Good selection and good prices. The ladies that are working there are very helpful and both of them were very nice. The only problem I have with this place is one of the employees, a guy who is rude and charged me a lot higher price than I usually paid. Hes been there twice and both times he was rude on the phone and charged me higher prices both times. When I arrived the door was locked but they were supposed to be open . I waited for about 20 minutes for him to open back up. It was in the middle of the day around 4 on a weekday.

Super kind staff, unique merchandise, in a cute little spot tucked away in downtown Hopkins. I live across the cities but will DEFINITELY be returning and bringing friends! Adorable small business!

This hidden gem is a new go-to. they have a really sweet selection of all the basics and more. decent pricing. staff was friendly and it was a nice chill environment in there. will definitely be back, thank you!

I love this place. The woman working seemed to be I think one of the managers maybe, I’ve had a rough day and was a little crabby // sassy & walked out when they didn’t have what I needed. I felt awful and came back in decided to look again and found a great funny unicorn piece I loved, and had a lovely interaction with her. I wanted to apologize for my attitude at first and thank her for being so kind and understanding 💖 the best prices the best pieces always!

Bought a decorative pipe that was opaque and thankfully cleaned it before I used it cause I found someone must have smoked something once or twice then cleaned out the bowl and put it on the shelf. Super gross sadly given they had a good selection of products but Im wary to go back again now.

The employees are so kind and helpful. The gentleman that is usually working is so nice to my kids too. They ALWAYS have what I’m after in stock AND they give you $5 off if you buy 2. Plus, they have a rewards program as well. Highly recommend this place. It’s an awesome neighborhood store.

They always have some sort of deal or sale on vapes or cigars that is amazing for a broke person like me. The woman who works there is just an absolute delight and shes very awesome.

If you buy two or more e-cigarettes, try them first before leaving the store. I bought two, and only one works. I tried to return the faulty one, but they refused. I wasted $25,

I am a regular here. They are always friendly and professional. They have a wide variety of products and always stock the newest releases from their suppliers. I have a tobacco allergy and have never had a reaction in the store, so I know they keep things very clean. Ive never felt judged for consuming non-tobacco products. I hope to keep supporting them into the future.

Nice little hidden gem to find parking ok customer service top shelf was a awesome experience needed a new charger and found it and a new pen great selection

Been to this place many times and will continue to do so. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The shop is organized, clean, and the atmosphere is great. They have a room of cigars, incense, glass art, vape juice, and more! Love their wide selection of products and just today I discovered they have a whole room in the back that I’d never seen before. Great little hole in the wall shop in Hopkins. If you are looking for a large variety in smoke supplies and a walk-in cigar humidor you can get it here. They have a friendly and helpful staff, willing to chat and give recommendations. Also the prices are nice and competitive. The shop is just off of main street behind the main buildings on the street, hence the name. Definitely will be going back for more.

We’ve been coming here for years. Lots of variety, well stocked and nice people.

First off, they moved 10 blocks down on the same street. It is now, I believe, 1819 Main Street. This place has awesome service. I normally used a different shop a way out in Bloomington but decided to try this place. They did not carry the flavor I liked unfortunately. So they asked me what it was I really liked and they experimented and mixed up a flavor that I was describing and came up with one that is a 100 times better than what I was buying else where. Wow, how cool is that to get a custom flavor to my taste. I love this new flavor. They won me over for sure. Loyal customer now.

Called to make sure they were open with all the crazy stuff going on right now. I was told yes that they were open all day until 8 PM. Drove 20 minutes to get to the store at 12:45 PM and the door was locked. Decided to stick around for 20-30 minutes and the guy never came to the door. Very next day tried the same exact thing and what do you know the door was locked again. When I called later to try and figure out what the issue was I was given attitude and told that he was in the bathroom. Miss the old ownership, will not be coming back. Guys got a stick up his you know what.

Always have what I’m looking for and they usually offer a deal on most items.

When I bought the product, the guy selling it to me said I could return within 10 days. I came back within 5, and the guy said he doesnt accept any returns. I found a better item for cheaper elsewhere. Horrible customer service

Consistently refuses to take back or exchange defective products. Latest example is an Escobar Pastel Cartel rechargeable unit. Worked for about 24 hours then would not hold any charge.

It has been rebranded to Kratom tea bar. Please change the name on google maps. Run by West, it is a great place to relax and play some board games or even watch tv as you drink the satisfying kratom tea. Open pretty much every evening except for sundays!

I was banned from the store because I had a seizure in the store, was kicked out for “faking” it and gave them a 1 ⭐️ review…. Unbelievable business model

Why is the door always locked during your advertised business hours? Youve lost more than a few ducketts due to this.I still miss John. That guy was hella kewl 😎

I like this hidden little gem. Conveniently located in downtown Hopkins with Sunday hours. Priced lower than other similar stores. They deserve a visit.

Good store overall but dont go there for the cigars. Their humidifiers are not functional. Cigars are dried out. They are using portable humidity packets which are also dried out. Hopkins needs a good cigar shop.

I had never smoked a pipe before and got set up with a pipe and tobacco that made my first time enjoyable. Staff was friendly and since it was my first time, I dont know about prices but they felt vary reasonable.

This hidden gem off of Mainstreet in Hopkins is under NEW OWNERSHIP. They have completed a total remodel of the store. They have added a LARGE, well lit, walk in humidor with a fantastic selection of quality cigars.

Didn’t have what I was looking for. When I expressed my disappointment staff was very rude. A simple explanation as to why the product wasn’t there would have sufficed. First time going there and I will not go back.
