I used to be really close with the manager, then I moved away for a couple years. Just recently came back and have been getting to know the new faces here. Cheapest prices around and theyre always throwing discounts in your face

Great little vape shop, although the location isnt ideal. I also must say that the owner was kinda weird about using his restroom to wash out a vape tank to put different juice I just bought in it. All in all in 3 days I spent around $300 - $350, and youre gonna not let me use your restroom sink.... People never cease to amaze me...

I went here looking to replace my vape ID ruined. I was shocked at how few choices they had. I ended up buying the Smok RPM 2 KIT.....which is a powerhorse with a 2000mAh battery. Not cheap at close to $60 after tax. I barely have the wattage up because its so powerful. All in all, im pretty pleased with it however, the pods want to leak and after spending that much money....cant I have a vape that im not constantly having to wipe up,clean out, etc? . Dont think thats asking too much. They did gave some great ejuice flavors and thats always a good thing. I do want to add...your supposed to be able to use either reg juice or nic salts with this. Thats a bonus!

This store ALWAYS has the nicest employees! Shopped here when I lived near by and shop here still now that I live in greenfield. The pricing is good and the punch card is awesome! Overall, the employees are helpful & friendly, and the store has good product & prices. 🙂

Went to this place today and meant Ricky and he was awesome. He was very knowledgeable of the products he has in his store. He also has a calm soothing voice that makes you want to listen to what he has to say. I am please with my purchase and i will definitely be back. 10 out of 10 i recommend 💙👍🏾👍🏾

I discovered this place about 6 months ago. I can say with certainty that this is the best vape shop you are going to find in Indianapolis. Their pricing is less than your average vape shop. At times will offer discounts/deals if you are a regular. Their customer service is impeccable. They will help you find what you are looking for and are happy to do so. I can promise that you will leave this shop completely satisfied and with a smile.

I had the most disturbing encounter with Mr Owner as well. He pretty much might as well have called me ignorant when I asked for a disposable. And was rude as hell. I only gave 1 star because I was forced to be able to leave a review. Jose’s review was spot on. And Mr Owner insinuated that my old age contributed to my lack of knowledge. To be honest I feel sorry for him as his life must really be pathetic and obviously life has not been good to him.

GREAT little vape store.The location and signage make it seem like it’s going to be lackluster, but the space is fully maximized and the inventory is very well curated.Staff is easily the strongest asset. The main guy (don’t know his name, but he’s usually there) is the perfect vape store proprietor. He’s just a regular guy who knows a lot about the product he carries, and trends in the market. His recommendations are reliable, and he’s not overbearing with his salesmanship. He’s just personable, informative, and good at figuring out your needs and how to meet them. I’ve also seen him deal with some more particular, let’s say “labor intensive” customers and it’s no sweat for him. Occasionally he’s not there, and the help he hires is on-point as well. Top marks all around.Competitive prices, and he will shoot you a deal now and again.This is my store until I or it move.

Just started going here about a week ago. We have a shop thats literally two minutes from us, but I was getting frustrated with their lack of customer service and acting annoyed any time you had a question. Vapor Room was recommended to my wife and I by a friend. Its a 35 min drive but totally worth it. The owner is really friendly and helpful. Hes a really down to earth dude. He provides great customer service, is really knowledgeable and answers any questions you may have. You dont feel like youre being rushed out the door or ignored like some of the other shops. Prices are lower or at least competitive with all of the other vape shops. We will be making this drive as long as the doors are open.

Most vape shops I usually feel rushed and Ive bought a ton of juice I didnt end up liking. Ive never felt that here. 10/10 would recommend. Its a pretty awesome spot and employees.

Very disgusting behavior. Went in for a disposable. Turns out he thinks they are trash, His words, “Yeah they are next to the trash can where they belong”. Long story short, he goes into a rant about “salt nicotine” and different tanks and all. I was uninterested but he kept insisting “i Pump the brakes” aka not letting me leave out of the store. Because of my profession, i stayed and entertained him for about five minutes that seems to be a whole hour of how fast and loud he was talking. I understand, Mr.Owner, your biz is probably not doing so well. But if you really want to make a difference in your business, know the pace and follow that of your potential clients. Dont holler at them and above all, respect what they came in for. You dont have the best choice of words too. A lot of cursing is a NO NO Mr. Owner. PSA TO POTENTIAL CLIENTS- Just keep driving.

First time in a vape shop! Was not sure what to expect, however I believe his name was Shawn was very helpful. I wanted to switch from disposable vapes. Will be taking all my business there! Thank you!!!!!

The guy in there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained to me exactly what I needed and didnt make me feel bad about not knowing. He was passionate about his craft and I could tell that he wasnt just in it for the money that he believed in the cause as well. He took the time to show me a variety of options and didnt take advantage of my ignorance to make a bigger sale. That type of integrity is a rare find these days and has guaranteed him a customer for life. I will send everyone and anyone I know thats in the market for these products to him. Eventhough hes a bit of a drive for me its totally worth the trip!!

Until my vape juice company went out of business, they always had my flavor stocked. They have excellent recommendations for replacements

Great vape shop all around. Cheaper than other shops. Saved $20 on my device at the Vapor Room!!! Very friendly place. Also has tons of open juices so you can smell them. Ive been to this place 10 times getting my juice and coils, and any time there is a newbie just getting started, staff makes sure you understand how to use it.

Owned took care of me. Still vaping. Was very good service. Helped me from a to z. So if I have a problem with product my fault for buying it. The owner is a good owner. Dont know the guy. Just know he is taking his business seriously. If hes reading this Im the old tall Notre Dame cap wearing guy in the green Tahoe. Bought the calibur ak2 pod system. No problems. Very happy. Might not like my flavor but thats my fault I chose it. Good burning cap system though

I started going here on a whim a year or so ago, and its become my go to brick and mortar store for vape supplies. Everyone Ive interacted with has been wonderful and helpful, even going so far as to look into ordering my favourite juice to keep me coming back.

I didnt see the closing time when I searched for a vape shop near me. So I was walking up as he turned off the open sign ready to lock up, but the door isnt see through I was opening the door while he was going through his closing steps. We talked for a second and he asked what I was looking for and allowed me to get what I needed instead of telling me to come back when they where open. Sounds like a small thing but most places would have said sorry we are closed and cant help you. Things like that make me willing to drive past similar places with the same products to get there.

Went today to this store, the two employees (owner?) were freindly, and the selection is great too :3 also, I made a small mistake in picking the wrong nicotene mg level, and they let me switch the juices for the right nicotene level :3 also, I love the idea of a rewards program, definitely will recommend this store to anyone looking for a vape store to frequent.

I was calling around local places to see who had the cheapest E-Juice locally to where I live. I have been buying from the internet mostly, but after the Indiana ban on E-Juice, my stock depleted and I needed juice ASAP. Ive mainly been shopping at Indy E-Cigs on Pendleton Pike and occasionally Dragon Smoke and Vape on East Washington Street, because of it being the closest shop to me. I called Vapor Room, and the owner and I at first had a huge disagreement about prices. Thankfully, after clearing things up with me, he apologized sincerely, and to make it up to me he gave me a huge in store credit, as well as lowered all his juice prices for everyone to either the same as competitors nearby, or even lower in some cases than the local shops around. I reccomend going to this shop, as he not only has the lowest prices near this area now(08/30/21), but he has a very WIDE variety of flavors and replacement coils, especially larger than Dragon Smoke & Vape. The owner is very passionate about his store and I am sure you will be satisfied coming to his shop. I now think I have found my new favorite vape shop.

The guy working there is always very friendly and always helpful! They dont have a huge selection of vapes, but carry a pretty wide variety of juice. This is one of the only vape shops I can find that carries the nicotine packets so you can adjust the MG if you need it. Would absolutely recommend just for the customer service and the variety.

Very nice energy in this place they have all the same Brands as everybody else but the price is way cheaper I got 2 30 mg premium Vape for $30. They are right off of Shadeland. my buddy hyped it up to me told me to have the deals and they really did. so I guess I got to pass that forward. right off of Shadeland across the street from Kroger

10/10 recommended. Came in after searching for a shop for over an hour, came in and the dude working on Monday at noon was so pleasant and helpful, definitely the shop I will be going to from now on.

Asked a question about selling me bulk disposable vapes, could not answer my question kept beating around the bush to try and push a salt nic vape on me so they can try to get more money from me. Very rude people and very very rude customer service wouldnt advise going to this vape shop for future reference

Prices are a little high but honestly instead of waiting for online orders that are cheaper, its really quick and the owner rocks! Really knowledgeable in all your vaping needs.
