Great variety of vape items I needed. I found the coil Ive been looking for and they had the tank Ill eventually purchase. The young lady there was nice and helped me sign up for their rewards program.

Good location with a plenty of parking available. I would avoid going between 4pm to 7:30pm as its peak hours and youll be in heavy traffic with some delays. The shop has a wide variety of tobacco products, lighters, vape pens, snacks, water, etc. Prices are decent but they charge a fee when paying with a card which ranges anywhere from .50¢ to $2.40 for AMEX and Discover. Staff is extremely polite! Jade and Raquel offer 5 Star customer service as well as speedy service to get you in and out! Overall, my experience was A+ and I highly recommend this shop! 5 Stars!!

They have a sign up no refund or exchange for a reason. They will sell you a defective lighter and then say hey not our problem. Do not buy a lighter from here.

If you ask for cigarettes and they dont have the one you asked. NEVER BUY THE BLUE OR SILVER 🐫 camel cigarettes. They will even say the silver is green. But beware. Smoking is already bad to add Smoking something you dont know where it comes from.

Always stop here when Im on that side of town nice and friendly employees.

I have been a customer for some time. I was never was told that you should check the product before you leave. Also, there are no signs posted to do so either. I purchased 2 and one of them did not work. Within a couple of hours, I check the it. I went back and was told that I could not get a refund only 10% off another purchase. Please post signs to inform the customers to check products before leaving. Sign not a customer anymore!

I used to have to go all the way to Long Beach to get my vape products, not anymore. The best part isnt that I dont have to take a long drive, its the fact that the prices are better AND they have a point system. So in the long run Ill end up saving more money. So happy to have this shop close to me. 😁

Nice little vape shop. Quality items, not way over priced but not the best bargains. Still, its a local convenience, and a good one at that. Most other smoke shops anywhere else nearby are unreliable at best. Never open on time or close early. This one is early and coses even a couple minutes later than posted. And they dont sell stuff that attracts the wrong kind of crowd either. No bullets or oil burners or brillo or anything like that. Smart move.

They sell fake puff vapes, 3 times I bought from them, same product from 7 eleven,it lasted me 3 days. Everytime I got 1from here. It was dead in 3 hrs. I gave them the benefit of. Doubt. But its too much coincidence. If you are getting vapes. Just go 7 eleven.

I asked a young man about torches and glass tubes. Said Im looking for a tube like an OG but thinner. Told me its over here. Said$5.50 even though I said I didnt want an OG. He turned and walked away. I wasnt done shopping. Bummer too cuz they had good choices for torches but he pubertyd his way out of selling 2 flames. Very rude and dismissive.

They had a good selection of products and the had what I was looking for which was vape juice . Many shops dont carry what I am looking to buy but this place carried a good selection of juices .

Great staff, really helpful. If they dont have it theyll get it for you within reason. Also if they dont have an answer theyll do their research and get you an anwer. I have not been disappointed.

Great service, not sure if they have a website but they have a wide variety of vape equipment including juices, salt nics. Lowest prices of any vape shop in the area And not to mention they have rewards programs. Returning customer from now on.

Inglewood, California: The Young lady was cool. Wasnt pleased when I got back to my BnB after connecting my bubbler kit, it shattered while connecting. Mister Alex there told me it was nothing he can do. You know most places where Im from would say come in lets see or I can offer u a percent off for another purchase of something. But no thanks on them.

I use to like going to this shop until they hired this tall as*hole with terrible euro cut. His hair kinda reminds of Kramer from the Seinfeld show.Every time I go into this shop he is very rude to me and dont know anything about the products. Precede with caution when dealing with him.
