I love this place! Been coming here for around 10 years. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help and theres no pressure selling or anything. Just awesome customer service. The prices are pretty good for the most part. They wont scam you or overcharge you at all. They are all straight shooters. I had to move to central Oregon about 4 years ago and still havent found a better vape shop. But every time Im in town I drop by and buy a few months worth of juice and supplies. Thank you guys! Ill see you again next time

For me, smoke shops are intimidating. Smoke 4 U eases my nerves. The staff are friendly and the prices are fair. I have had one issue with the shop but it was handled professionally. Lovely atmosphere, keep it up! :)

Really loved shopping here but unfortunately since a receipt was lost I can’t return an $80 battery. This makes me sad because my old shop down south used to look up receipts by card if the receipt was lost. Won’t be returning here until that changes

Sorry ahead of time for this review being a TLDR : I’ve been going to this smoke shop since moving to OR in 2020 . I’ve had a few incidents but nothing too bad . I’ve been sold batteries that didn’t work & refused a return because of not having a receipt .No biggie , I just made sure I always got my receipt from then on. One time I bought a vape & got home & the box was empty . They’d given me the box that went to the display. The situation was resolved, but not before a little bit of a run around . I just made sure I double checked the box when buying anything after that. Sh*t happens , that’s life. That aside , I continued going to this store because it is very close to my home and convenient .. and The staff are usually very pleasant . This morning I went in with my daughter who is extremely baby faced , but is going to be 22 in September . She was asked for her ID & said she wasn’t sure if she had it on her because we didn’t plan to stop here when we initially left the house. She left the store to wait in the car .No big deal . I understand the law & know my daughter looks young . I even went on to tell the lady helping me that I have worked retail & understand & made a joke about how my daughter is always getting accused of being younger than she is & how much it frustrates her . I don’t know if this was taken the wrong way or what .. but the woman helping me got very defensive & said that my daughter was obviously not 21. I told her that not only was she 21 , but she was almost 22 & that people’s ages can’t always be judged by their appearance . Due to what was just said , I admit that I may have had some attitude in my voice at that point . She then began speaking to me in a very patronizing voice . Literally talking to me slowed down like I was stupid .The guy working further down the counter stopped to ask me what the issue was & I explained it to him. He then said “sorry just following the law” which I totally understood . No one was trying to argue with them about carding her . The issue was how the lady that worked there was speaking to me . I felt extremely gaslit & frustrated & asked if I could please just get the coils I came for & leave . The lady helping me just kept laughing at me . I asked her to please stop & get me my things so I can check out and leave. I’ll be honest, I was frustrated at this point & I’m sure my tone reflected this. There were other people in the shop , I was being made to feel like a total Karen & was confused how it’d even spiraled in the direction that it did . She even threatened to ban me when I asked her to stop laughing in my face.When she checked me out , she forgot to check out a battery I got when I first walked in , prior to all this & I reminded her about the battery in my hand. If I’d wanted to I could have just walked out with a fairly expensive product , because she wasn’t even paying attention to what I had when she checked me out. When I left I cried the whole way home due to my embarrassment & frustration . And I still don’t understand how everything got twisted up the way it did . My daughter wanted to go back & show her ID just out of principle,but I told her to just let it be .This shop is convenient and close to my home , but after this I don’t know if I’ll ever return back . Which I’m sure doesn’t mean much to this business anyway, but it all just really sucks.

This place is out of my way and it’s the only smoke shop I visit. Prices are fair and the employees are always happy to see everyone and provide the best service that I can find.

I got this beautiful smoking lamp from here for a ridiculous price on 4/20. The week before, I had gone around Hillsboro looking for some new glass and eventually landed at this smoke shop. Went to a few before and went to a few after, and I came back here. Glass is super cheap in price, sturdy enough to handle me accidentally kicking it (lol), and a good variety in selection for wraps, bongs, papers, etc. It isnt anything fancy, but if you just need the job done right, come by here for your smoking needs. I got an ash catcher for my piece as well, and its a game changer. Recommend if youre going to buy some glass, it makes it SOOO much easier to keep the bong clean. Diamond Glass is a pretty good brand in glass, so I enjoyed that they had a diamond ash catcher. Oh! I also forgot to add that the staff is great! They were not only helpful but also a good conversation too. Great experience.

Every staff member is always kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Never had a bad experience here. I moved across town and have another shop close to my house, but still make the drive over here for Smoke 4 U’s quality selection and service.

Theres something for everyone here well specifically if you indulge in the smokable products or vape. Great assortment of goodies strategically scattered across the shelves and a pleasant knowledgeable staff to cater to the customer needs. No funny business here, no pushy sales folk. As someone fairly new to Oregon, stepping into new stores can feel a bit nerve-wracking for me. So, when I searched for vape shops nearby on Google, stumbling upon your store, Smoke 4 U, I wasnt sure what to expect. But let me tell you, my apprehension quickly melted away as soon as I was greeted by Twon.Twon isnt just your average store representative – hes an absolute gem. His warm welcome and genuine enthusiasm immediately put me at ease. I ended up purchasing two disposable vapes, and Twon was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Went in to day to return something ask me for a receipt that they didn’t offer me one for this purchase a few days ago . Had about $100 dollars worth of new stuff super chill and the went south the young guy got a rude about not have a receipt so we left will never go back be going there sines thy opened years ago 5/13/2024 todays day thy couldn’t look up with my rewards program I work at intel I well tell everyone not to go here

Smoke 4 U is the best! They always have several versions of everything I need, and I have yet to meet an employee that wasn’t ultra helpful and nice. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would!*something changed drastically in the last few weeks. They sell bad merchandise, knowing it’s bad, at bloated prices. I won’t be going here anymore.

I love this place! VERY Competitively priced vape juices and coils! Even the replacement glass for my Smok baby beast tank was only $4.99!! ! I was in a big hurry so I called and spoke to Charles before stopping by and he was willing to dig thru all their glass to try and find the one I needed just based on the description. Don’t waste your time or money going anywhere else. These guys are well staffed, well stocked, friendly and helpful every time I shop there.

I have been going to this vape shop for almost 6 months now. I dont think I have ever had a negative interaction. As far as vape shops go I would recommend this one above all others. The people who work there are always super friendly, and they even know when to back off when you are having a nicotine fit. 10 out of 10 would highly recommendThis was my former review. I have continued going here for over a year since that last review. I had mostly all great interactions at this place. One employee though has rubbed me the wrong way twice so badly that I had to change from a five-star onto a four-star, and I will never be returning to this location again!

Super friendly staff however I was there 2 days ago and their kratom shots I get were $20 each. I go in there today and they are magically $30 each. When asked why the price change I was just told that the owner sets the price. I called around and everywhere else is still $20 each. I wont be returning. 50% mark-up in 2 days is just crazy.

Overall this is the place to go for your vape needs!My only complaint of location has nothing to do with the business, its in a good, convenient spot. Used to be my favorite spot and the obvious best place around but lately they never have anything in stock, I bought a new tank from them but they haven’t had coils for it in 2 months. And their juice selection has become limited. All of this would be fine, I’d get over it, but the newer staff members are so unhelpful. They can’t answer any questions, don’t know any of the products, speak so softly you can barely understand what’s being said. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I come here like weekly and over the past couple of months my experiences are getting worse and worse. So incredibly disappointing considering how incredible this place has always been until recently.

Nice staff. I would not recommend buying cigars here, though. They have a relatively small humidor and either it isn’t well set or they are selling very old cigars. The arturo I bought is disintegrating. See pic.

I ran into a very strange situation. I had misplaced a number of items the night before included among them was my vape and my wallet. So I went into Smoke 4 U to purchase a new vape at which time I was refused service because I didnt have my ID. I was told it was strictly for age verification. I asked if there was any other documentation I could use to verify my age to which I was told no. To be clear, Im in my mid 40s. So I left the shop and then returned a short while later to talk to someone else and see if an exception could be made at which time another girl who likely had seen or was told about the previous failed transaction, asked if she could assist with something. I explained my situation to which she assured me she understood but that it was policy to check ID with every transaction and assured me no exception could be made. I have been there dozens of times and never been carded except maybe the first time I purchased something there. In fact I had been there approximately 2 weeks prior, to exchange e-juice that was not what I had asked for, which incidentally was given to me by the same heavy-set girl with multi-color dyed hair, that had originally refused me service on this visit. I reminded her that I had been there numerous times and had an account in their system which they could verify. They still refused me service. It very much felt like they were pulling a girl power move on me and it was very uncomfortable not to mention frustrating. I have no issue whatsoever with feminism and girl power but there is a time and a place for that and this certainly wasnt it. The one and only time I have ever gone there without my wallet (and had been without my vape for a day) was the one time they decided to card me, refused to make an exception and ignored the fact that I had been a regular customer for quite a while with a verifiable account in their system (and had been there roughly two weeks prior to exchange e-juice). The vibe of what seemed to be taking place was extremely uncomfortable and for this reason I cannot recommend this shop.

I come here a lot, decided to try a new brand of juice that was recommended by the staff. unfortunately the juice tasted so bad I had to throw out my coil, so I brought it back for a refund. I used maybe an ounce of the bottle at most. The manager, Nick, informed me that they cannot do any refunds or exchanges on juice because they can’t sell it afterward, so they need me to pay again for the juice that I want. I feel this is dishonest and I will be taking my business elsewhere. the fact that they can’t stand by their product and take care of a long time customer, and need me to spend more money, is outrageous. I wasn’t in here every week asking for an exchange, this is the first time. do better guys. losing repeat business because of one single exchange is beyond stupid. horrible customer service experience and a complete non-apology from the management. thank you for validating my decision to shop elsewhere

I have been to Smoke 4 U in the past, mostly just bought screens and maybe some wraps as my vape I bought in 2015 broke and had decided to not get back into it until recently. I walked in looking to get a new tank for my old Kangertech mod but after talking to Andrew and his SUPREME above and beyond assistance decided to go hard with the purchase of a G-Priv II from Smok. 4 days later it started showing intermittent issues with the screen which concerned me after seeing reviews on how they handled issues like these in the not so far past so I took a stroll back to the shop and upon entrance Andrew greeted both my roommate and I by name with a smile and took the time to inspect the issue for us. After inspecting the mod he saw the issue and helped up by writing on the receipt that the issue was noted and if it gets worse or more constant to come see him and he would make sure we got taken care of correctly, and empathized with the issue of the mod acting up after only a few days after purchase. The service received this round through Smoke 4 U is way better than my past visits so far and I will update the review as the experience goes on, but so far Andrew has single handily rebuilt my faith in Smoke 4 U as of now 2/12/18 .

I stopped by the shop for the first time to purchase a disposable vape, and my experience was great!! I was assisted by a wonderful young lady (and I’m sorry I don’t remember her name ugh!), but she explained different products and how some of them hit smooth etc. Very knowledgeable in the products, but most importantly she didn’t try to push selling something I didn’t want. That was a great change from other places I’ve been. This will now be my go to shop for future vapes!!

Bought a vape yesterday, didnt get a receipt, and called them and explained that it wasnt working just as the one I got in store did. explained what happened and told them i bought at 5pm, they wont do returns on anything, even if i brought in the bank transaction. Will never come back here after 4 years as a customer Id expect more.

I really wanted to give this place a 5-star review because most of the people here seem friendly and the store has such a huge selection of everything to choose from. However, customer service is huge to me and I just didn’t have a great experience with the female (black hair & dark makeup) that works here. I understand people have bad days, but to act completely uninterested in helping me out and to make it seem like answering any of my questions is a hassle is completely unacceptable. Your whole job literally focuses on giving your customers the best experience possible so that they will want to come back and spend more money. Not sure the whole monotone “f—k the world” attitude is going to be very effective for you.

There are several smoke shops in the area and this is the only one I go to. I used to be a loyal customer of another shop but about 1.5 years ago I came here and not only were the prices better, the quality was better so it was a no brainer. Over time I’ve worked with a lot of their different employees and they are all friendly, knowledgeable and quick without rushing you. I’ve been impressed when watching the guys deal with the shop when it’s full of different personalities and attitudes with charm, wit, and professionalism. They have helped me such patience I could go on and on. Any bad reviews are either very old or just bitter people. This is the only vape shop you need. You can also get a cup of coffee while you’re there!

I’ve been coming here for a long time. But after this last time I will not be coming back. We bought a mod and they gave us the wrong one initially. Told us that we have a month to return. Came back and they said they couldn’t return it. We have had this mod before and it’s garbage, always has issues. I wanted to swap it out and buy a more expensive one. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will never be coming back. Just ridiculous when I come here all the time. Don’t support this store when they can’t do the right thing. Lost a customer, good job.

Great smoke shop. We will definitely be back. Great selection of glass with reasonable prices. E-liquids, cigars, cigarettes. CBD this place has it all. JEFF was an awesome worker and was very helpful. We even named the carb cap we got after him!

From the other reviews, we decided to give this shop a try. The prices were great! But the customer service was not. There were only two staff members working, and one was rather angry that his relief hadnt been in yet. He was cursing about how he should have been out of there two hours ago. This clerk was cursing multiple times to multiple customers. He told us he would be with us as soon as possible, but continued to help other people who came in after us. We only purchased something because the price was good, but we are never going there again. I dont like being cursed at, especially by service staff. The other clerk finally tried to help us, but didnt know anything about the product and wasnt even really paying any attention to us.I have already told a friend to not go to this shop, and any one else I run into that vapes, I will be telling them to not go to this shop.Customer service should be #1, no matter how bad of a day youre having. Especially when there are so many other places I can take my money.

This shop has the most courteous, helpful employees by far than any smoke shop Ive ever frequented. And it has the fastest cashier check out Ive ever experienced. And to top that, you can enjoy a free cup of coffee or tea, along with a cookie. Prices are decent too. Excellent place.

This place is amazing. Went there late last night, 948PM, to get a replacement glass for my tank. Usually hard to find pieces are in abundance for Falcon II !!! This is my new vape shop! These guys were friendly, and surprisingly informative. They knew things about vaping that I didnt know. This is the place to go when you have late night vaping needs, including a vast selection of juices. They also have a great assortment of glass and accessories like a smoke shop and lots of brands of cigarettes. If you havent stopped by Smoke 4 U in Hillsborough, YOURE MISSING OUT!

Was greeted with friendly service right when I walked in the door. The price on suorin drop pods is great, especially with the Intel discount. There are websites for cheaper, but you pay a bit more for a brick and mortar. Also, they are open late! The clerk asked me how I was doing, and when I was honest, he expressed sincere comfort. Will be back here again!

I came in not knowing much about vape wanting someone to help me and I definitely got what I was looking for. Patrick is amazing! He explained a lot to me and was super polite. He got me started on my kit and a few flavors and when I came back for refills he helped me find more of the flavors that I liked from the first purchase. Super cool people and very knowledgeable. Im definitely going back!

Friendly service, cheap prices, and a wide selection. A must stop for all smoking needs! I went in looking for a mod, and was informed that it had been discontinued! The helpful staff reccomended me a new mod and tank, and I have loved it since. Their staff always has great recommendations about juice and know my favorites when I walk in the door. Even if my juice is either out of stock or they didn’t carry it yet, I was always found something just as good if not better! Talk about service! Nothing else like it for miles around!

Went in and asked the lady helping me for a new vape for salt nic juice. She sold me the new nord 5 for $60. Come to find out that the vape is not meant for salt nic and even though it’s been within 30 days and I have the box and receipt I am apparently not able to exchange it for something else even though I was recommended it by an employee under the impression that they knew what they were talking about. I am very disappointed and will be going somewhere else for my coils and juice now. Make sure you do your research before buying and don’t leave it up to the employees to suggest things to you.

Emily is the best!!! So first let me tell you my story. I went to a different shop and purchased a Smok 4 mini with a bottle of juice. They set everything up for me and told me to wait 20-30 min to let the cook soak. I usually do disposables but I want wanted something more cost efficient. I knew something was wrong right away. It tasted so bad and hurt my throat. It was extremely harsh. Something was just not right. I went back the next day and tested the device and I was told it was just supposed to be that way. I felt like I was crazy or simply just didn’t know what I was doing. Same day went to smoke 4 you and Emily greeted me as soon as walked in. I shared my experience with her. She tried my vape just to make sure she understood my experience. She totally agreed with me.she hooked me up with a different juice and actually sold me a new device for a much cheaper price then what I originally paid. By the way the new juice she sold me was much more cheaper then what I originally purchased. I felt that she truly cared and understood my needs and wants. She empathize with me. Being a smoker for 15 years and wanting to quit is hard so having someone help with the transition and was actually there to help was amazing. She wasn’t just trying to up sell me the most expensive device and a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. Thank you Emily! You are the best! The other device is still good i just need to get a new pod and coil. I guess it was faulty. Smoke 4 you just didn’t have it at the time. Again I’m a smoker and I wasn’t going to wait for it to get shipped.

Every time I have been there the staff has been EXTREMELY helpful. The last time I went in I had shattered my tank on my vape and couldnt remember exactly what model of the Falcon I had. The employee that helped me said from my description it sounded like I had the king tank on mine he had 2 of those in stock and none of the standard tank (until the next day when they will get their shipment in). Said if I get home and find out that the tank he sold me didnt fit or leaked to come back and they would exchange it just make sure I had the receipt. Even wrote on the receipt that the exchange would be no questions asked and the part number that I would need if it didnt work. Got home and compared what was left of my original tank and it looked like the 2 ends were the same size but the middle of the tank was slightly bubbled out unlike my original tank. Decided to test fit it and seemed to fit perfectly. I filled it up with juice and 1 hour later not a single leak. Turns out the new tank held more juice and fit perfectly which was a bonus for me. Thanks for taking the time to assist me and enhance my vaping experience. Will be back often

This place is honestly fantastic, the employees here are super friendly and dont push you into buying something you dont want, personally i came here for glass, and there prices were un-believably affordable, we checked out all the other glass shops in the radios and found the same pieces for three times the price, no where could compare. They also do returns! Which is also fantastic. Love this place, will definitely be returning

I literally thought the liquid sign said liquor which is what I was going for. and they were so personable I ended up spending 20 bucks in there and im not even mad about it. This is the only smoke shop for me in the Hillsboro area! I lived in the area for years and would shop here EXCLUSIVELY for all of my smoking and vaping needs. Just visited here for the first time in over a year from Colorado and I was treated with the utmost hospitality. Anthony helped me out and he was not only super helpful but also very personable, funny, and generous with a discount. Made me feel like family! Best selection in the area at the best prices as well. Definitely recommend this for anyones smoking/vaping needs.

I really like this place however there is one customer service person dont know his name red hair . He is very rude and short with customers. I dont like having him wait on me have encountered him a few times . Not just he is having one bad day

Bought a new juice they started carrying that was too liquid like and would leak a few days ago and spoke with one of the guys today and they were understanding of the situation and gave me 50% off my juice purchase today for my troubles. Best customer service ever!! Bought my first Vape stick... Dylan was patient and explained/answered every question I had. Even when other customers came in that needed assistance he never once rushed me. On the way back home the tank started to leak, called and he said to come back so we could look at it and replace the coil... went back got it swapped out... left again and it leaked again :( turned around to return it. Dylan swapped it out for a completely new tank. Now it works perfect! Even tho this shop is a 30 min drive from home I will come back again!

If you are looking for Kratom shots, powders, capsules, they have a larger selection and lower prices than other places I have visited. They have vape galore and the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick.

What a nice surprise! I walked in to buy my CIGARETTES and found out they sell them way CHEAPER than anywhere else Ive been. They also carry all types of pipes, glass bongues and KRATOM which I didnt know and I got a little lecture about and could also taste a little sample too. It was really a nice surprise, everything about this smoke shop ROCKS. Super nice chill staff and they also offer the customer a free cup of coffee. Again, what a nice surprise!

Been shopping here for well over a year. Staff is friendly. Bought a expensive vape mod and it stopped working after about a month. Called the store and took it back. The staff told me they would not return it because it was past the one week from purchase. Now i am stuck with a junk mod and out over 100 bucks. The place is great if you dont have any issues. But I wont be back anytime soon. I can just order all this stuff online for way cheaper.

Back when this was mainly a vape shop only it was a very nice place. It had informed friendly staff. Ive been a couple times since legalization and each time feels a little worst than the last. I brought in my wife to pick out a rig the other night and I dont think Im ever going back. The sales person was extremely pushy and woefully uninformed about any of his products. The whole time he kept trying to ask what our budget was and kept heaping products on top of it. When we went to ring out it was almost double what we had set out to spend. I questioned the price and he read everything off to me, we put a few items back and paid when I left with my receipt I noticed that we had been charged for two ejuices when we only had one in the bag. We went back in not having been out of the store for thirty seconds and we got treated like new customers. I advised him of the error on the receipt. Neither employee was sure how to refund the ammount but quickly gave me a twenty dollar bill which was the difference. In all honesty I was planning on spending over the budget and would gladly have paid the actual price of all the products we initialy had picked out if the juice hadnt been double scanned.

Great convenient location, great selection of juices to choose from. after reading the reviews I eas excited to see if they had anything I would want. Unfortunately the one thing I wanted was customer service which was no bueno. I opened the door to a cloud of haze that would have made Cheech and Chong proud. I made my way to the juice counter and looked to see if there was any explanation of the selection. The dude behind the counter asked if what he could get me so I explained it was mu first time in the store so I was trying to navigate the selection. I asked about one and his answer was plain and as generic as possible. I browsed the sample selection trying to find anything that was remotely descriptive while trying to get said dudes attention (he was doing make busy work behind the counter). After several times making eye contact with the two other employees obviously needing some assistance I left the store. I would rather pay more and be treated politely. Go to Henrys or Elements in beaverton at least they actually talk to you and are help you.

As far as smoke shops go, Ill neither vouch for their glass nor the authenticity of any product.I will HOWEVER say that along with the most extensive selection of vape products Ive ever seen, they have the BEST customer service policies. I grabbed a bottle of some e-liquid and it just did not turn out at all as expected, to the point of the nicotine level being much higher than stated (made me nauseous and dizzy) and Im a former smoker. I know what high nicotine feels like.Anywho they offered me nearly 50% off the next bottle I purchased after recounting my experience and producing the unused bottle. Never before have I seen a store do anything to mitigate a loss regarding e-liquid purchase and after this experience Ill be returning solely here to purchase my vape products.

My girlfriend and I were here this last Sunday. She bought a $30 vape pin to help her quick smoking cigarettes. The guy behind the counter recommended one and some fluid that she ended up purchasing. We went home she charged it, loaded it with the fluid and tried to smoke it. The pin made a horrible popping sound and eventually started leaking fluid. We both tried to tighten the glass which housed the fluid with no success. Three days later she tried to return it and two very rude guys told her we cant just return something because you dont like it. Needless to say we will never return, due to this poor customer service.

Awesome store... prices are relatively competitive, some other retailers are cheaper for the same product, but their large number of items and the friendly staff who are always nice, polite, and willing to answer questions make up for it.

As an Uber and Lyft Driver i have had to stop at many stores around Portland and surrounding areas. This shop by far has the BEST SELECTION PERIOD. At least 100 flavors.The customer service has suffered in the past but the staff that were the problem are no longer there. They let you take your time, chat, hang out and are quite knowledgable about the products they sell. Prices are fair. I only wish they stocked more rebuildable materials. Stock prebuilt coils! Its been a year and you have the same box of cheap coils youve always had. The mods and tanks are reasonably priced, they also have a bin of discount parts and juices. They now have a Members Program! which is worth signing up. Oh and a new Hookah section for all your midnights in Marrakesh! A+ guys thanks for making me feel at home every time I show up!

I have always had a great experience at Smoke 4 U. The staff is extremely helpful and has always looked out for my best interest as a consumer. I have gone to buy a product many times and was suggested another cheaper product that ended up working ten times better than my original choice. I live in SW Portland and will travel all the way to Hillsboro every time I need to use their services. Ive lived in 2 other states beside Oregon and have never seen a selection like this. They have just about everything you would need for smoking/vaping and a wide variety of brands to choose from.

My wife and I have been buying from Smoke 4 U since they opened. We always buy for family there and the last time we were in spent over $100 on vape. We spend that much a couple times a month. A few weeks ago my wife bought a new e-cig. Two weeks later it stopped working and when she took it back they told her there was nothing they would do but sell her another one that may or may not work any longer than that one. Theyve lost about $300 a month in sales because they dont stand by their product. Sorry guys...

Dudes in there are really chill and knowledgable. Not as much disposable selection as some places but definitely not a bad spot at all.

Havnt been let down or misguided by staff. Come in as an clueless idiot, leave a slightly less clueless idiot with the right stuff.
