Was the only place I went tonight that had good customer service the guy was friendly and I got what I needed and he spoke to me and acted like a normal decent merchant. In Minnesota it has become so hard to find anybody who seems to have any customer service at all.
Went in for pods, they gave me the wrong ones even after I contested I was assured they were correct. Had to drive all the way back to exchange them and then again they were the incorrect ones. Mind blown, seems like a simple job. Maybe rather than sitting on the phone talking to others and complaining the one employee that is there should spend time trying to do their job a little bit better.
Well I stopped by at 4:20 on a Saturday afternoon. Supposed to be open, but there is a chicken scratch hand written sign that says “be back in 10 min”. I have been here waiting for 15. Don’t waste your time with this spot
Ive made the mistake of not googling reviews of this online store before purchase. I ordered on May 7, 2020, it is now May 21, 2020. I emailed them... got nothing back. My account says PAID and not fulfilled. No label printed, no tracking info, no backorder notice. I imagine its gonna stay that way. Item says in stock, its in stock at numerous other stores, this place had the best price and color option I wanted. Now Im screwed because I cant afford to reorder from somewhere else. Id advise this company to remove their website and just operate in person because it seems the reviews for the store is actually good. Id advise potential customers to order from reputable online retailers... like I should have. Live and learn tho. It sucks getting ripped off.
I received my order today... Sounds weird right? With all the people complaining... Update your website or take it down. Stop taking peoples money if you have nothing in stock. Ordered a white dreamer and they sent me a copper dreamer... Really? This isnt a mistake several people in my group ordered from you and almost all got a different finish than requested. If you do not have the staff to get the orders moving or the product in stock quit taking peoples money. I gave you 2 stars because I did get a product not the correct color but it was the product at that. Organize yourselves and take the website down or refund everyones product. Im sure with all the money you have from everyone you can hire 2-3 extra people to help you for a couple of days and get these orders fulfilled.
Used to be my go-to location, but one of the new kids (moustache) working there is rude and unpersonable. Wants to talk about his active warrant he wont be addressing, and decided to cold shoulder mid conversation un-provoked over fantasy topics. Quality hiring guys.
WOW!! I ordered over a month ago and still didnt receive my order 😔 very sad I could of been a great customer. At least let people know whats going on.So now its been 8 months or so and I did receive a email from the owner with an apology but no refund,he said if I wanted my $40 back I would have to travel 4 states over to him 🤣😂. Hopefully nobody is shopping with him anymore.
I placed an order 7 weeks ago. After 2 weeks I decided to choose a different shop. I was given the runaround by employees and the owner himself, telling me my order was ready to be shipped, the status of my refund was processing....excuse after excuse which should be transparent to me, the customer. In light of the pandemic, Ive been more patient than I need to be and I understand...to an extent. This is however, the WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. For the past 3 weeks Ive been completely ignored altogether. I cant get through to anybody and I call, text, email, the various locations, employees, and the owner himself. This is theft. I want my $88.55 back.
Unfortunately I will be joining the recent trend of ordering from them online and not getting anything in return. They created a shipping label about 3 weeks ago and had it made it to the post office I wouldve received it in 2 days. When I email I never get a response. I will be turning to the BBB and doing a chargeback on my card. I would recommend others to do a chargeback as well if you havent received your items. For those of you that havent purchased yet DONT. And honestly I dont know how the physical location is but based on my online experience Id never go there.
Placed an order over a month ago, received only a generic mass email indicating they were behind, which is understandable, but the level of communication is just not there. Now at the point of complete avoidance when i send an email or facebook message. it looks like i will have to dispute the charge with my cc company unfortunately. All we are asking for is an explanation of what is going on with our orders, if they cant be fulfilled, then cancel them and refund out money.. i place a pretty large order, sad that another company will now get my business instead
I too placed an order a week ago and have also written emails requesting info on when my order will ship and DID NOT see the negative reviews until afterwards! I will be calling my bank in the morning to have the charges reversed, so good luck...the only thing you gained from me was a negative review....and from the sounds of it you probably will be hearing from the Internet crimes unit as well! Hope you have fun with that!
I have been provided 4 different dates as to when my order that was placed on 4/21 would ship. The owner also went as far as to promise that the order would ship out different dates. The manager Cole has also lied to me about when I can expect my order to ship. If you need juice DO NOT buy from this place. They are nothing more than thieves. I have filed complaints with the BBB, MN Attorney General, GoDaddy.com which is who they have their domain registered to.Update from 5/22: My tracking info updated on Monday 5/18 with an expected delivery date of 5/22. I got notification that it was delivered yesterday, turns out they diverted the package back to their office. Shows it was delivered to Forest Lake, MN at 9:59am yesterday. This is definitely a scam or the owner and employees are very much inept and should not ATTEMPT to run a business.
This place is a joke! I ordered juices and coils from them online. I got a shipping label created notification but its been in pre-shipment for 7 weeks now! Ive sent multiple emails trying to cancel my order and trying to get updates on it! Ive received 3 return emails stating product will be sent out in the next few days product will be sent out by the end of the week blah blah blah! So here it is 7 weeks later, still not returning my emails and still no product! This place is horrible, do not purchase from them!!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Never left a bad review on business in my life. They say it’s in stock they take your money. Then you spend the next two months talking to billy trying to get your money back. Then when he finally said he was gonna refund me he just ghosted on me. Refund my card!!!!!
I would give 0 stars if able to. I ordered at the beginning of May. Received pre shipment tracking on May 5th. I understand the pandemic but been getting the run-around WHEN they decided to get back to me. Almost July and still havent received my order. I would never buy from these people again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Ive received orders from a lot of places for a lot of things without issues during this whole pandemic. Thats just an excuse for this company. Poor business management.
Great little store. Friendly staff. Excellent selection. Their house blends are also pretty good. Granted, COVID has messed up their supply chain, but you cant pick on them for circumstances beyond their control.
If you order online- consider your money gone. I ordered a product that they didn’t even carry anymore off their website and when I realized it- promptly asked for a refund. I’m still waiting 6 weeks later. Gonna report to Better Business Bureau.
Since covid, they seem to be out stock on of a lot of things. What turned me off is that the price of what I always get fluctuates depending on who’s working. Well - that’s because some of the workers give themselves their own tip when they run your card. I noticed it once when he said my total, flipped the tablet over and quickly tapped to the next screen for me to sign. The tip amount said $3 and he probably was hoping I didn’t notice. That’s literal theft and poor business practice.

The main kid who works there is the most friendly, helpful, kind person! Its hard to find good costumer service now days and this place HANDS DOWN has the BEST costumer service around town! The juices are packed full of flavor and its always so clean every time i go in! So happy we have you guys just right down the road now!
Company is scamming people do not order anything from them you will never get it, and owner is a liar does not respond up emails or anything. Waiting a month for something that was supposedly in stock but it was never shipped and cant get a refund. Reporting them to the BBB and talking with my lawyer to see what can be done to make sure this guy never scams anyone again.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. These guys are running a scam. I placed an order on April 3rd for Juno Mango pods which they showed in stock online. My card was billed on April 6th but I did not receive tracking information. After 10 days and multiple attempts to contact them I finally get a return call from Billy Shocinski that he is at the post office shipping online orders and would send tracking info, which never happened. After several more attempts to contact them I get a text from Billy Shocinski on April 14th that they have been backed up due to the Covid19 pandemic and the product is no longer available. I then asked Billy Shocinski to refund my purchase.They refuse to refund my credit card for items that were not shipped nor available. I eventually disputed the charge with my credit card company and will let them handle it with the Federal Trade Commission.

Theyve been out of house juice a lot lately. The people behind the counter suggest I call before I stop by and see if its in stock. But they never answer the phone. Ive called two of the stores about a dozen times and they have never answered the phone... This is during normal business hours.

Wow.. well they sell 45 dollar Vapes for 75.00.. they sell 105.00 dollar kratom for 350.00.. I dont care if they have a TV and a pool table.. they go in the back to mix your vape juice to the desired level and sell it also for marked up prices.. and they use their own nicotine so who knows what kinda garbage their selling. I accidentally parked in one of their designated parking spots for a few hours. I am sincerely sorry. I simply didnt notice the markings because Im never in this area. I came out to find advertisements and stickers obviously from the vape shop on my car. I make no excuse and am sorry for my mistake, but I dont think its appropriate or legal for most likely an employee touching my car.

This establishment is more comparable to a circus. They sell to minors and are overpriced! I’d recommend checking out the Lakeside Tobacco in town if you like good customer service!

Really nice place, has great staff who are both friendly and helpful. Honestly the best vape shop Ive been too. Place has a great atmosphere to it. Youre able to try a variety of juices and mix different ones to make your own. Overall fantastic place, I would definitely recommend.
