This is by far the best shape Ive ever been in. Not only is the selection top notch but the service provided by the owner is incredible. He is extremely nice, helpful and even offers option if you want to quit all together. There is no pushy upselling or pressure to buy anything and its always a great conversation when Im there. Highly recommend. There are closer shops to me but I purposely go out of my way to come here instead.

Best place to get vape juice and extra theres no where I found good products in mass so really good place and people.

I walked in to Vaep today and saw a Meticulously clean, well organized, well stocked store. Vaep had every single brand of dispoable I have been looking for and Victor had the time to help me learn about the non disposable vapes. Victor was a kind helpful gentleman that was knowledgeable on every single question I threw at him and I mean EVERYTHING! Victor was the person that helped me but I met another employee And he was just as kind and helpful as Victor. I HIGHLY recommend VAEP Vapor shop for anyone that is looking for high quality vapes both disposable and non at the same or lower prices than others. (I did get both) They do carry brands that you will love. Look them up online. Thatd how I found them. I will be back.

This shop has to be one of the best, if not the best vape shop in all of New England. They provide everything from a massive inventory selection, expert product/industry knowledge & top notch customer service. They ACTUALLY care about their customers!Victor & Alex really take the time to get familiar with their customers, they honestly care about the individual at the end of the day. Example:I’d come into the shop at least 2-3 times a week, buying all sorts of disposable vapes, spending a pretty penny each month. One day Alex, who is the main salesperson, suggested I give a new product they got in called Vaporesso. This device was a small compact device that hit better than any vape & extremely easy to use. When I decided to switch to Vaporesso from disposables, I’m now spending less than half I’d normally spend in a month over there. Oh I forgot to mention, I only go about once a month to get new fillable pods & more juice to fill the pods with, it’s crazy how long the bottles last, sometimes the bottle lasts me almost 5 weeks & let’s just say I’m not shy about hitting my vape all day hahaTell me how many other places are going to tell you “hey you want to spend less money in a month for a better product & better for you?”. The answer is nobody, Alex knew my motivating factors & his solution oriented mindset resulted in high customer satisfaction & Alex made a positive relationship stronger. Cost didn’t matter to them, their desire to do the right thing mattered more than money.I’d recommend anyone reading this, stops in to meet Alex & Victor, I can assure you that you won’t walk away dissatisfied!

The folks here at VAEP are top tier lads. Special shout-out to Alex.A couple weeks ago, I came by here 5 minutes before closing and he showed me around and had a good conversation with me regardless. I had come looking for a dual 21700 box mod, but there weren’t any in immediate stock. Just about every vape shop in mass had nothing available, as I had checked prior. Alex told me that he could order one for me(custom order). That’s what he did and I ended up getting a fantastic price on it too.These guys also have a great juice selection and a sampling bar, not to mention great disposables. If you live close by, or even distant like myself, it’s a worthwhile trip to pay these guys a visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great shop. They have very reasonable prices (especially for these times). If they don’t have something you need they can typically order it quickly. Very polite and knowledgeable. They make great recommendations as well. I was down there today looking at 2 devices (same price) I’m glad I went with what the young gentleman recommended per my specs , I’m loving it !

My brother drove up from Massachusetts to this location a month ago and was happy with his purchases. I always purchase on line from a store in Rhode Island and get them delivered to Massachusetts. There monster bars are only 13.99 but unhappy with there delivery due to my order ending up in Puerto Rico, and did not receive it for 3 weeks!! Now Im hoping this place delivers to Massachusetts as well.

This shop is clean, well lit, and neatly organized. I liked that I didnt feel like a hindrance when I was taking my time to figure out which juices I wanted. Alex was very patient and knowledgeable about the products. My spouse and I were given very helpful suggestions, and Alex was able to clearly explain things we were confused or concerned about in a way that we were able to understand. I appreciate that I didnt feel pressured to upgrade or purchase a more expensive device, it felt like we were getting genuine information from someone who truly loved what they do. It was a great experience and we left the store feeling like we got everything we needed today.

I only buy my disposables here. This is the best store! Five stars all day every day!! Get REAL vapes and VAEP. Im so sick and tired of the fakes. Forget the rest and shop at the best. Victor and staff are simply amazing. They are very knowledgeable and are extremely customer service oriented. I’ve been going there for 2 years now and I’ve never been disappointed. Victor is amazing. His product knowledge is top notch and the fact he refuses to sell anything that he feels is sub par is awesome. I have been vaping for quite sometime and he has a very good selection and the juice is top notch. I got 3 of his house juices and they are delicious. I buy from their online shop, and have never been there IRL, but from dealing with them online I wanted to leave a review. I always purchase my vape juice from and they always ship it very fast! The last purchase I made was a little bit before Thanksgiving, and so I thought itd be nice to write in the order comments I hope you are having a nice day!. Be nice to whoever is packing the order, you know? Well, they ended up shipping me an extra bottle of vape juice with my order! I was not expecting it at all and it completely made my day. Thats what compelled me to write this review more than anything, because they didnt have to do that and Im still blown away by their kindness for doing so. I bought a disposable vape from this place and it was so burnt I almost threw up and it was brand new, I asked for a new one because the product I got was defective. They told me they can’t do anything about it because they can see it producing smoke, even tho there was no taste of juice. Scammed me for my money and I was a loyal customer! Will never go back and officially only going to smokers haven because they actually have good customer service.

Made the trip up from Worcester, MA and was not disappointed. Victor was very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices were competitive and there was plenty of stock. Will definitely be coming back to Vaep to stock up again soon.

Amazing customer service, friendly, acknowledges every customer once they walk in and in the order they arrive! Very pleased with this shop definitely my favorite, just wish I got the gentleman’s name that was working so he could get the credit. Was worth every minute of the drive !

Now you might be new to vaping or well experienced, and theyll treat you the same. Questions you ask are answered in a warm and informative manner. A lot of places Ive been to have left me either feeling ignored if there where more then a couple people, or ignorant if I had questions. Every time I come here Im welcomed like a friend. And when I first started, I knew nothing about mods, tanks, juices and coils. Within a couple visits, they fully explained the product, and helped me with a setup that was incredible, as well as cost friendly.When you walk in, there is a full array of juices, both name brand as well as house brand. A booth in front of the display lets you see the many varieties, as well as puts you in a comfortable position to talk to the owners. Ranging from 30 ML to 120 ML, you can buy the amount you want. 0-6MG in Nicotine levels in a lot of the flavors, so its matches your preference. The owners are well informed with the knowledge of their product, so any questions on flavor profiles are easily answered.In a display case, holds the multitude of mods, tanks, and RDAs. Ranging from beginner to high end, theres something that will work for you. A lot of the products can be personalized in colors, design, and general feel. If youre new to this, its generally intimidating. No worries, because the owners will go step by step with a setup that complements what you want out of it. And if youre looking to chase clouds and get intense flavor, they got what you need.As said before, very cost friendly. Never once felt like I was ripped off or could find a better deal at some other shop. Monthly deals in one of the display cases are great if you want to explore multiple flavors, or just looking for something new at a low price.Having been coming here for over 6 months, Ive noticed that I can find something new with every visit. Certain juices are always here, and theyre worth revisiting. Others are recycled, and something new and exciting takes it place. The same can be said about the hardware that is used. Never a boring or dull experience.Overall, worth a 5 star rating. Ive gone to many vape shops, and have yet to find one Id revisit between the customer service and the product availability. So stop on by and treat yourself to a worthwhile experience.

There is nothing worse than spending hard earned $ on inferior juice or product. Everytime necessity dictates I have to go to a different shop (extreme emergency only) not only do they never have Gravy liquids (some of the best tasting juice around) but the overall experience just serves as a reminder to me that Victor and Rebecca have a business model/operation that puts the customer and quality first. Always greeted by my first name and a smile. I learn something new everytime and, I have the confidence to try new juice flavors knowing full well that, the flavor might not be my cup o tea but, the quality is beyond reproach...everytime. Do yourself a favor and make Vaep your go to!

Not thrilled with the quality of this CBD cart. I bought this during the corona closures, and was unsure about purchasing a cart here to begin with. I felt sort of swindled to purchase cause the gentlemen said to just phone in, and when I asked what they had available, my intent to buy was just assumed. I threw the place a bone, and paid the $30 for this(mostly cause I didnt want to drive to Ayottes from where I was). The oil just darkened in an unsettling manner half way through the cart; it didnt properly screw on to one of my batteries, which I know works fine cause I was just using a different cart(messed up threading?), so I had to use a less powerful battery; the cart hits with a slight sting in the lungs in the same way that black market THC carts do. I can buy perfectly SMOOTH hitting(literally no sting in the lungs), WAY better tasting CBD carts at Ayottes for $25, and $20 at the Quick Stop next door; which btw, the Quick Stop sells beautiful transparent CBD oil in these carts, and as I said, only $20 a cart. Save your money, theres higher quality/cheaper carts elsewhere.

This is not your typical vape shop...very customer oriented staff, they are very friendly and very knowledgeable. If your new to vaping or know a lot already it doesnt matter this is definitely the place to go. If you want a great experience every time go to Hudson vaep its the best no questions asked.

Being new to vaping, I had been to a few shops to try and get into it, and locally I was treated as if I was stupid because I had no clue what the parts were that I was looking for. I didnt know what a mod was, or a sub-ohm tank, or what I would need, and forget about the specs like wattage, voltage, or amps... But when I was on a mini vacation in NH, I stumbled upon Vaep Lounge and was treated very well. My questions were answered, and I left with items that were easy to use. Thanks for being patient with a new vaper and getting me started.

This was the first vape shop I went to they where helpful and very nice. But after visiting another vape shop in hudson nh venue vapes in hudson I felt like I got talking for a ride on vaep prices there juices are over priced there vape set up are over priced I could of got the same vape machine for 20 bucks less. And this vape store sold juice 30ml bottle for 20 bucks when you can get 60ml bottle at venue vapes for 20 or 2 for 30 i am sorry if you want to get ripped off go to vaep vape store
