We waited for 20 min to talk to some one about a keratin treatment for my daughter. When finally approached by the owner she wasnt very professional. When asked about the treatment for my daughters hair she looked me up and down as if I couldnt afford it and said it is $350.00. Rest assured I can, my s/o works as a nuclear specialist supervisor, and I own an accounting firm. She judged a book by its cover and treated us as if we where beneath her and her establishment. I do not recommend this salon.

I wanted to love this salon, but I’m left angry & disappointed.I came in to the salon asking for a trim & the stylist took the layers out of my hair & left it all one length. I reached out the same day & she didn’t get back for a week. She tried to say she did what I asked, but I didn’t ask for the cut style to be changed. She wanted to charge me for the correction.I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I absolutely love Melissa Stevens, owner of Being Capelli. She has been my hair stylist for over 25 years. Great atmosphere and very professional. I always take her advice on new hair cuts, never unsatisfied. I recommend everyone to visit this establishment from great cuts, massages and facials. You wont be disappointed.

Go see Chelsea is you need a haircut and/ or color. My hair is naturally long and dark. I needed a haircut and wanted to ‘lighten’ up my hair color without it looking ‘dyed’ or tacky. Chelsea gave me a great haircut and took the time to feel the texture of my hair and discuss with me what I was looking for in a new hair color. We decided on highlights. I have been back to Bei Capelli four times since last October and have had nothing but compliments on my hair. If you are looking for something new or a change in style—-please ask for Chelsea, she is a true artist.

Summer Sheldon is the best hairstylist on the planet! I always leave feeling like a million bucks. I honestly dont believe anyone could do a better job than her. She also cuts my mother and sisters hair and we all think shes the best!Sincerely,Casey Merciers

Leslie Bean is unequalled in her artistry with color and cut. My daughter has been to expensive salons in NY, San Francisco, Paris, and London, but always tries to get in to see Leslie when she is nearby. She is the best!

Randy and the entire staff are welcoming and very kind. I went to Randy for extensions and he was able to recommend a product that is perfect for my hair. He is Extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about the health of his clients hair. I look forward to working with Randy and goIng to this friendly salon in the future!

Gracie is the absolute best and sweetest! I always leave SO happy after she’s done my hair. She’s amazing at making you be blonde!! 10/10 recommend Gracie!

I had called to ask about the price before making an appointment. I was told a perm would cost $80. And it turns out $145 for perm and cut. But the stylist hardly cut anything. I suspect its because he does not know anything besides perms. He did not evaluate the condition of my hair or suggest any style. He used small rolls and spent two hours just putting them on - and my hair is merely medium length. The whole perm process took 3.5 hours, and he did not even rinse my hair after applying neutralizer. When I asked why the price was so much higher than what I had been quoted, he said for 3.5 hours service, it is fair. Well. I have been getting perms for over 30 years and usually it takes less than 2 hours (including the wait time for the chemical to process). He is a friendly guy. But he does not seem to have good skills or knowledge. And it seems that he makes a living by doing things SLOWLY and charging by time.

Lindsay at Bei Capelli has done my hair for years and I could never go anywhere else! Not only does my color come out amazing every time but she always is conscious of keeping my hair healthy!

Summer colored my hair and I loved it . I took a while in writing this review , so long in factits time for color again. And I will call Summer for my NEW DO. Thanks Summer for making me feel great!!!!
