Viva La Heights Bar

I love this place and Ive been there a few times. Service is excellent and I even have my favorite waiter 😍 but tbh the drinks are awfully water down 🤣🤣🤣. I was just there this past Friday and I was practically drinking water with a splash of lime and syrup that they called a Margarita 😠. I decided to drink beer instead. Nevertheless, the music, the vibe, service, everything else is excellent 👌🏼.

Do you know what a good spot is? Well this is the best spot!!! My new favorite place!!!!from the drinks to the food to the service nothing but AMAZING!!!! Looooord this food is so good I cant stop so juice and delicious!!!! You need to experience it by yourself!

By far my favorite gay bar to go to in Queens ! Profesional and super friendly staff ! Always making the best cocktails, amazing go-go dancers after midnight, great DJ, all- around a great place ! Definitely recommend it !

As a long time customer of Friends Tavern and now Viva as well, I must state that these establishments are safe, clean and the service for the most part is great. However the drinks are awful. This is not a one time occurrence. Happy hour goes from $6 to $10 after 10 pm. I realize everything has increased since covid, however please give me a decent drink. I had one drink in Friends and two in Viva last night. All exactly the same. Either watered down alcohol or a miserly pour. Its basically a glass of ice. Even the Margheritas, although tasty have little to no alcohol. I go to other establishments and restaurants and when you order a drink you get a real drink. Im willing to pay whatever the price is but I do not wish to feel that Im being taken advantage of. We all work hard for our money, and for 6, 8, or 10 dollars I expect a quality drink. Something has to change. Perhaps the owners and management dont care because people will show up no matter what. The drink situation is a running joke among many, and some of my friends dont visit your bars anymore for this reason. Please fix this, youre in the liquor selling business! Its not always about the bottom line.

The vibe was good, the dj was great. The bartenders are cool. Had to re-review i love this place now. The drinks are are deff better now

This place is so horrible I was walking with out my shoes and the security told me to put my shoes on so i can go in then the other security said I couldn’t go in then I was like why he was like because I’m to drunk true but I’m really much alert and know what I’m doing so in the mist of going back and forth the other security called me a HE I’ve never been so disrespectful by a place that is so LGBTQ friendly.

CELEBRATE YOUR BIRTHDAY HERE!! I did my birthday at Viva La Heights and hands down the best birthday experience here. I had my parents, cousins, their spouses and friends come out to celebrate my birthday and had an amazing time. The managers were very professional on ensuring there was sufficient food, drinks and staffing available to attend to my family. The decorations were phenomenal and the experience was more than I could have ever imagined! Lots of love to the team and everyone who helped along the way. For sure will be recommending this to every one of my friends! Thank you, thank you, thank you! My family loved the place in its entirety! Cheers!

After so many years of hearing about this place I finally got lucky to visit it for my friends graduation party. I am completely mesmerized by this place. The staff was incredible, place is absolutely beautiful and music, food and drinks were something to remember. I will definitely be back and probably have my future events here.

YES GO HERE!I had such an amazing time here! The music was lit! The hookah was the bomb! The bartenders and staff are beautiful and super nice! They also have, very nice security guards.. This is literally my fav spot!

Had the best time of my life with my friends. It’s lovely how you can ask for your favorite song and sing it all loud with your friends the best place to go on a Monday night to get a way from the regular work routine. I truly recommended to everyone.

Paul is an awesome bartender very attentive one of a kind service from his personality, service and charisma. Will definitely come back to Viva. I would give more stars if Google allowed me too.

Be carefull with this people, they can modify your tip after you do it, last night I paid a check of 56 gave the bartender 20% which was 10 dollars and a few cents and today I see my account and they charged me a total of $71, if you can bring and pay cash do it.Tengan cuidado con esta gente, ellos pueden modificar tu propina después q tu se la das te pueden cobrar mas.

What an amazing atmosphere and a great place for celebrating! The owner is incredible and so is the team that run this wonderful place! Had the best time celebrating with one’s that I love!

Make sure you check your bank statements. I was charge different prices for the same drink at the bar and the tip was added without my permission. Always look at your statements before you leave or ask for receipts. If you’re black (non Latino) expect to feelThe discrimination.

Im giving you one star bc one friend recommended this place, and were foreigners and the security guy didnt accept our passports as an ID. I mean, what the hell? What better ID you want? Were foreigners!!!!!

It is funny that this place is gay but i felt some way discriminated by the staff. especially by security guy. They are not friendly at all. I will keep going to friends tavern instead.

Fantastic, the service, the margarita and the delicious food at affordable prices. Luis is an excellent cook, you have to try the food!!! Santiago and Joses service is unbeatable, they made us have a great time!!!

An excellent LATINO place with very good music, good service, friendly people, and quite affordable in Queens.

A different experience is like a jukebox, they play me the songs I want and it is different music. The staff dances with us and enjoys the retro songs we play. Different from all bars. Perfect for taking a break from the same old music.
