Overall very great with phones. I’ve been there almost 6 times in 2 months from water damage and just broken screens. Phone completely blacked out. Go pick it up and it works like new besides being water damaged and having its own issues. I feel like I deserve a discount for next time though 😂

I gave 1 star only because I have to put one, otherwise there wouldnt be any. Do NOT go here for phone repairs. This will be a long review of what happened to me, exactly. August 25th I brought my phone for screen repair. Was told itd be ready 10 a.m. the next morning. I go the next morning and get told 2 p.m. I go at 2 p.m. and get told Monday. They did loan me a phone at this point. Sunday the 27th, they call me at around 7 p.m. my phone is ready I go get it and the battery is dead so I go home and charge it. Immediately I noticed the color is not right then I noticed glitching. I call them and was told to bring it back. I couldnt bring it back immediately but when I did, they replaced the screen again. When I got it back, the screen was still doing the same thing it was doing after the 1st time but now the lock screen is jumping and got distortion on one side and when charging the percentage and time left til full is jumping. I call back and told her doesnt understand English very well and to bring my phone back. I already paid $179.43. They want me to leave my phone and I said no I didnt want them doing anything to my phone and I wanted my money back. While Im there a lady and her son walk in and she says she just brought her sons phone the week before to get fixed and now the screen is black and wont come on. The guy is trying to call the owner I guess all the while telling me no problem and he finally gets a hold of him and I can hear the guy on the other end literally yelling. I get put on the phone and I explain whats going on and he asks me if I can leave my phone. No. He wants to run tests on my phone to see if the motherboard is messed up and tells me to bring my phone back the next day (btw it isnt). I did not go back. Yesterday I bring my phone to another place to have it fixed and I go get it today and Im told that when it was put back together in September that a wire was smashed (they didnt put it where it was supposed to go and closed the phone on it), 2 antenna were smashed and my phone was put back together with glue (the front and back had a gap in it where I could put my fingernail in and it shouldnt have and not have been put back together with glue). They did not use the right adhesive. It cost me another $197 to fix my phone the correct way and fix the damage they caused. Oh and wanted to charge $30 because they opened my phone to see what was wrong with it which this person told them hed talk to me 1st!! And I still never got my money back for repairs/damage they did to my phone. With the new repair I also have a 1 year warranty while this place doesnt a warranty at all. So please avoid the headache and spend a little more and bring your phone elsewhere for repairs. I wish I would have never brought my phone here to begin with.

This store is very friendly and helpful. Went in to get my screen fixed and ended up buying a phone from him. We thought the screen protector was scratched but when I pulled it off it was the screen, called him and he changed the screen for me with no problems at all! Highly recommend this place. The have a whole store stocked with different types of inventory. If you haven’t yet, check them out! The prices are great!

I would not recommend anyone come too this store. They are friendly and very nice too you. But they lie and rip you off. I payed 420 bucks for a used iPhone he told me it was a good deal. Come to find out the iPhone used in stores or online was only 210 bucks. Also it was messed up and I told him it face Organization was not working he told me all kind of excuses and did not want to refund my money only thing he offered was to replace it with one that was only 60 gigs when I had 120 gigs big price difference. He sold my mom a used iPhone 6 for way more then it was worth and sold us vapes way more than what they worth. My advice would be if you buy something from here just make sure you have your phone with you so when he tells you a price you can look it up before you buy it.
