Blown away! me and my friend stopped in just to pass time and did we find a hidden gem! Not the biggest or flashy place but a very welcoming atmosphere! We planned on just looking and leaving but we ended staying for over a hour, hanging out! Wasnt expecting to buy anything but was it worth it! From the other customers to the man behind the counter immediately felt comfortable! I dont know the look the owner was going for but it is amazing! Definitely look forward to coming back being from Bluffton I will pass every smoke shop to go here! Amazing deals also! Cant wait to see you guys again! Amazing experience. Ive never left a review on anything before but this place I had to!

I needed to find a vape store on Hilton Head Island, SC, and Google maps took me to a good one. Top of the line products, very reasonable rates compared to many other shops Im used to. The sales lady, Karma was extremely knowledgeable, with a pleasant personality. I would recommend this shop, if your anywhere around.

Store is so cool! I wasn’t impressed with selection maybe it’s just because I’m an out of towner. The guy running the store just seemed uninterested while I asked him questions. Not the happiest of vibes for some reason.

A really chill environment with lots of juice and tank options. Ive worked with two staff members, Karma and Zen, and they were both incredibly friendly and helpful. Karma even went of her way to accommodate me when I was running a little late one day. Their security guard is a lovable four-legged sweetheart who always makes my day.Their disposable options are kind of limited but if thats my only complaint Id say its a pretty great store! If youre on the island and need a vape shop this is the right one.

The guy working (we didn’t catch his name and I hate that) was extremely nice and knowledgeable. We were from out of town, but he made us feel like regulars and right at home! We visited several other vape shops looking for a particular juice that cloud 9 was out of at the time, and none of them were as friendly, welcoming and informed as this one! Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Stopped in looking for a nice variety of Delta products. The kid said they only had a few things and continued to talk on his phone. Realized quickly that he really didn’t know much or even care to be working. Sorry that I bothered him. I’m just hear for a short time and don’t know much about Delta. Didn’t like being made to feel that I want worth his time or stupid.

Karma was great and got me taken care of quick and fast. She has all the coils I needed for 5 different tanks. Just great vibes and chill type of place. Very inviting I hope to be returning again soon.

I came to this smoke shop with my mom a week before I moved down here last june and I have been coming back ever since! They always have great prices, Zen and Karma are always honest about the products they sell and advertise, and theyre super helpful when it comes to wanting to find new pieces or flavors. Zen and Karma have always been very informative and not pushy when it comes to getting things. I havent been to any smoke shop since and I dont plan on going anywhere else! This is where I tell my friends to go to find beautifully hand made (and inexpensive!!) glass pipes, carts, disposables, vape juice, vape devices and mods, delta-8, wax devices, pods, literally anything you could imagine!

The owner is extremely nice. She’s very helpful with everything. The whole area has great vibes and is super chill. There’s a dog there who’s amazing and sweet. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Hilton Head.

This is a dishonest vape shop. I was sold a tank that leaks even with insert in it. I was sold a very powerful tank that was not supported by the base! I would never recommend any one to go there. They sell garbage. I believe they sold me a used unit as well!

The guy that we talked to was very nice and patient with my mother in law that did not have a clue about vaping. He fixed her right up with a tank and mod and juice and she was very satisfied with her purchase. I very recommend this business.

The staff was nice enough but marginally educated about vape. The ability to sample flavors was very limited. I purchased a vapor that was apparently old or expired. The credit card method used took literally 3 times longer to complete my transaction than it took for me to pick a liquid.

On vacation, I end up needing a 0.5 Atlantis coil and an 18650 battery for my oldie Aspire Atlantis + CF Mod. I call to confirm that 0.5s are in stock, I asked twice and was answered positively. Upon arrival I learn only 0.3s and the 1.0s(usually come in AA buyer kit) are the only coils available. Knowing the CF Mod struggles with the 1.0 power wise I buy it anyway, my fault. Onto the battery. At first I was sold a knob top battery that wouldnt fit my CF. Frankly, I didnt even know knob tops existed. I didnt inspect it and didnt realize what I bought. I bring it back, they semi-politely exchange it for a flat top without charging the apparent $2 difference. As stated, the CF cant properly power the 1.0 coil and I turn around and go to a shop up the road from Cloud 9 and buy a 0.5 coil. All is well. I use the new battery but within a month it begins losing very noticeable amounts of longevity. It operates like a cheapo no name battery you purchase on eBay or Amazon. At that point I regret not driving 0.4 miles farther to the other shop up the road.

Im from Toledo, Ohio which is a City neighbored to Michigan where marijuana grows n sells abundantly. I came to this shop hoping to get a little piece of you know what I mean. Also hoping that since the shop is named Cloud 9, will I really get to get to Cloud 9? The answer was Yes. I recommend this place to anyone!!!

Im from out of town and needed a coil for a tank that they had on display, they didnt have the coil that I needed and imidiately tried to sell me an off brand one that they said fit my tank. After talking to the guy behind the counter it was clear he didnt know what he was doing at all. I dont recommend this to anyone if youre concerned with vape safety at all

They sell you vapes that no one else has a coils for. The instruction for the vape shows a 1.0Ω regular coil for the device. Yet when I asked for the replacement of said coil the blonde lady who sold me the device told me she never heard of it. So I find the booklet to bring it in. The site says 11:00 A.M. is when the store opens. I show up about 5 minutes until 11:00A.M. I waited until 5 after I could see the lady inside but she just didnt open. So now Im wasting more time writing this review.

Great staff, very helpful when it came to wanting to try cbd oil for some natural relief from my asthma attacks. Ive been on 5 sets of steroids this year alone and had to use my inhaler multiple times a day. Since Ive been using the CBD oil I have not had to use my inhaler much at all. Would recommend to anyone wanting to try and get some relief from any issues they may have. Go check them out, you will be glad you did!
