I was having an hair emergency and needed my hair braided ASAP! Had no luck until i called and spoke with Sunshine, who got me in touch with Queen. Chaundra was absolutely wonderful with accommodating my daughter and my hair styles to perfection. I am not the type to let just anyone cut my hair, but since I had lost my stylist. I had been needing a new dew and sooo happy that they welcomed walk ins, gave reasonable prices. Sunshine had even taken a sample of my hair that had been cut to show the color i was wanting to obtain. GREAT PLACE. Yall have found a permanent client 💯 🙌

I have had my hair braided here on several occasions by Marquetta (Nanny). She alllllllways does an excellent job. I cant say enough about the quality of her work. Ive been going to her for years.

I want to personally thank Ms. Trina for slaying my hair! I can’t stop looking at my hair and it’s been 3 days now! Ladies, when I tell you from start to finish, my experience was nothing but divine! Like Tee, I too have natural hair and I also got my hair blown out/silk press. My hair literally moves when I move and then when I stop, guess what? My hair falls right back in place! Girl! I love it and I love BHM! I would HIGHLY recommend! I promise you won’t be disappointed!!!!Side note: I’ve tried posting my pics several times but Google is not responding! Trina was super sweet and engaged. Service, not so great! I scheduled a blowout/silk press for 1pm. She arrived at 145pm, late and unprepared. I have natural hair and she said it would be a breeze and my hair would be laid. Halfway thru she asked to start over bcuz she used too much product. I was on time constraints so i said no. Well, my hair turned out a mess. Total 3 hrs for a blowout! It was straight but no body, no volume and too much product for sure! It was stiff!! My blowout was Stiff!!! She knew before i left it wasnt at all how it should be and she offered to accommodate (grateful). Needless to say, my hair didnt last 5 mins after she was done. Had to re-flat iron my hair once home and by nightfall the same day, i had a bush! it was my anniversary :( I will not be returning here for natural hair care services.

Chaundra exceeded my expectations I did not have an appointment and was a walking never been here before she was so outgoing out of everyone was the first person to make eye contact and talk to me ask me what I needed made me feel welcome I felt like Ive known her Forever by the time I was leaving and I went in with no idea what I wanted to do and she work a miracle on my hair my confidence is through the roof I appreciate her and will return to see her on a regular basis highly recommend she does wonderful color work as well as shaping

I had an appointment for 11:00 they open at 10:00 and no one showed up I called and called no one answered so I sent a text then my calls started getting hung up on. I am disappointed at the lack of professionalism my appointment was made 2 weeks ago. I went to the next street and found someone that took me as a walk in.
