I buy kratam here. I love this place. They are so warm hearted. I feel like I am going into a store that my family owns because they treat you that way. Actually, better! Most honest store Ive ever been in. Love these guys.

It’s like a hidden treasure with their amazing prices. Definitely my new stop for kratom, they have the shots that I like and even the capsules. Plus they have some nice bowls and a cool dog.

I absolutely love this place! Ive been a regular for over a year and couldnt be happier. Rene is the man and always treats you like your business matters! Ive seen many different places but none is close to as awesome as Stirling Glass!

This place was great they was so helpful and actually nice too prices where pretty cheap compared to other smoke shops I been too I got a vape and a glass pipe for a very decent price thanks 🙏 stirling glass yall hooked me up. I will definitely be coming back!!!

Plentiful selection. Very helpful and informed attendant. Great prices. Lots of shops around this area and this one was the best. We went to three shops before this one and all others were not able to help us with what we needed and were nowhere near as informed. The item we bought was also cheaper at the store than I found on Amazon.

Bought a standard battery for my oil cartridge and it stopped working and charging after 10 days... went to the store to see if maybe the guy can fix it & he kept it over night to see if he could get it working again... the policy is strict about no returns or refunds which is understandable... but since he couldn’t get it to work again he exchanged the dead battery for me. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Well all I can say rene is an awesome host at this smoke shop always greets me and the old man too they take good care of there costumer giving us the best experiences this is my mother freaking smoke shop im loyal to them

They always have what I want in stock, the gentleman behind the counter is always Pleasant. I finally ran into the bearded man with the scruffy hair, since they only take cash I walked in there to use their ATM and right away he asked me are you buying something. And I said yes you guys only take cash. The guy with the scruffy beard obviously is a little off, but the other gentleman is nice and helpful, like I said they only take cash avoid the $2 ATM fee bring cash.

VERY GOOD SHOP... well priced and has everything you want... i called around 5 head shops for a certain product and no one had it. I drove 20 min just for the shop and they have earned a new customer... very pleased and would recommend the shop to anyone... and on top of everything he gives you a lighter with every purchase :) who doesnt like a free lighter

They had a nice selections of pipes. However most of them were overpriced. Then this guys trying to give you advice when you really dont need it. And then to top it all off they dont take credit or debit card. Long story short I went to another store to buy my pipe.

Horrible customer service . 3 of my buddies have been shopping here for years and recommended the shop ..big mistake .They will no longer return as well after the way I was treated. If I can leave zero Stars I would. I literally brought back a cheap $20 battery piece for my cartridge and I wanted to pay the difference for a better item and the first thing out of the guys mouth was no and he rudely said I dont even remember you , gave me a nasty attitude all because I wanted to exchange. no other reason. I asked him why he was being rude and nasty to me and threw my item on the counter and told me to get out of the shop and to join the other idiots on Google reviews. Told me to join the list . . Carbon smoke shop is literally 50 feet away next door at the following plaza entrance. Amazing people. Amazing atittude and they even helped me with the piece. Anybody on Google can see I dont usually leave reviews so it had to really be that bad for me to want to come on here and say something. Rude rude rude

If I could give negative stars, I would. My boyfriend called and as soon as he asked a question, the person on the phone immediately hung up on him. Didn’t answer his question, just disconnected. I called, got placed on hold as soon as he said “Smoke shop”, took me off hold and said “Smoke shop!”, I asked the same question my boyfriend did and all I got was “You just asked me that” with the most annoyed tone in his voice and hung up. Not sure if this was the manager or an employee, but they’ve lost my business. After going there and experiencing subpar service, I thought I would give them another chance, but never again.

Worst smoke shop to go to, the guy who works there thats not the owner doesnt know how to do business. I bought an item that wasnt the correct one called 5 MINS after leaving the shop to exchange it, and he told me I couldnt exchange it. I just wasted my money on something useless and also they sell fake glass. I recommend the Carbon shop behind them, those guys are Awesome.

Stay away! I went in there to purchase the rip it vaporizer I asked him 3 times if it was the new one with the green chamber. When I got home and open the box it was the older version that they dont even sell anymore. when I called him he told me there were no returns, I was very upset and his attitude was terrible I will never returned to this place again. Not to mention its cash only which was a big inconvenience for me.

Called to ask if they had Juuls in stock. Guy said, no ones gonna have them man, stop calling, its annoying. First time trying to call this store not to mention I had an itch to get more glass. I know I SURE wont be wasting my money here. Absolutely crazy that some people just dont know how to work retail. If I could give this place negative stars based on my first encounter I would. Dont dare say the wrong thing or the employees will call you annoying -_- .

Every single time Ive been to stirling glass not only have they been very polite with me but have actually given me free incentives such as lighters, wax containers , etc. I have never had any issues with returns or cracks in glass. Not to mention they have prices that beat half of the other glass shops anyways. Slide to stirling glass to get quality products for the low

Went to euphoria smoke shop next door and saw they had not a good selection of water pipes and they were taxing. Came back to Stirling glass and Victor was very knowledgeable and helpful when helping me find just what I needed for a super decent price

I came into this and the person inside decided to being extremely rude and tell somebody when theyre a paying customer unless youre going to buy it on the spot you are unable to view any merchandise and then told me to get out of his store because I told him that that is not right that every other shop that you go to allows you to look at merchandise that youre trying to acquire so I highly recommend nobody visit the shops Sterling glass its a hole in the wall dump that is very rude the management is terrible the prices are outrageous and I will recommend any clientele thats going to go there to go next door or to go to the swap shop or Grateful Js because thats where you will get quality service and merchandise for an excellent price without the attitude I would love to write the story one star or even a 0 star but I feel that thats kind of upsetting to the clientele to see such a horrible establishment that still in business after the roof quality customer service that they put in

The guy that works there with the sloppy beard is a total douchebag. Hes a jerk for absolutely no reason at all, I read other people write the same thing but figured Id go in anyways because it was on my way home. Never again! Id rather go out of my way than give that place another cent.

I bought a Dabba Yo Dabba directional carbon cap. But when I opened the bag there was a fake knock off that look like it was made with sugar glass. I dropped it one time and the glass shattered. Ive used these directional dab caps for a long time and I have never ever had one do or look so imperfect as the one that. Stirling glass sold to me. This is definitely a very bad if not deal-breaker when it comes to ethics in business. Using another companys rapper or box in order to sell a fake item. I challenge you to tell me that it wasnt fake.

Dont take out cash from atm they charge you 2.50 fee and they recharged you 3 times more$ 2.50. The fee is only once but they steal This people are thiefs and ima go claim my money they stole now. Now they have my card information 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

They sell counterfeit glass and products. Specially the QCB they sell for $80, when it is clearly a fake $10 DHgate banger. Dont trust this place. Go shop at CARBON GLASS TECH instead, located directly behind this China shop. Literally a 30 foot walk.

Undermines the customer. Lies about products being American made. Steer clear of here and go to Carbon Glass Tech up the street. Real American made stuff and at least honest and doesn’t talk down to customers.
