What an AMAZING PHONE EXPERIENCE! Im African American in need of hair removal from my chin. Called and spoke with Yaz. She asked several questions regarding my skin type and EXPLAINED the various types of skin. Yaz, politely and professionally explained that she would not be able to provide me service due my skin type and the equipment that she uses, BUT she provided me a recommendation. I so appreciate her honesty, informative nature and the recommendation. Although Yaz will not be able to provide me the service for laser hair removal, I will be supporting her business with a fascial and massage. Yaz, Thank you educating me, explaining your business position and recommending what I should be looking for as I continue to call around. I’ve had 2 sessions of laser hair removal. I love it! I instantly saw progress it’s taking longer each time for the hair to come back and when it does it’s much lighter. There is some area where is no longer growing. It’s an amazing experience

Just want to say how refreshing it is to call a business that actually shows they care about the patient. I had called about 5 different laser hair removal places in Katy for laser removal for my daughter all the others didn’t even ask how old she was or any other questions they just wanted money to schedule her sight unseen. Which was very unsettling to say the least with Yaz she asked questions recommended alternatives and was super professional and knowledgeable. I will update when we go in but I just needed to give this feedback to people who are looking for honesty and integrity!
