After Paying over $150 for a pedicure thats not even gel I can honestly say it wasnt worth it. I have had better spa pedicures for a fraction of the price. Great customer service though

I absolutely love Me Spa. I have been a few times and even gifted this experience to loved ones. You can’t put a price tag on self care and the entire experience here is wonderful, from the greeting at the door to when you pay and exit. It truly doesn’t matter which massage therapist you choose, but my most recent experience with Ms. Lashon was extremely satisfying. I left feeling brand new , pampered and relaxed. If you’re thinking about services here, trust me you won’t regret when you book!

I went with my daughter for a 90 minute massage. The experience was magnificent. From the moment you walk in they make you feel wonderful. I really appreciate that the staff also speak Spanish. We will be back very soon.

I love this place, I’ve been coming here for a while. I recently got a massage with Francesca and it was amazing, so much so that I had to go back for another one with her. She targeted every area where I had tension and helped me make my experience tailored to my needs. I’ll be seen Francesca soon again.

They were so sanitary and professional.Connie was great. I was a little nervous as this was my first time to a spa ever and she put me right at ease. She was so gentle and thoughtful and did a great job. The quiet music is so tranquil. It was a wonderful experience.

Celebrated my birthday with the Emerge Package and what a delightful experience. Great service, tasty lunch, awesome ambiance. Worthwhile treat for the birthday girl. Not sure if I will wait an entire year before I treat myself to another enchanting Me Day.

What an incredible place, I really enjoyed my massage, which was a gift from a friend. Since the moment I got there, it was just a pleasant experience. The lady at the front desk was very kind and made my checking process so easy. Kim, my massage therapist, was AMAZING, I thought at one point my muscles were talking to her because she knew exactly the spots that needed care :) ! Thanks

My CBD pedicure was truly an experience, very quiet and the background sounds relax you. I didn’t expect getting a leg massage with my pedicure. The ambiance was second to none, and the staff were extremely considerate of the clients. Connie was simply amazing !!!!

What a fantastic experience, its been a while since I get a really good deep tissue massage. Pigosh did a wonderful job and made me feel great! Truly love this spa located in west Broward county. They are one of a kind with excellent services offered. Saeko is an amazing esthetician/therapist. She really knows how to help someone relax and feel calm. All of the staff are so polite and attentive as well. It is a great experience every time I visit.

Truly love this spa as they are one of a kind. They are the only spa I will go to in west Broward county as they offer excellent services. Saeko is an amazing esthetician/therapist. She really knows how to make you feel calm and relaxed. All of the staff are so polite and attentive as well. I hope they open more locations!!

Very disappointed that for the amount they charge for a massage the caliber of masseuses are not up to par! And the time they spend on the actual massage is 10-15 minutes less by the time they take to move your covers around etc. not happy at all, expected exceptional service and got mediocre!!!

My therapist, Ya Sue, was wonferful! Exptremely kind, funny, and friendly. She deserves the 5 stars. Sadly, the sour side of my experience was at the time of payment. I had a gift card I had received from a student that stated mani-pedi combo, gratuity included on the ME Spa folio. Upon checking out, the lady at the register stated that the gift card had been purchased a couple of years prior and that prices had increased from $99 to $149, that the gratuity was NOT included according to her, and that gel mani was an additional $20. What began as a relaxing birthday spa treat turned into an unforeseen $90 out of pocket expense for me. I will NEVER go back to ME Spa, even if gifted a gift card. Extremely disappointed!

I have been coming her for more than 6 months and not just coming, became a member. This is the type of service I have come to love over my years going to spas. My tech Lashon is great with whatever she does like my monthly messages. I have seen Yasu a couple of times for my pedicure and my last visit I did both a mani & pedi with her and never disappointed. I was there for a little of 4 hours yesterday to celebrate my birthday and was not disappointed. They remembered I was coming in and these appointments were made 2 months ago and when go arrived they wished me a Happy Birthday and knew who I was without asking for my name. Please go and see these ladies if not for a great experience you will never forget.Elaine

Wonderful for the most part. Unfortunately my therapist had long nails that at times I can feel them when she massaged me, kinda uncomfortable, biting into my skin. I was under the impression that therapists werent allowed to have acrylic nails but perhaps I was wrong. Other than that, it was great 👍,the therapist herself is wonderful and she focused on the the issues I was having. She is very kind. The team there, the front desk (Beatrice I think her name is with the pretty black curly hair) is always so welcoming and kind. Wonderful service 👏

Today I had a great experience at ME SPA. It is a very nice and clean place. its staff is very friendly. Kenia was the professional who helped me. Kenia did a great job and you could see that she loves what she does. Kenia made me feel very special and the massage was wonderful. Buyer beware. I spent $978 on two spa packages for myself and my best friend for Christmas. The packages were purchased Dec. 22nd, 2023. Due to unavailability on Me Spas part, we were not able to schedule these treatments until February.Unfortunately, my best friends father-in-law passed away and she had to attend a funeral. We had to reschedule the day we had planned (with a weeks notice). Nobody at the spa mentioned our packages were going to expire. They told us to call back when she got back to town and we were available. When I called back, I was told the packages had expired, and we had a store credit that could be used for full-price services (about $35% more expensive than the packages I paid for less than 3 months ago).I explained the situation and asked if they could make an exception, given their bad availability and she had a death in the family. I was put on a long hold, after which I was told someone would call me back. I have not received the call back.I feel like I wasted close to $1,000 on a nice gift for a friend, that even if they decide to schedule is going to be tainted by how they treated me and of course the scheduling issues that werent our fault.

I have been going to MESPA since before it was Coldwater Creek. Their Ultimate Pedicure cannot be compared with any other spa services. I always love going to this place. I have never been here and have been disappointed.

Ask for Yasuyo, she gave me what was probably the best Mani Pedi of my life! Plus shes a total sweetheart!

Went in stressed out with a headache and stomach because of stress and left walking on a cloud feeling like a princess! Professional quality services that are an escape from the chaos of reality. The pedicure is to die for!!!!! I don’t ever relax while getting anything done. I fell asleep, cocooned and suspended in zero gravity while my feet were pampered.

I come get a pedicure here every time I’m in south Florida. Today was especially needed. I have recently been diagnosed with MS, and have been having a difficult time with the diagnosis.Connie took such amazing care of me. I cannot even begin to express how wonderful the pedicure was. For one hour today, I got to forget about having MS. And that is solely due to Connie. Even without knowing how I was feeling physically or emotionally, she took such incredible care of me. Even changed out my warm neck wrap mid- service since the first one was no longer warm. Little details like that truly made the service special.I cannot thank Connie enough for not just the care and attention to details, but for providing an incredible service.

I have been going to this location since it was Coldwater Creek. It has always been a very relaxing spa and my go to place when I really want to indulge in some me time! Today I had the 80 mins deep tissue massage with Krystle. Wow- just wow! I have had many massages in high end places, and today’s experience was probably THE BEST I have ever had. Krystle is a gem. I have already booked my next massage with her.

This is my 2nd time here at MESPA, and I loved it. My masseuse name was Kim, she was very soothing 😌 as long as you let her know how you like your pressure. After we established that, I was knocked out. Kim walked out to let me get dressed then led me to the after massage room lol the foot soak area. Which was extremely relaxing by the way. Cant wait for my next visit.

My absolute favorite place. I’ve been coming to Me-Spa since it opened (back then it was Coldwater Creek Spa). I’ve been consistent and so has my dream team. So many places have high turnover in South Florida, but thankfully not here. Even through changes a majority of the staff stayed the same, from Jennifer the manager to all my wonderful ladies, Marion, Guismet, Saeko, Yenly, Maria. Great Swedish Massage from Kenia. I felt so relaxed after the treatment and the massage table can be adjusted so many different ways to suit your comfort. The spa will wash your feet before your service. Also, love the hot towels and warm blankets. really adds to the tranquility. Highly recommend this spa and Kenia.

I had an 80 massage with Piyush Batura. It was amazing!!! I told him my preferred zones and my achy zones. I felt heard and pampered. He added some limphatic work which was something I desperately needed. He intuitively knew what I needed. I felt refreshed, energized and detoxed. Amazing!

Had the most amazing spa day ever today @ ME SPA. The staff was amazing extremely helpful and nice they explained everything to me from procedures to products etc very knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere was great from the cleanliness to the aroma to lighting and so on. My massage therapist was Dee she explained everything in detail and engaged with me through out my massage to make sure I was comfortable. My facial and pedicure were done by Saeko also very knowledgeable explained everything being done or used on my skin and feet. I can’t wait to book my next appointment asap. Thank you to the whole ME SPA staff for being so incredibly awesome 🤩 I absolutely loved my time with you gals.

This spa is amazing. Ive done massages, reflexology, pedicures and have never been disappointed.I especially love the pedicure, they are on the expensive side but its a once-in-a-while treat I give to myself. Its more than a pedi, its a very pampering experience- dimmed lights, serene ambiance, relaxing music, zero gravity chair, blankets, essential oil-infused eye mask, extremely professional staff (Gusmit!!🙌🏼🙌🏼), and the absolute royal treatment for your feet. I feel like a new person afterwards!

I had the most celestial experience at this spa! Probably the best day I spent by myself ever! I treated myself to a spa day which included polish scrub, massage, facial, and pedicure! Everything was amazing! The girls were wonderful from reception and Lashon, Mallory, and Saeko were amazing! I will definitely be coming back!!

Just had the Ultimate Pedicure and it was HEAVENLY!! Super relaxing, excellent service and just all around amazing!! Yazmin was gentle but when it came to the leg massage, she knew just the right amount of pressure to do. I definitely recommend for a wonderful experience!!

I went in and paid $175 for a 80 minute deep tissue massage that I had been so looking forward too because I have so many knots throughout my upper back. The massage therapist asked where I wanted the focus on, I told them my neck, shoulders, and my shoulder blades, because I am riddled with knots. I would say that out of the 80 minutes I paid for, I received about 15 minutes of a very light tissue massage. The rest seemed like it was a Swedish massage. I am pretty disappointed with the results. I was expecting quite a bit of relief, but ended up leaving feeling basically the same as when I came into the Spa. I still am riddled with knots in my back.The positive part of my trip was the staff were all very friendly, and the facility was very clean.

Me Spa was a wonderful time away from life. Before your selected service they set you in a relaxing room, put your feet in a warm water bacin while you relax with some water or tea. Then they come to get you for you service. I has a wonderful HydroDermabrasion with the Neck & Décolleté Enhancement. I felt like a queen :) Best 70mins away from the stress of life.Thank you Me Spa

My husband gifted me the NEW! COMPLETE CBD PACKAGE for Mother’s Day and it was my first time at MeSpa. It was my first time getting a massage and a facial. I was very pleased with the ladies at the front desk, my massage was relaxing, my facial was amazing and the facial specialist recommended a moisturizer along with another treatment which I purchased, and my pedicure was great! I felt very pampered, the atmosphere was great, everything was nice and clean as well! I hope to go back again!

My husband and I went for pedicures. We arrived 20 minutes early to fill out necessary information and to pick out my color. The technicians came to get us from the lobby 5-10 min after our appointment time....The first 10 min in the chair we waited for them to get their materials ready. The atmosphere was relaxing but the foot massages were disappointing...Because they were behind it felt as if they were rushing our appointments. Once we were finished and in the lobby my husband noticed his arms had hives an allergic reaction to either the fabric or detergent on the blanket. When we advised the receptionist she did not apologize, show any concern or offer a resolution. Poor customer service overall. I would not recommend this spa. Definitely not what we expected for the price. I read reviews before doing business with a company and I should have listened to the less favorables this time.

I have been going to Sonja for a while for my facials. I can only trust her since I have some issues. She figured it out from day one and has been helping me since then. She has been a top specialist specifically with a peel giving me long lasting results. However this time it was not done and I am not sure why. Has it been discontinued? Please make sure Sonja is scheduled for peels as I am only coming to her and can only trust her. It is incredibly hard to find a good esthetician and she is truly the one, professional, working from her heart! I would love to continue with her but please continue with peels, as a customer I can provide my best possible feedback for Sonja. I have been to multiple spas but found the one I would stay with. If you are looking for the best aesthetician in South Florida, you must go see Sonja at Me Spa! I have been receiving regular facials from her for quite some time and each experience is top-notch. I leave there feeling pampered, rejuvenated and with glowing skin. Sonja is not only incredibly knowledgeable at what she does but is such a wonderful person - I look forward to each and every visit so that we can talk skin and life.

After almost a year I finally made it back for a massage. The front desk team are friendly and make sure everything is clean and sanitized. Thank you ladies. Lashon is absolutely wonderful! I dont know why I waited so long for this well needed treatment. I say, go ahead and start taking care of yourself again. A massage is the perfect 1st step and helps to balance us. I cant wait for my next trip back.

I highly recommend this Spa. I called at 10am to see if they could schedule me in for a 50 min massage. They gave me an 11:30am, I got there at 11:00am to complete some consent forms (On a tables and very simple to answer). They take you to the locker room and they give you sandal and a very nice soft robe. Then they take you to the relaxation room where they offer you tea and water. They soak your feet and they put a warm pad around your neck/shoulders. Until your therapist comes and dries your feet and takes you to the therapy room. My therapist was Alix. He was amazing. He put the right amount of pressure and work on my problem areas (upper back and lower back) then proceeded with the full body massage. You can tell he knows his stuff and was so professional and kind. When I was done I felt like my body was melted of how relax I was. I will definitely come back again. It was an extraordinary experience. Also ALL of the staff were super nice and attentive.

Had a signature facial with Mallory today (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) and it was phenomenal. She was skilled and knowledgeable about skin and so sweet and polite. Go see her if you’re there!

Massage is very relaxing and incredible that I fell asleep! My therapist is professional, attentive and her hands are super amazing that my whole body just loosens up after the massage! The ambiance is also beautiful and calming, the decor is simple yet elegant. Price is a little bit high but it is okay cause I really like this place and would love to come back again.

Amazing experience every time but please please please consider reopening your showers! It used to be wonderful to freshen up before a massage especially since the weather is so hot outside most of the year. I really miss this amenity and it set you apart from many other spas.

I’ve been here multiple times and my experience has been great. Except for once, when I paid for a deep tissue massage but the therapist didn’t give me a deep tissue. She didn’t even give me a regular massage and I get massages all the time so I literally paid to get my body lotion. However I did explain to the girl at the front desk and they did suggest to me some other massage therapist and they gave me a discount on my next massage. I still go here because that was my first and last bad experience.

So far so good! I went to the ME Spa for their 60 min pedicure. Wowza! It was the best pedicure that I have ever had. First of all theres no loud talking, people on their cell phones, cackling, etc. Just soft whispers, low lighting and peace. The gravity free chair is amazing. The warm blanket and weighted towel around your neck is heaven. You are separated from others with curtains. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep soon after the pedicure started. Although the pedicure was amazing, the nail polish application was not perfect so I casually mentioned it when I checked out, as I was asked how my experience was. A mention of any distaste is all the rep had to hear. She offered me a complimentary nail polish exchange. When I went back for it, it was another superb experience. I also had a Swedish massage on another visit. I have had several massages in my life and that massage is ranked in my top 5. Simply delightful. I was completely relaxed and felt like I was walking in air after. Overall I am very pleased with my experiences at the ME Spa and I will surely return.

I travel a lot and always go to spas in each country. Me Spa continues to be my favorite one, as I’ve been coming here for close to 10 years! The attention to detail, comfort, cleanliness, staff, and quality of services are all incredible 🥰

My first time going to Me Spa had me a bit nervous, never having been to a spa in my life. The place has a nice relaxing vibe to it. I had the first massage of my life with Maria and she is amazing. She always puts me at ease, and her massage technique always puts me to sleep with how relaxing she makes me. Maria takes her time and makes you feel like your her most important client. I highly recommend a massage from Maria.My fiancée tells me the pedicures and foot massages are amazing so check that out.

Been a customer here off and on for the past 5 years. My massages with Alix Pierre are phenomenol. Highly recommended. My only issue is the time frame of the massages. Why cant it be 30, 60, 90 instead of 30,50, 80. Nonetheless, I love it

Love this spa. I had a massage, facial, pedicure and manicure (in that order) Everything and everyone was great until I got my manicure, she nicked a couple of my fingers, one hurts very bad and has bled a couple times during the day. I will not do manicures here again, but the massage, facial and pedicure was great.

Experience was amazing at Me Spa! Decided to book a facial and a massage last minute for my 30ish ;) birthday and so happy I did. Alex was my massage therapist and he was very professional attentive to my needs. As a petite woman, he was able to deliver just the right pressure to suite my trouble areas (lower back) for improvement and relaxation. Defiantly an expert at what he does! Sonia was my aesthetician and she was so sweet as well as knowledgeable and educated me about my skin concerns. My skin is glowing after my facial like I am 25 again. I will be back!!

I had the reflexology and pedicure. When the lady was finished with the reflexology, I was very disappointed. Felt like nothing had been done. The pedicure was not great either. I had put I was sensitive to scents. The lady put something on a towel across my eyes. I had a really bad headache before I left. I could have painted my own toes and looked better than how she painted them. This was money blown out the window. I know places that are great and lots cheaper than this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The worst experience ever.

I absolutely love Me Spa - every single birthday/Christmas/gift I always ask for a gift card here and now I’m considering a monthly membership because I’m so obsessed! Favorite massage parlor ever! Its beautiful, super relaxing, clean and the massage therapists are awesome! I also love the area. I love that I can take a me day, get my massage and then go enjoy the shops.

I am addicted to this spa. With the zero gravity, ridiculously soft and comfy, heated massage chairs you cant be at this place! They offer you robes to change into and you get to sit in the relaxation room where you wait for your therapist. They offer you water and tea and give you a complimentary foot soak while you wait. Stephanie is the best and sweetest supervisor at the front desk! Alix is the most AMAZING massage therapist. His hands will literally have you melting! And Gusmit gives one flawless pedicure! Thank you guys for being so amazing, I wish I could come every week 😭❤❤❤❤

This Spa is very nice and clean. But I cant give it more than three stars considering Ive gotten massages at quite a few places around this area that are comparable and for what I paid for half an hour massage it was way overpriced considering for 30 minutes they said you only get your back massaged, not your legs and arms or head & feet. Ive had 30 minute massages other places where they did the whole body and it was almost half the price of this place.

Excellent customers services and staff. I have now had two separate visits to the spa and have not been disappointed. Make sure to arrive early to enjoy a complimentary foot soak and tea. Booked a couples massage by buying 2 Groupons and had huge savings. I highly recommend and will be back.

I bought a coupon to give my mom a facial for 30 minutes. When we arrived, the old lady at the reception gave my mom a list of questions and she had not finished yet when she took the paper rushing her to sing without completing the form. The spa was complety empty so I don’t understand why rushing so much. when she was done she ask her to pay for it and again this is a coupon gift. She doesn’t pay attention and is not kind at all. I wanted to try because they have good reviews and I agree the facial service was good but the lack of kidness is HUGE.

This Spa is very nice and clean and the atmosphere was relaxing and the front desk were nice, but the deep tissue massage which I asked was disappointing the therapist didnt give full body massage just shoulder and legs I told her that I have pain at my lower back but, she didnt take care of it. Unfortunately, I will not come back and the price which I paid $165 not worth it, anyway, the 4 stars I give only for the atmosphere and front desk staff.

Place is great and service too. I wish that service could be at least 60min instead of 50min since it’s very pricey.

IF I WERE YOU, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SPA IT IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND NOT ENJOYABLE AT ALL.When we first arrived, both receptionists completely ignored us and stayed talking on the phone for over 5 minutes until we were helped. We were not even told to take a seat or anything, we were just standing wondering when we were going to be helped. The massage therapies were OK. Then, I was told my total was $235 by Angela the receptionist when we were leaving. I paid and had already left, and was chased down by Angela and told that I owed $20 more for spa services. She made me feel completely uncomfortable and stressed out and like I had done something wrong! She said she forgot to charge me then shamed me and made me feel guilty. On top of that, she embarrassed me as she stood there yelling at me telling me how I had to leave a 20% tip because it was customary. Who is she to tell me what to do with my money!We are regular spa go-ers, and believe me we will NEVER visit another Me Spa again after this experience. I hope Angela gets fired for being so rude, unprofessional, and vulgar.

Mespa is amazing. Sonja made my facial experience would. My skin is glowing. She answer all my questions and concerns. She also educated me on my skin type and the products that will help me maintain the glow.

Went for monthly facial and left feeling brand new. Saeko deserves all the praise, shes a star. She helped me overcome some dryness I was experiencing and made me feel comfortable about asking questions. Saeko continues to help me build up on my techniques and if it were up to me, she would get a pay raise. Thanks Me Spa!

I bought a Groupon for my mother for mothers day and it expired on July 10, 2017, of course my mother didnt notice and called on July 18 to make her appointment. However, It has happened before that our groupon expires and the location always extend the voucher. When I paid for the Groupon I paid for a 50 min deep tissue massage, oil for her feet and a product to take home. Me Spa decided to extend the Gropon to my mother but took the oil in the feet off and the product to take home and on top of that they were charging her $15.00 for the difference of the massage. 0 courtesy. I decided to loose my money than to give it to a spa with zero courtesy. my voucher was only expired for 8 days and they couldnt work with me to at least win a new costumer. My mom is a massage lover an great tipper and they lost that. I am giving them 1 star because they had zero desire to work with me .

Omg the pedicure. Never experienced anything like this in my life! You are reclined in a zero gravity chair during the pedicure and wake up to realize an hour just flew by! (Get the 60 mins)

She charged my credit card for nothing literally for nothing. she charged my credit card and then didnt help me to change the appointment. what suppose to be an enjoyable experience turns on an awful thing.
