Absolutely love this place! This is the only vape shop in northern Alabama that knows me by name… that definitely says something about how amazing the staff is.Cool people, amazing juice…. Definitely try out the Johnny Copper juice is you like sweet stuff! It’s amazing. They’re amazing.

Me and my brother came in an talked with Kenny, he was so knowledgeable! Im so glad I picked the right shop. I just moved back to Huntsville a few months ago an needed to find a shop that was going to be helpful and I did! Ask for Kenny he is the best, an I do believe he needs a raise

Tim is the man for builds. He set me up great on my mec mod. He is on the parkway near Bob Wallace. Kenny is super knowledgeable and also at the Bob Wallace store. Kelly is amazing and knowledgeable and is at the parkway hazel green store. Always great customer service and has everything you need for your vaping habits

This is my second vape from them and I am so mad! The first one stopped work and I just bought one tonight and the whole tank it shattered! And the mod itself does not look all that great I will not be going back to the one in Huntsville always a bad experience! Love that one out in Athens and one in hazel green very sweet people and understanding.

Insanely expensive compared to other places over a $10 difference here compared to other places in town for disposables. Use to be able to buy an URB 3G disposable and a 5000 Lost Mary for around $40-50 at other places but here to do so it would be $70-$80. Huge selection but terrible marked up prices.

They sold me expired juice. It was 15 mos past the expiration date they don’t refund open juice . The man at the counter was rude and under helpful. No matter what flavor I asked if they had he said nope , nope

Update: I am updating this review after having been contacted by the owner. I would like to state for the record that I was not asked or had it even suggested that the owners wanted me to change the review, I find it very sketchy when places do that and Kickn did not. I feel that the owner that I spoke to took the customer service experience seriously understanding that this was 3 separate bad experiences and we had a very good conversation. This is more in line with the experience I typically receive from the staff at this store. I have also come back in since writing the original review and had a good experience with every employee that I interacted with. I am leaving the original review as it is accurate to the experience that I had, but I felt it was important to also include that the people in charge do care about their customers and don’t want them to have any kind of poor experiences. I normally really enjoy coming to this location, but I’ve started having some problems with a specific employee every time I come in and work with him. I’ve had one interaction where he pushed me into a nicotine flavor that was supposed to be similar to what I usually use, but after talking to 3 other people in the store they said that they never would have recommended it since they are nothing close to each other at all. The person had really pushed me to buy it and made me feel uncomfortable after I had already tried to say no. In another occasion he pushed coils that were different from my normal. On that day I was having a really bad day and couldn’t remember what I used. I asked 3 separate times if he could look up the order history and he refused and decided which coils I needed for me and sent me in my way. Today was my third interaction with him where he again was very confrontational when I asked him to look up my order history, he lied to me and told me that order history isn’t saved, and after I said I would just go somewhere else decided THEN that he would look up the history, argued with me some more about our last interaction, and in general just made me really uncomfortable. Im definitely not coming back in on Sundays since that’s when he seems to be working, and honestly I’m starting to think about finding a different location just to avoid having to deal with this employee.

Wonderful customer service and are always helpful. I wish they kept my preferred juice in better stock, but that is not the fault of the employees working the counter. If the owner reads this, please keep Mrkt Plce pineapple peach dragonberry iced non-steeped (orange colored when steeped, clear when purchasable) in stock.

The best customer service ever! The only store for me!

I was in town for one night and needed a new pod for the vaporesso. Popped in to what I assumed was a small store, hoping they had what I needed. I was immediately greeted warmly and assisted. The associate/owner(?) was very knowledgeable and even made me aware of a new pod product. I saw a brand of juices I don’t normally see around my hometown so he read out the flavors for me and helped me pick something I liked. Vape stores sometimes get a bad wrap because it’s usually the associates’ first job in retail. These folks are knowledgeable about the industry and ready to help as soon as you walk in the door. I won’t go to any other store when I’m in town.Edit: it’s funny I wrote my review before reading the others. Helpful, knowledgeable, and great product selection seem to be the common theme and I couldn’t agree more.

They have a very large supply of different Vapes. They have kits if you prefer to get it all in one or you can customize it and get different coils and different batteries. They have a ton of juice fluids also. They do have a discount section with some fluids that people dont prefer to buy but if you want something cheap that got it. They have a lot of quality fluids also and some really great tasting ones. If you like it sweet or sour or fruity or tobacco eat or even Mentholy, they got it.I got a Reuleaux gen 3 with a milo 300 andT8 coils. I got the most expensive batteries they had. 2 sets and a discharger 4 bay.

I switched to vaping about a month ago and I found this place through a good friend that recommended them. Ive been there several times over the last month and I couldnt be more impressed with the friendly & very knowledgeable staff! I would like to give a special shout-out to Josh and Tim as they took as much time as I needed to teach me what I have to do to maintain and keep my vape unit in top shape. Tim waited on me yesterday (5-3-2023) and he figured out very quickly what kind of vape juice I had purchased originally as I of course forgot to bring the bottle lol. Josh helped me so much the first time I was there to buy a vape, it was as if he could read my mind when I told him that I wanted to quit smoking cigarettes but I did NOT want to go into nicotine withdrawal. What he suggested after truly listening to me about what I was looking for shocked me as to how much I enjoyed it from the first puff. As of 1 week ago I finally put down the cigarettes for good with zero cravings and that was a wonderful surprise! I have friends who have vaped for years and are very experienced with them who wont shop anywhere else. If you want to give vaping a try, I cant recommend this place enough. If you want excellent customer service every time you walk in such a place I cant speak higher of them.

I used to come to this location all the time and there was a young man with rather large ear lobes. I think his name was Ken. He was very knowledgeable about everything, and always very patient and polite. I usually can only come during weekdays, but I have not seen him lately and this is very upsetting. This is the most convenient location, but he was the most comfortable person to speak to. The other staff are nice but its just not the same anymore.

I didnt purchase anything while I was here, but my friend did. The staff was super helpful and took the time to explain options for all the different types of vaping options. While Im no expert, it did appear they had a large selection of flavors to choose from as well.

The customer service is amazing. They help you find anything youre looking for, and they have a huge selection of juices, mods, tanks, etc. They also have a wide variety in a tester section. 55 cents for a 25 tester card, which means you can try 25 different juices before you buy, and only $1 for a 100 tester card. I highly recommend this place. Its also a pretty chill place.to come and just hang out for a while.

Some staff will ignore you, but for the most part every one is really kind. Especially JR (I think thats his name.) Respectful. Kind. Helpful. Really clean shop. Friendly staff, up-to-date products and a wide variety make this my go-to store. Huge selection of flavors/vapes and a cool section for glass. Also a very wide variety of CBD products in all forms from full flower, cartridges, tinctures, concentrates, edibles, vape juices and more. One of the best selections for CBD products in the area, and always great prices for high quality, authentic CBD products from reputable brands. For those that use CBD on a daily basis - its important to get products only from a brand that lab tests their products, because the industry is very new and full regulations have yet to be set, so there are a ton of products on shelves that do not contain nearly the amount of CBD that they advertise. Be careful and if you want good products at great prices, go to Kickn!

Well, i love the people. I hate their prices. I was paying more for juice there than I did for cigarettes, so i started buying it online. My juice was $10 online and $30 at kickn. It has gotten more difficult to buy online and i never do it on time so Ive been going back to kickn.Started dating someone in CT recently and the stores there sell the same vape juice for $12. (AND their D8 is $25 v $50).NOW ... kickn / greenworks have competition.Maxx Vape on Madison Blvd charges $18 for the bottle kickn charges 30 and they charge 25 for the cart greenworks charges 50.I only go to kickn if maxx is out of stock.

Went in for the first time this past Sunday and they were packed. We were acknowledged right away and was told wed be helped as soon as they could get to us. It only took a couple of minutes for someone to devote their time to us and get us everything we needed. I has no clue what juice I wanted, but they were quick to give me a couple of great suggestions. I went with XXX and chill, a strawberry menthol. It is so tasty.

My ONLY local juice and mod store now! It is absolutely the best from selection to knowledgeable and friendly staff. These guys are great. If everyone based their company policy like these owners do, it would be a perfect world. I cant imagine they have ever had a negative rating on here, because they do take care of everyone and every problem until everyone is satisfied. And they wont try to sell you the most expensive thing they got or try to push alot of useless crap on you. I just cant say enough about Kickin My Habit. Obviously.

3 of my vapes quit working the day I bought them or the day after and they don’t do refunds. They should at least take it into consideration if I had literally just bought it and it didn’t work. Also I was told that no kids are allowed inside a few years ago and wasn’t able to go inside but I saw a woman who knew the guy behind the counter bring in her children.

It’s a good shop & normally very busy. Sometimes you walk in and it’s like entering a mushroom cloud of vapor...it adds to the charm. I’ve never waited long for service no matter how busy they are and everyone who’s helped me has been super nice. A little more expensive than some but they’re always well stocked.

We usually go here for all are juices, coils, and what not. The staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. However some of there prices for the actual vape mods are jacked up we recently needed to purchase a new one and their price was about 80 or 90 bucks and I found the same exact vape online for 40. Also keep in mind when you get nicotine added to your juice and they have to go mix it, twice now they havent put the caps of the bottles back on correctly so we come home with a brand new bottle of juice and go to use it and the top busts off and we lost about 1/4 a bottle of juice which was a mess, the other time it leaked all over the bag and my car on the way home. Other than those few complaintsI like it. They also have a great punch card reward system.

I just stopped in with a buddy as he needed new batteries. This is a beautiful shop. Like walking into an upscale cigar lounge but for all your vape needs, wants, and impulse buys. I saw few items I would love to own. The staff is very helpful, downside I asked and no bucket coils for items like the SAI Top airflow(Miracle B or ceramic donut). However tons of other goodies that I will be back next business trip for supplies. Please stay open.

Great shop, great customer service. They have a huge selection on juice, mods and rdas. Crazy prices on clearance items. They have pre-made coils and they also will do builds. They have a punch card when it is full you get a 10ml bottle of juice for free. (details on card). Try juice before you buy, which is always a plus. Go check them out, you will love it.

Love This Place, the people are great, my girls and guys really take their time and make sure you get want you need and maybe a little extra special something for yourself. Love the CBD Oil And Gummies, they work very good the oil helps my dogs they have hip pain and they have trouble getting around but they are better now.

I’ve been to kick in my habits vape shop several times. And each time they seem to be more incompetent. My latest experience was awful. I called them to find out if they had a certain pod system and they told me they didn’t have it but would order it and have it by Friday, today I called them to make sure it came in and much to my dismay, they had not even ordered them. This shop is supremely incompetent and needs to close down immediately

They have the best selection of ejuice in the area but like most premium ejuice its very pricey. Another plus is the employees the best service hands down but with great things come the bad and the bad is their hardware prices are double sometimes triple the price you pay online.2 stars for the cost of hardware. The prices are just way out of my budget.5 stars for customer service and employee knowledge

I have now visited other vape shops, in Huntsville and in Nashville, and this one is the ugliest, and the most expensive for both hardware and juice. The staff is good, but so have been the staff at all the others. If there are no cool decorations, no atmosphere, just gray walls, what are we paying extra for?

Great selection, staff attitude from a specific individual was a bit off. Nothing horrible but he seemed above my questioning of various items for sale. I did have a problem after the fact and they exchanged my ecig for a new one.

Had first visit there today. Great shop with huge selection of gear and juice. They are very laid back and helpful people. Picked up a couple salt vape units and juice. Would highly recommend.

My daughter and I went to Kickn My Habit Vapors today and the woman was very helpful. She showed us what they have to offer and it was our decision on what we bought. She didnt try to push any of the expensive stuff on us, as I said earlier she told and showed us what they have to offer and we made the decision on our purchase. So far, liking the vapor and the juice I picked out. She did tell us that it would take a while for us to get used to using the vapor. Talked with another customer there and he said after he had used his vapor for several days he then tried a cigarette and got sick to his stomach, hoping I have the same experience, cause I need to quit. Will check back in in a few days and let everyone who reads these reviews know how everything is going.

I’m not sure why I didn’t stop in this shop sooner! The staff members are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of products is amazing! Their reward program is an added bonus.

Love how much inventory this store has to offer. Prices are reasonable if you want the items now and dont want to wait for shipping for cheaper prices online. Most employees are very helpful and friendly.

The people here are nice and knowledgeable. They have a large selection of mods and juice. However, you cant customize any of your juices because they dont make them themselves, which personally I dont like at all. They are also much more expensive than my normal vape store. I only go to this one if mine is closed for some reason or the few times they ran out of my coils. Its also a vaping lounge. Some people may like this. Obviously since I vape I dont mind it around me but this place is so heavy with it (and yes it does smell) that you feel like youre walking into a bar.

They have an amazing selection of products and juices!! My absolute favorite juice is their house juice Fruit Hoops!!! Its tastes sooo good. Customer service is always very helpful and nice.

I love love love this vape shop! A friend recommended it to me about a year ago! Wish I had gone back then. The store is a “vapors” dream. Tons of juice and any kind of tank you could want! Staff are extremely friendly! I held off on the last star becuz both times I’ve been in there, I’ve felt a little rushed. It’s probably just me, cuz the person that took care of me even offered to set my set gear up for me! They have definitely won MY business!

First time vaper so Im a newbie lol i purchased my vap yesterday however when i tested it out today it wasnt working so after i got off work i went back and had them check it out come to find out my coil was somehow broken manufacture problems told me i could replace it with my other one that it came and such and such i just decided to buy a new one since i was there and the guy set it up for me and i was out the door in no time. You guys are very friendly and laid back. The guy from yesterday asked if i wanted to stamp card and stamp my card 4 times and a chance to win $100 even the guy from today inform me about saving my receipt for $5 off my next purchase and again a chance to win. Friendly place. I walked in and got 5 welcome to kickin my habit. I bought 2 mods. They were only a few dollars above internet prices. Month later they are still doing well. Better than the ones I have got at another shop.

**EXTREMELY high prices, helpful but arrogant staff** Recently moved to the area and seeking a regular vendor for e-cig supplies. Venue was poorly ventilated and (no exaggeration) filled with vapor. Other vendors in the region have never had lingering vapor to the point of obscuring vision. Made it difficult to view the products on the shelves behind the counter. Shop clerk was attentive, but became passively disgusted when I questioned the unexpected premium pricing for standard products. (One product is listed in-store at $49.99 but is widely available elsewhere in-state at $22.99-$27.99) If you like your e-cig supply store to be trendy, priced at a premium as a trade off for patience or comparison shopping, and more focused on making a sale than on customer satisfaction, this may be the place for you. Target customer demo seems like entry-level beginners who arent familiar with devices, pricing, and other options. With so many new venues popping up regularly, Ill continue my search for a reliable and satisfactory e-cig supply store. I leave this review in the hope that management/ownership sees it and re-evaluates their business operation. Each customer should decide for themselves if this business meets their individual needs.

This was the first vape shop I went too, so Im thankful the guy was patient. He wasnt overly helpful when explaining my options though. It wouldve helped to know the difference between batteries and liquid ml. Maybe it was just an off moment.

So 2 years ago I gave Kick’n a 5 star review. I’ve been vaping for 5 years now and needed to update my post. Having a friendly atmosphere is just the tip of the iceberg. They cater to all customers and there vaping needs. They are open on most all holidays. They take the time to understand what you are looking for and give recommendations. If they don’t have it they will get it in. They go out of there way to provide the best customer service to Vapors.

I love this place. This is, by far, my favorite vape shop. They have an outstanding juice selection. Its one of the largest in Huntsville, and the team that works there, awesome, with a great attitude always. The mod side of the shop is filled with just about any mod or rda, or rta, or rda you can imagine. The prices are on par with or better than the prices of most other shops in the area as well. All in all, this is the go to for me and all my vaping needs/wants. I love it here. Check them out.

Good shop, a bit busy and hectic but they are on top of things. Employees there have gone above and beyond to help with issues I had with a mod I purchased from them which was appreciated.

I absolutely love this place. They are open 7 days and weeks and are always willing to help with any needs you may have. After having a bad experience at Eco Smoke on whitesburg, I will always use Kickn My Habit for my future vape needs. The atmosphere is great, the staff is friendly and the hours are more convenient. The structure of the business is way less corporate than Eco Smoke. As a person who hates big corporations and supports only small businesses, Ill go back to Kickn My Habit time and time again.

I’m a beginner I needed a pod for this thing I got off my son I went in there told a skinny guy what I wanted he went right to it told him I wanted some menthol juice man instead of selling me the most expensive he said the government was making him get rid of glass bottles this dude dig around this big basket and found me some menthol a 20 dollar bottle for five bucks when I paid I should have givin him a tip it didn’t cross my mind dude if u see this I do appreciate your help with your attitude in life u will go far my friend I won’t shop no where else I live in Town Creek I go to Huntsville to dr every 2 wks

The fat one that looks like a sweaty pig has an attitude problem. He sold me wrong coil then would not let me trade them out and did it with an attitude. Told me I had to pay for the new coil that would fit I walked out coiless and went to another shop

Cool place, tons of juice options, friendly staff. Only reason for a lost star is because they allow vaping inside and, especially during the pandemic, I find it a bit off-putting.

Just went to kickn my habit with an Aspire Spryte that did not hit as well as the first one I bought. I had my receipt and explained that I had tried a series of different things to make it better, from replacing the coil to a different juice. Nothing would make it vape as well as the first Spryte that I bought. A fellow named Cliff helped me with my Vape. After Cliff tried several different things to make it better we both concluded that it was just defective. They sent me out the door with a brand new tank. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Thanks Cliff and kickn! Y’all are awesome.
