I recently had an incredible experience at Footloose Foot Reflexology. Not only was the massage absolutely amazing—exactly what I needed to unwind—but the staff was also fantastic. I called on short notice, and they were able to work me in the same day, which I really appreciated. They went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and truly skilled at what they do. I left feeling rejuvenated and can’t wait to come back for another session. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch reflexology and stellar service!

First time here, but certainly wont be my last! The location is clean, decorated nicely and relaxing music playing. All the employees were extremely friendly. I opted for the package service & received one of the best massages I have ever had. Tina hit all my knots & took her time. Cant wait to return!

I literally just walked out of this beautiful place. I was greeted with a smile and such a beautiful place. Very nice and clean. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Anna and she took my body to places it has never been. This is my first professional massage and it was a great experience. Prepare to be sick of me because I will be back. Anna you are amazing. I cant thank you enough. My body was extremely sore when I came in but now I feel like I could run a marathon.

I cant get enough! This place is always impeccable from cleanliness to staff friendliness.I came in today very sore from just starting a brutal running program and Helen was a God send! She with ease found exactly all the problem areas and attended to them. Continually checking in with me to see how I was feeling and if I liked the pressure.Helen is my new go to! However, I have truly and absolutely LOVED every single person I have worked with here!I really cannot say enough wonderful things about this place!

Stopped in last minute for the first time this evening. The woman that greeted me was extremely sweet and squeezed me in despite me not having an appointment and them being extremely busy. Amy was amazing and I left feeling extremely relaxed and all my tension gone! Will definitely be back!

After having a medical procedure canceled, we decided to look for a spa that would do a couples massage. I called one place and scheduled an appt one mo away. Then,I called Foot Loose. They were happy to get us in immediately and it was the best stone massage Ive ever had! I decided to do a promo video for them. Photos also, of course. Gloria is featured. I am still floating! Clean, wonderful,calming rooms. Masks worn by all staff,prices so reasonable it was icing on the cake. We will DEFINITELY be back! See pics&video

Today was my first time going after months of my husband asking me to join him (he’s a frequent flyer!) I’ve had a few massages over the years, but this was by far the BEST one! I requested a hot stone foot and body massage and I’m already looking forward to going back in just a couple of weeks. Plus, you can’t beat the price!! Don’t forget to tip well, though. It’s well deserved!

Massage too hard and ended 15 minutes early. Barely any oil used. Parts of massage were repeated to fill time. This place has really gone down hill.

We love coming to Foot Loose for a good massage…. so much so that we usually make a trip here for a massage at least once week if we can! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed during your massage. I would highly recommend!

I have gone here many times over the years and have only had 1 negative experience. They immediately fixed the issue I had and Footloose continues to be my top local massage choice. I have gotten the foot and body and just the body. Both are great. Usually very quiet, building is clean, and employees are very professional. I went this past weekend and had Tom. He uses harder pressure than most but I prefer that! He really worked on my feet (I have terrible plantar fasciitis) and after my massage I was able to take my first pain free step in MONTHS. Just the relief alone is priceless to me. I will definitely be back for Tom and any of the other employees!

First time at Footloose and absolutely will be coming back. Beginning to end - pressure was perfect - I like more pressure on head, average pressure on legs and feet, less on back and Gloria was spot on. Clean and quiet atmosphere for perfect relaxing hour. I had hot stones and that was perfect also.

Cant beat a foot massage and half hour body massage for $55! Ill definitely be back.

They have about eight women and one man who perform the massages. I love this place and I have called all of them my friends for about a year and a half now. Sometimes they get me so relaxed that I fall asleep (and snore). The youngest girl had me feeling like jello. I didn’t want to get up and drive home. That massage was the best of the fifty that I had had. TY “G”.

We had a 90 minute couples massage. Ive never in my life been so bruised after a massage. The guy who did my massage rested his forearm on my lower spine the majority of the time. He was very rough (i told him to lighten up but he didnt) and his hands were very scratchy and rough like sandpaper. Nothing about my massage was relaxing. Very painful. He also kept leaving the room during the massage. Atleast my husband had a better experience.

I had my first massage here today and it was absolutely fantastic! I cant recommend Tina enough. She found every sore muscle and worked them out. She even massaged my kneecaps! My entire body feels rejuvenated.If ambiance is important to you, this may not be your first choice, but the room was clean and comfortable and had relaxing music playing. For me, a masseuse with strong hands and a sense of where your tension is stored is far more important than a fancy spa with robes and slippers. I will definitely be returning!

I went today 3/4/2023Never had been to this spa or any for that matterMy masseuse did not speak EnglishShe had to go and get the hostess twice. I thought I was getting foot and body massage for $45.00 but she ended up doing an hour and not hardly anything to my feet. She was really rough in a couple areas in fact I’m still hurting . When I went to pay I told the hostess /cashier that I wanted just the $45.00 foot and body massage but that she ended up doing a lot more so she charged me $60. Plus the massage was a bit clunky if that makes any sense. I will go back but the next time I will ask for different person and I will make sure I they understand what I want.

Amazing. Just walked out from a 30 min foot massage and 60 minute full body massage and feel better than I have in years. I was in Indy for a doctor’s appointment that ended up being cancelled and decided to be adventurous. I’m so glad I found this place. Incredibly nice people, nicely lit, clean, comfortable, and relaxing. This is not your typical massage envy experience (no offense to those nice people). Tom was my masseuse and did a wonderful job of paying attention to the pressure and locations that needed work the most. I’m so looking forward to my next appointment.

This was my first time visiting a massage parlor and just know that it wont be my last. It was a great experience and I definitely left feeling refreshed and stress free. The atmosphere was very relaxing. All of the staff members were very friendly and welcoming. And of course, the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be back again.

I couldn’t say enough about how nice these people are! As soon as you walk in the door you feel welcome. My boyfriend and I did our first couples massage on Friday and he was extremely nervous since he’s never done it before and he was so relaxed! From the beginning to the end they take care of you and they have amazing prices!! We will be going back soon!!

Came here not to long ago. The hand massage was good, barefoot massage, not good enough if youre just stepping without stroking foot across the body. But if you need a quickie so-to-speak to relax your body, come here.

My husband and I went to Footloose for the first time today. We both got the hour foot massage with hot stones. It was easily one of the best massages we’ve ever received. The hot stones felt so good on our back and feet. My masseuse applied the perfect pressure and checked in to make sure everything was OK. We plan on coming back once a month for a treat!

I was very thankful to get in so quickly for my massage. I had planned to have a 60 minute massage. I asked for a deep tissue massage. Helen was my massage lady. She was kind. Her techniques were nothing I had ever experienced before in my 20+ years of getting a massage. When she was not using hot stones on my back, she used her elbow 90% of the time. This I have never before experienced. I asked several times for her to go lighter thinking she might change her method and she did not. She used hot stones so long on my upper back and neck area that it is swollen now and in immense pain. I extended the massage because I was hoping she would spend some time on my feet because it did say they specialize in foot therapy and reflexology. Not once did she do true therapy with pressure points and massage on my feet.I am giving 2 stars because her face massage was very good. I do not recommend this place ever for any type of massage if Helen is doing anything but a face massage. She was a pleasant lady but not proficient in massage at all.

My lady and I make it a point to visit here at least once a month. I have discovered that I’m getting a massage is an underrated part of recovery and also is an excellent tool for your mental health.The ladies here are very professional, often times humorous, and they provide an excellent service to help you recover from a long week. I recommend the stone treatment on your spine. What a difference?!!

This place is amazing. Very friendly staff, very polite and did an excellent job. I live over an hour away. My wife and I are surprised with how much we enjoyed our experience. Great atmosphere very relaxing even before the massage begins. Once they start with the oils and warm stone you will be in heaven. You will not find any better place for the $. All the cleanliness and professionalism one would want and expect...but, add to that they are wildly nice, kind and helpful!!My regular place was booked until nearly close and I was near tears in pain. I found Footloose on my phone and called. Woman was soo very sweet, said shed work me in. I described my pain and she suggested full body. I trusted her and she was spot on!! Well worth the higher expense. I was asked if she could work my problem spot, about pressure levels and seemed genuinely interested and concerned with every step. Ill have to ask her name next time, she is soo wonderful!! Coco finished me up and my back was the best its been in weeks!!! My other pain was much better as well. That was last week.I went back again yesterday and Coco was busy I was suggested someone else her name starts with a T(will definitely get next time too). Again fantastic job! really worked on my neck and shoulders, was not the private full body, but was still amazing and the hand and foot portions Fabulous!!! Once my gift cards are completed at my usual spot, I will never go anywhere else but here. its worth my drive and they have completely won me over!! Cant say enough good things about them!! I truly appreciate the staff Ive met so far. Thank you Foot Loose!!

Not good. Place was loud and the door bell rings everytime someone comes in the door. The people didnt do a full hour and the massage felt rushed. Plus the staff was sick and coughing constantly and talking loudly to each other the whole time.

This place is amazing. Foot massages only $35 for an hour. The atmosphere is suited perfectly for relaxation. The room is dark, theres the sound of trickling water throughout, and soft music. The masseuse knew exactly what he was doing and even went beyond the feet to the shoulders and legs. Definitely would recommend to anyone who has sore feet or legs.

WOW!!!! What a Fantastic Experience for a cost effective massage. The staff is friendly and everyone is very attentive to your needs. It is also nice to find a Chinese Massage where a few of the girls speak fluent English For the Best massage of your life ask for Qi Qi (Chi Chi) She speaks fluent English and gives the Best Massage I ever had.I just read another one of the reviews that said she objected to the staff asking for tip before service.

I asked not to put oil/ lotion in hair. She played in my hair till it was greasy. I asked to concentrate on right foot I have plantar fasciitis. Her touch was very light on feet and heavy handed on face, neck and back. Horrible service. She didn’t listen. Go to Tulips Foot Spa and Massage. Wayyyy better.

Amazing deep tissue couple’s massage! Great price, very clean and calming environment, and excellent massage. They got into muscles I didn’t even know I had! Very skilled and strong ladies on staff. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

This tucked away gem is a must visit! I drive an hour to get a top notch massage here, & never leave disappointed. They are so kind, friendly, & skilled. I cannot believe the price point is so low for such high quality service! It is harder to find than the old location, but there is much more parking & it is very cozy inside. I could not recommend it more.

I suprised my husband with a couples massage, and it was PHENOMENAL. very professional, and relaxing environment. They even went a little over the hour we paid for. Hot stone ,deep tissue ,and stretching. full body massage. We felt like a noodle when we stood up. We will deff go back regularly. I have gotten massages at a few high named places like massage envy and this place is EVEN BETTER. And the price was awesome. 60$ for a hour (per person) for the quality it was a bargain. The took their time did not rush and did both sides. Five out of five stars from us. Go visit them.

Best massage I have ever had in my life! Staff is all very attractive and very sociable and so friendly and professional. If you are stiff or sore run don’t walk to footloose and you will walk away feeling refreshed and much better.

The massage is always great. As a business owner I would never ask for a tip before I preformed a service. They were very “thug life” and intimidating concerning the tip. I would like to have the service completed first! Then determine if a tip is deserved at my own discretion. Lack of professionalism and it is a big turn off. Yet the massages are wonderful

I originally came to Foot Loose on a referral from a co-worker and today was my 6th visit. I have waited to do a review until I felt I had a fair opinion to offer on the service provided. I have also read previous reviews and was put off by the negativity so I wanted my review to remove any doubt you may have in giving Foot Loose a try. I gave a 5 star rating because I have never been disappointed. Their hours and convenient, walk in or make an appointment and they will accommodate you. The services and fees are clearly displayed on the counter and are extremely fair in my opinion. Tipping is part of dining out, manicures and pedicures so when you have great service, and you will, make sure you show your appreciation. If you have an area that needs special attention let the receptionist know so they can share it with your therapist since their English is limited. Foot Loose also has had an ownership change and the level of service has remained consistent. Give them a try, ask for Linda and write your own review.

I’ve had no less that 50 reflexology massages and this was by far the best. The shirt and bra coming off was a new one but it was because I got the hot stones too. I will for sure be back.

Footloose has been there for me when i need a deep massage. The one i recommend is GeeGee. She is very thorough and professional nad will listen to what you need and where to massage the most as well. Gloria the owner has been very helpful since i have been going there. We own a carpet cleaning business and when i go in i am in need of some major stretching lol. The place is clean all the time and the place a lot of emphasis on this as well. I go for 90 minutes so they can get everywhere on my body. You will find out the calf needs a lot of attention as well. You may want them to do the hot stones 1st that way it loosens up the muscles before they began

I hesitate to direct people to this place, because they usually have an ope on for me when Im in pain and I like that. I get so.e disabling tension headaches. There are a few places I go to for help, but Footloose is by far the best. They have a package to fit your needs, and the massage therapists are so responsive and kind. I dont think I can say enough good things about this place.

Such a horrible horrible business! A bunch of sleezy, middle aged asian women looking for American husbands, and they will do ANYTHING to get one. They may even infuse drugs in the massage oils. But hey, if you are into happy endings with dirty, sleezy grotesque people, then this is your place. Otherwise, avoid this business at all cost!

The worst experience I have ever had. I asked the guy multiple times (5+ times) to stop or lighten up and he did not. I was almost in tears.
