This place by far has the best customer service at a smoke shop or pretty much any business! No matter who is working, they’re very nice and helpful and treat you like a friend rather than just a customer. The owner/manager is really nice as well - always has a smile and a positive vibe. They have a wide variety of stock and supplies. Definitely recommend stopping by!

This is by far the best vape shop I’ve been to. They have the best products around and the people working are always so helpful and kind. The environment is great and they are very knowledgeable on the products they sell! Would highly recommend spending your money here if you’re looking for quality products.

To start, the prices are jacked way higher here than any other shops around the area. There are no prices on anything, it’s dirty, and it stinks in this shop. I would stay far from this shop if you can help it. The owner, Ramon, was not a help at all. He was too busy on his phone to look up and help My friend and I. We repeatedly asked for Him to open up a glass cabinet he looked at us like we were crazy? I’m almost 30 years old and don’t look remotely close to somebody underage? All in all it took me about 15 minutes to buy 2 vapes. Ridiculous this store stinks and so does the owner! Stay far away from them.

I bought a vape yesterday and the owner Rehman said he’d give me $5 off since I’ve been a good customer. I guess he took the $5 loss since it was faulty and obviously previously used. I tried to get it exchanged less than 24 hours later and was refused any sort of refund or exchange because Rehman is a crook and a liar and will sell you half empty, used vapes to save his store a few bucks. Vape City is open 24 hours and had a 24 hour defective return policy.

This place is probably hands-down the best in Huntsville. Theyve got everything you need or could even want, and theyve got things you didnt know you needed too. Recently, most of the times Ive gone, Ive been helped by Ally and she just brings an energy that lights up the room, plus shes sweet and helpful and genuinely interested in the customers needs. Great service. There are lot of varieties in the vapes and vape juices. Almost all the smoke items are available in the store with reasonable prices and had good deals.

After spending 4 years in Huntsville dealing with bad products and mediocre help, this smoke shop is a breath of fresh air! A wide selection of anything you might need when entering a smoke shop from classic wraps and glass to Delta 8, with excellent service that tries to save you money around every turn. I just moved here from austin. I have had trouble finding a new spot. I went here looking for CBD on a budget and Ramon was so helpful! I definitely found my new smoke shop. They have such a great variety — from flower to chocolate bars. 10/10 recommend.

I was I was in the store no more than the 3rd visit. I was just being friendly as usual. I overheard a girl mention to her boss that she has a problem. He came out and told me to buy something or get out. I had explained also that I am disabled. I dont see how I was a threat to anybody. I probably would have bought from the store, but they now have lost my business for good. I felt so bad emotionally after that happened. It took me a little while to piece the situation together and thought it was very troubling and mean.You didnt seem so concerened of my comfort level in the store, or that you were sorry then. I said nothing to her but hi when you came out. I have not said anything to her a different day either that was uncomfortable. She didnt tell me she was uncomfortable. Its not my fault that she was uncomfortalbe. You didnt act so sorry when you were standing over me angrily telling me to get out or buy something when I just walked in. You are only sorry because I wrote this post. I couldnt tell she was uncomfortalbe. What? am I supposed to read your and her mind. You didnt have to be anrgry at me like I had done something wrong and tell me to get out.

The employee behind the counter was very polite. I went in for some delta 10 flowers and and I enjoyed the product the prices there are reasonably good. They have different varieties delta 8 thc to choose from.
