I was looking for a vape shop one day and just happened to drive by so I stopped and went in. The employees are real nice and very knowledgeable. They have a large stock of juices to choose from and anything else you could possibly want. What I like best is the fact you can earn points with each purchase and once you earn enough, they will knock off some money off your next purchase! I have been a repeat customer ever since.I did ask them to order the brand keep it 💯 but I went back to buy some as I promised I would. Apparently the manager can request it but the person that places the order didnt want to listen to the customer..oh well 🙄

I expend 400 dollars in cbd vaporizer, and they stop working 4 hours after bought it, They didnt change the vaporizer instead they told me to send it to the manufacturer, the worst coastuner service post sale in USA .... the worst part all the vaporizar are chinese ..... watch out about those products in this store, the cbd juice its good but the hardware to vaporizer are the worst in houston, if you cant i recommend another smoke shop to buy hardware.

Awful customer experience. Went into the store to purchase an Escobar vape and before heading out was notified that sales are final as if they knew that the product was bad. Got into my car and opened the product and it was leaking. Went inside and they denied my return even though they sold it to me like that. Customer service needs improvement.

Nice shop and staff. They have a good supply of most anything you could want here. Just be careful if its a real popular item. They might be sold out and it will be put on an order list. Purchased a One hundred and fifty dollar water pipe (among other things) four days ago and today the piece detached in a way Ive never seen. I could not get a refund or exchange due to their glass piece policy.I understand not being able to take back a used piece, but they offer NO assurance that glass pieces they sell will actually last. Four days is not long enough for any wear and tear to accumulate and I know I took good care of it in the very short time I had it.If youre looking for a glass piece avoid this place as you could very well be out a couple hundred bucks in less than a week with a Its on you from management. Last time I ever shop here unfortunately, why would I shop somewhere that cant stand by the products they sell?

Was in the market for a new oil rig, after accidentally smashing mine, and was overwhelmed at first at the amazing selection and varierty offered, but after an array of questions by both the clerks (which seemed amazingly knowledgeable about all their products) I was instantly narrowed down to three amazing choices.Needless to say the store is well maintained, the employees courteous and respectful, the selction was huge, and I can honestly say I can never see myself shopping at another smoke shop after visiting this one.

Do not buy anything with a battery from here. It is old, the battery is bad and will not charge, and they will tell you to pound sand when you come back 2 hours later to get your money back. I now have a brand new 75 dollar vape that I cant use, thanks guys!

I went in on Friday around 7/8 PM to purchase a new ecig. There were a couple of other clients in the store browsing. But as soon as the only employee visible was done helping them, he immediately came and asked if he could help. He quickly helped me find exactly what I was looking for, even though I only had a price and quality in mind. He even set up my new kit for me and gave me a quick run down on what exactly was included! This is the first location in the area that Ive even checked out the vape selection. Even though the selection is a bit small if your a serious vaper, its by far the best Ive seen anywhere in overall quality and price. That plus the 5 star customer service, earns this store my loyalty. I could easily buy online for a bit cheaper without having to drive across town, but I will be returning for any smoking necessities I acquire in the future! I didnt allow myself to even browse the other departments in the store because Im broke, but I cant wait to go back and check out their glass and other merchandise up close. Dont waste your time or money anywhere else before you check out Pine-Apple Xpress!!

This is the worst smoke shop ever. Dishonest and shady people. I went to buy my typical hookah and they pushed me to buy a different kind claiming to be the best. Took it home and it was junk, went back 30 minutes later and they refused to return it or even exchange it and they were very rude. Make sure to ask about return policy cause they dont have one.Never go back to that shop ever!!!!

I dont like how every time I buy disposable vapes of the Vibe and Feugo brand, at least 1 of the flavors do not work. They will not accept returns or exchange and tell you to submit a claim to the company which theyll never reply back to you. It makes me think they buy the flavors in bulk, knows theres a problem with one of the shipment if there are complaints but continues to sell them to make up for inventory costs. This has happen about 3 times already and Im going to look for a different smoke shop to buy my disposable vapes now

I purchased the new Uwell crown 3 ecig tank. Glad to know they have plenty of coils in stock for this vaporizer and at great prices :)I initially had gone to the smoke shop across the street and they lied about having coils in stock.
