I trust my hair with and she is always accommodating to fit me in when I need her most. 🤗
