This shop has a good variety of vape juice, devices and other smoking accessories. The customer service is always really pleasant and they brighten my day every time I stop in to pick something up after work.

The first time I came in here, they were really kind. I was in my work clothes. But every time Ive come in with the hoodie and sweatpants, it is super awkward, and the guy with the red beard lingers around me. Plus, they are overpriced anyway. And weird when I ask questions about their products as if its a bother for them to explain it to me. Maybe they should sell in carmel if ethnic ppl make you feel some type of way 🤔*****[response to owner] If you would take your time to read, I said the first time i was in work clothes, dress shirt and slacks. I was serviced properly. The Red Beard guy even gave me a dab. I do not recall if he asked for my ID then. The other time I came in, I purchased your overpriced synthetic urine. I was hushed by one of your employees when i was reading the description of the product online, rude. The third time i came in was today, and yes, i forgot my ID since i was jogging at a nearby park and decided to stop in. The first thing I said was, I just realized I forgot my wallet. So I actually just have some questions on your THCA. At that point, you could have said that you couldnt answer any questions without seeing my ID... but you instead made it awkward and acted hesitant to answer anything. And if I have more questions on your product, whats the problem with me asking again for clarification? At no point did I ask you to hand me the product or for you to open up the case; you opened up the case on your own accord. And at no point did I touch any of your products that you were showing me. Then, the red beard guy stood at the end of the row for no apparent reason - this is the second time he does that to me, btw. So i asked him if he was naturally suspicious. He said no. So then Im wondering why are was he surrounding me? Perhaps the word ethnic was not the best word to use, but you do discriminate based on appearance. So explain how I was being weird as you claim I was?**response*You mustt get your ears checked buddy. Go check the cameras. Ive been in there multiple times. Plus you still cant read properly bcuz i explain how you cant read or comprehend words properly., whoever you are. Look at all of my other reviews, i tell it like it is. You guys just f**ked up and treated me like i was suspicious like you said in your previous response. Now you sound like you are scrambling trying to make this sound better. But the simple fact that you are still arguing instead of trying to practice that great customer service you claim to have.

Ive been to at least 5 other shops in the relative area and this is by far the best. Kyle was so knowledgeable and we talked about everything while I shopped. The staff is all super friendly and very supportive of getting people help in quitting other bad nicotine habits. They have a lifetime customer in me.

Love this place is my home shop. Their edibles - concentrates - vapes - juice is all amazing. The staff treats you like your best friend everytime you come in. They also have a rewards program that gives you $ off your next purchase usually around $7 every other time you go in depending on how much you spend. Highly recommend!

Have been here a few times now and while the staff is welcoming and informative, I haven’t had success with the products. I have now bought three different brands of Delta disposables each time & they have all shorted. I get a lot of puffs in the beginning but then it suddenly stops working and continues flashing. Even after charging them, they do not work for me.

Robert and Brian are both very enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of products was pretty decent, and a nice variety especially having only been open for about a month. They also explained that they expect to be putting out more soon. Nice, relaxed atmosphere with great artwork (also for sale). Great place to go whether youre just visiting to take a look around, or needing a new goto piece.

Absolutely love this smoke shop , I call every I come in I am treated as royalty and not just as another person who walks in. Not my first time here but Ill definitely my last. I got charged $24.08 for (1) Mr Fog Max Pro I was in a rush didnt pay attention which is my fault on that end for paying it.But I buy them for a little as $15 at other smoke shops around the same area. I definitely feel ripped off for sure I dont know if the guy who picked it out while the other guy charged me got something confused but this cant be right. ***** (Update) (I went back after the owner said they would refund me in a review they erased after I came for my refund)!! My original review stated EXACTLY WHAT I BOUGHT!! I returned and their employees said that I was charged correctly even after the owners google response stated I was overcharged and they would fix it. I was going to change my review after now I wish I could make negative stars ⭐ but (it is what it is). BTW I smoke the same flavor/Brand/Size consistently so Im not confused at all that something is wrong here.

Awesome shop. I just went in for the first time a few days ago and the two people that were there were super laid back and extremely knowledgeable. They’ve got everything from vape liquid all the way up to high end custom glasswork, the prices are really reasonable, and above all the staff is super cool and won’t hesitate to help you. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new go to shop. I’ll be going back often for sure.

Went in because we pulled into the parking lot to go to rookies bar looking for an espresso martini, seen the shop and decided to go in, from entrance to exit we had the red carpet rolled out, employees explaining the purchase and has a clear passion for their products! First time but not last time customers!

My friend and me just picked up 2 bottles of discounted vape juice that was extremely expired 03/2021 and 08/2021 they sold it to us and when we brought it back they said we can not give a refund but i will give you 10 % off of 1 bottle of juice this is horrible someone can get sick and you have that juice is very well expired pitiful worst experience ever.
