Joy Spa Massage

Best massage for the price! I have been to many places and Jenny does an awesome job. She doesnt speak great English so at times it can be hard to communicate but I do not care as the massage is awesome and my only purpose for the visit. I do not want people talking to me while I am trying to relax. I will tell you that she has to leave the room to get the hot stones and towels which was different than other places I have been to but I do not mind. At times, she may be the only person working so she has to answer the phone but she tries to keep it super short. I do think that along with the fact she doesnt speak much English is why some people think she is rude or not certain on prices in some of the reviews. This massage is the closest massage to a Pfrimmer that I have had without the high prices. I started going monthly and will continue to do so. I believe there is a $2 credit card fee. I schedule an appointment but you can walk-in as well. I hope this review is helpful.

Genuinely one of the best massages I’ve had at the lowest price I’ve ever paid! I went in after a stressful day because they were one of the only places that had walk in appointments. Very relaxing, very attentive. Woman owned and operated which is incredible to see. I highly recommend! Thank you again for the incredible experience.

Ive been contemplating going here for a couple years. Ive had 2 bad experiences at other places so i was scared coming here. I went to 1 massage company that the lady talked the whole way through and Ill never go back. The other massage place pretty much violated me.This place though, was amazing. The lady wasnt too rough and hit spots on me thats never been massaged (in between my eyebrows wow it was great). When I finished my 1 hour, I almost did 30 more minutes. But Ill now be going here weekly. This checked off all my boxes!

Service was good they lady was on counter she said pay first for massage and after massage she said pay 20 dollar for tip that was horrible i dont wana go back again

I called to make appt for my husband she quoted me $50/ hour I even asked twice what the price was to verify, made appt for 6pm. They texted me at 5 to ask if we could make it 630pm we said yes. Then when my husband went to leave he was charged $60. We always tip good, I asked did you tip her and he said yes she pretty much insisted that I did. Not cool.

Def was an experience but she did seem a lil upset with the 10$ tip 😩🤦🏽‍♀️🤣

I will admit I wasn’t sure to expect since it’s in a strip mall but I had an awesome massage. The staff were so nice and the place was very clean with a relaxing atmosphere. I did a 60 minute massage with my husband and we both immensely enjoyed it. We plan on going back as often as possible.

Out of towners for a sports event. We wanted to do something different during our little vacation, so the wife, daughter(first timer) and I decided for a massage. We read the xcellent reviews, and we gotta say they were spot on with the awesome service we received.

I live in Illinois came to Indiana for the weekend with a Friend. Well we called and got 3 appts and us Girls went.I myself have had massages all over the world. They Girls are Great cant wait to come back when I am in town!! GREAT PLACE❤

Went with my wife for a couples massage. This is the best massage place in Indy. Owners and staff are very friendly and they are experts in massage. We will be returning.

Showing is young lady’s but Grandma masseur for me..I requested more Neck,Shoulders & Back..She just rushes whole time..talks to her (not understanding English)All my rib bones & Spine are buried.Get Bad experience..Thanks
