Guys are very friendly and knowledgeable but vapes and disposables are over priced in comparison to areas around. $34 for a disposable when you can get the same disposable for $20 at gas station that is the same thing

Good morning, I just bought a vape, I kindly ask the lady at the counter if I can sit and hang out for a bit to enjoy the vape. She told me that they dont let anyone hang out. Isnt the chairs are for. Im a traveler from Florida, and I just want to sit down and enjoy the vape that I purchase for a few minutes. Thats kinda disappointing.

I love this store and their employees so much. Abby is always so helpful and knowledgeable. Its hard to see how many people are upset by the pricing because of the new Indiana Vapor Tax. That is 100% not their fault and I will continue shopping here for the wonderful products and employees.

I went in here last week for my usual vape juice and they were out of stock. Abby helped me find one that she thought I might like (I am very picky about the flavors). I went back today for another bottle of the one she had suggested and as soon as I walked in the door she not only remembered me but told me that she had ordered my favorite juice and it would be in with the next shipment.

I went in to grab one thing. I asked the clerk where it was located. The clerk showed me and stood so close to me the entire time I was making a choice. With Covid and MP it’s neglectful to be 3 inches away from someone’s face. I just quickly made a choice to get away from her. At checkout she asked if I wanted a receipt, I said yes. She printed it and immediately threw it away. The entire transaction was awkward and uncomfortable. You’d think such a small empty store would have great customer service to keep clientele. It seemed racially motivated and people shouldn’t support this retailer. There are too many options for vape shops to deal with subpar service.

I didnt even know I was so close to here but the employees are very nice and knowledgeable. Definitely earned my business 😀

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a joke. They robbed me and fraudulently charged my card $725.50 right after I told them about a product that was defective. This needed a review to those who trust in their products. Be sure to pay with cash or you will be blind sides with fees.

You cant get any help i waited and waited only to be ignored and that really bits they had exactly what i was looki g for i just couldnt get the attendant to actully let me buy something its out of this silly to be looking at exactlly what i been trying to find just to be ignored i truly dont undstand

I understand the way vape products are taxed has changed recently, but 30 dollars for a 60 ml bottle of juice is ridiculous. Looked at beards website and they are selling 120 ml bottle of the same juice for 13.99 right now. Feeling ripped off.

Everytime I come in I am always greeted so warmly. Everyone is knowledgeable about the product and always have great suggestions on juice flavors!

I went there to buy a coil for my freemax mesh pro because they were one of the only shops open until 9pm who actually had one which is nice. However, as I’m checking out I tell the employee that I only wanted 1 coil not the whole box. He proceeded to tell me that they can’t sell individual coils because it’s against federal law. I’ve been vaping since the very beginning; been to probably 30 different stores for one reason or another in multiple states and I have not once ever been told I can’t buy just one coil. Suffice to say I will go to literally any other store around me and buy just one coil tomorrow and will NEVER return to that store ever again. So unless you want to have some ridiculously obscure federal law thrown in your face, you shouldn’t either. Thanks for nothing.
