1st time I went here, and it was such a nice experience. I showed different inspirations to myNails and my Pinterest came alive on my nails! It was exactly what I wanted, I couldn’t be happier with my new nails! My Nail artist was Christina, and she was amazing!

I had the BEST experience at this nail shop. I will definitely be coming back! Wendy did my nails and she did an AMAZING job. She was so attentive and took her time. She also got my shape just right! I believe Michael was who did my toes but he also was super attentive and took his time! All staff are super friendly and welcoming.

The nail techs here are so incredibly talented! 🤍 Its literally a dream that I can scroll through Pinterest and have any nail set I see or any design I want created here!!! TRISH AND WENDY ARE THE BEST! Ive gotten my nails done twice here with gel x and they did amazing. (Trish did the diamond french 💍 & Wendy did the floral french 🌸) Trish did my nails perfect for my proposal and Wendy made them so cute for my engagement party! 10/10 nail techs who work here! 🤍

Me and my sister came here for the first time and were very pleased with our experience. The salon was clean and had a welcoming environment. Lynn did my gel x nails and did an amazing job! My nails feel sturdy and she paid a lot of attention to making sure my cuticles were clean. I had an inspo picture with a lot of small details and she was able to replicate the same look!

Trish did a fantastic job on my nail set. I asked for this gel x full set with design not knowing I would be getting engaged on vacation. Recommend this place to anyone new or wanting to try gel x nails. Also everyone else is so nice!

This is absolutely my favorite nail salon. i got exactly what i wanted. starting from the top; austin is genuinely such an awesome manager, he makes sure everyone leaves feeling satisfied and confident. truly a level of customer service i feel like hasnt been popular in salons. also i love the vibes inside, the lighting doesnt give me a headache and they dont blare music. also no tvs which i personally am a huge fan of because i think television is annoying (but plenty of places to prop up your phone if thats your style). the services i got done this time around was an acrylic manicure with design, as well as their fruit pedicure.trish did my manicure and she did SUCH an amazing job, i love them so so so much. genuinely the shaping on the nails is the smoothest, most natural look ive had done. she made sure i was happy and comfortable with the design, length, and shape at every step of the process, and never nicked me or ran the drill hot. such careful and precise work, and just like a sweet presence too.my pedicure was done by a lady named crystal, and i have genuinely never had a better pedicure in my life. she shaped my toe nails so freaking well and removed my previous gel so carefully and thoroughly (important because i got white polish). she buffed my feet well while still paying attention to my sensitivity. and she helped me decide what kind of accent to get! which was genuinely so helpful! amazing job, will definitely request her in the future.i can not express enough how delightful my experience was; i got Exactly what i wanted and feel like i got my money worth. total for my acrylics and the luxury pedicure (with gel and design) was like 130. i hope this helps someone!

I had a wonderful experience at Derma Care & Nails today ♥️ I came because I have horrible calluses, and Victoria did an amazing job at smoothing them out and telling me how to care for them. Hannah did my manicure, and my nails came out spectacular. I wanted to do a design, but nobody was in who knew how, so Austin took it upon himself to learn how to do the hearts I wanted. He did so well, especially for his first time! My pedicure and manicure experience could not have been better. I will definitely be back ♥️♥️

Ive been searching for a nail salon that actually does a good job and isnt just rushing the design and I think I found it! I had Jari do my nails and she was super friendly and meticulous about my nails. She stayed past closing time, finishing my nails, and she wasnt mad or rushing me out 💜 Im definitely going to be coming back!

OBSESSEDDDDDD!!!Trish is by far the best nails-tech I have ever got a chance to meet. She was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable.I came in and did not know what to do, Trish was eager to show me many beautiful designs. Once we landed on one, she realized that the color for that design was out. Determined to get me what I wanted, she spent 15 mins just to mix around with the colors she has until she found a perfect match for me. These photos dont do justice! Today was my first time getting my nails done here. I’m actually still in the parking lot of their establishment because I knew I had to make this review. I walked in and was greeted by a lovely technician named Jari who was the one that actually provided my service. Not only was she exceptional with her knowledge, patience with me, and overall service, but all the other employees were very kind and welcoming. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Got gel x by Christal and could not be more pleased. Nails are beautiful and have great retention, been on for a little over a month now. Staff were very nice and service was great!

Literally the best nail salon I have ever been to. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, was so nice and friendly. Trish did my nails and was AMAZING. She paid attention to all the little details that better and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I read all the great reviews and thought Id try builder gel there rather than at my usual place. They only have builder gel in 2 colors & didnt tell me that until we started (didnt match the color I chose for my toes). I dont know my techs name but it was a guy. It was kinda funny, he was rather bossy & kept pulling my arm closer to the point its uncomfortable. Unfortunately its attached to my shoulder so theres that. I almost offered to dislocate it for him 😂 He cut my cuticle which is still sore. My pedicure tech was okay but unfortunately for me she also knicked the skin on my toe. The disturbing part about both of those incidences was I did not see them open clean sterile packages of utensils & being I was cut twice, thats an infection risk. When she finished the pedicure before he finished the manicure, she left my feet sitting on a damp, dirty towel half hanging on the pedestal rather than providing a clean dry place to place my feet while he finished. No wonder people get fungus from pedicures sometimes. Overall the experience wasnt relaxing, given these things arent cheap- that was disappointing. Just not professional. Milanos is the most professional Ive seen.

Well, today Redemption is spelled D.E.R.M.A. After the first time going and having a different experience, they reached out to me and compromised by letting me get them completely redone. I could not be more happy with this set, I have always gotten coffin, I just love the look, but I went with a long almond shape and they are just beautiful, thank you Micheal & Austin for helping me and making me super happy in the process!

I came here yesterday to get a manicure and a pedicure. It seemed like they were short staffed and that’s why my nails turned out the way they look in the picture. I get my nails done all the time, and I’m very unhappy with the results. I would’ve rather waited than being rushed and the results were very unpleasant. I still tipped 30%. They asked if everything was okay and if I liked my nails, but my nature is to just let go. I did tell my nail teach to clean the sides and she said once I put oil it will go away. My nails look like I painted it myself. Not worth $50!

Used to be really great here, last 2 times I went I was let down, all my dip powder nails popped off like press ons in 11 days.Tried it again for valentines & let the technician choose from 2 valentines nails pics, they chose this design and it came out nothing like my pictures.. paid $80 with tip for theseNever going back there again sadly.Why would you tarnish your repeat customer’s experience by rushing them out with this design :( of one hour wasn’t enough time I would have understood.. but to money grab like this?

I came here since it was under new ownership/management. The place looks completely updated and the service is definitely awesome. The cleanliness of the shop was the main factor that stood out to me. Not even a single trimmed nail on the floor, and there was always people cleaning. This is very important during COVID times. They’ve also taken extra measurements to disinfect/sanitize each station after each client, even if the station was not used. I’ve been told that everyday they wipe down each and every nail polish bottle. Wow. There’s a bunch of colors. I love that everyone works like a team here, if a tech needs help another is willing to assist. The nail arts are some of the best I’ve seen in the entire Katy area. All of the staff were very sweet. The manager told me to come back during Valentines Day for complimentary Moscatos/Rosé so I will definitely be back soon!I love that they use tub liners. I feel like that is especially important regardless of a pandemic. The person that did my nails did an excellent job. I really like the upgrades they’ve done to the salon, it’s a very refreshing look.

I’ve been coming to Dermacare since I was in high school!! That was about 10 years ago… and I haven’t stopped and never will. I’ve brought friends from out of state and out the country to Dermacare because the quality and service is superb.Minh is my favorite nail technician. He is very detail ordered and has become a true friend over the years. My Mom who has stopped driving comes here too and often Minh will drive her home after an appointment.

Amazing well rounded staff and super super sweet individuals! They are so attentive and will make sure your nails comes out looking amazing! They even offer services like massages and waxing so I will definitely be looking into that the next time I’m in. Did a full set GelX service with Trish and it did not disappoint!! I will definitely be looking extra cute this weekend.

I visited a new nail salon based on positive reviews, hoping for a relaxing pedicure experience. However, my nail technician was excessively rough and worked hastily, even lifting my skin during the process. Additionally, they didnt clarify the type of pedicures available. I still feel discomfort from the pressure applied during the foot massage, and Im concerned I might have a bruise. Despite the salons good ratings, I left feeling disappointed by the lack of care and attention to detail.

Awesome artists! Love this place, they have gel x here and gel builder so that’s big plus for me. I tried Korean nail designs for the first time here with Christal and was in love! Highly recommend!

LOOK NO FURTHER ! ! I found this nail salon through instagram and decided to give it a shot because of all the cute art designs. It was worth it !! They go above and beyond on your request (I came in with some nail Inspo.) and they were able to replicate it.What I like about this salon is the TIME they take, at no point in the session did I feel rushed or In the way. Their salon is very clean and play relaxing spa music.I went and separate day to get a pedicure and I was happy say it I received the same high quality service.Shot out to Michael!! He is AMAZING !

I have finally found a place who’s friendly, does great work w out breaking the bank. Helen, Crystal and owner and owner Tweey make my experience at Derma care & nails great. I personally highly recommend this nail shop, also my gel nails hold up without them chipping. Great quality

Love Derma Nails! They are the nicest group of people. They’ve stayed late to work me in, Hannah and Crystal will give you back massages while you get a manicure or pedicure (aaaaamazing), and they do outstanding nails. A+

Honestly I was not expecting to get any type of treatment but the environment felt so welcoming and I just couldn’t stop myself but overall it was well worth the time and money. I loved the treatment given by Victoria she is so sweet and caring it was really relaxing and enjoyable when I’m in her hands 10/10 would come back again!

Unfortunately not a great experience. One week ago I decided to give this place a shot and it failed on so many levels. Went in for a mani and pedi. The tech providing the mani cut my cuticle area 4x and not once did she stop to clean or acknowledge it. My fingers felt like they had gone through a meat grinder. The “dip” polish provided was bad, bumpy, rough and it began peeling that same evening. The tech performing the pedi didn’t do too bad but my polish smudged a whole 24hrs later. Very strange. I reached out to the manager the following day in attempt to remedy the lack of service however I was unsuccessful. The nice receptionist provided me with her contact info and I text her my experience. The only response I received was “I’ll call you later”. I’m still waiting…Don’t visit this spot, go else where and get your money worth.

Literally obsessed with Trishs work (really everyone here is amazing). Ive seen Trish twice and she is dedicated to detail.I got a Gel X set my first time (pink with doodles, $95 with a discount) and Builder Gel my second (green cat eye ombre, $70).The shop really cares about their artists. They also have online booking through their instagram so booking an appointment is super convenient!!I live all the way in Katy, but its worth the drive out here just to have this quality of work.

I didnt want to leave a bad review because I use to enjoy coming. This last time the nail tech was very rough with me. My cuticles were bleeding and I told the tech and she continued to do my nails without offering peroxide or anything. I asked for it and she told me she would apply it after she finished my dip. I was in tears and she didnt acknowledge it. After she was finished she asked me if I liked my nails several times. I said yes but I was really angry and just wanted to leave.

My nails turned out exactly the way I wanted and I lovedd it. I booked my appointment with Minh ahead of time and was seated pretty much immediately. It usually gets pretty packed here so I’d recommend calling in first. Thank youu for the perfect nails and I’d definitely come back next time. Oh also, its good to bring a reference picture of what you like so there’s no miscommunication between you and the nail tech.

I had a lovely experience here. All the employees were very accommodating, friendly and welcoming! They made sure my dip manicure came out exactly how I wanted. I’m pretty particular about my nails, and the rainbow ombré came out better than expected! Glad I found this place, definitely will come back!

Came here with a couple of friends to get a mani and pedi done. At first I was skeptical because of the previous owner but THANK GOD FOR NEW MANAGEMENT!The receptionist at front was very kind and sat us down to our assign techs. I love how this place didn’t try to upsale me like other places do, but I did like how they told me what goes on in the services.I got the dipped manicure with gel nail art and the herbal detox pedicure both service was excellently done. The ladies were really nice and carried on a nice conversation. I would definitely recommend this place if you haven’t tried it out yet!

I love coming here. They are always very friendly and my feet feel great after leaving. I first came in with a bad ingrown toenail and they helped me better than my doctor. I often bring my mom and mother in law for weekend treats. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place. Mary gives the best facials! She’s very gentle and know exactly what my skin needs. For nails everyone is so talented here but I usually with michael for dips. Also he’s a certified masseuse so his shoulder and foot massages are the BEST. 100000% recommend coming to Dermacare for all your needs!

Today my mom and I got the basic pedicure and were not satisfied with our experience. The description states that it is for a duration of 35 minutes (I know give or take) and that it includes callus removal and a relaxing 5 minute massage and this was not my experience. The lady was definitely rushing and she took about 25 minutes for my pedicure. I state the timing because she could’ve at least taken the time to work on my area of concern which I mentioned to her at the very beginning that were the callus on my feet. She mentioned that I barely had any which should’ve been more of a reason to at least try to remove it? 😭 She didn’t even TRY with the massage she was just gliding her hands back and forth no pressure. Not even a tiny bit. The salon was not busy AT ALL. No one was waiting and she mentioned it being a slow day for her :(. I’m not a picky person either. I still tipped btw which is making me even more upset since I didn’t enjoy my experience.

Michael provided me with a Thai/Deep tissue massage combo that was truly the best Ive ever had. He expertly addressed the knots from my workouts. I have had consistently good massages and nails every time here. Mani, Pedi shoulder massage no better trio.

I have been going to Dermacare for 20 years. They are the best of the best! Everyone is so kind and invested in helping you. They know my name and get so excited when my grown kids come into town. It just feels like a lot of love. I fell asleep in the pedicure chair as I was recovering from breast cancer. It’s all good! There is only love there. My tootsies and hands are cleaned up and made spiffy every time. The staff are full of care and kindness. They even have an AMAZING masseuse! The music is calming, the snacks are savory, the drinks are cold, and it’s the most convenient location! I love Dermacare!

They were great! I randomly popped in and was immediately attended to. They looked at a picture of the nails I wanted and found the color matches. They even switched out a color to one that fit my skin tone better. One of the colors was very light and the nail technician noticed it looked spotty in some areas and took the initiative to correct it. I’d definitely come back and recommend to my friends and family!

They have so many color options that you just know they update their color palette every season. Were talking about regular polish, gel and powder! Not many salons does that so Im really excited for my next appointment.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I had a last minute emergency and needed to fix my nails pronto for a wedding I was in town for. They took me in without an appointment and were extremely attentive to what I needed done. I was already stressed about my situation and somehow everyone got me to feel more relaxed during my time there.My nails turned out beautifully and they even added a cute design. I definitely recommend this salon and will be coming back whenever Im in the area!

This store is always fully booked for a reason. I also really love their menu. It really explains the benefits of each package and how the ingredients help with your skin type rather than just what they do. Next time, Ill def bring my friends.

I was a walk in and had a lovely mani pedi. My buff was great- didnt leave my nails too thin, and Victoria and Hannah were just delightful!! I don’t usually chat, however i really enjoyed these lovely ladies. And the extra 1$/min massage by Hannah was fantastic!

Updated - I normally don’t make a review update but the service has been sub par lately. One time I waited for 20 mins to get serviced even I had already made a reservation. Two times I got upcharged for nail trimming when I came in with nothing on my nails. It only happens with a certain nail tech. This photo was taken within 2 weeks of shellac service. I started seeing peels a week after my nails being done. Very disappointing. I won’t come back again.

Did a wonderful job on a regular pedi and gel mani which lasted for two full weeks. Reasonable prices too! If I lived in Houston, this could be my new go-to spot.I wish they would’ve offered me refreshment like they did with other customers :( it was a little odd that no one did when they have a plethora of snacks and drinks.

They cleaned my foot very clean, cut it clean and painless, then painted it in my favorite orange color and varnish to protect it. There is also massage here, one of my favorite services.

I decided to try this salon since I wasnt really happy with the one I was going to anymore and I had an amazing experience here. Everyone was kind and accommodating and the service was excellent! You also can tell everyone was taking extra care to ensure they were following COVID guidelines and everything was sanitary. I will definitely be coming back!

Have been coming to Derma Care for the past 25 years. The service is great, the staff are friendly and give great service.

Most of my appointments are last minute and they are almost always able to accommodate me. I’ve tried many of the technicians and they are across the board very good. They are clean, efficient and dependable to do a good job.

Worst place ever, they treated me unfairly, I went to get a color change Shellac because I didn’t have the time for a pedicure the girl who did my nails didn’t know she was to put top coat on my nails after painting them she used regular coat she was very unprofessional she was laughing when I told her I couldn’t put my shoes on because it wasn’t dry I paid 30 dollars for a color change Ridiculous plus I asked them to please take them off I didn’t want them they try to fix it came out worst. Very disappointed they didn’t try to take it off I asked them 3 times they were racist because I was dark skin. She didn’t offer to put the paper sandals after I put my nail I asked for a bag for my shoes didn’t even got it. The manager didn’t even came to talk to me about it she just look at me from the other side of the salon

DO NOT COME HERE! You have been warned! This butcher shop is by far the absolute worse experience of my life. It deserves a negative rating because:1. When first stepping in their salon I was slapped in the face with the stench of sewer smells and Chinese food you forgot in the fridge from a week ago.2. It was disgustingly filthy everywhere I looked. Nail clippings and skin all over the floor. The files they used on me were worn out had several different color polish stuck to it and the little orange cubes were ripped up and partly wet, obviously used over and over and over. The metal tools werent even in bags, they literally picked it up and I kid you not I saw the employee wash it out in dirty pedicure water! Are you serious?!3. Everyone was so rude, short, and abrasive trying to up-sell CONSTANTLY! Oh and did I mention obnoxiously LOUD!4. The pedicure was absolutely agonizing, completely painful, so much so that my toes were raw and bleeding. The Shellac was globs and lumps, and when I left and chunk of it ripped off and it was still runny and sticky underneath.5. The employees were loudly yelling all over the place hopping in chairs right next to me even though the rest of the salon was empty. Its no wonder they were completely dead. With a miserable job they had the audacity to ask me how much you tip me?! before I even got the last coat on my nails.I could go on and on about the really old run down equipment, and how nasty it is or what a nightmare it was, but most importantly I got a staph infection! I am in complete and utter disbelief that this place is still in business. I keep trying to upload a copy of my lab results but it isnt showing up so Im not sure what Im doing incorrectly but hopefully Ill be able to get it posted so everyone can see what Im talking about.

I 💘 to visit derma care i like the way Tan does my dipping powder he is great .i like everyone they are all smiling they really have great customer service .Recommended highly.feels like family Tan is fantastic.

This salon is mediocre, lacks skill, and the services are overpriced.I wanted to get my manicure and pedicure done at separate times because typically there’s more errors when both are happening.However, they did them both at the same time.My manicure was done by an older gentleman and very poorly.The gel didn’t cover my entire nail, it looks as though my nails have grown out on the first day.They’ve also been chipping since that day as well.The pedicure was rush and polish thinly applied, my toes were shaped differently as well.You must care about the quality of service your business provides!

If u dont want waste your time and money,dont go there for tatoo eye brows,1 dont give u all information, nobody dont care after,if u dont know nothing about that,they have to doing after 1 month refill, free,Im not ok w that,I have to find someone who can fix it,but no color,Im blond and I wanted brown color,I have gray to black.
