Big girl with purple hair was a total waste of breath. She totally wasn’t about customer service or about answering any questions you have. Good luck buying a piece somewhere else, any money spent inside of here should be considered a charitable donation with how disrespectful these employees are. Good luck!

This place rocks!!!! Beautiful shop!!! The lady that is always there named christy is very nice and always makes you laugh! I come in a lot because I break a lot of my hand pipes and she always picks out ones for me like she knew exactly what I like and want! I love this shop and all the people who work there. The hand pipe selection is huge and always looks nice and organized.

Dropped in to check out their selection of CBD products for my tremors. The woman working was BEYOND helpful and made me feel very welcome.She used her extensive knowledge and expertise to ensure that I left with a product that not only met, but absolutely exceeded my expectations.10/10 would shop here again.(You have earned a customer for life, thanks again!)

Incredible selection of glass pieces!! I would have given them 5-stars, but Ive dealt with 3 of their employees so far, and none of them were terribly personable. Basically a buy your stuff and leave attitude. But the prices are fair and the selection is amazing!

I have been to several shops in Houston over the past year and have been pretty disappointed with selection and customer service! Dont get me wrong there are a few great shops with great customer service and this is definitely one of them! Today was my first time in Puffs and I am blown away! The guy behind the counter Bush was the most helpful worker I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Very personable guy!! This stores selection are crazy good and the glass works amazing! I definitely recommend shopping here! I found my new go-to shop thats for sure! Keep up the good work guys!#faithrestored

My first experience was stellar. 11-19-20 The woman was super helpful in helping me pick out my first vape... The Nord2 Cobra... I flipping love it. The Kiwi Mango Ice is the best. Its sweet smooth and cool. The service was great. Friendly and i will defiantly go back.... Thanks

By far the Best smoke shop I have ever been to! Not only do they have a lot of products to chose from, the employees are polite and respectful! Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced! Plus as a bonus, one of the new guys working there named Shawn I think is such a hottie and such a gentleman!☺️

Staff is wonderful; however, Ive come here 3 times to get a new water pipe and a quartz banger. The water pipe is in excellent quality, but every banger I have bought cracks when it gets torched. (Meaning it is glass) Ive made sure to ask everytime if the employee was POSITIVE it was quartz and not glass, and each time they said it was definitely quartz. Ive had to go to another smoke shop 3 times to buy a banger all within an hour after leaving this store. I wouldnt mind it so much if you guys could do some kind of refund or exchange, but thats not the case. I think you should let your customers know about those bangers before you let them purchase one. Or maybe check your vendor to see if youre really getting glass or quartz. Unfortunately I wont be coming back unless Im guaranteed Im getting what Im asking for.

Great place, theyve got everything you could think of and whole bunch that left me scratchin my head. The staff were right on target as I had some questions about ground adapters sizes and stoppers. They knew exactly what i needed and i had been to four other shops where they just looked at me and blinked. Thought i was gonna have to hit their reset button. But these guys are on spot. Nice store, very clean, and comfortable. Thanks Kristie!

This shop is huge and has a lot of stuff to choose from no matter what you’re looking for they will have an answer and everyone is always very helpful and will explain things that you may not understand what they are for or how they work. The employees are very respectful and polite. I love coming in there and seeing all their smiling faces!

I have had a very bad experience with asst. Manager name Chris. He is very rude and unprofessional. I bought a $32 vape pipe from him with me being handicap,i drop the pipe and broke glass. I took everything back and ask for a replacement, Chris told me that there is an extra one always in box. I open box in front of him and there was no extra glass in there. The box does state extra glass is included. I ha1ve been trying for threw weeks to get replacement glass but was told they have to order it. Three weeks later no glass and I cant use vape. I call this morning to see if he could take extra glass out of another kit, until order is in, I told him to have owner to call, no call. I call twice tonight and I was hung up on. I have been going to this business for a long time but if this issue is not resolved I will taking other action .I am writing this review because I dont believe the owner would approve of this kind of behavior. Hopefully he will see review .Also charger head missing from box.

Great store with a very good selection. The employees are very helpful. Only thing I wish they would do is light up the entrance better. At night its sometimes sketchy to make the turn.

Crazy high prices, came yesterday and purchased a OPMS liquid Kratom. The lady was nice and told me they are 3 for $19 a piece when you buy 3. Normally $25 which is way overpriced. Can get it at most places for 15. Tonight the Paul Wall wanna be said “that lady was wrong and we ain’t hurting and don’t need my business”. Go down the street there are plenty of places that would be glad to have the business.

This is a very nice and large shop with a large variety and selection and very clean too. The employees are always very nice and helpful. I drive pretty far just to come to this shop because the shops by me are not as nice and friendly as this one is!

After Smokeys opened, Ive been shopping between both Puffs Boutiques and Smokeys smoke shop.Id Rate both places 100%-100% for buying whatever you need, if Puffs dont have it, Smokeys will! Wax related items are at Both stores of course, but Id mainly buy Wax related Tools and accessories similar to Things like vape products & buying my items For my Oil Rig at smokeys. BOTH SHOPS HAVE EMPLOYEES BEYOND MANNERED, LOTS OF PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE, AND THEY ALSO WILL DISCOUNT YOU FOR VARIOUS REASONS ❣️ I LOVE PUFFS AND THE VIBE IN STORE. NEVER A BAD EXPERIENCE THERE, I JUST HATE HOW EXPENSIVE THE BOUTIQUES ITEMS ARE, SOME ARENT WORTH THE PRICES BUT ALL ARE WORTH GETTING.. This place is the bomb. Juicy J glass novelties in addition to some really cool water bongs starring Apollo glasswear lots of really unique and creative smoking gear. From Las Vegas and all around. Many shops will reply to you through business messaging, answering any questions you have on prices and products. This shop not only doesnt have that option, but they wont give you any information on the phone and want you to come look around in the storeTerrible for business, Im looking for something specific and want a price range before I waste my time and gas. Now I wont be buying anything or even visiting this place.
