Great Customer Service. Excellent selection of products!

The girl that used to work there was amazing and helpful now there is a new person extremely unprofessional rude and simply knows 0 about brands of disposable vapes. Also tried calling the store or the past 5 days but phone calls drop right away. Unfortunate, close to where I live and was very convenient but going to try a new place.

The favor revenge nerd that is manufactured by diamond vapor used to be my favorite flavor of all time. I smoked it for years. Used to be super clean and taste great. Now I can burn up a coil within a day and it tastes horrible because they have changed something with the formula and completely ruined this liquid

After trying various other shops in the area, this is the ONLY one I go to. James is ALWAYS so helpful and friendly. Im by no means a vaping expert so he always takes the time to explain things to me. The store is clean and well stocked, prices are good and most importantly they are HONEST. I am a faithful, every Saturday, shopper and buy ALL my vape stuff there.

Diamond vapor has been my go to source for over 5 years now. Recently I placed an order later than I should have ( my own fault ) which resulted in me running completely out of my favorite vape flavor! The owners went out of their way to expedite my order and got it to me days earlier than expected. I am blown away by the dedication of these guys and the compassion theyve shown in rectifying MY mistake. Thank you everyone at diamond vapor!

Great store!......on point juice selection, (all GCC certified) a nice balance of hardware and a fantastic staff. I stopped in about 2 weeks ago and hung out with that staff for a couple of hours discussing vape past,... present,... and future in regards to the new FDA ruling. Awesome crew and very knowledgeable on how to proceed with these new rules.

By far this is the BEST place in Jacksonville for all things doing with vaping. The staff are amazing, very helpful, willing to take the time to show you want you are buying and how it works, also they are friendly and its a fun experience. There is a couple bad reviews on here... i disagree with very much. Ive been shopping with these guys for over 2 years now. I lived 45 mins away still drove there. I lived 15 mins away, still bought from here. Now i live in SC and still order from them on the website. Best house juices at great prices. Hope they stay in business for as long as i live. -Leo

The lady that worked there was so friendly. She asked the right questions to narrow down a vape juice that we would like. She was right on with the picks she gave us. Wish shop was closer cause this place would be my go to for vape juice.

Ive been vaping since 2011 and I recently moved to hollywood. This place is my new go to shop, great service, fun employees to chit chat with and great juice selection.Mods and tanks are always cheaper online but for in store prices they arent bad and theres no wait.All in all, I love the place and highly recommend

Visited Diamond Vapor looking to quit smoking. When entering the store I was greeted by one of the staff members. Not knowing anything about Vaping. They explained everything about the products from beginner to advanced. They guided me to what would work best for me. They also have a wide range of liquids. I walked out a happy customer (Vapor). The ambient environment and helpful staff is what has me coming back for all of my vape necessities. Keith (the owner) was super helpful when giving me vape advice. He helped me get started after I quick smoking cigarettes and always welcomed me into the store. Most of the stores Ive been to around the area have always been cold and seemed extremely intimidating, but Keith is ultimate foil to those substandard stores around him. Please do not hesitate to visit Diamond Vapor as it offers the best prices and the most helpful staff in the area.

Brian and Josh are very knowledgeable, very helpful, very honest and they dont push you. They answer questions, they spend time with you. Just went in and bought an awesome geek vape. It blows out big satisfying clouds of smoke. They also gave me a buy 2 flavors and get 1 free. The guy working was also helpful and put everything together for me. Will reccomend thanks guys.

They have good juices there I travel 40 min every 3 weeks to get it, but the staff there is unfriendly and look down on you like we are stupid.Note a customer is ALWAYS rite even when wrongIn my case I was asking about a airflow valve I have gotten 12 of them there before sales guy made me feel stupid in front of other customers by saying in a argument way WE DONT SELL THAT HERE AND WE NEVER DID I KNOW I PLACE THE ORDERS, I said I usually get them here which I DO.HIM YOU NEVER GOT THEM FROM US WE NEVER SOLD THEM.Well I did always get them there.I was dump founder the way he treated me and how he spoke to me I just could not believe it.plenty of other vapor shops out there...... just bad help and its bad for business

Bought a helix bar was told it last longer than ones I buy about 300 puffs died in 24 hours which. I told them they said I must have used it that much not so. So didnt go back for awhile than decided give them another shot and on package Boss Bar says 15.99 and they charged me 19.25 said it went up but they should not have 15.99 on box and up charge you two more dollars just saying.

When we go there, there is a gentleman with a gray hair and wears glasses and keep forgetting to ask his name but he is so funny and has a great personality. My ex comes from Miami to Hollywood to get his vape liquid from Diamond vapor, love the atmosphere.

The best selection of products I have ever seen in the area.

I love coming here. The set up is very nice inside. The staff is knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of name brand juices and also house juices. They have decent priced vapes too and if they don’t have a particular vape juice in stock, they will order it for you. This is the only place I can find my Water Dragon flavored juice and the coils for my mojo voopoo vape.

Broke by battery the first day on vacation. Got a new one here and it never truly worked. Holds a charge for about 1 drag and then dies/ doesn’t hit. Wasn’t given a receipt so unable to return. Huge disappointment.

Ive been going there since they opened they have a point system that as you spend more money you get a bigger discount and so Ive got some Ive been able to get some good discounts so thats a good thing theyre always very nice in there and you can just go in there and sit and hang out for a little while if you want to also as long as youre not rude Im sure they dont I dont care I always buy all my vape stuff there I dried what other store and it was double the price that they were so I will be changing again

I was down there for my nephews graduation from FAU. I spent 100.00 bucs on a battery. The thing died(wouldnt take a charge any more) after I had it for like a month. Since I dont live down there I had my nephew go and see if theyd fix it, they said no, and boom I was out 100.00 bucs for a battery that lasted two months. They dont stand by their product, i wouldnt recommend shopping there.

Shady place and zero knowledge. Make sure you lock your door when parking. It is in one of the worst locations in SFL. My friends car got robbed behind Diamond. Very few juice selections and very unfriendly staff. I watched them put an Igo W on a Omega base, and then ask why it wont fit. Word of advice, look at GCV in Delray, or Vapor Hut for a business model. Also,carry the juice everyone else carries.
