Amiras Cryo Spa & Salon

For the past two years I have been going to Amira’s Salon to get my haircut. She is a wonderful hair stylist. She is warm, kind and wonderful plus she gives a great haircut. I advise you to try her haircuts for yourself. Also they do all the normal spa activities.

Amira’s is my new favorite threading place! I came in today for my first ever eyebrow threading and Amira herself provided a great experience along w great service. She styled my eyebrows in the way that I originally envisioned ( my eyebrows are very thick and have a natural form already); she did an amazing job on cleaning up the surrounding brow area and treating them properly after finishing. Definitely recommend!

If i can rate this salon 100 stars I would!! The customer service is beyond exceptional!! Milli is an expert and genius when it comes to hair!! I got my hair colored here and she did an amazing job at coloring and I felt like she truly cared about the care of my hair. She gave me such great advice on how to care for my hair and answered all the questions I had. She was so pleasant while doing our hair, she was enjoying it and made me feel like a queen!! They are so accommodating and they make you feel so special. Both Amira and Milli are so kind, welcoming amd make you feel so comfortable! Sooo happy I discovered this gem of a place! it will now be my go to salon❤️❤️

It was my second experience at the place and was amazing. They treat you so courteously and take their time in explaning everything in detail, seemed very professional and very sound in their services. I had recently visited this spa for eyebrow threading & derma planing on my face. The tech, Zamina who did my eyebrows perfected the shape so beautifully after my microblading was off shape. I am very sensitive so was completely understanding and patient when I stopped her a million times! Then I went on to my facial treatment done by the owner herself, Amira. Let me tell you something…not only do I respect her as an esthetician, but I simply respect the woman she is! She took such good care of my facial treatment and finished it off with a wonderful and completely organic facial with only the best products. I also got to know her as a person and the journey she has been through in her life to become such a humble and independent woman. Needless to say, the compliments I received after were endless! I would definitely recommend this spa for any need. The staff is gracious and kind and really takes care of their clients. This is for sure my place for all my needs!

Went with my wife and decided to get a haircut. Milli did a great job. Took her time. Guided me regarding proper haircare as well. Would come back!

MILLI Mess up my hair she put too much highlites I told her little low lites she wont listen.Milli dont know how to mix colors I wish the owner will pay more attention to this mess.Milli never returned My. Call.not worth it to be at amiras. I dont think you accept I told milli not to do highlites and she end up putting a lot she wont listen report will be sent to the state boad

Amira Cryo Spa and Salon has a wonderful staff that can do threading. She helped me reshape my eyebrows after plucking them myself made them look so thin. They look so much better now. Very welcoming and clean salon.

Got my hair done by Millie, it turned out great! My head was dead and now it feels great and healthy. Got the color redone and it took a lot but was very satisfied. Also got my eyebrows threaded and they were great.

Amira did my facial and my skin looks great! So smooth, like a baby! Definitely recommend!

New Spring Branch gem! Amira’s is a one stop for your beauty needs! I wandered in and was pleasantly surprised and took advantage of their promotions and did a Bright and Glow facial and added on microdermabrasion treatment. Siham was awesome! She is knowledgeable and experienced in facials. I look forward to coming back for other treatments!

Edit 2/27: Please share the video where it shows I didn’t show her the pictures and did not point at my daughters shoulder. I mean how hard isit for a “professional hairdresser” to not understand shoulder length cut. But still I showed her the picture. I signed the consent BEFORE she chopped her ponytail off. Not AFTER. Who would in their right mind give consent to a choppy messy haircut. And if I didnt want to pay. Trust me. Nothing you could have done to make me after the way my child”s hair was chopped off. pay. Your response shows your professionalism and once again instead of admitting your mistake you are shifting the blame on me. if one client was happy with you that does not mean you have great service. It shows your service is inconsistent. Anyways. Lesson learned. Instead of going to anyone who opens a shop at any corner. We should go to a professional. Your response and ALL CAPS speaks volume of your professionalism . Hope you learn something from this negative review.. And I would give them negative stars if I could. We had the most horrible experience at this salon. Took my daughter for a simple haircut. Showed them a picture of what kind of haircut we want, also explained what exactly I want. (I wanted shoulder length cut with bangs in front) The hair dresser said ok then grabbed my daughter’s ponytail (6-7 inches long) and just chopped it off from top. I was shocked. I asked her what did she do. Her response “wait, wait”. As she processed I kept telling her she’s cutting her hair very short this is not what I asked for. She kept saying “ oh she looks cute”. I asked for a certain haircut and you didn’t do that. I was very upset and was in tears. The hair dresser tells me. “ ma’am your daughter is getting upset after looking at your reaction, please don’t say anything”. Another lady comes out and goes “ oh how cute”. I was like no it’s not cute and this is not what I asked for. They gave her a pixie cut instead of shoulder length and even her hair is cut uneven in the back. After all this she charged me full price. I thought of not paying but didn’t want to spend another second at the salon. While I was making payment the lady behind the counter said “ well maybe your daughter’s hair wasn’t long enough for what you asked for” I told her to please go look at the ponytail that the hairdresser chopped off and offered my daughter to take it home. I have NEVER seen anyone chop off a ponytail like that. hopefully her hair will grow back soon. instead of saying sorry and admitting they made a mistake they kept insisting. “ oh she is looking so cute”. “ this hair cut really suits her” I left the salon in tears. I will never go back there and will never recommend them to anyone. Horrible and unprofessional service. I don’t think I will ever forget this horrible experience.

I had a facial with Samina this week and about 6 months ago with Amira. Both were excellent and relaxing with observable results. I’ve also been getting my eyebrows threaded here for a few years (just as a walk-in) and they do a great job no matter who is available. The shop is cozy and friendly. Amira’s Spa and Salon is my new favorite!

Great service. Got a haircut and style. My hairstylist took the time to evaluate my hair and its needs. She created a perfect mixture for my hair that needed hydration. My hair feels great. They have all sorts of services which I plan on trying soon.

Milli was the one who took care of me and honestly I am so happy I decided to take a chance with her, I am not from Texas I been here for 5 years and so far I gone to three salon and the first two where not so good. I get my manicures done by Lela. Shes very meticulous about cleaning up the cuticle and edges and I love it! She has a different way of doing nails that at first made me think it was going to be a bad job but I was wrong. She also does this thing with the buffer so that when the shellac grows out it wont have that hard edge. Love, love, love it!Cons: The massage is minimal but I dont care as long as my nails look good. Also they are very limited on their nail colors. She also only speaks Spanish.

They treated me really good! All the girls in the stuff were super nice! Especially Millie. Loved the service and my hair for sure! Totally recommended. 🥰

We visited Amiras after reading the great reviews. My daughters got a haircut and they were beyond pleased with the results. Millie made sure she understood what they each wanted and the results were perfect. She colored my hair and it also came out great. We highly recommend Amiras!

I’ve come here a couple times and i’ve been very happy with the results each time. Millie doing my hair, I get exactly what i ask for and she takes her time to make sure it looks good and makes sure it’s the way you want it. I always feel comfortable and relaxed, It’s a great place i will keep going to for my hair!

I went here for a facial and shampoo& blowout and it was amazing!First off, the place is very spacious and inviting with a cozy feel to it. They’re very clean which I appreciate as they were wiping down all the chairs and instruments used after each client. Qadir was very warm and friendly. He was great at shampooing and blow drying giving me extreme volume.Amira did my dermaplan and hydra facial. The facial rooms are again so nice and clean. Amira is extremely professional and has such great knowledge regarding skincare. The facial was so relaxing and I was legit glowing afterwards! This was truly one of the best facials I’ve gotten in a long time! Highly recommend their service!

I had not cut my hair in around 2 years and I am absolutely happy with how my hair turned out. I came in asking for bangs and Qadir helped me decide what would work out for me since I have thin hair and I left super happy with my haircut. I will definitely be coming back later on!

One of my friends recommended this place because of the great customer service and overall experience so I decided to try. Milli is the stylist who helped me and she was absolutely wonderful. She explained thoroughly what she was doing and also went over the different products used for my hair. She colored my hair, conditioned it, and styled it for a more than reasonable price. Mrs. Amirah is an excellent skin care specialist. One of the best service I had in last twenty years. She uses various treatment for the best of your skin and her products are natural skin care ones so they are very soft and smear right into my sensitive skin smoothly. Also she has terrific work ethics and treat her customer like a queen! Go, Mrs. Amirah! You are the one of the best beautitioners in Houston. I’ve had my hair dyed many times before but I’ve never had someone put the amount of care and attention that Millie did and it shows ! I asked for an ash brown balayage and I have extremely thick dark hair and she spared no strand in making it look exactly like the photo I had shown her despite the hours it takes to dye my thick hair. I’ve never seen it so well blended! I also appreciated that she chose products that not only produced amazing results but maintained the safety of my hair. Usually when I get bleached I can instantly feel it in the texture of my hair but so far my hair feels even healthier than when I walked in. On top of her talent, she was such pleasant company that made the time fly by and she even went out of her way to make sure I was fed during my appointment which was so considerate of her. Also she was very respectful of the fact that I wear hijab and made sure to have a screen around the station to ensure my privacy and respect my religious needs. Millie goes above and beyond, I would recommend her in a heartbeat! Definitely plan on being a regular at this salon.

My best friend and I decided to have a girls afternoon at the salon and happened to find Amira on Google. We booked our appointments easily on their website. We showed about 30 min early to our appointments and the staff was super accommodating to take us in early.I booked an appointment for shampoo, cut and blowout. My apologies for not recalling the stylists name, I believe she is the owner of Amira who cut my hair. She was super knowledgeable when it came to cutting and styling my hair to frame my round face best. She was very caring and asking detailed questions about my overall look. I took her recommendations for layers and couldnt be more happy with the final outcome.While waiting for my friend to wrap up her appointment, I got to chatting with Adul Qadir and decided to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. It was my first experience with threading. Adul made me very comfortable and I was also very happy with cleaned up brows and lips.Great pricing and highly recommend.

Hair perfectionist, Ms. Millie, did an amazing job. It was my first time getting any color done and she talked me through the entire process, step by step. The owner made sure I had food to eat and plenty of water to drink while getting my dye job done. Im excited to return soon for my nail services and to say hi to my new go-to Hair expert and friend, Millie!!

I come every few weeks to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted with Abdul. Typically other places leave my brows very thin, change the shape, and the tinting is super super dark even days after the initial tinting. He is very precise, and makes sure they aren’t overly dark, messy and his tinting does last to almost the next time I’m due for another threading. Highly recommend Amira’s to anyone; they do brows, hair, nails, makeup, facials, everything.

I had first ever experience here in USA and that too in Amiras Cryo Spa $ Salon. I totally love my hair color and results of other services by Abdul Qadir. I would also highly recommend him for his makeup skills. He is the guru in his field. Give him a try and you will definitely going again.

I went for skincare treatment (My skin has been so bad since Covid, wearing masks and all..). I wanted to wait a couple of days to see how my skin is going and finally give an accurate review. All that I can say is AMAZING! My skin looks much more clean, softer, redness diminished! Amira is great! She is super nice, very professional and you can tell she has passion for what she does. Prices are reasonable. Mona cut my hair and I love the form, it feels soft and healthy! Happy with the results and definitely coming back next month for more skincare.Thanks 🖤🖤🖤🖤

We are lucky to have the Qadir in US Houston. I have never seen the makeup artist and Hair Cutter like Qadir. This is my personal recommendation to visit the saloon. They are dealing in each and everything that we needed.

They saw me right away and my first impression of the salon was how clean everything was. Everything was wiped down before and after I used it and all the brushes were sanitized. Millie was an amazing stylist overall but what stood out was her kindness and how welcoming she was. I got a Brazilian Blowout and the results were astonishing. I am so happy and I recommend everyone get this treatment done if you have frizzy, hard to manage hair.

I decided to come to Amira Spa today as a walk in. Despite being a walk in and not giving them a lot of notice, they were very accommodating towards me. The service is amazing and I love the fact that this place is clean. I came in for a few different services and Im very pleased with the results. I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. One of my insecurities is my double chin and Amira did a custom facial on me and noticed my double chin is less. She even showed me some exercises. I also recieved a swedish massage, wax, manicure, and pedicure. All the women here are absolutely amazing and so sweet. I will definitely be coming here again. I love this place 🥰😍

I finally got my haircut after a year. Because of Covid I wanted to wait until I received my vaccine. My appearance is extremely important for my occupation and I certainly went to the right place!Millie cut my hair just like the photo I brought in. I’m in love with it! It’s just perfect snd I can go on my date tomorrow with confidence!I also got my eyebrows threaded and boy do I feel like a new woman!The staff is so friendly and professional. Please see WARNING after complimentAmira was helpful in a difficult situation and went beyond the normal requirements of a business owner.😊… However, when an associate of mine gave her a bad review on Instagram due to poor results on her hair coloring, she started personally attacking that person.😢When Amira was blocked, apparently she had other people open Fake Instagram accounts to send personal messages attacking my associate.😡This is well beyond what is appropriate for the owner of a small business.Baseless personal attacks are an unethical and ridiculous way to respond to a customer complaint. These attacks were posted in public on Instagram.Once Amira was blocked, the attacks continued via private messages from multiple newly created accounts.They even revealed bits of personal information that would be expected to be kept in private when you were discussing your personal life with your hairdresser.Perhaps you will get results you like if you go here, however, think twice before posting a bad review, if you don’t want to be personally attacked !!!This is not OK and it’s certainly not a way to treat a customer.😕🙁☹️

I went there because I needed to get a blow-dry done urgently for an occasion, they did a fabulous job. Salon itself was set up very professionally and had a cozy feeling when I went there. Everyone was so welcoming. So I decided to go for a facial and haircut this time. Samina did an outstanding job with my facial, this was most likely my very first facial where I fell asleep, LOL. It was super relaxing and I could tell that Samina was doing it with all her heart. Next morning I got the haircut from Mili. Man, she knows what she is doing. I had to be somewhere and I thought I should skip haircut and just get a blow-dry done because of time limitation. Mili just said, Lets get right on it and she not only gave me a new look, she was done before time as well. I definitely recommend this place to everybody. You wont regret it!

This is such a great place. I get my eyebrows waxed, threaded and tinted. They have so many services to offer. They have massages, Mani & pedí, hair dye, professional make-up, etc. . Definitely a place to go for a girls day.

Think twice before coming here....My mom took my sister to get a trim and they cut most of her hair, after my mom talked to them how short they left her hair. One stylist agreed to fix it because her haircut was not as described. The lady told her to show up the next day at 11am because she was going to fix it. But the owner Amira manager told my mom she wasn’t allowed to show up without appointment and she had to PAY FULL for the mess they made.My mom is really disappointed and I’m very dissatisfied because they way they treated us even after we tip them and agreed to come back for the hair fix.*THINK TWICE* before coming here, they act friendly but if they mess your hair, they act like it was your fault.Also they have poor communication with each other, because one agreed to fix the hair, then the other says she can’t show up. So unprofessional.

Took my daughter for prom makeup i was quoted at 45 and hair another 45. The makeup look like she was going to drag queen contest. I had to rush my daughter home to redo her makeup because the eyeshadow did not compliment her dress it was bright pinks when we suggested reds and earth tones w/a thin eyeliner. My daughter was so upset. While i was waiting i decided to do my nails and that was another disaster. I have spoons for fingers the lady said she does not offer acrylic just gel. She stated acrylic is not offered bc no good only offer some ny gel set for 80 bucks. when done She had the audacity to say arent they pretty. Im like how is that pretty it looks like u set the nail backwards that my fingers have a nasty dip in them bc u did not fill. I was in a hurry to get out. The only thing done right is hair. They should just stick to hair.My daughter did not get lashes at all. The makeup was so terrible and you lack experience in it. I took pictures outside of your business of the work done if anyone wants to see I will be glad to share . The nail tech has 14 yrs of experience but the service provided were if she has started this year. As i left from your salon, when i reached for my car door when i pull the handle the shellac broke off the nail. Again the nails look like a spoon and6the shellac broke off this is novice work. The prices were listed for long nails on the right and I had very short nails. The prices were on the left I review them i asked and she offer the ny gel again whatever that was done not fill the gap between my nail and the fake one. I left your salon because i did not want to continue the excuses you had for every mistake when i called out the eyeliner it was the shape of her eye and the colors its because it wont go with her skin. Excuse after excuse for makeup and the same for the nail tech. I was over it thats why i didnt bother to stick around. We started prior to 2 and left at 430 it was a total waste of time. just state you cant do it then i would of just had hair done and not wasted $250 in total. Remember, i had to redo my daughters makeup and i have to go to another nail salon today to fix the bad job.

This place is the awesome: I’ve never been able to get a consistently good haircut until I found Amira. Very affordable plus great service. Also Millie is the best.

I just started CRYOSKIN treatment with Amira, it’s my first session and I already see a difference. She’s very knowledgeable and I’m very exited to see my results😁 staff is friendly!

There’s usually a Korean lady who waxes my eyebrows here but apparently she’s in Korea. One middle eastern lady claimed she can do it so I let her. She ended up burning ALL the skin where the product was applied. I came back the next day and the dumb lady at the front just starts laughing at my face. Then they all claimed that everyone’s eyebrows burn during a waxing session. Don’t ever go here. This place is a complete trashy spa. 15 dollars to wax eyebrows and they can’t even do it correctly. They started to get upset at me because I came back and complained? I now have scars. Great -.-
