If your visiting NY this place is must to add to your list, great vibe and atmosphere. There’s always some kind of event and the staff is always friendly and ready to give you the best service. I travel often to NYC and this is a place that is always on my list, great drinks and appropriately price and so much fun!

Cute, very friendly and responsive. Service staff met me at the door, engaged me in conversation and served me. His warm personality made me feel at home. Upbeat contemporary 80’s vibe bar.

I wanted to write a review upon my first visit to this bar a month ago, but after a few days of cooling off, I decided to reconsider. But then I decided to give them another try this past Friday and received almost the same exact mistreatment. Lets unpack this. A month ago I decided to stop in and have a few drinks and check out the vibe. First problem I incurred was the bouncer took a look at me from head to toe and told me I could not come inside. I questioned him on why was I being refused entry and til today I never received a real response. So I stood outside of the bar as I began to schedule a LYFT car to come and pick me up. As I was waiting for my car to arrive, the same bouncer came back to the door and told me that he spoke to the manager and it was ok to let me in. Being confused, I decided to just cancel my LYFT and proceed to have a few drinks at the bar. Upon exiting I approached the bouncer and asked him what was the real reason I wasnt allowed in earlier. He replied that HE had never seen me there before and was just being careful. Let it be known that I was the ONLY African American male in a prodominantly latino bar that night. Fast forward to last Friday, I walked up to the door and interacted with the same bouncer thinking that hed recognize me from a month prior and all would be well. This time he stared me down from head to toe, frisked me twice, and then asked me are you good? Whatever that may mean to him, I replied yes Im good. Once again I was allowed entry and once again being the ONLY African American male in the bar. This time around it was a new series of bad experiences. I received nothing but unwanted stares from the bartenders. I overheard a personal argument between two bartenders with one in the middle trying to keep the peace. Drunken patrons stumbling into chairs as they exited the bar and guess who was the first person the bouncer asked to leave once the deejay stopped playing, lights came on and the bar was closing? Yes it was me. Anyone who really knows me will tell you Im the last person to attribute every problem to racism. But these two incidents were very hard to ignore. I originally was attracted to trying out this neighborhood bar because of its name. But Im here to tell you that I definitely didnt feel like a hombre on neither occasion. My takeaways from all of this is to tell the manager to train your bouncer to be more professional. Also even in black and brown communities you can still be treated as unwanted or less than. Please do better.

Hombres is the best bar in Jackson Heights the service expectacular Starting with the bar men. My favorite of all is my personal favorite bartender Lucho always so nice great attitude and always willing to have a great time with his costumers. Love this place and if I could I would go Monday to Sunday🤪😁

Great place with an excellent vibe for a nite out with friends! Outstanding decoration that changes weekly and offers different interesting party themes...Its great ambiance, music and service make this place a unique experience in Queens! Wed def recommend this lounge for anyone looking to relax and have a great time!! Oh and dont get me started on their Happy hour specials and great selection of well put drinks!!

I’ve been going to home re:lounge for about maybe five years and I tell you the manager by the name of Mario is one of the best people in the world. He greets his customers very respectful. The bartenders are very respectful. They know how to treat their customers. I also want to say the strippers that has come to home re:lounge are very respectful and all they want to do is just have fun and enjoy the customers but I have nothing but positive reviews and I love going there especially coming from Long Island so I just wanna stay home Bri you guys are the best

Hombres Lounge is a great place to go by yourself or with friends. The staff is very friendly, the music is awesome, the ambient just makes you feel happy. The drinks are excellent, and the margaritas are the best in town, is hard to choose among flavors. I had an unforgettable birthday. Is a beautiful place.

I came in to have a few drinks, but was harassed by the bouncer to finish my drink and leave. I was annoyed that there were still several groups in the bar that had not left, but I was the one that was kicked out. I was on my own having a beer, but I was not happy with the service and treatment by the bouncer as I was just at the bar having a drink to myself. The bar itself is pretty masc for masc, so I wouldn’t say it’s an inclusive space.

Always really enjoy visiting Hombres for a fun evening with friends. Carlos and his friendly, well trained staff are pros at knowing how to make you feel welcomed. Great bartenders, drinks, music, and dancers ! Lots of nightlife energy and ambience not to be missed !

Great staff and amazing service. The music is awesome, mainly a mix of House Music and Latin. More Americanized than most bars great for all people looking for a mix of everything. Has a variety of different events and the customer service is outstanding!! Highly recommend checking this place out!

Not a good place to visit anymore. New management seems unprofessional. The manager is not friendly and I was kicked out from club for no reason. I was told I kissed the straight guy wife in a club and should leave premises. I was shocked of listening one sided story and manager did not even care to listen my side. I usually go with my friends all the time and never felt this way. I really miss the old management. Well good by Hombre, not visiting anymore this place.

Be careful with bartender (co-owner) Alex, short guy with tattoos, Confronted him about extra charges on my credit card, he called the bouncer who dragged me out. Not a real hombre.

Idk how to I should feel about this bar. First off I know it has nothing to do with the actual bar itself, but my date that I was with ran off with someone else who wasnt caucasian in the bar and left without me. So that was a blow for sure. I feel very singled out because I was alone, I tried numerous times to talk to different people and was politely dismissed, I kind of felt like a guppy in a sea filled with angelfish and sharks.. bartenders were nice but seemed warmer to the locals from queens.Although I do feel in my heart of hearts, that everyone deserves a second chance. So maybe the next time will be better. Worth the visit for sure

Manhattan party-scene in Queens!One of the best clubs/bars Ive been to in Queens. They play great music and have attentive staff. They have a nice selection of drinks as well, although I stuck to the beer. They tend to have certain events taking place on the weekend, but dont be surprised if you walk into some kind of presentation on the weekdays. I loved the atmosphere. It was intimate and dim, and yet the strobe lights were very much energizing. Make sure to get here before 12 am. The small spot gets terrifyingly filled with people by midnight and its pretty bad. The new visitors were on the verge of being trampled just to get through the front entrance. If you go earlier with a group of friends, youre certain to have a great time in this Queens gay club.

Great place. Nicest bartenders Im town. Excellent music and atmosphere. Love this place... Ive always pay with a card and there has never been a problem. They charged exactly what I consumed.

Im here celebrating my best friends bday. WService was terrible. We got a bucket 6 for 35. But paid $40 (Plus taxes and a credit card fee I was not informed of 😠)Beers were not cold, and bartender ignored us for a while we waited for our 2nd round of beers. Will not be returning here. Would not recommend! Go to Tru Colors!

Great service and DJ. Hookah is per-made, and it’s not good when the charcoal is being lit on top of the hookah. It tasted as if it was burned and possibly there’s too much flavor in the hookah.

It’s an OK place for middle low class people . I went there and it was awful to me...Let’s be realistic... I feel like it’s a place for looser ,poor gay people. I gave 2 start so it’s fiar !Maybe the reason I felt that way is bc I’m educated and I like class . Nothing against the bartender that part was ok . It’s the public that goes there just not my style. Very transphobic bathroom policy. Went to use the womens bathroom and was told i had to leave and i said why and bathroom attendent said ,cuz u look like a man ..management said, u must identify ur gender before you go in the bathroom ...apparentñy its 1950s here...disgusted..leaving now.

It is the best clean place, good music and the best drinks, respectful and the best place to spend the night in good company of friends.

I am constantly visiting this site, lately I have noticed that due to the desire to sell, to get tips and among other things, the service and my experience are being affected.They sell a bucket at 3:45 am and at 4:00 am they are already taking me out, they dont care that there are still 3 or 4 beers left; They also dont give the option to take them.On the other hand, I have noticed that the waiters uncover the beers and, as if it were protocol, they uncover theirs once, the same thing happens with the brandy, by default they serve them once without being invited. This procedure is already a constant of the staffIn my opinion it is in very bad taste.The places are great, thats why I make this observation so that they dont go down in level

The doorman is rude. The drinks are expensive or they overcharge you. There is a short, bald bartender with tattoos who gets drunk and looks for problems for customers.
