Sam Hall was very helpful and knowledgeable of the tuff shed and reasons to purchase it over other sheds. He made it clear why it was worth it to pay a little more, and after going through the process I now agree. The installers did an awesome job and I am very pleased with the entire process. I highly recommend this company.

When I found the Tuff Shed retailer on South Memorial Parkway, Sam Hall showed me around and help me design the perfect shed for my backyard. The entire process from start to finish was smooth with no surprises. The installation crew came on time and did a fantastic job of getting my shed installed. Had a shed design in mind I wanted for the backyard. After settling all the details Rodney and Dylan came to the house about a month later with a tailer full of prefabbed shed parts and got to work. Overall, install took less time than I thought it would and Rodney and Dylan were helpful and professional.

Sam Hall is awesome to work with! We are planning a HAM shack for my husbands radios. Sam knows exactly how to talk to him for the layout! We havent ordered yet but will soon!!

I bought by Tuff Shed through Sam Hall. I was very pleased with his professional manner in which he conducted himself. The crew who came and put up the shed was also very professional. Highly Recommend Tuff shed and their services! Sam , walked me through every step. Design, helping decided on the site and set up! Worried about the site, didn’t want shed to stand out. He made sure siding and colors worked. You cannot get this kind of service from a big Box store.

I am very impressed with the Shed, the company and the crew who put it together. I started with a very accurate and easy to use design tool on the Tuff Shed Website. Spoke to the Steven at the Huntsville location who met with me and let me look over all the aspects of the shed and its construction. The order was placed and I was contacted by the instillation team and regularly updated on process which was only about 2 weeks from order to delivery. On instillation day the crew gave my a call before arrival and were very professional and attentive to every detail. It was fast and done right, I know I had made the right decision when I watched them cleaning up and touching up every painted surface and making sure it was a completed job. Well Done.

The guy was nice and professional. he gave me all the info I needed. and the prices are listed in the sheds, and they offer rent to own.

I have stopped by multiple times during business hours. No one has been there and, the same sign up about “being out on a call” has been taped up. I’m not sure if there’s a difference between ordering from Tuff Shed directly vs Home Depot and I guess I never will.

This was my first time at this location. I was overwhelmed by the service I received. I have eaten at alot of McDonalds, but never have I gotten an order fit for a king. I must say everything was fresh and hot. The fries were hot. They burnt my tongue.!!Again I say thanks for such wonderful service.

I purchased a garage a while back. The wall where they put it together has a gap you can see through. The concrete cracked shortly after and I tried for YEARS yes I said years, to have some warranty work done but I got blown off and nothing got done. Worst customer service ever I wouldn’t let them build me a doghouse.

Severely overpriced. I guess if you have no clue how much you should be paying buy a tough shed. If youve been to the rodeo look elsewhere and thats all I can say.
