Carolyn is a true professional with amazing massage therapy skills. Her abilities as a massage therapist for overuse type injuries are unmatched in my experience. Im a hiker and backpacker who also has a desk job where I sit for extended periods of time. I went in with IT band related knee pain and some lingering achilles tendinitis soreness and left feeling better on both fronts than I had in 6 months. She does muscle manipulation in a sports therapy massage which makes such a big difference in tension and pain relief but also functionality. Carolyn is the most amazing massage therapist I have ever been to. She not only does a great muscle massage, but she also works on your movement flexibility. I went in for a normal sports massage not even thinking about the stiff neck Ive just learned to live with. I left with my neck no longer aching, but I also have a lot more range of motion. All my other joints and muscles feel great too.Not only was her skill top rate, but the ambiance was amazing too. The lights on the ceiling and the music was calming, it smelled wonderful AND the heated massage table was amazing.I will definitely be going back.

Carolyn, has developed such a skill and knowledge for the craft. Within minutes of starting a session she was able to find areas that need work that I couldnt even articulate. I was impressed with her ability to so seamless provide pain relief as well as still make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I have had a fair few massages and none have been as helpful and lasting as this one. She made such a great point during our session, she likes to make sure people feel good even after they leave. That she did, if you are looking for someone that is kind and professional and can actually assist you with areas of pain and difficulty, Wells Relaxation is a place you should visit. This is the massage therapist Ive been looking for. Not some foo-foo bs. My range of motion is improved just after my first visit today. I explained my issues and she effectively targeted each problem. Still relaxing and also very professional. Super calming room decor and ambiance as well. And i got chocolate when it was over. Had my first visit to Rest Wells yesterday. I have nothing but great things to say. I got a deep tissue massage and it was excellent. I often feel like a massage isnt deep enough. Not here!! Carolyn was so in tuned to what my body needed and she went where it took her. She was so patient with me when I struggled to let go and made me feel so comfortable.

Love Carolyn’s new space. Just a few blocks off 465, easy on/off. The building is nice with plenty of parking. Lobby area looks very high-end. Her suite is 206. Don’t be fooled by the lack of Rest Wells signage on the door. Waiting area is very comfortable. And as always, Carolyn is the absolute best massage therapist.
