This is the only place I go to in Houston! The service is phenomenal and they really take their time with your nails and make sure that you are completely satisfied before leaving. I highly recommend this place. Free drinks, welcoming atmosphere, I always have a good time when I come here. It’s more than just a nail appointment, it’s an experience! And Jane is awesome! Ask for her. She’s very neat and very experienced! See the attached photos :)

After that I visited them one more time and they did it better. But still too far from cuticle and not accurate. I wear it better than it was first time.Just trying to be honest. Your prices are not cheap. But anyway thanks for redoing.My first visit:I visited that place for manicure refill. My nail technician put shellac too far from the cuticle (in the picture my manicure is only two days old). And shellac already starting to crack.I paid $10 more than I pay usually and Ive got that terrible result.

I’ve been here twice now. I’ve been pleased with the quality both times. I had to wait a while on my second visit for a girl to do designs on my nails (I didn’t make an appointment for her in advance). In the meantime, they kept the free drinks flowing - they have a full bar! She took her time and got my nails looking just how I like them. This may be my new go-to for getting refills.

I had a wonderful first experience! Dana was great and very talented. I would definitely recommend going to her or any other tech. Drinks, nails, and a relaxing atmosphere! This is my new salon of choice.

I am very pleased with the work Tina does with my hands every month. It takes time but it’s worth it. And I am also very happy that she recommended a good cream for my cracked skin on my foot that has caused me so much pain for years. Finally I bought something that fixed it. Ryan did a very good job on my feet also last time.During this pandemic I have felt safe there because it’s very clean, plastic walls between customers and not so many people at the same time.

Retreat Nails Spa is such a great nail salon, after a bad experience with what I hoped would be my new spot after moving, they rescued my manicure and gave me one that was exactly what I wanted and more!The people here are so nice and accommodating, and the full bar is also a great perk! This is for sure my new spot, and will be recommending this place to all my friends from now on!

On Oct 9th I paid $50 for shellac nails for a high school reunion and I didnt have a lot of money but decide to go to Retreat anyways. What a big mistake that was? I know Im not high class but you dont have to rush me in and rush me out to take my money but regardless we all should have the same equal quality professionalism work. I was better off going to the hood. Thanks for responding to my review so I guess once you realized that Im not from the area youre just going to end our conversation. Thanks Retreat

OMGosh....checked in with the receptionist, picked out my color. There are 4 separate pedicure areas, each holding 6 pedicure seats and flat mounted on the wall. It was a girls pampering session for me and my veteran homegirls. We had a ball. Theres a full bar, and legit menu. My pedicurist was bomb and personable. But they let the wild child loose, and his name is Steven..high energy, mad funny...and you can be the judge..hes at improv. Overall, I was impressed with the staff, cleanliness and layout.

It was my first time here and Jane was amazing. She took her time and my nails came out perfect. I recommend this place to anyone. They have A LOT of seats to accommodate large parties too

Daynah did an awesome job on my nails for my sister’s wedding! She was patient and took her time, not once nicking my sensitive cuticles! I’ll definitely be back.

Got a standard mani with no color, just buff, and a hot stone pedicure. Loved it! Prepared for Covid and so relaxing. Almost fell asleep a few times 😴

Im very particular about my nails and this place has all the new designs/textures. I would’ve liked if the color under the sugar dust matched my other nails because you can see the previous red color coming through

I’ve been to so many nail salons in Houston and I have to say, this is the BEST one!!! Amazing service—they make you feel like a VIP, they offer drinks, and they’re HILARIOUS! I love Retreat. The atmosphere is very relaxing and professional. The music is tasteful and soothing. They make you feel at home. They know who you are and what you want. You will never be just a paying client. Its a very clean and sanitized place. This is an upscale nail salon, but its worth every penny. My nail techs, Tiffany and Nina, are like sisters I dont have. We talk and laugh about any and everything. Their work is superb. The bartender is the bomb. He fixes the best passion and peach tea a girl can ask for. Everyone I speak to and talk to is very pleasant and professional. I would recommend them to everyone.

This was my first time at this salon and I’ve found my new place!! I was having a girl’s weekend and so we decided to give this place a try. So glad we did! Kelly was the tech that did my pedicure and she did such an awesome job! She was super friendly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Loved how we could have a nice cocktail while relaxing (bonus points!!!)! I will definitely be making the trip from Cypress to here from now on! I can’t wait to schedule my next appointment!

I’ve been coming here for a little over a year now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Houston! I’ve had dip gel on my fingers done by Tiffani and Tina and both women are great and do amazing work. I’m really particular when it comes to my nails and they always take their time and pay attention to detail. These ladies take care of me every time! The atmosphere is really relaxing and they have a bar with complementary drinks. It’s also very clean and well kept! I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants to treat themselves and relax! :)

This is my all-time favorite nail spa. The staff is super friendly and catering to all. I especially love Tina and Tiffany and the extraordinary compassion they show to my mother (who’s in her mid 80’s). They make her feel so welcomed and now she would not think of going anywhere else! Respecting elders is huge for me. Providing an excellent customer experience to all is truly exercised here. My nails last a longtime and look flawless! Even mom looks forward to her 9AM margarita. It’s the coolest spot for pampering guys too! =))

Retreat Nails Spa is the most amazing nail salon and spa in the greater Houston area! I have been to other salons in Houston, but I have been going here for a year now and will never go anywhere else. My nails are always done with perfection and Jane is my favorite technician who takes wonderful care of me for my dipping powder mani, pedi, and waxing services. Did I mention the wonderful alcoholic and non alcoholic beverage service included? It adds the perfect touch to the relaxing atmosphere of my entire experience. The entire staff is always friendly, professional and courteous on each of my visits. They always call me by name and make sure I am well taken care of on each and every visit. Their procedures and stations are immaculate and always fully sanitized. For my sons wedding this past weekend, the staff accommodated all 12 ladies of the bridal party and everyone was extremely satisfied and happy with their new various nail services. I absolutely recommend Retreat Nails Spa as the place to go for the best nails that everyone will complement you on each and every time! Thank you!

Just finished with my first visit at retreat nails in Houston. All I can say is I am very pleased by the technical skills, customer service and cleanliness of this nail salon. I had a gel manicure and the deluxe pedicure. Both services were fantastic! I am very picky about polish application and both of my nail technicians were accommodating and gracious with my very specific requests. Because they were both so meticulous and accommodating, I tipped them well. I can’t wait to go back.

The atmosphere was amazing, theres a full bar that I highly enjoyed and the employees are very nice. I highly recommend the hot stone pedicure, it felt amazing!! The only criticism I have is that I am not in love with my dip full set. They are too bulky for my liking and they didnt push or take back the cuticles which make the nail look like they are sitting on top. I feel for the price you pay you should walk out fully satisfied.

BEST nail salon I have ever attended! Ive been going here since they opened and I never plan on going to a different one, specially after meeting Tracy, she is such a perfectionist and does one of the best jobs ever!! shes only there Thursdays - Saturday though. I never get my nails done by anyone else. Plus they offer many coupons to make it super affordable, super clean, comfortable, staff is very nice and friendly and accommodating

Best pedicure Ive ever had! The staff was so friendly and thorough. They took the time to take care you each customer, not just try and get the job done as quickly as possible. Such a relaxing environment and complimentary full bar as well is definitely a plus!

Hands-down the best dip in town!Pithy rhymes aside, I LOVE Retreat Nails Spa. I am here every 5-6 weeks because, even though my dip still looks perfect, my nails are too long and I can no longer function as an adult person 🤣. Ive been coming here for over 2 years now and have never been disappointed. Had the most relaxing experience ever! I had a manicure done by Lin, and the Pearl pedicure by Jenny. I came in tired and on edge... but by the time the duo was done with me, I felt truly revitalized. Even got a shoulder massage! The girls were amazing👍Good work Retreat nails & spa! I will definitely be coming again.

I highly recommend coming here. In comparison the prices seem a bit steep, but the service is amazing. The staff is awesome, very genuine and hilarious when you get to talking. They serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. While Ive only gone for pedicures Ive never heard any complaints while there. If youre looking for a place to spoil yourself thats relatively quiet, impressively clean with great techs, check it out.

MY NEW RETREAT! I had to go to a place by my house to get dip nails. I called ahead to get an appt because I wasnt sure if there would be a wait or not. Walked in and immediately greeted by name. My Man! (My new name for him) greeted me and took care of me as I waited for Tammy. I love me some Tammy. Nice, awesome and professional. LOVE my nails! The environment over all was relaxing and I got a few chuckles just hearing the back and forth between staff and clients. It was like hanging at a friends house at a pampering party...and then there are the beverages! After having a stressful week, it all disappeared while there. Best believe its another round of I dip u dip we dip! next time! Cant wait to take my sister to that nail happy hour!

I cannot say enough good things about Tina, the manager of this place. Extremely talented with skills of an expert, shes truly a professional with integrity. This was my second time here and I had to write about my experience. The first time I got a great pedi and mani. This second time around, I got a fantastic pedicure and a disappointing manicure. It wasnt what I wanted at all so I went back the next day to ask if I could get a quick fix of a top coat to get a glossy finish. The sweet receptionist listened to me and gave me some options. Then she called her manager. I was impressed right away. Tina had the confidence and demonstrated her skills in a way Ive never experienced before. She stayed hours after closing the place working away as she filed, shaped, buffed every nail to perfection and gave me exactly what I asked for with very little direction. Not only that, she was so professional, I made an observation that she treated her employees respectfully never once talking down to the previous nail technician. She is light hearted, fun and spirited in her approach making her client feel welcome even though I felt guilty making her stay so late. She and her receptionist insisted that I let them help me and Im so glad I did. My nails are beautiful and I left feeling valued. It was easy to see that all the nail technicians look up to her and do their best too. Tina deserves all the prosperity and success she gets and more!

Finding a salon while on vacation can be scary and overwhelming. The first time I entered the salon, the ambience of salon and staff were very welcoming. The front desk receptionist Dana took the time to explain the different services available. Tina took the time to apply dip gel and I was very happy with my service!! Not to mention the complimentary alcoholic beverages =)

I’ve had my nails done professionally over the years, and Retreat Nails is undoubtedly the BEST nail salon in Houston and any place I’ve ever been to (and I’m very picky). 💅🏼 The atmosphere is posh, beautifully maintained, glamorous, clean, and very inviting. As a business owner and professional, I can attest to the high levels of professionalism displayed by Tina who ensures her customers receive an unparalleled luxury spa experience.As far as nail techs — they’re all highly skilled and trained. I was seeing Tiffani for years, but recently I made a major life transition and can only find short windows of my time for beauty services, so I haven’t been able to schedule a week or two in advance to see either Tiffani or Tina as they’re among the most requested (it’s because they’re naturally gifted at their craft). There can be a long wait (a week) to see those two lovely ladies and a for very good reason. But Tammy was recommenced to me and she’s excellent. I’ve seen her since she can usually take me in on short notice, and she’s such a sweetheart. I highly recommend the SNS dip powder.Also, this luxury nail spa offers an assortment of wide range of complimentary beverages from coffee to wine. There are television sets that run the widely-loved sitcom “Friends” for entertainment, too. I’ve never had a single issue at this establishment because it’s run so beautifully and professionally! This lovely “piece of heaven” has truly been my escape, and it’s because Tina cares about each customer and their experience. 5 stars all the way! 💝💅🏼

I had an amazing experience - this was my first time getting Shellac done, and Im in love with the results! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the salon is clean and calming. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice relaxing pamper or simply a great manicure!!

I have been twice and while my experience was great in the salon both times, the quality of my manicure was not great this last time. I got a basic shellac manicure ($39 not including tip, which I think pretty high comparatively), and they have a two week (14 day) guarantee, so when 3 of my nails were chipped 4 days into my manicure, I went in and got them fixed. I’m now 10 days into my shellac manicure and 3 more nails are chipped. I appreciate their guarantee, but who has time to go to the nail salon 3 times in two weeks? Unfortunately, I don’t have time to make it back in to get them fixed this time. It’s disappointing, especially since it’s so nice inside and the staff is friendly, and considering the price. Sadly, I don’t think Ill be back after this last experience.

First, I would recommend having an appointment. They are packed and have nonstop foot traffic. This nail salon is huge. And the drink menu is extensive. I got a pedicure and I love it. Nina did my nails and she was so cool and down to earth. I have had a pain in my toe nail. It been growing inwards into the skin and stuck. I have been trying to get it out for months. Nina took her time and she dug until she got it out. There are nail shops all over houston but I would drive 30 minutes to go to retreat just to have her do my nails again. Besides that I didnt feel rushed at all.My friend had another girl do her pedicure and she didnt like her work as much. She told her esthetician she didnt have to scrub as hard and that she could stop but she didnt really listen to her. She said she didnt really enjoy it.

I went due to the good reviews. The staff is kind and friendly, but my husband noticed how low quality my manicure is! MY HYS5BAND NOTICED!! The place (not the equipment or staff!) Was dirty, the polish was all old, there were tacky signs about taking care with bottles, and thst there would be a $10.00 charge for broken ones (who goes there? Have never seen someone break a polish bottle in a salon ever!) The tv was in a frame, but it didnt fit and came over as cheap. I wasnt impressed.

I used to love this place...pre-Covid. My favorite technician, Jenni, did not return so quality is back to questionable. I tried it post-Covid for shellac and a pedi and both were very disappointing. They also dont offer adult drinks anymore either but still charge the same price. I always thought it was worth the up charge because Id get an apple martini but those days are gone. They also charge an additional $10 Covid fee that they dont tell you about on the phone unless you specifically ask. Im not super upset about this because even before all of this the millennial receptionist literally never made me feel appreciated as a customer but I kept going back because of Jenni. Ladies, you know what Im saying. Ive found a new place that reasonably charges for a shellac and doesnt up charge.

Clean, well appointed, comfortable nail salon. No fumes. Free cocktail and reasonably priced. I followed my tech Ivy here from Evans. (was Amy there). As a diabetic, quality pedicures are important. She does great and the place is super pleasant. Try the second level free parking across from the Westin.

Very pretty inside and staff was nice but even after I told the lady doing my pedicure that removing the calluses was the number 1 reason I get a pedicure, she still didn’t do it. She smoothed them out but there was not removal. I have dancer feet. It is important to me to get those removed and smoothed out. Very frustrating to pay $33 for it (plus two watered down alcoholic drinks) and not get what I need.

I visited this place with my sister in law on March 4th to get pedicures I wanted a solar full set but had to make an appointment for the next day because no one could do it. We both loved the atmosphere so I thought this would be my new nail place. However, after getting my nails done on March 5th I noticed when I went home and took a closer look at my nails the polish wasnt over the whole nail. And a couple of days after my nails were done one of the nails broke from me opening a drawer 🥴 then two more nails broke from me scratching my leg very lightly. So although the customer service was wonderful and the atmosphere was very peaceful I did not get service that withheld the test of time. Its only been a week and 3 nails are broke off.

I think this business is closed. The phone number is not going through either. I circled the 24hr lot several times but could not locate it. Ended dup using the nail salon next to the liquor store. And they did a good job.

I have been going to this salon for like 4 years now and I have not giving them the ratings they deserve! I am in love and I will wait 6 weeks for my nail tech Tammy before going anywhere else! Tammy and Lyn are BOMB!! We have developed such a beautiful relationship and It’s always a fun time when we get together! They always do my mani and pedi at the same time! Party!!!!!!!

Definitely one of the best in Houston and Ive tried all over. I love Trish and Ken! Very professional and they take their time! The price is well worth it. And if your shellac/gel chips within two weeks they fix it for free.

Theyve got a small bar with free drinks...appts are never taken into acct so expect to wait. Good color selection but the polish wont last as long as other places Ive been to. Chips and flakes started the second day. And, my friend picked up a nail fungus and athletes foot from her pedi. I wont be going back.

The best spot for dip powder nails. I was close to never have dip nails again since the previous location left them thick but I got them done at Retreat fell in love with their work. My nails are thin and look amazing!

Never coming back. The employee (just the one) is super rude. She was upset that she had to redo two of my nails because they had streaks on them. I’m a perfectionist, so I do my nails really well, but my boyfriend insisted on treating me out to a nice mani pedi day. My nails were super streaky and uneven. I pointed it out to her twice and she wasn’t happy.Then, I tried to pick up my phone and actually messed up a nail. She was yelling at me in front of other customers and her boss. She was whining and saying it was her third time having to redo my nails. Excuse you, the first two wouldn’t have happened if you had skills.

Just moved to Houston. Ive been getting my nails done, off and on, for over 25 years. Daynah did a fantastic job on my pink and white solar nails. And, the relaxing atmosphere was a definite plus. I will be coming back.

Great Nail Salon when you want to treat yourself! You get a complimentary free drink (it can be alcohol hehe). Staff is friendly and what I appreciate is that the nice lady doing my nails started speaking a mix of English and Viet and the owner corrected her and said, If there is a client with you, you speak only English. I dont have a problem with that, but it is nice that they are considerate.

They were quick to get me in and the prices were great. Tina did an awesome job on my nails! It’s better to make an appointment since they genuinely care about how their customers nails look so it takes time.

You get what you pay for.. with that being said, this place is awesome and well worth what they are charging. Its pricier than most nail spas but believe me, the quality of products and services are worth it. The full bar is a plus. They make pretty good drinks. And the atmosphere is welcoming. I am sad and upset that I have to write this bad review. But I dont take bad customer service or lack of service that you pay your money for very lightly. My best friend flew into town to ring in the New Year with me. We had just finished eating brunch and decided to come to Retreat Nail Spa to relax. We chose this spa because of its reviews. Our initial greeting was uninviting while the receptionists played with slime, but we decided to continue with our experience, because ultimately the nail tech is who makes your day. So we proceed to get a relaxing pedicure. Well, hardly relaxing is what our experience was. My male nail tech was going on and on about being single is the best way to live and how being married isnt the right thing to do. I took offense to this, and yes I am married. So, whatever, thats a matter of opinion. Where I am completely upset is the fact we were cheated out of our spa package, and not given a service we paid for. When my best friend and I brought this up to the nail techs, they didnt care along with the manager. Saying, well you got everything else in your package and we dont have enough warm wraps for everyone. Seems like they havent adjusted the price on their menu due to a lack of product.. Horrible, and a bunch of people that are in this to take your money. And, when I got my receipt, they rung us up for a bunch of services to equal the dollar amount of the package we chose. So now contacting the owner with proof of my package and not getting the service is out the window...because of my receipt saying something different...well there went tips....out the window....I have never had a man talk about offensive subjects while I paid of a pedicure. Completely unacceptable, while the female technicians all tell this male how he always says horrible things.....please save yourself money, you can go get a fantastic pedi for way cheaper and better service.....Im apphauled.

I tried to go here today 2/18/23 for a pedicure and the location is not where it’s described. I drove around the parking lot and I even walked into the suites, but there is no business info listed on the call box for Retreat Nails Spa. I tried calling the number and it’s a Verizon number not in service. Please update business info for new patrons.

Very disappointent in this place! I went recently and got toe fungus. This was my first time getting a pedicure. Do not recomment at all!!Update:After getting the toe fungus, I went to my doctor to confirm my belief and receive treatment for it. I then spoke with Tina at the business hoping to have an amicable conversation or discuss other next steps.Instead, Tina threathened to take legal action if I dont remove this post. I handed her the medical document confirming my toe fungus, and said that she would discuss them with their legal team.Its incredibly offensive to suggest I would fake such paperwork, and quite frankly my interactions with Tina have been rude, defensive, and delusional.I have not heard from the business in two weeks. I hope the business owner reaches out directly if theyre interested in having a reasonable adult conversation about a single pedicure experience.

Daynah was the best. I went in on 12/26/17 for a refill after getting a horrible nail job from a previous nail shop. Daynah took care of my nails just in time for New Years and look awesome!! Daynah and Retreat just got a new customer!

Only place I go to now. They have been slow a couple times, like Im there two hrs just for a mani, but they are worth it. The dip mani last for well over a month, and they have tons of colors. I tell all my friends/coworkers about them.

Despite reservation long wait. Took hours. Way too long. And they couldn’t even do what I wanted despite me specifying what I wanted during reservation, at check in, and after sitting down. I hate to paint over myself when i got home.
