OYO Hotel Indianapolis International Airport

The carpet was so dirty when I got into the shower there was black on the tub floor. When I got out of the shower I rubbed my hand on the carpet and the dirt turned my hand black. This place is terrible. I had to ask the cleaning lady for another sheet because the one on the bed stank. She didnt offer to put it on for me so I did it myself. I was told when I checked out that my deposit would be credited back to my credit card by noon. Its been 4 days and I havent received it yet. I will never ever stay in one of your hotels again. I will never recommend your hotels to anyone. I have always stayed at Wyndham hotels but if they are going to endorse a hotel this terrible I am done with them too.

If could give 0 star I would. Worst experience ever. First room they tried to give me had a broken door wouldnt shut, everything was stripped, no tv, microwave, fridge, no bedding. When went back wasnt even horrified they gave that room to me and my kids. Second room wasnt much better. Two beds and only 1 pillow, no batteries in the TV remotes, Big tub of putty was still in the bathroom. No towels or soaps, had to go back to the office to ask for them. Previous burn holes in bedding, Air conditioning was really loud, smoke detector beeped all night, didnt even have the cover on it. Will never go back, scary experience, people fighting outside, throwing things, did not feel safe. And one more thing would have been nice to phone office instead of having to walk there multiple times for things that were missing. Also didnt even have ice machine. Website says they offer breakfast but they dont.

My boyfriend booked a hotel room at this hotel. We’re from Ohio which is two hours away. He booked the room for my birthday. A couple hours before checking in, he called to see what time we could check in to which the woman on the other end told him that he can’t check in, there are no available rooms, and that he had to pay an extra fee to book. My boyfriend booked the room weeks prior and got a confirmation number. No “extra fee” was mentioned when he did this. The woman hung up on him rudely as he tried to solve the issue. He called back later. A man picked up and said his reservation was all good, he was unsure of what the woman was talking about, and that we could check in at 2 pm. We headed that way. They then called my boyfriend back and said that they gave his reservation to someone else, refused to acknowledge that they made a mistake, and were hesitant on giving him his refund. He did get the refund however this greatly put a damper on my birthday (not that they care). So we had to find another place to stay on a whim. Very unprofessional. When he went to write a appropriate, genuine, and authentic review on the website he used to book the hotel, he was asked if he could remove it. He did not remove it. He didn’t cuss or use inappropriate language in the review but they took it down for “not following community guidelines.”DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL. You will be greatly disappointed. They are highly unprofessional and do not care at all about customer satisfaction. They also want to hide the truth about how horrible their staff and services are.

So, I was trying to help a friend who lost their home and offered to pay for a weeks stay at this hotel via hotels.com —Where it is not mentioned that there would be an additional $100 fee at check in since I couldn’t afford a $400+ bill, I asked at the check in desk inside the hotel for a cancellation of which the man said he’d charge me a &1.00 cancellation fee; of which I received... following a 160$ charge... for no reason. Called the help line and they said that it is their ‘policy’ to charge a separate fee of 1/2 the price of the original bill... even though I or my friend didn’t even stay there that week.My friend did end up staying there a week or so after this issue and Turns out— they don’t have running water in their rooms so you can’t flush the toilets or take a shower. This is also a big “dope” hotel where there are people just using drugs and people will break into your room and steal your belongings when you’re not there.This isn’t a safe place to stay.Even with your door locked, people will break in.These people do not care that they are scamming you out of your money.When I called to get my money back they said “sorry it is our policy” and I asked what their “policies” are when it comes to cleanliness? Hotels are for those who need a bed to sleep in and able to bath themselves...The fact that they don’t have running water in every room is baffling. The place is a flea-infested, smelly building with people who are trying to scam you out of your money.Don’t waste your time here.The fact I was secretly charged $160 alongside a “cancellation fee” of $1.00. — and didn’t even stay at the building... wow. I got two separate “cancellation” charges and had to find out through my bank statement. (They couldn’t explain why I have two charges— but that it’s “policy”)Completely a scam and not worth your time.They don’t care about the people staying there. They refused to refund me that $160. I’m like wow.O/5 starsDepartment of health needs notified on this building because it’s that awful.

If you look at the rooms on Booking.com and see the place in person you would be scared to stay there. I had to slam the door to close it, not even sure if the doors locked. no towels, toilet paper or trash can in the room. TV did not work. It was just all around bad. The 2 employees I dealt with were very nice and helpful. I got a refund and went across the street and got a room I felt safe to sleep in. Yes they were doing some renovating but dont post false pictures of the rooms on the internet making them look amazing when they look like it should be condemned. I wish I would have taken pictures of the actual room but wanted to get out of there.

This review is extremely late, but I started thinking about this experience again and thought people may like to know. Me and my boyfriend attempted to stay here back in March 2022. I say attempted because when we walked in we were immediately informed by the lady at the front desk that they were overbooked. She seemed very frazzled and was pretty cold towards us, just seemed like she wanted us out of there as quickly as possible. And... since we booked through a third party the hotel wasnt able to refund it and we had to go through the website we booked through, which was a process that took much longer than it shouldve. Maybe it was for the best, as the area the hotel was located in was a bit sketchy, and the other horrid reviews of the hotel shouldve been enough of a warning sign, but I guess I got drawn in by the $45/night price-tag... Now, last Ive heard, the hotel is boarded up and closed (although it doesnt show that on Google or OYOs Website, oddly enough) and with the way things seemed to be going, Im not surprised...

Me and my boyfriend came bc we needed a Break from driving to his family and I got Pneumonia he got covid we dont recommend he almost died it also stinks

Avoid this place if you can. I had booked a room here for a weekend but I missed my flight so I had my husband check in for me. Although the room would go unused for the night, the management still thought it appropriate to give my room to someone else for the night. Imagine my surprise when I walk in the next morning to a used room with beer cans and everything.. The front desk basically told me that since i was checked in they could not refund me for that night- mindblown!.. SO basically they got paid twice for the same room for the same night!They did give me a different room for the rest of my stay but not one with the king bed which was my original request. I just took it because I was tired of arguing. That room had stained towels, cigarette holes on the bed covers, a very dirty shower curtain and the kicker: No comforter/ thicker blanket.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Pay a little extra and go somewhere else.. the few extra dollars is worth it.Some of the front desk people were helpful but they were so exasperated at being overbooked and miscommunication that I felt bad for them and did not complain to them. The management needs to get much better if they want to keep calling themselves a hotel.

I can’t put 0 stars. Don’t stay here. The building is sketchy looking. When we got our room number we went up to the room and we couldn’t open the door. After putting our back into it, the door practically fell off it’s hinges because it was held on by half the necessary screws. With the door just cracked as far as we could get it, it was obvious that the room was being lived in. Clothing was strewn across the floor, light fixtures were off the wall and it smelled horrible. We shut the door and left immediately. Obviously rooms aren’t cleaned between guests because they would have been aware of the state of the room. Also it appeared that every other room was in similar disarray: mattresses leaning against windows, and poor lighting were frequently spotted through room windows. Awful.

First room I was in didnt seem too terrible then in the middle of the night water came flooding under my door and through the ceiling literally soaked all my stuff. So the next room they put me in the heat didnt work and the last room that i eventually left had the mattress on the floor with the SMALLEST tv ive ever seen at a hotel. Theres no breakfast and no hot water. The hotel is NOTHING like it looks like on the oyo app or online. The price isnt bad but still not worth how bad this place is. Plus half the time theres no worker in the office just a paper taped up saying be back soon. I wouldnt tell anyone to go here unless its seriously a last resort. Gross place. Oh and i booked a room online then once i got there they said there was no rooms available so i had to walk around and keep busy for HOURS until a room was cleaned and available. Which it wasnt clean but whatever.

Rooms are not clean, bedding is stained. People doing drugs all over and they had someone overdose. Management refused to refund my 6 unused days I came in late and slept until early morning. He aslo stated he will not refund the deposit for the room. This is theft. Every door and wall had holes in them, the heater has graffiti and is broke . This is by far the worst hotel Ive ever seen in my life.

The fan of the window unit on high reminded me of 11AM on Friday. My south facing room was prone to road noise and adjacent room conversations permeated. The smoke detector was hanging by the wires. Carpet needs replaced and the faucet was iffy. TV remote was sketchy.. changed channels only. No smoking, of course, or pay a $175 fee to clean it.. thats some expensive Febreze! No trash bin in room. Lastly, keep the pass card away from your phone, or it may likely erase it. On a positive note.. its better than sleeping in a car.. barely.

They didn’t give me the room I rebooked & paid for, stuck me in the same room even after I officially checked out just so I can get a better room. Room had poor WiFi connection so I ran my data up. No cable TV even though they said they’re taking care of it (it’s been 2 weeks still no working TV) Carpet is dirty along with tub & shower curtain. Comforter smelt like musty armpits. Front desk guy is a sketchy liar & a thief. Charged me $340 for a week (he said he was giving discount) then I went online & got the room for $278!!

Room smelled really bad like smoke and cigarette burns on the curtains. Was not clean at all cobwebs and spiders were in every corner bathtub was the worst it was so nasty the door knob looked like the door had been kicked in at onetime and was very hard to use (not closing all the way or the lock wouldnt work all the time). Only positive was the staff was nice

Arrived at the hotel at 10pm exhausting from the journey, just to find out that my reservation was canceled due to overbooking. From the outside, I saw many rooms with the light off and there were not so many cars parked around the property. The woman insisted that they were fully booked because they were under construction. After I went down the review, I cannot believe that the construction would have been going for more than 7 months already...there is something mysterious behind this...

I dont even want to offer 1 star. I got to my room at 130 this morning so was too late to go to another room. The only thing nice was the name. There was holes in the walls, burns in the covers, sink,tub,and curtains, 2 towels and 1 pillow for a double bed room. The room was smoke free but clearly smoking is allowed. My kids were scared and we left out as soon as I woke up to get back on the road. I hope this allows me to post a picture.

The front desk staff is amazing. They are so sweet and helpful. I really love the rooms Ive had here. Especially the room with the living room and bedroom separate. I cant express myself enough when it comes to Ms Mary Lou and Ms Kathy. They are so amazing... so sweet.

Do not recommend. We opened the door to our room and right there at the door I was greeted by a young man smoking a drug pipe and his girlfriend right behind him. So, we return to inform the desk and no actions were taken to remove the people in that room. We accepted the apology and tried another room. Well, this newly renovated room was in very bad condition and someone had left some gifts for us in the toilet. We did receive a refund but wont count on it. All of this happened on a day when I went to visit my father in hospital only to walk in to find him deceased. Please avoid this hotel. Thanks.

This hotel is in an awful unsafe looking location. There is no elevator for convenience, so I had to request a 1st floor room. I get into the room and there is no waste basket, no telephone, broken toilet paper holder, old looking shower, no hairdryer for convenience. You have to walk all the way to the front desk to report issues or ask for assistance. Why isnt there a phone in the hotel room? I booked this b/c it was close to the airport and within an hour drive of where I was visiting for the holidays, however SPEND THE MONEY for a decent hotel. This place is not worth it. Dont trust the photos listed that look nice, clean, and modern. Unbelievable service and experience. I would try to find another hotel but I just dont have the extra money or time to deal with it. BEWARE is all I have to say!

We arrived about 1:30 am and checked in and the tv didn’t work, there was no trash cans at all and of course it says no smoking so there was 3 of us adults and we smoke but we did NOT smoke in our room. We checked out and they kept our 100$ deposit and claimed we smoked in our room. But our cigarette butt can was still outside cause there wasn’t any trash cans. I will never stay there again! He was so rude about the whole situation.

The floor of my room was sticky, the bathroom room was tiny with visible mold. There was a hole in the wall near the bed; at which point I went back to registration and requested my money back. I couldnt stay there; AND I was charged $40 on my credit card. DO NOT waste your time with this seedy looking hotel.

Ive never written a review let alone a bad one but I had to. If I could give a negative score I would. I owe it to others to warn them to stay away. A last minute emergency trip to Indy prompted this booking. I don’t know about this chain and the photos online were nice, but deceitful. The unsavory location didn’t deter me. But the condition of the room and property in general was horrible. It was so bad, Hotwire gave me an refund and offered to put me up somewhere else within an hour of my check in. I took oics because I knew ppl wouldn’t believe that all these things could be wrong with a running hotel. From mouse droppings on the bed and dresser, multiple holes in the walls, dirty/stained curtains, shower curtains, and pillowcase (only had 1 pillow on the bed), broken door lock, running toilet, no towels, toilet paper, or a trash can in the room, exposed drywall, rotted baseboards, cobwebs on the ceiling in every corner, filthy tub, and the list went on. The outside screams of neglect and illegal activities. I felt like a guest on the show Punk’d the hotel version. I told Hotwire to drop them and I am calling the board of health first thing. Thank God I cried to every hotel front desk agent I could until I got a 7am check in somewhere else.

Honestly, no it’s not the cleanest but me and my husband booked last minute, we needed a weekend away in a small discreet place when tentions with my MIL was heated, it’s not horrible, but for what we paid it did the job for us, i checked for bed bugs, found no evidence of them, we we’re told they were under a remodel, which is fine the floors look newly done there a nice faux wood, beds pretty comfortable. like i said we needed a place to just get away for the weekend and 148 for two nights when we’re 21 and 22 isent bad. They are obviously trying to make it look nicer. likely will come back when we need to get away again

The rooms are not very clean. They arent even the cheapest rooms around and the definitely should be. There are no towels in the room, you have to pay a fee just to get the remote. There is a lot of in and out traffic there. Basically if you are wanting to score something or sell some this would be the place that seems to be doing it at

The room was disgusting. There was mold around the doors and walls in the bathroom. The ceiling in the shower had at some point caved in and was taped up with duck tape. I found some trash on the floor. The room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. The door closed and locked but let in a lot of light from outside. There were people running around and yelling all night. There was no remote control so I couldnt turn on the TV. The smoke detector had been removed from the ceiling but the mounting frame was still there and the wires were exposed.

If I could give it a 0, I would. It was cheap 53$. But definitely not worth a penny. There were cuts and holes in the curtains and walls. Only one pillow for a king bed with 2 adults. Tv had 1 channel (and most rooms don’t even have a tv) the bathroom was tiny and disgusting. I was afraid to even sleep there. DO NOT RECOMMEND

First, the room isnt what they advertised. There were holes in the outter part of the curtain. The heater/AC unit was noisy. Took forever for the room to heat up. The door wasnt seal fully is one reason why it took the room forever to heat up. No remote to the TV. Not given the correct wifi key when called asked for it. One set of towels. Top of toilet lid broken off. No hangers.

They had to give me 3 different rooms to find one that was barely acceptable. First 2 didnt have sheets on the bed and the lights didnt work. One room smelled like something died in it. Third room the key card didnt work. Someone had to come with a master key to let me in the room. The girl at the desk was nice though.

I was trying to book a 60 day stay and yesterday Priceline was showing $186 a week and I call today to reserve at the hotel directly and all the sudden it jumps to $467 a week. If I could afford $467 a week I wouldnt try booking at a place that has 1.9 stars out of 5. I dont even see how its legal to charge that much when you have one of the WORST ratings in the whole city. Thats just awful.

DO NOT BOOK THIS “HOTEL” i was skeptical about booking a room here because of the poor reviews but did anyways due to the low cost. lesson learned: I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE REVIEWS. i reserved and payed in full for the room and received a confirmation code. i was already nervous driving 4 hours to a new city alone as a young woman, but was more nervous when i pulled into the parking lot. It is a sketchy “hotel” in a sketchy area. When i went to the front door before even saying anything, the lady started shaking her head no and saying there are no rooms available for me, they are overbooked, and also under renovation. OYO hotel stands for “you’re On Your Own”!!!! when i went to the next hotel nearby to see if they had somewhere for me to sleep they told me that this happened to multiple people who book at OYO. PAY THE EXTRA DOLLAR AND STAY SOMEWHERE SAFE

I chose this hotel because the listing clearly said there was a continental breakfast. There was not one. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke, the wifi didnt work, there was no remote without paying a deposit for it and no way to turn the tv on without one, the secondary lock was broken off the door, the sink drain was completely stopped up, the shower curtain was broken, there was no water pressure and the shower head was about 5 high. Dont give this hotel your business.

The room doesnt come with all amenities. Ive been here for a week and paid the $365 as well. The fridge doesnt work and the sink has been clogged up since Ive been here. Ive reported it to the manager and corporate but no one responded. Im not planning on spending anymore of my hard earned money in this filth hotel. Ill be contacting the better business bureau next.

No TVS, No Wifi, & No pool. People all in the parking lot I booked my room when I got there they had booked my room to someone else and they didnt have a room for me to stay in and that my money would be put back on my card in 7 to 10 days so I had to sleep in my car which I didnt do there for all the people in the lot. So i recommend not staying there to everyone

We went to the Oyo the address was 5241Burdury we got to the room (134) when we opened the door beds was not made and dirty towels was on the floor, the girl that was there early morning was very nice the people who was there at 8:20 a.m. was very rude we woke up to roaches crawling in the bathroom and By the beds. My sister also stayed (111) which had a roach can spray on the sink and they killed roaches in the bed, so she was moved to another room (224) because it was roaches on the bed and the bathroom as well 😡 they are changing 50 dollars deposit and 85 a night to wake up to roaches and when we told them we were both told we were liars and there was no roaches at all. I would not recommend anyone stays here you will not get any rest because of having to kill roaches , it’s not comfortable it’s not clean!!!

The staff were very nice but the facilities are dirty and not all functional. There was trash on the ground in several places around the rooms. The fire alarm went off several times late at night and the fire department was called. The beds only have one sheet on them and my bathroom door did not close. Again, the only redeemable thing about this place was the very polite and helpful staff.

This place has no smoking rooms. And they all smell like they’ve been smoked in for 20 years. Their customer service is a joke. Many promises they never follow up on. It’s on you to get your refund back. It’s amazing because they answer the phone and sound helpful but they DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY.

Im pretty sure there is a bullet hole through my window curtain and blood spatter on my bathroom wall. The cable doesnt work. The toilet paper holder is for decoration apparently. This motel is in very rough shape. The space around the door lets so much light in, as well as cold air. Burns all over the dingy bedding. Its a wonder folks pay to stay here. They shouldnt be able to advertise the way they do online. Spare yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

This roach motel was NOTHING like the pictures they posted! It was dirty, had a bad smell, the TV’s don’t work properly, cigarettes or crack pipe burns in the “comforter”, I mean do I need to go on? This place is absolutely disgusting! Felt like I was this was a prop room for a horror movie.

Note: the OYO brand change seems to be covering up the fact that the hotel used to be a Super 8. They may be trying to dodge bad reviews like the one youre about to read. This is by far the worst hotel in Indianapolis. The first room I was given had a large hole in the wall, and none of the lights worked. I asked for another room and the night clerk begrudgingly gave me another one. The second room had a constantly running toilet. The location is shady as hell, it feels extremely unsafe. If I could give zero stars I would.

Worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed at. Phone had no cord to connect it to anything. TV didnt work. Toilet paper dispenser broken. Air conditioner cover fell off when touched. Only two total pillows for two people to use. WHAT A DUMP!!!!!!!!

If I could I would give 0 stars.......it looked totally different online then when you get to the place it’s run down...I paid 140.00 for two nights money wasn’t a issue I paid online then when I got there the I read a sign on the window that says we don’t have cable...so I told the desk guy that if I couldn’t get cable and a tv that me paying to stay there would be counterproductive because that’s why people get hotel rooms...after going back and forth for about 3mins he contacted some guy to make sure I had a room with working cable(light bulb 💡 went off) so got a room got to the room and the door lock was broke also no lock on the upper part of door...o also had to pay a 10$ deposit for the remote!!!! After 10mins I packed my belongings and went and returned my key and remote.....walked across the street to a wonderful hotel candlewood suites I rate them 5stars!!!!!!!!!!! Called to get a refund and they told me 7-14 business days then someone will get back with me

The worst travel experience of my life. The pictures are not representative of the horrible accommodations. My room had holes in the wall, horrible water damage in the ceilings and a thin layer of grime in the kitchen.

When I arrived I was informed that there was an undisclosed deposit required. Travelocity would not refund the full amount even though I made the reservation 40 minutes before. Hotel looked nothing like the picture and was run down looking and dangerous. Scary.

Drove 4 hours to attend a race at IMS, got to the hotel around midnight after booking almost a week in advance to be told (rudely) that they were overbooked and there were no rooms left whatsoever. My party of 4 was faced with the daunting task of calling (not an exaggeration) 40+ hotels to find a room which we ended up finding an hour away... needless to say this was one of the worst interactions of my traveling life and totally unacceptable. I will never do business with them again.

With the new management coming in, the hotel seems to be in a better shape. Hotel room was clean and the staff was cordial enough to pre-informed us about everything. The price range completely justifies the overall experience. Would definitely recommend staying here.

DO NOT.... stay at this, NO TELL MOTEL! FILTHY rooms that have bugs crawling & the smell is terrible! The neighborhood its located in is nothing short of SCARY! Put some RED LIGHT-BULBS in the windows & that tells the story! BAD management seems to be a huge issue! FLEE.... this (RED LIGHT DISTRICT) NO TELL MOTEL, roach pit!

I arrived amidst a throng of people, all of whom were told the their rooms, which were confirmed by OYO and Hotels.com, were not available.The hotel manager vacantly repeated, I dont got any rooms several times before shifting blame to booking agencies for the fiasco.The place was a complete dump and should be condemned.

This place was horrible . The guy at the front desk was rude. I booked my room online and the front desk guy told me he didnt care. Went to my room and the beds were on the floor. NO BED RAILS..I got out of there FAST... I reported to the OYO customer service and they didnt care. They told me THEY DONT DO REFUNDS....Thank God for Pay Pal...I got a refund!!!

Everything. Manager drinking on the job, room unkept. Door didn’t close. Burn marks on furniture. Rooms are HEAVILY false advertised online. I was told to get the hell out of his hotel because I asked for a refund. The list goes on and on

So I have quite a few issues with this hotel on Bradbury Blvd Indianapolis Indiana1 it took 12 hours to get towels2 shower was cold water both nights3 shower look Like garbage can post the pics4 possible bed bugs. Charged us a cancellation fee because they were fully booked. The receptionist was brand new and there was no support as the manager was away for another three hours.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in. It was dirty and holes in wall. Drug issues includes a person who over dosed, screaming and fighting. There was no services and you had to bring dirty towels to office in order to get clean ones. The worst...run!!!

Ive stayed here several times and they have always accommodated me!...I have a fur baby and we prefer the bottom level and they have always figured it out for us!...all the employees are nice !!!..I e never had a dirty smokey room either!

My expectations are pretty lax for cheap hotels. As someone who has been homeless, Ive lived in and out of hotels for months at a time. The nights when I was so poor I couldnt afford to any shelter over my head-- were miserable. ANYTHING is better than spending hours in hopelessness-panic-inducing darkness.That being said, this place is below the trap door of the bottom. DO NOT STAY HERE! To put it simply: THIS HOTEL DOES NOT MEET GENERAL HUMAN DECENCY STANDARDS! IT IS NOT CLEAN, IT IS NOT SAFE, IT IS NOT POSITIVE, AND IT DOES NOT TREAT PEOPLE RESPECTFULLY!BOOKING SITES LIKE: bookings.com, hotels.com, priceline.com, expedia.com, snaptravel.com, orbitz.com, kayak.com, etc.SHOULD PROHIBIT THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS FROM BEING LISTED. IT WOULD NOT MEET BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS STANDARDS TO A CLEAN, SAFE, AND AFFORABLE PLACE TO REST.ALL TRAVEL SITES SHOULD REMOVE IT IMMEDIATELY AND MARION COUNTY INDIANA SHOULD PERFORM A CODE INSPECTION.

I would give it a negative 5 star on this place it is nasty the pillows arent clean the floors are disgusting and we are having issues with getting our money back when they said free cancelation on the website. And would like the corporate number.

The room would not stay cooled off, there were no towels or toilet paper in the room, the sheets felt like cardboard.

Hidden gem of Indianapolis. Came here because of the golf amenities and it exceed my expectations. Good strong 3 quarter inch drywall too. Coffee was supreme in the morning too. Will be back here again!

The hotel is dirty, with cockroaches and water leaks. Dirty towels. Total desaster, we ended up getting other hotel reservations else where.

Could be much better no cable for TV hooked up cant get towels an such when needed they have no extra soaps shampoos. Carpets are dirty

We stayed on March 8, 2022 at 5241 Bradberry Ave., Indianapolis, IN and the pictures that was shown at the motel room was total false the motel was totally getting renovated ID# EPJ79290 In other words very lousy been trying to get my money back from you of $112.34 no answer yet I shouldn’t even give you a star the person at the desk told us to get another room somewhere else because This hotel was getting total renovated no hot water no cable no TV

This hotel has been close down for over a year now !!!It will be opened back up soon as days inn!!!!Let’s see if the owner does better this time!!!!

My door didn’t even open unless you pushed it open with your shoulder. Wifi didn’t work. Tv didn’t work. Bed dirty and small, also very hard. Felt like it was about to cave into the ground.

Horrible place staff is horrible this place shouldnt be no more then $30 a night. So much drug activity there. Definitely not a safe place for childrenUpdate I gave them a 1 stat rating a long time ago was there again last week and my 1 Stat rating still stand def dont recommend

Visited 9/11/21 VERY UNSAFEI had got an early check in had 2 go thru 6 rooms b4 I could find 1 that was suitable every room was filthy every room had its own odor I spray air freshener clean my own tub go 2get in the shower a MAN THAT WAS AT THE FRONT WHEN I CHECKED IN CAME IN NY ROOM WITH A KEY said he was head of house cleaning he didnt knock and was just checking 2 c if I had everything (weird) he left I locked the twist lock realized there was no flap lock at the top but got in the shower n e ways 35/40 min went by my door opens again with the same head of house keeping man walking in I started screaming some other guest hears & comes 2 my room 2 c if I was ok I wasnt completely scared & unsafe I grabbed my stuff in a rush left didnt even stop 2 get my 100 deposit back

The floor was wet and the room smelled like cigarettes. The pictures online were very deceiving. They also placed an extra charge on my card which was not discussed with me and done after the fact.

No trash can no tissue noisy heater no shower nozzle needed curtains looked bad walls need painted just over all a bad room also the hot water was just lukewarm

Sad situation there if you have stayed then you should know what I am speaking about. I tried to get moved after I found the TV didnt work and the room had not been cleaned properly but they wouldnt let us. I ended up leaving early and will not return 😒

Called to price a room. The guy i spoke to was incredibly pushy. After i declined the offer i hung up. This guy called me back twice. Once i declined it should have been over.

Got there and it does not match the pictures. The office said all rooms were full of extended stay people. I called to canceled and could not reach a person. I still am trying to get my money back.

Room smells of smoke charge for remote and you only have one channel carpet dirty bathroom not cleaned I would not recommend (wouldve took more picture)

Worst hotel to stay at in Indy! sked for a king and got 2 fulls. The tvdid not work and neither did the wifi. I dont recommend anyone to waste their money to stay at the OYO!

This place got me through some tough times when my mind and body wasnt 100 but honestly you get what you pay for.not knocking oyo, just you know what you have coming after your reservation is set. what is paid for, nothing more, dont expect it, its 2021!!!!

Is not the best no tv light bulb bathroom out.no cable.but sometimes you seattle for it because its the only choice youve had. also very expensive.

Dont waste your time and money on this place. I had to check out as soon as I got to the room. The entire place is a joke, the sheets were burned with smoke and the toilet was disgusting and not flushing. They switched me to another room and it was worst there you could literally smell the mold.

Checked in the checked out minutes later after discovering bed bugs.was gonna let the cigarette burn in the sheet slide but the bed bugs was enough.this place is a joke.giving runarounds about refunds etc. Theyre full of it.can easily spend the same money and stay somewhere 10x better

I did a reservation online and when I arrived, the Indian guy said he needed a $100 deposit that I didnt know about and wouldnt refund my $$. So if your reading this DONT STAY HERE just turn and run!!!

Kept my deposit for no reason and they will scam from you bed bugs beds that should listed as not for human use

I book a room through booking.com and I arrived at hotel and the front desk clerk was no where to be seen and door was locked and no one could help us nor do anything nor did they answer the main line

Currently staying here they put online they have rooms for $50 a night but they charge you $65 a night when you get a room and on top of that the rooms have multiple problems lets see no TV no cable the heaters broke the door doesnt lock what else do we have definitely not clean and on top of that the management is rude would never stay here in my life again

I woke up with bed bugs biting me in my sleep and they didnt do nothing about itand when I call later on that day after I left they told me there was no manager there at all so I do not recommend anybody staying there I think I will be calling the health department thats just nasty and disgusting

Great place, decent price for what you receive, needs to open their pool to visitors, doing alot of renovations to freshen up the place!

The rooms are a little big but dirty and damaged sometimes they dont know Spanish and if they know the internet doesnt work the TV sometimes doesnt work they dont clean well the sheets are dirty and have stains it stinks oh cigarettes and the floor is dirty the bathroom is uncomfortable using them
