Just had the most amazing massage from Irica. The woman has fantastic fingers! I was a Me Spa person until today. The spa is beautiful, clean & tranquil. I scheduled a facial on the spot, as I was so impressed by her & her business.

My massage with Irica was very good. But my wife had a bizarre and nearly worst ever massage with Rose. Instead of actually providing the promised deep pressure, Rose slathered them with oil again and again, then wiped off the oil and then reapplied multiple layers of oil. But pressure and rubbing of muscles did not occur. When asked, Rose used a bit less oil and did a bit more massaging. But really the experience was more funny story than massage.

This place is amazing! Clean and cute. Irica was phenomenal! She made sure I was comfortable and that the temperature was just right in the room. She maintained the perfect pressure the entire 90 minutes! She was very intuitive and made my muscles melt. Her transitions to different body parts and especially when using hot towels and keeping me covers was perfect. 10/10 highly recommend! I will be back for sure!

Double check your receipts! Every time I go here, they charge the wrong card. I ask for the card on file to be removed, and again they charge the wrong card. I’ll pay a tip in advance, but somehow they have no record of it so I spend time scouring through receipts, emails, texts to find it and show that in fact, it’s been paid. The receptionist may or may not pick up. And when she does, no matter the time of day, it sounds like she’s just waken up from a nap. They tell you they will email you receipts but you won’t get them. The last time, I made her stay on the phone with me and screenshot and send me the receipt via her cell phone as I was NOT receiving the emails she kept saying she was sending. This time was no different - they double charged us for the tip. I’ve called and texted - to see if I can get a refund on the double charge - and I’m waiting for a call back. It’s just not worth it. I will be finding somewhere else to go to… and despite the 5 star reviews, I encourage you to keep your eyes on how they charge and bill you. Keep your receipts!!

I absolutely loved my experience at this Blu Bliss. I treated myself for my birthday to a full body massage and scrub. I always come to Johnson shopping plaza but never noticed it and so glad I found it. Irica is very professional and skilled. I have also have brought my teen daughter for a facial and she really enjoyed her experience. I highly recommend it.

The only reason I left was because I have to take care of patients tonight. Do I wanna go to work? No, did I wanna rent a room and Just stay there forever. Such a great experience! My wife and I stopped by for a facial and 1 hour massage. Left feeling BRAND NEW!The staff was very courteous and did everything possible to make us feel comfortable.They even give you a mini charcuterie and a delicious mocktail.Overall FIVE STAR experience!PS. I had a great first time experience here. It was just the zen experience I needed after a long week, month and just over all year! Id made that particular weekend all about me and pampered myself the whole weekend.When Id decided that I wanted to add a massage to my pamper me, I did a quick Yelp search to see what places were close to me. I do not like chains (of any sort) and was happy when I came upon Blu Bliss.Id called the day before my appointment hoping to book an appointment that day but unfortunately they were booked for the day. Luckily however, I was able to get an appointment for the next day and it actually worked out better.The check in process was smooth. I felt very VIP ish because they had lockers, plush robes and slippers for me to wear. The masseuse and the pressure she used was fantastic. She also massaged my head and I was in heaven. I had a short cut and love when I get a head massage!Blu bliss is so close to house and I certainly will be back.

This was the best massage experience I’ve ever had! My mom and I went in for a massage for two and we both left in awe. The masseuses were inviting, professional, and took their time to provide a quality experience for us both. The massages were complete with warm towels, essential oils, and tools to help alleviate tension all over the body. We will be booking for longer than 60 minutes next time! 10/10 would recommend!

My first time experience was amazing! Stacey was my therapist and she was a literal message therapist angel. Being new to an area, I decided to give them a try after reading their reviews, and the price point for the experience cant be beat. I made my hot stone massage appointment online, in really easy steps. They confirmed the day before with a quick text message. When I walked in, I loved how quiet it was, and the soft light and music in the room upon entry was refreshing. Stacy was very professional and attentive, and you could tell she truly cared about your experience. I cannot wait to go back!

Went for a massage last weekend, I had the pleasure of being serviced by Kaye .. and OMGSH! Bliss is the perfect word! Kaye was so amazing, my massage felt like heaven! All the staff was very nice. My wife got me a gift of a nice massage session here. It was perfect! Kay did a wonderful job on my lower back (i have a nagging lower back pain). I also forgot to tell her about the nerve pain on my foot and only remembered it when she touched it. I jerked my foot and instead of stopping she continued without touching that spot again which i thought was a very nice touch, if that makes any sense :) All and all i loved it! I do wish we could afford it every week haha

We were able to get a massage with my mom and myself the same day. Both ladies are great, good pressure and they know where the pressure points are. They know what their doing. You can make the massage customizable to your needs which is great! Will definitely be coming back :)

I was referred to Blu Bliss by family during a visit to South Forida and I was blown away. My massage with Irica was one of the best massages I have ever gotten. She reached muscles I didnt even know I had and it was so thorough I felt light as a feather when she was done with me. Definitely as must whenever next Im in town.

My wife got us a couples massage. I’ve been to many places for massages but I think I found my permanent one now! Irica is very passionate about what she does. Her hands are strong enough for my back and gentle enough for my wife’s back. I highly encourage those who are looking for a good massage and can’t find one to give Irica a try! Had my first massage at Blu Bliss with Irica yesterday and had such a great experience! I am 7 months pregnant and have been suffering from lower back pain. Irica has the hands of an angel! I was so relaxed and pain free for the first time in weeks. Woke up the next day and the pain is still gone. Highly reccomend!

Zaida is the best! Customer service all over from front desk, phone to in person is stellar. I moved to Davie in 2022 and have been a consistent member ever since!

Probably the best massage experience I’ve had! They didn’t try to sell you a monthly package and scare you into doing it the day of like other places do. Also the 90 minute massage was everything I needed! The ambiance is very upscale. Will definitely be returning very soon :)

Blu bliss massage is awesome! I’ve enjoyed my interaction with the owners, they are warm and friendly. Luna is a great massage therapist she is acutely aware of trigger points causing discomfort, she knows exactly what to do to help with stretching out sore muscles and ligaments.

I dont know what happened, I really really wanted to enjoy this, even though it was a bit out of my budget, I decided to splurge because of my birthday, I booked a 90 min custom massage over the phone, i specifically said I wanted to relax, with medium pressure, not too soft, but NOT PAINFUL. I arrived to my appointment on time, there was no one on the front desk but another customer, then I saw an employee walk out and without much welcome asked me if it was a first time, i said yes, she did not ask my name or if i had an appointment, just handed me a tablet to fill put my information, halfway through I tell her I just want my therapist to know I am nursing and I have surgery on my left hand, she looks at me and tells me im your therapist, i didnt know because she never introduced herself. Then she takes me in, no plush bathrobe for me, just straight into the room. The massage was downright painful and hard to enjoy and relax, I want to point out that, even though I have not received a massage in a year, I use to get them monthly and I birthed 2 children WITHOUT an epidural, so I can definitely take some pain, and this was more painful than childbirth!! Also, the whole place smelled like it had been renovated but not fully dried, the smell of construction was so strong it made it hard to relax. The music stopped halfway through the massage and the therapist started voice commanding Alexa to play music, a bit disruptive, but okay... I know my back was tight, but the massage was very painful, which I specifically requested it not to be, I actually wrote twice in my profile that I wanted to relax, she never asked how the pressure was or if i was comfortable. She spent so much time on my back that the rest of my body barely got touched. I figured I needed it, but it is not what I wanted or what I asked for...Then I come home and I can barely move without flinching, i look at my back in the mirror and im COVERED IN BRUISES! :-( i cant move my arms a lot or pick up my kids cause my back hurts even worse than it did before I came here. I cant lay down because it hurts so much... my husband is shocked at the bruising on my back... i wanted to relax and I feel like I fell down a flight of stairs. Now tomorrow is my birthday and im even wondering if I will be able to move....Im so sad because I paid nearly $140 to feel this beat up.. and I was so excited because of all the great reviews... maybe I was unlucky? Maybe my therapist just had an off day? I dont know.. but Im disappointed to say that i would not recommend or come back...

Exceeded expectations! I’ve gotten a few massages from this spa and it’s been a wonderful, relaxing experience. Many spas in my experience will “start the clock” on your massage the minute you get in the room rather than the time the massage itself starts. Professional staff and lovely facility!

Went in for a deep poor cleansing facial, woke up the next day with acne pimples and blemishes like I haven’t seen since high school. I tried to give it a couple of weeks thinking my skin was just irritated but no my skin looks horrible.

I have chronic sciatic pain down my leg and I have been to see Iricka a few times for a theraputic massage throughout my leg. I noticed a huge difference in pain reduction and discomfort when sitting and throughout the day. I feel like she really cares about what she does and helping people. Thanks Iricka!

I came here to get a facial and showed up 10 min early as instructed after my appt was confirmed via text and email. Someone opens the door after myself and another waiting customer knock, call & text. Then the one person working says my appt was canceled and insists on proving it by going through her messages instead of apologizing. Turns out she texted the wrong number and then tried to blame me and then blame their answering service!!! Customer service was terrible. I drove all the way out here for nothing. I understand things happen but the way she handled it was despicable.

Popped in this awesome little place today for a full body massage by Christianne. Needless to say it was great.Space exudes calmness and relaxation.Glad I took a chance on Blu Bliss as they definitely came through.

Message on voicemail was from 5 months ago, they said to book on website but website wasnt reiterated, also they said they wouldnt be honoring, appointments was first come first serve , confusing. It has an auto text bot that sets an appointment for u and says it will have somebody call, that never happens, but at the same time you will never get a live human when you call.

Horrible experience!!!! After ATTEMPTING to book an appointment multiple times I kept getting refused an appointment due to having a groupon. They finally gave me an appointment just to cancel it the day before! I’ve been waiting for this for 3 weeks! This was the worst customer service I have ever had. I’m very upset with the way they handled the situation.
