I called to book a 30min deep tissue and 30min foot massage and they took me in same-day. Massage was really wonderful. The masseuse really worked me during the deep tissue, and the hot stones were such a nice finish.100% coming back! Thank you!

I do not enjoy leaving negative comments but my first experience here was awful. I dont know if I got the wrong masseuse but she was very inexperienced. I was poked at the entire time. It was not relaxing and fell way below expectations. I went in for a 60 min massage and had to cut it short to 30 min. I made the owner aware of how bad it was but of course I still got charged for a something I didnt pay for... a very bad massage.

Super satisfied, the lady that accommodated me was friendly and nice and she made a good job on massaging my body and price is worthy 😊 will go back definitely!!!!

First time try on after read good reviews. My appointment is 11.50 but it was delayed to 12.30 The massage is more scrubbing on my skin not deep tissue even I requested. A little bit disappointed. It’s $50/hour cash

I have been going here for years. If you want deep, body work, this is the place. My massage therapist knew exactly where to focus on and really helped relieve tension I had in my back. Prices are very fair, if paying with cash. $50 per hour.

Legitimately good and professional massage. 1 hour is $50 cash or $53 with card. Masseuse did a great job on neck, back, shoulders, arms, hamstrings, calves, and feet. Included hot stones and hot towel.

Nice, relaxing massage!I felt a little apprehensive as I walked up the stairs from the small entrance off of noisy Roosevelt Ave. But as soon as I opened the door to the spa, I was met with soothing music, a calm and peaceful atmosphere, and friendly staff.The place is small and clean - nothing spectacular, but well worth a visit to relax and wipe away the days stress.

When I tell you I am so happy Zen is back. The best massage ONLY place. Each masseuse is so well trained and knows how to give a perfect massage. I don’t do less than 90 mins

Zen Garden Spa is THE place to go for a massage in this neighborhood! I hadnt had a massage since the pandemic began, and this place made me feel safe about having one. It is immaculate and sanitized. As soon as I arrived, my temperature was taken, and then I was taken to a hand washing station to wash up beforehand. Maggie, the proprietor, is very nice and welcoming! Call ahead to schedule in case they are busy; Lisa is by far the best masseuse I have ever had- Im confident everyone there is just as fantastic. Rates are very reasonable and well-worth it!

EXCELLENT MESSAGE!!! Ive been looking for a while for a good, professional spot to have a massage since I have came across many places where the massage was disappointed and the staff were very unprofessional( talking over the phone, talking with co workers, had no idea what they were doing and etc). I went there spontaneously, on last Saturday with my partner for one hour massage each and even tho the short notice they were very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend to ask for Amy, she did a great job and really put some efforts. She was very professional. The prices also reasonable and will definitely recommend and go back!

I was given massage by the staff named Coco and she was amazing. I used to have upper back pain and had knots since many years ago. I was in need of good massage to get relieve from the pain. So that day she gave a very good massage that my pain was just gone like a magic and I still cannot believe that she eased my pain for the next three weeks… Wow!!

When I arrived there with my boyfriend the lady looked shocked, she told us we are busy rather than giving us a time to come back. I called back using my mans phone, and he spoke to her and was told to arrive an hour later. She could have explained that to us in person, but as soon as she spotted me, she said, Were busy, and she appeared even frightened. I believe when she saw me she got disappointed and will only be massaging men & that is incredibly sad!!! Im dissatisfied. Disgusting and scary

I practice heavy sports went for a relaxing massage, came out in a lot of pain those are not good massages or therapeutic at all, I’m concern now that massage is gonna cause problems in the muscles on my back, go somewhere else for professional massages. Also lady was trying to get me to tip her more than I wanted. Terrible experience!

Disappointed!!!My experience with the place is not so good ! The lady who massaged me did a fairly good job but was very rude and was insisting me to pay her 20% tips. I asked her where is it written that I HAVE to pay her 20% tip ? She could not show me anywhere where it is written.However, when I paid her 10% tips she flipped, tearing papers and was mad at me !!! I was shocked ! U cannot force ur customer to pay ur desired amount of tip unless it is part of ur company service policy ! Her act was very unprofessional !!!

So I called up to get a couples massage. They said yes. When you show up there’s no room for couples massage. It’s two separate rooms. Kind of defeats the purpose for couples massage, but ok. Then they say that only one of us can go at the time we asked for. And me being the guy I am, I let my partner go first. They tell me I had to wait an extra 20 min. I guess they were busy. I waited 35 min and still nothing. So I put my clothes on and am just paying for my partner and NEVER coming back.

Professorial experience. One of the best massages I’ve ever been for years. The environment is peaceful and chilling, more importantly, it’s very clean. Would go there again with my friends and family for sure.

I was skeptical on getting a massage since the Covid hit! But it was high time I needed one, I came across Zen Spa in JH, I called in and set an appointment right away it was all thorough! As soon as I entered I was asked to take my temperature and than wash my hands. (Very courteous and professional) I did an hour full body massage and foot reflexology with Lisa. She did a wonderful job I must say she has healing hands! She went above and beyond and made sure to target each muscle. Thank you Lisa and thank you Zen for a great service and professionalism! I will definitely go back.

I called before coming in asking if theres an available slot for 6 p.m. and the lady said yes. I was there at 5:50 pm when the lady told me she was going to call me and said she made a mistake, that theres no available spot until 7 ish? Seriously?

Massage was good but unable to relax with staff talking loudly for the full 60 minutes. Very rude and a waste of money to listen to people talk is not worth $30.

No good services, one Asian female gave the massage 45 minutes = 35 usd, I pay with a bill of $ 50 and she didn’t give me my change, just took my money as tips without my approval
