Worst customer service ever!! Gave me the wrong stuff for my vape I bought there, tried to return it and employee lied saying she told me I had 2 days to return, which she didnt. This woman had no knowledge of vapes and no business selling them when you cant return. Of course I got upset, so she called the manager and he made an exception. She gave me my refund, but then would not give me my receipt. She walked away and began telling other customers my situation and I was getting on her nerves. I told her she had no business discussing my situation and if she would just simply give me my receipt, I would be on my way. I asked her to call the manager again and she said Im going to call the police. She called the manager and he told her she was suppose to give me my receipt. She gave it to me and I didnt have nothing kind to say after being threatened for doing absolutely nothing. She was the rudest person I have ever dealt with!!

We entered the store, had a few questions but were unable to find an associate. Seems like it was about 10minutes but it was probanly 5. Pnce we were able to talk to an associate she was very polite and was able to direct us to the product we were not able to find . Of course tje product is excellent. Wish you had a larger bottle of Margarittaville tequila.

I use electric cig roller to roll my cigs and i used to live closer to the shop in colonial heights and when i moved here this place said they would keep the tubes and type of tobacco i used at first they did since 4 mo ago every-time i go in there they dont have the tubes i need and say we ordered them but they keep sending us the wrong ones. I dont believe it cause any company that orders a product and gets something else will call the disruptor right away. also they have hired a rude lady in the last few months and if i go there for anything i look for the older lady if shes not there and the rude one is im out we spend good money not to be treated so rude. I will be going to the one 35 min away from me in colonial heights where ive always gotten what i needed and great service friendly people not here and will recommend my friends to not shop here and since i cant respond to the owner question directly they are zen tubes i was told they were not being sent

Gina’s customer service was great. I know I took a while deciding what I wanted to purchase and she was very patient and I appreciated her kindness and input.

Just called and they have THE WRONG person answering the phone. I called for my brother and his friends in Iraq for care packages. The lady was rude for NO REASON. I just hung up because Im trying to live right, but for that reason alone, i wrote this post and encourage you (reader) to spend your money at a business that knows how to speak to its potential customers.

Why advertise that you have gloves for sale that are $9.99 and I get to the register and it’s $15.99? No thanks! Plus legally they have to be sold for the price they are advertised for on the door. ($9.99).

Very nice staff and a huge selection. They have a few vape products including salt nic and Juul pods. With the addition of all kinds of tobacco, tobacco devices, hookas, shisha, incense, etc. They also have a big selection of cigars with cutters, boxes, etc. Pretty much if you need nicotine in any form this is your place to go!

Bought JUUL pods to use while in town for the week. Cool Mint was the flavor, but when I opened the package all the caps came off and the flavor tasted more like nail polish. Did my research and noticed the caps had the same resemblance as fake JUUL pods.Hoping I can get my money back.

Employees rather chit chat in the back of the store than wait on a customer!!! Stood at the counter almost 5 minutes!!! Never going there again!!!

I dont smoke but my husband does. They have everything in that store. If you smoke anything you should check it out.
