I had a 60 min full body massage and it was amazing. I love that they ask you which parts of the body you need them to focus more on and if you have any injuries and or illness prior to the massage. I was asked how much pressure I wanted in the beginning and she check to make sure it was too much. Otherwise I was able to relax with little to no talking through the process. Definitely recommend and will consider getting a membership of my own.

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now and I really enjoy my self care days coming for a massage with Adolfo. He is patient, nice and amazing at what he does. He respects my relaxing time and doesn’t talk during the session unless I want to. He always ask what areas he should focus on, knowing I have a back injury sometimes other people can be a little too aggressive but he does the right amount of pressure in order to take out any knots or added tension.

I’ve been going here for 1.5 years for a monthly facial and Holly is the absolute best. She makes every visit relaxing, she’s knowledgeable and she genuinely cares about you, your skin and your experience.I will go to her as long as she’ll have me!

Massage was ok, but it was not comparable to better massages Ive had in the past. The lady seemed to have a bad attitude because I forgot I had also signed up for a foot scrub. It all seem rushed...I was in at 9.15 and out by 10:01am. 0/10 will not go again. Also this location is very dirty.

I have not had facial done at Message Envy before but this was truly an amazing experience. Holli was absolutely phenomenal 👏 I am definitely coming back to her for all my future facials. She was kind, knowledgeable and informative. She made me comfortable and made great suggestions for me for treating my face. I cant wait to go back.

Massage envy has gotten to be too expensive for what you get out of it. There really is no value in having a membership anymore. There are lots of places you can go to for an hour long massage that cost less than the monthly membership, and you actually get a full hour instead of the 45-50 minute massage you get at one of these places. The good therapists always leave so you never really know what you’re going to get. The only ones that stay around for long are the mediocre ones that can’t go anywhere else. Massage Envy is a waste of money.

Booked massage after text message sent regarding vacancy. I asked for a 90 minute with someone I had never tried. I was disappointed in the pressure (too light) even though I asked him for deeper pressure and too much oil was used on my skin. To top it all off, it was my birthday. Note to self not to book with him again.

Ahura was the best!! She was professional and courteous. Ive had a few massages in my lifetime and it is evident that Massage therapy is truly her gift! My back feels better than it has in a while. Give her several raises!

I am incredibly disappointed with the Massage envy located at Miramar Parkway. I have had over three appointments canceled at the last minute with little to no reasonable explanation other than the therapist called out. Not only is it inconvenient but incredibly frustrating as most of us don’t have a lot of time to reschedule. Something really needs to be done by management.

I have been very pleased with the facials I receive from Holli! I feel she goes all out, 100 % to give you a great facial and massage where you can feel and see the results for days! Thank you, Holli!

Aside from some disappointing scheduling errors , the ladies at the front were very kind and helpful. Ahura was amazing! She was able to hit all my trouble areas without me having to say too much! Adriana was very knowledgeable. Applied the right pressure. My muscles relaxed and today I do not have any pain. I recommend her if you want a deep muscle massage.

Ive been going to Massage Envy, Miramar location, every few months for about a year. Ive used a different masseuse nearly everytime mainly due to scheduling conflicts. My most recent visit on 6-8-24 was with Gorgette, forgive me if I misspelled her name. She was fantastic!!!!!! Her massage was the best Ive ever had. I am a larger guy, so her medium to deep pressure was perfect for me!!! I will continue to request her from now on, even if I have to accommodate her schedule to see me. Thats how great the experience with her was!!!!!!

Had a great visit to Massage Envy Miramar yesterday. Adolfo is the best— he is very professional, courteous, and intuitive. When I arrived, he asked me “how can I help you today?” And he paid special attention with just the right amount of pressure to the areas where I was storing tension or had an injury. I will definitely request an appointment with him again!

Hollie gave me an amazing facial that was to die for. I had facials at exclusive spas like the Four Seasons and they can’t compare to the facials from Hollie. Only Hollie will touch my face going forward.

Stracy was the best. He hit the spots, he made me feel relaxed and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

My massage was with Niurka. I have been going to her for years. She is very attentive and very effective. I also got a facial from Holli. She was simply phenomenal. I will be going back to her consistently. She is very knowledgeable about skin care and has a technique that is bar nun exceptional. I highly recommend both of these technicians.

Therapist did not provide the best service. There was no kneading or rolling to relieve the tension in my muscles. I scheduled this appointment in preparation for my upcoming tennis match and received no relief. She basically rubbed and slapped on my back with no smooth transitions. Not the best experience and pretty disappointed that I purchased a membership a month ago because of the experience I received from a different therapist. Unfortunately, she wasn’t available yesterday.

I have been a sporadic member at Massage Envy over the years and have generally had good experiences, which is why I was disappointed this time. I have inflammation in my legs and prefer a lighter touch. I communicated this to my therapist, Ralph, but during the session, he applied more pressure than was comfortable for me despite several reminders. Eventually, he suggested we werent compatible and abruptly ended the session 15 minutes early. It was an unfortunate experience as I had to express my discomfort multiple times, and it wasn’t addressed in a professional manner. Ive decided to cancel my membership and will be looking elsewhere, where the staff may be more responsive to customer needs. For those who prefer a gentler massage, it might be worth considering a different therapist.

Jackelin did an amazing job with my customized facial!! She was very gentle and thorough with my skin which I really appreciated. Her hands work wonders! Will definitely recommend her to anyone who visits.

I’ve had so many massage in the past but this one was the worst one I’ve ever had. It felt as if she was training on me instead of knowing what to do. After 10 minutes into the massage I wanted to get up and leave. I was very disappointed because I wasted one of my massage for nothing.

My favorite therapist is Fawne. She always does the pressure right, is attentive and thorough, pleasant and unique in her therapy style.

Niolexis provides an amazing experience. I really enjoy your technique.The facilities on the other hand need to be updated and throughly cleaned-the massage rooms smell of dirty carpet when you lay down on the beds and when you enter. It does not give the spa feel like other Envy locations and/or massage chains. The lobby does not have a relaxing clean aromatherapy smell when you enter either.

Aldofo was amazing! It was my first maternity massage and he did a great job. I loved it and because of him I will be back!

Clean, calming, and the team is accommodating. Fawne is a great masseuse! Plenty of parking and great places to eat around if youre hungry after.

The experience was nice and the lady who performed the massage did a great job. The issue I had was that instead of 60 minutes session that i was charged for, the session was actually about 45 minutes which have becomes the thread over few sessions. I raised the issue with one of the front desk staff and, I hope this will be addressed by the management.

Leonor not only treated my muscle tension but created a calming environment for me and honestly was what I truly needed. She made it feel safe and comforting as she knew I needed a space to be free of my worries

Adriana started my massage at 2:07pm and ended my massage at 2:53pm. I paid for an hour massage, and was shorted about 15 mins. I also arrived on time, 1:50pm. I waited in the parking lot to order coffee and Adriana came outside to smoke a cigarette after shorting my session, then she drove away. Maybe my session was short due to a prior arrangement she needed to attend, but I paid for an hour long massage. I notified the desk staff as I was checking out, and still gave her 3 stars instead of 1, because the massage was done well, just shorter than what I’m used to. Everything else at the spa was great and I am willing to try them again, just with a different person.

First impressions count. Went for the 1st time to this location on 2/22/2024 for a facial. The esthetician called my name to go in. I got on the massage bed, and she started to do whatever facial she thought it was best Im assuming because she never asked me what I wanted or which areas I wanted her to focus on. She never introduced herself, never explained what she was doing or whatever. I dont expect nor I want to have a conversation but at least explain whats going on. At the end she said ok we are done and that was it. At the front desk they wanted to charge $15 for an enhancer that I requested online, but is not my 1st time getting a facil so I told her that I was 100 % sure that she didnt use the enhancer that I requested. She asked the esthetician and she said that she didnt apply any enhancer. Been a customer for years and have visited several locations but this is the 1st time this happen. Guess Im going to another location next time.

Worst facial I ever received. Jackie was 15 min late and finished 10 min early. She kept putting wet hot towels on my face after I told her I had rosacea. At some point my skin was burning. I was so uncomfortable. No extraction!!! Weird massages on my head and was squeezing me so hard. You did not read my profile I don’t want anyone to touch my head. Kept placing a wet towel over my neck and was applying pressure on my neck while reaching for my shoulders, I almost told her to stop like 3 times. Just the worst. My back facial was also very bad. There was an interruption.. etc. Bad experience.

Holli is absolutely phenomenal. A phenomenal person and phenomenally skilled with her work.I look forward to my microderm facials with her and am always well pleased.

I did not have a service because they moved me from my usual person without telling me. They called to change the time but did not tell me Biody was off...how they scheduled her when she was off is interesting at best. I was told that I would not be charged when I cancelled. Service there is not how it used to be.I was so looking forward to my massage but not with someone I was not told about. Very disappointed!!

Ahura did an amaaazing job with my massage and she stretched me out. It was, honestly, the best massage I ever had. While she was doing it, all I could think of was that I didn’t want it to end lol.

Adriana was great and firm where I needed it the most, since I had knots on my shoulders and arms. I recommend her if you want to get rid of them, it’s not a pleasant experience as it hurts, but right after you feel a sense of relief in those parts since they’re not stressed anymore. Amazing staff and front desk is very friendly! I used to live in Kendall and went to their location once but by far I can say the Miramar location is worth the drive! If you’re looking for a deep tissue massage go to Youlicia! She gave me a lot of suggestions and she recommended me to come once a month and I will definitely take it into consideration! In terms of facials, Holli is the absolute best! She recommended me a few products and she takes her services very seriously! Overall great experience :)

I called to ask a few questions about massages and facials, she took her time and went through entire packages, explained the different facials and the benefits, also the memberships they have. I love me some massage envy facials. Holli is the one of sweetest person I’ve ever met. My twin sister Saskya at the front desk referred me to her and I was left pleased with her service! I usually go to another esthetician for my facials but so far Miramar massage envy checked all my boxes. It was clean and the front desk is very welcoming. The manager Manny was super nice to me and greeted me with a smile. I’m a college student can’t really commit to a membership right now but if I could I would do it just for her. I will definitely come back once in a while. Thank you so much Holli!

The service and efficiency of the staff was the best! I suffer from chronic muscle spasms. I was able to schedule an appointment for a massage today at the last minute. I highly recommend Biody@ the miramar parkway location, you will not be disappointed. Shes an excellent masseuse.

She had difficulty with understanding my simple request which was increasing the message pressure, my area of concern which was my lower back. Room extremely cold and she put fan on.i couldnt take it so I had to ask couple times until she understood to turn it off.I usually sleep during my 90minutes sessions this time I couldnt. The receptionist saw my disappointment and rescheduled me for another day with a seasoned therapist for the next day. I was made to pay for 30 minutes and will come back for the session.

She is great and has a lot of experience. I go there monthly and I am always looking forward to the next massage. She is an asset to Massage Envy, keep her.

Booked this visit for my brother for his birthday. He left feeling really relaxed and enjoyed the massage with Youlicia. I docked 2 stars due to my frustration with the booking process. After using their website to book the appointment, I received a call the day of the appointment from the staff attempting to change the time to one that was more convenient for me and the masseuse. The time that I selected was more convenient for me, so in truth, they wanted me to accommodate them, after offering me that time online. I wouldve rather them say we messed up, how can we make it better, than try to creatively word their approach as if it was my desire to schedule for a different time. Further, I called the same day I booked online to confirm the appointment was made, and I spoke with someone that confirmed everything with me and said that I was all set. I ultimately had to rearrange other appointments to accommodate them. In short, fix your online booking system.

Gogette is the best there is!! She always anticipates what my body needs without me having to say a thing. Her hands are blessed. Arthur, the front desk associate is always so polite. His customer service is everything!

HORRIBLE customer service. Have been trying to cancel my membership for over 10 days. Liz from the Front desk keeps telling me the manager is not in. I’m sure this scam of a chain will wait for me to get billed so then they can cancel me and get more money. It’s probably easier to leave a cult than to cancel your membership here.

The massage departmemt it is amazing, I would say 10/10. Front desk should be less rude and give better information. When questions are asked some people does not feel comfortable answering and tend to be really rude on the phone. I think would be much better if they treat clients in a better way. Customer service in front desk 0/10. I do not recommemd the place due to the way bad mood and rudeness of front desk.

I went into massage envy to get the micro derm facial which I have never experience before and I must say the esthetican name Holli took me through every step that she was doing and made my skin feel so good and shiny. I had a lovely experience with Ms. Holli. I will be back completely satisfied.

She was able to give firm pressure like I like it. She seemed to not know that the lights dimm and that creates the experience. She did it after I explained. I always get the aromatherapy as it helps me relax and enjoy my massage, they usually do it at the beginning and you take a few deep breaths. She did it more than 5 times throughout my massage I finally had to tell her to stop it was too much and she would wave her hands upward and almost hit me in the face a few times. I dont understand what she was doing and like I said I finally had yo tell her to stop for fear of my face getting hit and just too much aromatherapy I was inhaling.

Stracy is my go to masseuse! I did a 30min stretch session followed by a massage. I felt renewed after both! I would recommend him to anyone. I’ve tried multiple masseuses, & none compares to him! 10/10

I first want to start off by saying that I have been a Massage Envy member for over 15 years and have lived and been to a few different Massage Envy centers around the US but ME Miramar is by far my favorite because they are truly kind and always go out of their way to accommodate, . But more than anything the reason I am so loyal to the ME in Miramar is because of my phenomenal therapist Biody❣️. Not only is she amazing but she’s really has helped me get through all the tension and muscular pain in between the many surgeries I’ve hadin the past two years. And if that’s not enough, she is also extremely compassionate and actually listens to the pain points or tension I am having in my body before each session and really does her best to address and remove them throughout the Massage. She is a TRUE GEM to the ME Miramar team.

He left me oily. I He spoke very little English. When asked what pressure I said firm to deep tissue but didnt get that. I was not pleased. I was late and didnt expect a full hour massage but he never did my hands, arm and feet. He knead me the entire time. Never addressed knots.

I went to this location following a friend’s recommendation, and I was very pleased. I was met with an amicable staff who walked me through the services offered which varied from facials to massages. Following their input, I was able to inquire about which type of massage suited my needs. Overall, I had a great experience and I would recommend this location to anyone in need of services like these.

My massage itself was ok but I wished I would’ve had Fawne, Stracy, Luis, Ora or Diyah. Also I don’t like how they don’t come and get you from the waiting area on time. On yesterday my appointment was at 4pm. I was picked up at 4:08, he stepped out the room for me to get undress which was another five minutes, then he had to leave out because he didn’t have the all the materials which took another 3 minutes, but he made sure that he stopped at 5pm on the dot. This is not fair because if I am paying for 60 minutes then that’s what I should get.

Everything was great. My massage was great. The only suggestion I make will be to add better tea, more relaxation type of tea, for example, mint or chamomile etc..

The staff was amazing and it’s every clean. However, I gave it two stars because I had the worst massage EVER! The man that did massage was doing it too hard to where it was uncomfortable which I told him, he loosen up for maybe 1 minute then he started back massaging me too hard! I left out not feeling relax, my body start feeling sore later that day. Went to bed last night, woke up this morning and my back is killing me. Never again will I let him massage me
