Awesome vape store. Just stopped by for the first time (visiting out of town). Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. They helped us pick out some new disposable mods by making some excellent suggestions. Thank you both so much! Walked in to get 1 and walked out with 5 (got a discount too!) Great vibe! If I lived here this would be my go to spot! Will be back soon hopefully!

Super prompt and friendly service, and when I came back because I bought a battery I didn’t have a charger for, she gave me a free charger instead of making me buy a different product.My mistake, but they cheerfully made it good in ten seconds. No attitude, no overcharge, free parking, and just overall great experience.

This vape shop is excellent. The girls working there are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They even allow us to sample the vapes before making a purchase, which sets them apart from any other vape shop I have been to. Additionally, they have a rewarding system in place. I’ve been to a lot of vape shops and this one is by far the BEST! Every time I walk into this shop the employees have a smile on their face and they always ask if I need help. These guys are absolutely amazing and well educated on all things vaping. This is by far the best vape shop I have ever been to in my 3 years of vaping. I always feel welcomed and never pushed to buy anything. This should be your only shop.

Sunset Vapor is the best vaping business by far, and the reason is very simple...theyre an electronic cigarette shop that sells just that and all the knick knacks. When youre aware of what you are and do an exceptional job of what your clientele expects it creates such a more enjoyable experience. While all the vape shops in OC/LA counties were over focused on finding ways to rule the vape world Sunset Vapor focused on their customers and tailored their brand around that.If you want pretentious employees, that behave like used car salesmen and are constantly trying to make you spend way more money on nothing...go to South County Vapors on Newport Ave in Tustin, theyre the exact opposite of how any honest and knowledgeable human being should run a business. If you want genuinely decent people that are there to answer your questions in a comfortable environment and would never rip you off, go to Sunset Vapor.
