I had my eye lashes lifted and tinted for the first time ever. Love love love them. My girl did a fabulous job. She was on time sweet and they have the best massage Mat while you get your lashes done. I recommend this place 100%

My initial experience was great. So great in fact a recommended 5 of my clients whom became reoccurring customers.My husband knew I enjoyed it so much that he decided to purchase $300 worth of gift certificates for the holiday for me.Unfortunately, when I called to use my gift certificates I was told that they were no longer valid bc it had been 5 months and they expired at 3 months, which it does not state anywhere on the certificate.When I told Marlene I was unaware of this policy she ignored me for 24 hours.After several texts to please advise she told me nope that’s policy.I happen to be a small business owner as well and understand the value in my clients and make it my mission to never make anyone feel like just a number.She was completely unprofessional and unappreciative that not only did my husband chose to support her small business during the holidays but for the fact that I have sent her several of my clients as well.Bad move and very upsetting. This is why people lean on big corporations and give little faith to small business when it comes to pre-purchasing

I purchased a gift certificate for my mom to get some services. When I brought her to this place, the receptionist was extremely rude because we were literally 5 minutes late to the appointment. As a first time customer, this really upset my mom. To make things worse, the botox they injected did not make any difference in my moms face. She was really disappointed. They refused to refund any of our money or try to make the situation right. Instead, they told my mom to give it a couple of days. I wouldnt recommend this place. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I highly recommend this spa! I came in for a facial and I absolutely LOVED IT!! The place feels very relaxing and clean. Johanna is very nice and Monica was amazing, very nice and knowledgeable. I 100% will be coming back.

This place is horrendous ! My eyebrows are not even eyebrows anymore, one is straight and the other I have to pencil mark it until it grows back. I have called several times to see if it can be replaced and was given below average for customer services. This was my first time getting a lash lift and tint. I absolutely love it! Julieth did a fabulous job and she was so patient with me bc my eyes kept watering. I didn’t have any pain or anything but I’m just one of those people Anyway she was fabulous the salon was super clean. I would definitely be back!

I received a lash lift and tint here. I don’t remember the name of my tech (possibly Johanna). I am absolutely grateful to the job they did for me. A month later and my lashes look great and are still perky! Totally recommend.

I found this company on Groupon and decided to try it. I made my appointment and a few days later someone called me to cancel the appointment a day before due to staffing. Well guess what? The day they rescheduled me, I unfortunately had car issues so I called them and explained what happened. The lady was extremely cold and said well that is not our problem, your Groupon is no longer valid. So when they cancel on a customer it is completely okay but when that same customer has a situation that is out of their control it all business. Thankfully Groupon understood that this situation was completely out of my control and refunded my money. This business has horrible customer service. I would not recommend it at all.This is a reply to the owners response: The owner is lying. This is the correct business. I do not leave reviews on random businesses. I did have a groupon. Everything I said in my previous review happened. Whether the owner wants to own up to what happened or not, I do not care. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

For long time was looking for a place that helps me. I was struggling with my rosacea and my acne. I went to the dermatologist but their treatments besides they were expensive I wasn’t satisfied with the results. This place was my second option but thank good I chose them.. In just 4 sessions , Isaw the improve even the first treatment I felt my skin less heavier after all the extractions. I love them. They took their time and answered all my doubts. I’ve had two deep pore facials with microdermabrasion done here. Simply amazing! Both was by far the best facials I’ve had. She was very thorough and took her time to complete. Additionally, a nice relaxing upper body massage was done. Definitely would recommend this place.

Bad experience at first call. I wanted to schedule leg tightening treatments that I was considering for a while but the girl who answered the phone ( after 3 times calling in different days and nobody answering) did not understand me at all. She kept repeating she will schedule me for a facial! It was very frustrating and after 10 min I gave up and hang up. They lost me as a customer. If you are not a Spanish speaking person you most probably will have problems communicating.

I absolutely love the work Joanna does on my face! I have been there twice and my face has improved significantly!!! She takes her time and has great knowledge about the different types of skin. Johana is truly a skin saver. I started to go to her few months ago and thats probably one of the best decisions I have ever made. My skin was very bad with acne and acne scars as well. Totally Recommended. Clean, quiet and personnel is amazing. Cleaned up my face and back of all acne, and the ingrown hair I had on my face all gone after many years.

Purchased botox 30 units for my forehead on Groupon. They said I would need 10 more units at their cost and now my eyelids are drooping way too low. They ignored the issue and said I can buy antibiotics to reverse the botox. I did not buy botox... Just to have it reversed. Bad company policy and knowledge of what they push you to buy more of. Found out later that the receptionist owns the place and she too was pressuring me to buy extra..Do not go here.....

Worst costumer service ever . I booked an appointment to reserved had to deposit 50 dollars I día they made the appointment for the nex day , I woke up with fever called them to reschedule they said if I wanted to reschedule send 50 dollars more . That to reschedule had to be 24 hours in advance but the appointment was made a day before the date. Please don’t be fooled with these scammers. 😠

I found this place on Groupon. Buy an eyelash lift.He clarified that the service at the place is “RELATIVELY” good, but…1- Before Miss Cachon proceeded to do the procedure, I asked her please how she wanted the result.2- As soon as he was doing the procedure, I explained to him that the eyelash hair is very fine and could burn, that my eyelashes are unruly, that I wanted very wavy eyelashes and that I would need to leave the product on a little longer for it to set. they could undulate. (Which he did, instead of leaving the product for 15 minutes, he left it for 18 minutes)3- The procedure was performed but the result was not what was expected... The eyelashes did not curl even 30%.4- I asked her if she would do a touch-up, which she said no. Since I needed to wait 2 months for my eyelash hair to recover, and all the protocol that must be followed... (something I had never been told and I have been doing this procedure for 6 years)5- I insisted because I really wanted my lashes wavy and she replied, lets wait a week and see how they go, (as if this product worked magic). But I would have to charge you again... I was shocked... why charge me if your procedure didnt turn out the way I wanted? I know it was a coupon and I saved $30, but why charge again for something that didnt have the expected result?Anyway… I will not return to this place and I will not recommend it either…
