Love being able to go to this store! Great prices and products.Eli is always pleasant, very knowledgeable, always willing to take the time to help and has great people skills. It doesnt matter when I go in there, he is ALWAYS providing the greatest customer service.

I love this and the staff. Eli is a super awesome guy and goes out of his way to help customers. Now to the one star. This store his consistently not had coils in stock that sales like hotcakes for over 2 months. I have been trying to buy coils for my TFV9 for that long and Obviously who ever is in charge of making sure each store is stocked doesn’t need to be in that position. That e-liquid selection is awful not everyone vape house liquid. I don’t because most house liquid is made with cheap VG and Vape Texas is no different CHEAP VG. The Humble location is like the trash location. They have the oldest mods for sale and the prices is really off the wall for mods and tanks that old. I feel someone really needs to go to that store and help the Humble location get up to date stuff and get the blunt papers out of the store unless you want it to be Vape and smoke Texas. This shop is right by the airport put more effort and make sure people know the store is there. I’ve been vaping for a very long time and I hate to say it but I won’t be supporting Vape Texas nor will I be sending anymore of my airport buddies that work with there. You upper management doesn’t care what about how it feels when they have to tell customers over and over they don’t have something in stock!!! I will start mixing again and start doing group buys online. I can’t wait a few days for my products I waited 2 months that’s how Dedicated I was to Vape Texas. Thank you to those at the Humble location for the smile you have place on my face every time I came in. I went to that store as soon as it opened because it was in the best location ever. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and want to help. I have been coming here since the grand opening. Unfortunately, this store has been lacking in supplies lately. Any time I go, they do not have the juice that I want or the coils that I require and I am directed to the spring location, which is always in stock. It makes me feel like it is just an experiment. Whomever is supposed to be ordering supplies is failing. This has been going on for a couple months now.Once this has been corrected in the store, I will change my review to 5 stars.Edit: I reached out via email and got a response back quickly as to what was going on and how processes are being implemented to avoid this is the future. I appreciate the response and my review has been changed to 5 stars.Thanks!

Ive been a loyal customer of this location/business for so long that they recognize me even with a mask, sunglasses, and a hat on. The people are awesome, their prices are fair, the service is as quick or as slow as you need it to be; if you just wanna run in and grab juice or coils theyll have you in and out in 3-10 minutes depending if you get a custom juice or not or theyll take time with you to make sure you get the device/set up/or whatever YOU specifically need to ensure a pleasant vaping experience.Ive bought a couple dozen house juices from them and havent had any negative experiences with their juices; no bad tastes, aftertastes, headaches, sore throat, or whatever else. Its truly a quality juice that they bring to the table with the ability to create almost any flavor and nicotine level you can think of on the spot; Ive never been disappointed.Ive also bought 3 salt nicotine vapes, 2 pocket sized mini-mods and tanks, 4 voopoo drag kits (my wife is terrible about breaking them) and 2 bid daddy mods and tanks for people who tend to be rough on their stuff. Theyve got a great supply of tanks, mods, kits and all other kind of gadgets, gizmos, and accessories.12/10 I highly recommend this place

I went here a couple weeks ago an this will be my new spot for vape supplies. The guy working that day was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products he had. And the prices were great actually cheaper than the other shop I was going too.

Normally Id buy online since a lot vape stores are too into themselves. However this place is pretty different. Ive seen all types and they usually are pretty helpful to any questions or just have a chat. House juice is pretty good but not my favorite. Anytime I need something I go here.

Amazing customer service! They are super knowledgeable and ridiculously helpful. This is forever where I will go. They spent a couple hours helping me learn about my mod and some of the other types of mods along with the different types of juice.

This place has become my husbands and my go to place for anything vape related.Great selection of vapes, Juices etc. and most importantly super nice staff.We always say well run in right quick, but end up spending way more time chatting with them than anticipated :) and not just about vaping. They are very knowledgeable about their products, but wont try to upsell you, and do enjoy conversation about unrelated things as well.

The staff is awesome! I drive almost 60 miles to get here, mostly because of the staff, but also the prices! They also do military and first responder discount! And I love the No Hype juice!

The sales clerk was very helpful and patient with me. Also gave me information I hadnt known about my Pods. I definitely found a new place to get my vape products.

Nice quick easy......custom vape liquid is a must for me and they do it!!....Lowering from 5 to 1 star because they have been out of pg and only have vg which will gum up coils and requires a higher voltage device.

Thanks you guys were able to find the tank and mod setup that would best suit my needs thanks for the great juice selection that sure took a while to decide on but in the end you guys really helped me find everything i was looking. They provided excellent customer service and were on point about your knowledge as to what kind of tank and mod setup was right for me ill be coming back to this store from now on.

When I parked it was 7:58, but when I walked through the door (which was opened and being held opened by a chair) I guess it was 8:00 and I was promptly told it was 8:00 and they was closed. I tried to explain, considering the door was open when I walked in, that I just needed the cheapest vape pen they offered. Didn’t really matter the price since mine broke on the way home hence the stop. I didn’t need to browse and just wanted whatever they offered. Was told the registers was already closed down and turned away at the door. I checked my phone as I was leaving and it said 8:00... now I understand stand business hours but if I walked in and your door was open and the “open sign” was on, I expect to be help. Bad customer service

I was a regular shopper here. Until today. I have bought hundreds of dollars of vape supplies here. I bought a defective vape mod on 9-17-18 It would only work about 45 mins then have to charge for several hours. Went in to get my money back on 9-19-18 and they said all sales are final. To me thats not the way to do business. Look like I will looking for another vape store.

Me and my friend stopped by on the way to the airport to get some juice. Tried the house juice and its super good! Fun guy, amazing conversation. Will make sure to stop by if im ever back in town.

Great place...small but that doesnt mean anything unless youre small minded and only buy prebottled ejuice.. then you need to go where they dont know their products and you randomly guess a flavor or nicotine level... here they are well versed and can mix your specific level of desired nicotine and Flavor... IT DOESNT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS... well online in other states they do ot but the wait can drive you mad.. well for VERY competitive prices and you get what you want.. not what someone blended and you have no choice... this is the Premier Vape Shop

I love this shop it’s right near my place and the airport the only issue I and the rest of my fellow airport employees hate is that when we come here for a specific thing like the sakers tank or coils I’m told I need to go to spring cuz they don’t have it here need to change that or they would loose customers
